The purpose of this investigation is experimentally to clarify the machinability and optimum tool geometry on milling of hardened STD11 steel. In the finish process of face milling of high hardened STD11 steel by CBN tool, the optimum tool shape is suggested, which can minimize the tool fracture and chipping by impact. It is measured that cutting force, tool wear and surface roughness generated during single-insert face milling using various geometric CBN tools. It has been found that the optimal chamfer angle of CBN too is about-25°and the suitable chamfer width is 0.2mm. The nose radius of tool is the most excellent at 1.2㎜ in the viewpoint of tool wear and surface roughness.

영도산 생물다양성의 분류학적 측정과 도시생태학적 평가 I. 점변태 곤충군

The Orthoptera and Hemiptera were investigated as a part of the survey to understand the ecosystem of Mt. Bongrae at the Islet Youngdo in Busan. Orthopteran fauna was consisted with 30 species belonging to 27 genera and 7 families. Acrida cinerea cinerea (Thunberg) was the most abundant species occcupying 13.58% in individual numbers. Hemipteran fauna was consisted with 58 species assigned to 53 genera and 16 families. Cletus punctiger (Dallas) was the most abundant species reaching to 22.70% of the total hemipteran individuals. The analysis of insect-communities suggested that Mt. Bongrae had poorly supported the insect groups for habitats and feeding ground due to low diversity of plants and fragmentation resulted by human interference. It was suggested to practice the restoration program to build up the ecological quality of the fauna on biogeographical and conservation principles.

에이전트를 이용한 WWW상의 가상 개별 교수시스템 설계

최근 교수-학습환경이 시공간을 벗어나 가상공간에서 대두 되고있는 가상 학습을 통해 학습자 중심의 원격교육 환경으로 급속히 변천해 가고 있다. 하지만, 대체적으로 교육 시스템은 단순히 단방향적인 일관된 정보전달과 수동적인 학습을 통해 정보주입식 교육이기 때문에 보다 지능적이고 효과적인 학습자중심의 상호작용의 정보를 주고 받으면서 개개의 학습능력에 적합한 교육을 시행함으로써 이에 학습자는 보다 능동적으로 정보를 습득해 자신의 정보로 만들수 있는 교수 시스템을 요구하기에 이르렀다. 본 논문은 이러한 효율적이고 학습자 중심의 교수 시스템을 위해 상호정보 교류역할을 하는 에이전트를 두어 유연성 있는 가상 교수 시스템을 설계하는데 중점을 두었다. Recently, tutoring-learning enviromment is changing rapidly. The learner-centered remote education system with cyber study appeared in caber space beyond space-time. However, generally, because the current education system is the information cramming system which is consistent information transmission and passive learning, learners need the tutoring system that make him to take his information actively. This requires the suitable teaching with individual ability, giving and taking more intelligent and effective leaner-centered information. For this efficient leaner-centered tutoring system, in this paper, we design a flexible cyber tutoring system with the agent fo information interchange for each other.

소프트웨어 콤포넌트 재사용 프로세스 지원을 위한 도구

소프트웨어 개발 위기의 원천은, 갈수록 소프트웨어가 비대해지고 있다는 데 있다. 소프트웨어의 개발자들은 새로운 버전이 개발할 때마다 관련된 새로운 기능들을 가능한한 많이 추가한다. 이 기능을 모두 이용하는 사용자는 극히 드물다. 이로인해 재사용의 중요성이 부각되면서 객체지향 기술을 보완 할 수 있는 컴포넌트와 관련된 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 컴포넌트는 다양한 정의가 존재하지만, 대체로 재사용 가능하며 의미있는 동작을 지닌 객체나 그러한 객체의 모임' 이라고 정의할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 재사용을 지원하는 방법에 관해 논하였다. 소프트웨어 재사용 기술은 재사용 가능한 자원을 만들거나 사용하는 과정 자체에 관한 연구와 이를 지원하는 도구나 기법을 연구하는 부분으로 나뉘어 지는데 여기서는 재사용 프로세스를 지원하는 tool에 중점을 두었다. The cause of software development crisis that because lager and lager. Development of program add many relative functions to it whenever they develop a new version. Few users use these function. For this point of view, a reusability and supplying object-oriented technique, the study related with component is processing actively. The component has many definitions, however it is defined that generally, 'objects or the set of objects with reuseable and meaning action'. In this paper, we describe methodology of supporting reusability. Software reuseable technique is deviled two fields. One is the study processing of making and reuseable resource, another is that of tool or technique for this. We will mention the tool for supporting reuseable process later.

비등방성 확산 필터링된 영상 슬라이스들의 볼륨 렌더링에 관한 연구

The goals of this paper are not only to reduce of noise using anisotropic diffusion filter post-processing but also to represent 3-D image using 2-D image slices by volume rendering. A 3D shape image can be obtained as the 2-D images are continuously acquired, during the object is removed noise by filtering. The 3-D shape images are displayed on computer monitor by use of OpenGL Software.

Conflicts between human and polispine wasps have been reported during a recent few years. It was, therefore, investigated the species diversity and distribution of the polispine wasps inhabiting at the Islet Youngdo. Parapolybia indica (Saussure), Pa, varia Fabricius, Polistes chinensis antennalis Perez, P. jadwigae jadwigae Dalla Torre, P. japonicus japonicus Saussure, P. mandarinus Saussure et Geer and P. snelleni Saussure were recorded. they ard aggressive against human approach bur lesser than vespine wasps. As a consequence of the successive works to vespine wasps, polispine venoms were discussed for their toxicity, allergy, damage and preventive caution. Contrary to their harmfulness, it was also proposed to conserve the polispine wasps respecting their useful ecological niches, but within maintaining at least the minimum viavble populations as well as the numbers of inhabiting sites within the islet.

The aim of this study was to evaluation the effect of 4weeks agility ladder exercise on body composition and physical fitness. Primary school students(n=7) participated in the aerobic exercise and agility Ladder exercise program(HRmax 60~80%, 55min/day, 5days/week). 다층 구조를 이용한 PCS용 위상배열 안테나에 대한 연구

본 논문에서는 PCS 주파수대(1.8~2.0 GHz)에서 사용하기 위한 4-bits 위상천이기를 이용한 다층구조형 슬롯결합 능동 위상배열 안테나를 설계 ·제작하여 그 특성을 고찰하였다. 4-bits 위상천이기는 PIN다이오드를 이용하여 30˚ 및 60˚ 부하선로형 위상천이기와 90˚ 및 180˚ 반사형 위상천이기로 구성되었다. 안테나의 효율 및 대역폭을 개선하기 위하여 슬롯결합형 급전구조를 사용해 방사소자인 4개의 마이크로스트립 구형 패치 안테나와 이에 대한 위상천이기를 서로 다른 기판에 설계하여 -25˚~+25˚까지 빔의 주사를 확인하였다. 다층구조형 슬롯결합 급전구조는 가역정리를 이용한 full-wave모멘트법을 이용하여 해석하였다 . In this paper, the slot-coupled active phased array with the multilayer structures for the PCS frequency band(1.8-2.0GHz) is designed and fabricated by using the 4-bits phase shifters and its operating characteristics are analyzed. The 4-bits phase shifer with PIN diodes consists of 30˚ and 60˚ loaded-line phase shifters and 90˚ and 180˚ reflection type phase shifters. The 4-element microstrip rectangular patch antennas and the phase shifters are printed on the separate dielectric substrates by using the slot-coupled feed structure to improve the bandwidth and the efficiency of antenna. The designed phased array antenna shows the scanning angle in the range of ±25˚ The slot-coupled feed structure on the multilayers in analyzed with the full-wave moment method by using the reciprocal theorem.

Uterus didelphys with unilateral obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis usually presents after menarch with progressive abdominal pain during menses secondary to hematocolpos, and indeed a very rare congenital anomaly due to Mullerian duct malformation. An accurate and prompt diagnosis is of importance to permit treatment and to assure the future fertility of the patient. Pelvic ultrasound, physical examination and pelvic MRI established a diagnosis of hematometracolpos secondary to uterus didelphys with unilateral imperforate hemivagina. An incision in the vaginal septum allowed drainage of the hematocolpos, providing relief of the patients symptoms. We report two case of uterus didelphys with obstructed hemivagina with brief review of the literature.

독성물질의 세포사 기전 및 세포사 유발물질의 검색법 개발에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 독성물질로 인한 파킨슨병 모델에서의 세포사 기전 연구 Study on the cell-death mechanisms of toxin-induced parkinsonism

MPTP 독성물질이 도파민성 신경세포에 선택적으로 작용하여 산화성 손상에 의한 신경세포사를 일으키는 것을 이용하여 파킨슨병의 동물모델을 만들고, 이를 통해서 아폼토시스를 비롯한 포사의 기전에 대한 연구 및 너코틴의 신경세포 보호효과 여부를 판정하는 실험을 병행하고자 하였다. 파킨슨꾐의 동물모델을 MPTf 독성 물질을 이용하여 확립하였으며, MPTP(30mgag, i.p.)를 투여한 후 1, 2,3, 4, 5일째 흑질 조직을 채춰하여 tarm로 박걸하여 tyrosine hydroxylase 면역조직화학염색을 수행하여 cell countif우한 결과, control은 57.635ce11s, 1일째 친.OfDells,2일째 57.9±6cells,3일릴 없.3±죠ells, 4일째 49.0츠3cells, 5일째 39.4±Scells료 4, 3일째 뚜렷한 신경세포 수의 감소를 보였다. 신경세포사 기전 규명을 위한 아폼토시스 분걱에서는 벼PTP 투여 후 1, 2, 3, 4, 5일째 조직을 채취하여 Hoechst staining, TUNEL staining을 수곡하였는데 양성 반응을 보인 신경세포는 관찰되지 않아. 아폼토시스로 인한 세포사가 관찰되지 않았다. bIPTP 파킨슨병 동물모델에서 nicotine 보호효과 탐색에 관한 실험은 nicat푸e 0.2mgAg을 5일 퐁안 투여 후 리『fP(30mgag)를 CS7Bt/6 마은스에 복강 내주사로 nicotine과 병용 투여한 후 1, 2, 3, 4, 5일째 뇌를 적출하땄다. 신경세포사가 뚜렷이 관찰되기 시작하는 4, 5일째의 신경세포 수의 감소 정도를 20. 30% 정도 약화시키는 경향을 보였으나, nicotine 보호효과에 대한 추가 실헝이 현재 수행 중에 있다. The cause of Parkinson's disease (PD) is largely unknown. However, free radical toxicit? may plaf a role ip. the degeneration of substantia nigra, which is the Hajorfocus of pathological damages in PD. Recently, a neuroprotective effect of nicotine in PD has been suggested. Therefore, the mechanism of neurodegenerafion and protective potential o( nicotine in PD were investigated in the experimental modeB of Pll using a neurotoxin, C57BL/6mice were administered with 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP, 30 mg/kg,j.p.). The degree of neurodegenerafion was determined by immunohistochemical stainiHB oftyrosine hydroxylase (TH). TH-positive cells on nigral sections were found 56.0 ±4, 57.9 ±6,52.315ce11s, 49.0±3cells, and 39,4±Scells at days 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, respectively (controls : 57.6±Scells). Hoechst and TUNEL staining showed no evidence of apoptosis. The exandnation on themice co-adrunistered with nicotine(0.2mgAg) and MPTP(30mgag) revealed a tendency ofnicotine protective effects. At days 4 and 5, the degree of TH-positive cells was decreased by20-30%, In corclusiffn, the role of apoptosis was not evidenced in this MPTP modeB of PB.The possible proteccon by nicotine should be elucidated with further studies.
