      • 太谿穴의 臨床 活用에 대한 文獻考察

        Literally, the mean of Tae-gye is highest brook. And on the basis of the acupuncture theory, Tae-gye point is the Soo earth point and source point of the Kidney Channel as well. In addition, Tae-gye point is one of the Yang-Returning Nine points. We were trying to study bibliographically on the Tae-gye point because Tae-gye point can be used very broadly across the symptoms in the theoretical aspect described above. As a results, we found out that according to the classical books of acupuncture, Tae-gye point is entering point of the Meridian Water as a source point and can be used at both Kidney-Sufficient Syndrom and Kidney-Deficient Syndrom. And Tae-gye can be applied to the disease of kidney or bladder that is urogenital symtoms, Also, Tae-gye is an useful option of tooth-ache, asthma, indigestion, constipation, edema etc whose cause is related with decrease of Kidney ki.

        Study on Reliability Improvement of Voltage Transformers by Increasing Voltage Factor

        Voltage transformers (VTs) must be highly reliable as they are essential components of the electric power industry. VT failures can cause a signifcant impact for important facilities such as nuclear power plants. In fact, VTs which passed the international standard, were damaged and sometimes resulted in the shutdown of the nuclear power plants. In order to improve the reliability, VTs with various iron core was studied. The electromagnetic feld simulation, a saturation characteristics test, and an overvoltage breakdown test were conducted. The result shows that the magnetic fux density signifcantly afects the reliability of VTs. To increase the reliability of VTs, it is required to reduce the magnetic fux density by increasing the knee-point and voltage factor. Owing to limited installation space, increasing the size of the iron core is difcult. Instead, VT by decreasing the thickness of the conductor and increasing the number of turns, it was possible to reduce the magnetic fux density without the size change. Therefore, improved VTs were obtained by decreasing the thickness of the conductor and increasing the number of turns, and the improved reliability was verifed through a comparison test with existing VTs. The fabricated VTs shows a signifcantly higher saturation voltage and breakdown time than existing VTs. Thus, by proposed VTs can contribute the stable operation of the nuclear power plant and improve the manufacturer’s quality.

        전기저항식 로드셀을 이용한 균등긴장시스템 개발 및 성능실험

        MS(Multi-Strand) 케이블은 여러 개의 강연선으로 이루어져있어, 케이블 시공시 각 강연선을 차례대로 개별적으로 긴장한다. 그리고 마지막 강연선이 정착되었을 때, 모든 강연선에 동일한 장력이 도입되어야하며, 이것이 MS 균등긴장의 핵심기술이다. 본 연구에서는 엑스트라도즈(Extradosed)교 및 사장교의 사재케이블(Stay Cable)에 적용되는 2,200MPa 초고강 도 강연선들을 균등하게 긴장, 제어할 수 있는 MS 케이블 균등긴장시스템을 개발하였다. 개발한 균등긴장시스템은 전기저항 식 로드셀, 유압잭, 유압펌프 그리고 통합제어기로 구성되며, Master 강연선과 Slave 강연선의 장력변화를 실시간으로 예측하 며 제어하는 알고리즘을 탑재하였다. 개발시스템의 기능과 성능을 검증하기 위해 균등긴장 실험을 수행한 후, 광양 태인2교 (ED교)의 사재케이블 가설긴장에 성공적으로 적용하였다. Because MS(Multi-Strand) cables consist of many strands, a jacking force is applied to each strand one by one for cable construction. All strands should have an equal tensile force when the last one is wedged. This is the core technology for MS iso-tensioning. In this study, a new MS cable iso-tensioning system was developed for controlling and jacking the high-strength strands, with an ultimate tensile strength of 2,200MPa, for a stay cable of extra-dosed/cable-stayed bridges. The newly developed iso-tensioning system consists of electrical resistance load cells, hydraulic jacking devices, hydraulic pumps, and integrated controllers. Moreover, it is embedded with an algorithm that can control and predict the variations in tensile forces of the Master and Slave strands in real time. Actual experiments were carried out to verify the function and performance of the newly developed system. This system was applied successfully to the stay cable construction of 2nd Tae-in extra-dosed bridge in Gwangyang.

      • 경주지역 여고생의 초경과 체성장간의 관계

        본 연구는 경주지역 1개 고등학교 3학년 여고생을 대상으로 초경 시작 전인 초등학교 4학년부터 고등학교 2학년까지의 키, 몸무게, 가슴둘레 수치와 초경 연령을 파악하여 여성의 초경이 빠를수록 체성장 속도의 변화가 있을 것이라는 가설을 기초로 두 요인간의 관련성을 파악하고자 시행되었다. 경주시 1개 여자고등학교 3학년생 총 317명에 대해 ㅊ경 나이, 초경시 심리 상태, 초경이 시작되었을 때의 상담 여부와 상담하였던 사람, 부모 신장과 초경전후의 식사 규칙성, 다이어트 경험, 수면시간, 스트레스, 음주/흡연 여부, 질병력 등에 대한 설문 조사를 시행하였고, 초등학교 4학년부터 고등학교 2학년까지의 키, 몸무게, 가슴둘레에 대한 정보는 건강기록부에서 확보하였다. 상기 대상자 중 건강기록부가 분실된 39명, 초경나이에 대해 응답하지 않았던 29명 및 결석 등으로 조사를 하지 못하였던 42명을 제외한 조사 대상자는 206명으로 선정하였다. 대상자들의 초경연령 평균값(Mean±SD)은 13.0±1.11이었고, 초등학교 4학년부터 고등학교 2학년까지의 초경 이후 신장 성장률은 감소하였으며, 초경연령이 빠른 군이 초등학교 때는 신장에 있어서 우위를 차지하나 고등학교에 오면서 신장은 비슷한 수준이 되었다. 초경후 1-2년 사이에 체중과 흉위의 증가율은 감소하였고, 초경연령이 빠른 군이 초등학교와 고등학교 사이에 체중과 흉위에서 모두 우위를 차지하였다. 본 연구의 결과는, 흔히 이차 성징의 시작 시점 혹은 사춘기의 시작 시점으로 보고있는 초경 연령이 청소년기의 성장과 밀접한 관련성이 있고, 특히 체중과 흉위의 성장 속도와 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 시사한다. To understand the onset of menarche in relation to changes in physical growth that take place during female adolescence, especially the changes in height and weight velocity. The 207 senior in one women high school of Kyongju were investigated in April 3 to 8, 2001. We collected the information, relation in the age at menarche, height & weight of parents, regularity of eating, and obesity diet, duration of sleeping, sickness & stress near age at menarche, by self-recording. The status of height, weight & chest circumference between the 4th grade of primary school and the junior of high school was collected by individual Health Record. The results were followed; The average age at menarche was 12.95±1.11 years old and the most frequent age of menarche is 13 years. After menarche, the velocity of height, weight and chest circumference were decreased. The most rapid group of menarche hold dominant position in height during elementary school. As time passed, they dont hold dominant position in height. The most rapid group of menarche get an advantage in the weight and the girth of chest after elementary school. The height of subjects is directly proportional to the height of their parents. These results suggest that the starting age at menestuation can be closely associated with physical growth and development.

      • GARCH모형의 물가와 임금간 인과관계

        This paper analysis a causality under the heteroskedasticity. That the error terms have a covariance in the time series analysis can not be estimated efficiently If the covariance assumption have been broken, The OLS analysis method is overestimated at the coefficient and the test value is incorrected in the significant level For the causality, the unit root test decides stability level of the variable and the level is choosen between level instrument and difference instrument. The result of the unit root test was proved that the first difference instrument had the stability for WPI, CPI, WAGE. The optimal lags was adapted by the Akaike-Shwaltz lags method. The result of the Akaike-Shwaltz was appeared the optimal lags of 3-6. To efficiently estimate was used the ARCH, GARCH models that the error terms have the heteroskedasticity. In case of the Granger's causality, the WAGE was caused by WPI, CPI but In case of the optimal lags causality, the WAGE caused by WPI, the CPI was caused the wage. The efficient estimator was estimated by the ARCH and GARCH models.         This study was conducted to establish an operational direction for customized training in our college. The demands for customized training were analyzed on paper and in person 37 junior colleges, 100 companies and 468 students. The interview results were formulated into educational policies on customized training in our college. From the these results, the reasonable direction to be taken by customized training would be to develop various training program that meet the demands of the industry and students. In order to do this, our college must analyze its own regional and social environment and develop a variety of programs.

      • 골절의 치유과정에서 전혈중의 Ca - Mg, Zn - Cu의 농도 변화에 관한 연구

        In order to investigate the hypothetic defense mechanism of essential metals which take part in the healing process of bone fracture, the author measured the changes of whole blood concentration of Ca, Mg, Zn and Cu from 88 fractured patients as experimental group, and 49 healthy, male medical students as control group, using Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometer. The obtained results were as follows. 1. The mean concentrations of Ca at the time of fracture, at 1 month after fracture and at 3 months after fracture were 52.55± 17.37 g/ml, 60.45± 14.37 g/ml and 65.33± 16.73 g/ml, respectively and increased significantly through the healing process of bone fracture(p<0.05). The Ca concentration of fracture group at 3 months was higher than that of control. 2. The mean concentrations of Mg at the time of fracture, at 1 month and at 3 months were 26.50± 6.76 g/ml, 28.46± 6.11 g/me, 29.51± 4.32 g/ml, respectively and increased significantly through the healing process(p<0.05). The concentrations of Mg in fracture group were lower than that of control(p<0.05). 3. The mean concentrations of Zn at the time of fracture, at 1 month and at 3 months were 6.73± 1.68 g/ml, 6.48± 1.25 g/ml, 6.91± 1.58 g/ml, respectively and the changing tendencies were not statistically significant through the healing process (p>0.05). The concentrations of Zn in fracture group were lower than that of control. 4. The mean concentrations of Cu at the time of fracture, at 1 month and at 3 months were 1.04± 0.38 g/ml, 1.11± 0.46 g/ml, 1.13± 0.42 g/ml, respectively and increased through the healing process, but the changes were not statistically significant (p>0.05). The concentrations of Cu in fracture group were higher than that of control(p<0.05). 5. There were positive correlations between Ca and Mg, Zn and Cu concentrations (p<0.01) in both fracture and control groups, but no constant correlations were found in the other metals. 6. The ratio of Mg/Ca was tend to decrease through the healing process of bone fracture, but the ratio of Zn/Cu was showed no constant change in fracture group and that was higher in control(p<0.05) 7. As above results, the changes of 4 essential metal( Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu) concentrations in whole blood have meaningful role in the healing process of bone fracture.

      • 晋州市 上鳳東洞 一帶의 나방相에 대하여

        1984년 3월 31일부터 11월 2일까지 32주 동안 晋州市 上鳳東洞 一帶의 나방相을 調査 한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 採集 同定된 나방類(Heterocera)는 총19科, 260屬, 329種, 8,215個體였으며 이들 중에서 Idaea trisetata Prout 외 10종이 한국미기록종으로 同定되었다. 2. 出現個體數는 月別로는 8月, 季節別로는 여름에 가장 많았다. 3. 나방類의 出現시기는 年中 1회 출현하는 種, 2個月 以上 간격으로 2회 출현하는 種. 6個月 以上 계속 出現하는 種, 봄, 여름 및 가을에만 出現하는 種 등 크게 6가지 類型이 있었다. 4. 優占種은 쌍줄점갈고리나방 (Nordstroemia japonic Moore)이었으며 優占科는 밤나방과(Noctuidae)였다. 5. 時間別 出現樣相은 23~02시 사이에 가장 많이 出現했고, 가장 많이 採集된 時間은 봄 23시, 여름 02시, 가을 20시였다. 6. 기온별 出現樣相은 20~26℃ 사이에 出現個體數가 많았다. 7. 濕度別 出現樣相은 50%에서 다소 출현하기 시작하여 습도가 높아짐에 따라 출현개체수가 증가하다가 90% 이후에는 다소 감소하는 경향이었다. Seasonal fluctuations of the moth fauna in relation to time, air temperature and relative humidity were investigated in Sangbongdong-dong, Chinju-city, Gyo˘ngsangnam-do, Korea from March 31, to November 2, 1984. This study was based on an examination of 8,125 individuals. 1. The collected and identified moth were 329 species, 260 genera, 19 families, and the dominant species and family were Nordstroemia japonica Moore and Noctuidae, and the unrecorded species in Korea were 11. 2. Biogeographically the ration between the Paleoarctic and the Oriental species was 4 to 1. 3. Appearence pattern was classified into 6 types according to the frequency, and the collected numbers of individuals. The moths were most abundant in August and through Summer. 4. The moths appeared most abundantly from 23 to 02 o'clock through the year, and at 23, 02and 20 o'clock in Spring, Summer and Autumn, respectively. 5. By air temperature, the collected numbers of individuals were most from 20℃ to 26℃. 6. By relative humidity, the collected numbers of individuals were none at 45% and increased from 50% and most at 90%

      • 진양호 상류수계 수질특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to estimate plan of improvement using water quality data. The water quality and contamination sources were monitored from Mar. 2000 to Sep.2000 for the 16 points on the Upper Stream of Jin-yang lake. To monitor the water quality, water temperature, pH, DO, BOD, COD, SS, Turbidity, NH_3-N_3, NO_3-N, T-N, PO_4-P, T-P, etc were chosen as pollution parameter. The upper stream of Jin-yang lake were in serous problem because not treatment facilities for sewerage, livestock wastewater, agricultural chemical, etc. Population and domestic animals were as the major contamination sources of the streams. In order to recover the water quality of natural Nam river, the sewage treatment from the Upper Stream of Jin-yang lake base should be renovated or upgraded.

        외상에 의한 심실중격 열창 : 1증례 보고

        Blunt chest trauma may cause a variety of cardiac injuries, such as cardiac contusion, congestive heart failure due to myocardial injury or disruption of intracardeac structues, and more severely, instantaneous death. Traumatic rupture of the interventricular septum secondary to blunt chest trauma is extremely rare. Rupture of the interventricular septum may occur almost immediately after injury or many days later. The most common site of rupture is in the muscular portion of the septum near the apex. The exact mechanism of ventricular septal rupture in blunt trauma is unknown but it is thought to occur by external compression of the heart between the sternum and the vertebrae or as a result of extreme changes in intrathoracic pressure during sudden deceleration. We report an autopsy case of intraventricular septum rupture due to blunt chest trauma. A comatous 28-year-old male was admitted to emergency room after blunt chest trauma by unidentified object. He was treated with supportive care but expired two days later. The autopsy findings were as follows. The dead boy was slightly slender. External wound and patterned bruise were not present. In submentopbic incision, both pleural fluid(right 700ml, left 450ml) and ascites(400ml) were noted. The posterior wall of left ventricle showed hemorrhage measuring 1cm in diameter. On opening the heart, there was interventricular septum rupture measuring 3.5cm in length. Other cardiac structures were unremarkable. On ligh microscopic examination, endothelial cell was not seen in ruptured portion and both lung showed severe congestion and edema.
