중국 일류 대학전공 건설 배경 하에 지방대학의 지역특색 법학전공 인재양성에 관한 연구

일류대학전공은 중국 교육부가 일류대학교육을 기초로 “쌍만계획”(双万计划) 건설을 실행하는 대학전공을 말한다. 중국 교육부의 “쌍만계획”(双万计 划)은 분류하여 발전하고, 특색 있는 발전을 장려하며 중국 지방대학의 전공건 설에 큰 발전기회를 가져다주었으며 중국 지방대학 전공건설의 지속가능한 발 전에 유리하다. 먼저, 본고는 중국 지방대학의 일류전공 건설에 대한 고찰을 바탕으로 중국 지방대학 일류법학전공의 건설요소를 제시하고 중국 지방대학 의 법학전공 건설 발전을 제한하는 요소를 분석한다. 중국 지방대학 일류법학 전공 건설은 지역특색이 있는 법치 인재 양성에 강력한 버팀목을 제공한다. 중 국 지방대학의 법학전공은 특색 있는 인재 양성 방식을 선택하여야 한다. 지방 대학의 법학교육을 특색 있는 인재 양성으로 그 위치를 확정하는 것은 중국 경제사회 발전의 객관적인 수요이자 중국 법학교육사업 자체가 발전하는 필연 적인 요구이며 중국 법학교육이 질 향상에서 필연적인 선택이다. 이어 본고는 중국 지방대학 법학전공이 지역특색 있는 인재 양성을 실시하는 필요성에 대 한 고찰을 바탕으로 중국 지방대학 지역특색 법학전공 인재 양성의 본질속성 과 위치확정을 논술하고자 한다. 교육개혁을 추진하고 교과과정 체계를 갱신 하고 보완하며 실천교육을 강화하고 교원역량 건설을 강화하며 섭외법률 인재 양성의 새로운 방식을 모색하는데 착안하여 건설을 전개하면 중국 지방대학 지역특색 법학전공 인재의 양성 효능을 전면적으로 제고시킬 것이다. A first-class undergraduate major refers to an undergraduate major implemented by the Chinese Ministry of Education under the “Double Ten Thousand Plan” based on first-class undergraduate education. The “Double Ten Thousand Plan” of the Chinese Ministry of Education encourages classified and distinctive development, bringing significant development opportunities to the professional construction of local universities in China, which is conducive to the sustainable development of professional construction in local universities in China. Firstly, based on the investigation of the construction of first-class majors in local universities in China, this article proposes the elements for the construction of first-class majors in law in local universities in China, and analyzes the limiting factors for the development of law majors in local universities in China. The construction of first-class legal majors in local universities in China provides strong support for the cultivation of local legal talents with regional characteristics. Local Chinese universities should choose a distinctive talent training model for law majors. Positioning legal education in local universities as a distinctive talent cultivation model is an objective need for China’s economic and social development, an inevitable requirement for the development of China’s legal education industry, and an inevitable choice for improving the quality of China’s legal education. Furthermore, based on the examination of the necessity of implementing regional characteristic talent cultivation in the law major of local universities in China, this article elaborates on the connotation and positioning of regional characteristic law talent cultivation in local universities in China. Starting from promoting educational reform, updating and improving the curriculum system, strengthening practical teaching, strengthening the construction of the teacher team, and exploring new models of foreign-related legal talent cultivation, the article carries out construction, We will comprehensively improve the training efficiency of legal professionals with regional characteristics in local universities in China.
사회적경제와 청소년 시민교육이 추구하는 사회적 가치에 대한 탐색적 연구

This study aims to explore the social values pursued by the social economy and youth civic education. First, we summarized the social values pursued by social economy and youth civic education, and extracted three keywords that appear in common: community and community, democratic decision-making, and participation. Then, through a case analysis, we examined how the social economy and youth civic education are used in practice. To summarize the results, it can be said that social economy and youth civic education are completed through participation in the form of democratic decision-making based on the foundation of community and community.
가계부채와 기본적 욕구 결핍의 관계: 생계, 건강, 주거 차원을 중심으로

This study examined the relationship of indebtedness with the degree of deprivation of basic needs in the areas of material hardship, health, and housing. The data for the analyses came from the 3rd-10th waves of the Korea Welfare Panel Study, collected from 2008 to 2015. The degree of deprivation was estimated using the fuzzy set theory. Major results are as follows: First, the low-income group had the debt-to-income ratio almost 2 times higher and the proportion of subprime loan 2-6 times higher, compared to the middle- and high-income groups. Second, among the lower income individuals (income deciles 1-3), the degree of deprivation in terms of material hardship and housing was much higher for those with indebtedness. Such differences were not observed for the middle- and high-income groups. The results suggest that a combination of low-income and indebtedness increases the risk of deprivation in basic needs and that there is a need for coordinating social safety net programs and financial counseling, management, and recovery services.

Small amounts of trans fatty acids exist naturally in beef and dairy foods. Also, they can be produced in the process of partial hydrogenation to manufacture shortning or margarine. They can provide a better palatability and shelf life. According to the recently studies, trans fatty acids can raise health risk such as heart diseases and coronary artery diseases. They can also increase low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and decrease high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol in the blood plasma, therefore increasing the risk of atherosclerosis and diabetes. The aim of this study was to determine total lipids and trans fatty acids (TFAs) content in processed foods and meat products. The analysis of trans fatty acids was performed in 28 samples of donuts, 18 samples of bakeries, 4 samples of frozen doughs, 2 samples of popcorns, and 4 samples of meat products (ham, sausage, nuget, and bacon). Total lipids in processed foods and meat products were extracted by chloroform-Methanol method and acid digestion, respectively. They were analyzed by gas chromatography using a SP-2560 column and flame ionization detector. The amounts of TFAs per 100 g of foods were 0-3.3% (0.74% on average) in donuts, 0.2-5.8% (1.18% on average) in bakeries, 0.2-6.3% (1.93% on average) in frozen doughs, and 0-5.8% in popcorns. Meat products such as ham, sausage, and nuget analyzed 0.1% of TFAs, respectively and trans fatty acids in bacon were not detected. As a result, the distribution of TFAs in processed foods was widely ranged from O% to 6.3% according to manufacturers and types of products, whereas the content of TFAs in meat products ranged from 0% to 0.1%.
