      • The insect community structure with indicator species along vegetation composition in Is. Nam-hae, South Korea

        An insect faunal survey was carried out to investigate insect community structure along the vegetation community to monitor insect species in forest ecosystem. We performed day and night collections from June to August along three vegetation communities of Is. Nam-hae in 2014: the first stand with Pinus thunbergii, the second P. thunbergii with Quercus serrata and the third P. thunbergii with various Quercus species. In total 2,259 individuals of 532 species, 99 families, 13 orders are identified. Cluster Analyses (CA) showed that all three vegetation communities were relatively similar between vegetation community types. According to indicator species analysis (ISA) result, nine significant indicator species were identified (p < 0.05); five species were found to be affected by the vegetation cluster and four species the month cluster.

        GIS기반 동남 광역권 산업체 정보시스템 구축 및 활용

        광역 교통망 및 통신기술의 발전에 따라 광역경제권의 활성화를 위한 협력체계의 중요성이 날로 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 동남권 광역경제권을 대상으로 GIS 기반의 산업체 정보 공유를 목적으로 동남권 산업체 정보시스템을 구축하였다. 동남권의 경우 제조업 중심의 산업 집적지로서 행정경계를 넘어 산업체간의 근접성과 연결성을 고려한 효율적인 산업 클러스터 및 협력체계 운영이 요구된다. 정보시스템의 DB 구축을 위해 부산, 울산, 경남에서 구축되어진 산업체 DB를 활용하여 정보시스템을 구축한 바, 각 지자체간 데이터의 불일치와 GIS기반의 위치정보 미흡으로 인한 여러 가지 문제점을 발견하였다. 이의 해결을 위해서는 수집 및 배포, 활용과정을 고려한 표준화가 시급한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 산업체 정보의 공간정보화를 위해 지적도와 수치지도를 활용하여 웹상에서 관리자-사용자 쌍방향간의 정보생성 및 단계별 접근이 가능한 2-way 방식의 산업체 정보시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 동남권 산업육성을 위한 협력체계 및 공동대응을 위한 산업체 정보 공유체계의 기초적 틀을 제공하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다고 하겠다. Following the technology developments of traffic network and communication for the wide area, the importance of the cooperation system to vitalize the wide area economy is increasing. Therefore, in this study, DongNam Kwon industry information system is established for the industrial information sharing based on GIS in the DongNam Kwon wide area economy. The DongNam Kwon is an industrial integration area centered with the manufacturing so that the operation of effective industrial cluster and cooperation systems are required across the administrational boundaries. To establish the database of the information, the information system was established utilizing already established industrial databases in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam. But, various issues caused by the discordances among the data of each local government and the insufficiency of GIS based location information have been found. According to the analysis, the standardization considering the courses of collection, distributions and utilization are required immediately to solve the issues. This study establishes an 2-way industrial information system enabling the information creation and the phased approach between the administrator and the user in the bi-directions on the web by utilizing cadastral and numerical maps. The result of this study would have a meaning in providing a fundamental frame for cooperative responses and cooperation system for DongNam Kwon``s industrial promotion using industrial information sharing.

      • 폐석고와 Fly Ash를 재활용한 차수재의 배합비 산정을 위한 연구

        This study was conducted to estimate experimentally the optimal mixing ratio of landfill liner materials using waste plaster and fly ash. Feasibility of reuse of waste plaster and fly ash was investigated as well as the use of cement, soil, and natural bentonite as landfill liner materials. Soil property index tests and compaction tests were performed to see the property of the soil used in this study. After selected materials were mixed with varied mixing ratio, hydraulic conductivity tests and unconfined compressive strength tests were conducted to see whether new liners using waste materials could meet the criteria as landfill liner regulated by the government. The optimal mixing was suggested as 30% of fly ash, 60% of soil used in this study, 3% of cement, 7% of bentonite to obtain 9.8×10-8 ~1.1×10-6 cm/sec of hydraulic conductivity and 6.2~15.2kg/cm2 of compressive strength.

      • 反芻動物의 Hemoglobin型에 關한 硏究

        牛와 緬羊 그리고 山羊의 hemoglobin phenotype 및 遺傅子의 出現頻度를 檢討하고자 牛 460頭(韓牛 430, Holstein 30), 緬羊 214頭(Corriedale 140 Polworth 74), 山羊 150頭(在來山羊 黑色種 60, 在來山羊 白色種 40, Saanen 雜種 50)에 對하여 寒天 gel 電氣泳動法을 實施하여 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 牛의 hemoglobin phenotype는 HbAA, HbAB, HbBB, HbAC 그리고 HbAD의 5型으로 나타났으며 이들의 出現頻度는 HbAA型이 78.70%, HbAB型이 20.00%, HbBB型이 0.43%, HbAC型이 0.43%, 그리고 HbAD型이 0.43%이었다. hemoglobin型, 支配遺傅子은 ??, ??, ?? 그리고 ??의 4種으로 그 出現頻度는 ??가 89.13%이고 ??가 10.43%이며 ??와 ??는 名名 0.22%이었다. 단지 Holstein種은 hemoglobin phenotype가 HbAA型과 HbAB型만이 나타났으며 그 出現頻度는 HbAA型86.67%이고 HbAB型이 13.33%이었다. Holstein種의 hemoglobin 支配遺傅子는 ??와 ??의 2種으로 그 出現頻度는 ??가 93/33%이었고 ??가 6.67%이었다. 2. 緬羊의 hemoglobin phenotype는 HbAA, HbAB 그리고 HbBB의 3型으로 나타났으며 이들의 出現頻度는 HbAA型이 63.08%, HbAB型이 29.91% 그리고 HbBB型이 7.01%이었다. hemoglobin型 支配遺傅子는 ??와 ??의 2種으로 그 出現頻度는 ??가 78.04%이었고 ??가 21.96%이었다. Carriedale種과 Polworth種과는 hemoglobin型에는 差異가 없었으나 型의 出現頻度와 그 支配遺傅子의 出現頻度에는 큰 差가 있었다. 즉 Corriedale種는 hemoglobin phenotype의 出現頻度가 HbAA型이 80.71%이며 ??의 出現頻度는 89.64%나 되었으나 Polworth의 hemoglobin phenotype의 出現頻度는 HbAA型이 29.73%이며 HbAB型이 52.70%로 가장 많았으며 ??의 出現頻度가 43.92%나 되었다. 3. 山羊의 hemoglobin phenotype는 全部 同一型으로 나타났으며 牛나 緬羊의 HbAA型에 類似하였다. The hemoglobin phenotypes and the gene frequencies of 460 cattle(430 Korean native cattle, 30 Holstein), 214 sheep(140 Corriedale, 74 Polworth) and 150 goats(60 black Korean native goats, 40 white Korean native goats, 50 Saanen hybrid) were examined by agar gel electrophoresis. The results obtained were as follows; 1. In cattle hemoglobin phenotypes, HbAA, HbAB, HbBB, HbAC and HbAD were observed and their frequencies of appearence were 78.70, 20.00, 0.43, 0.43, and 0.43 per cent respectively. The distribution of gene frequency were calculated 89.13 in ??, 10.43 in ??, 0.22 in ?? and 0.22 per cent in ??. Among the cattle hemoglobin phenotypes two hemoglobin types, HbAA and HbAB, were observed in Holstein and their frequencies of appearence were 86.67 and 13.33 per cent respectively. The distribution of gene frequency were calculated 93.33 in Hb?? and 6.67 per cent in ??. 2. In sheep hemoglobin phenotypes, HbAA, HbAB and HbBB were observed and their frequencies of appearence were 63.08, 29.91 and 7.01 per cent respectively. The distribution of gene frequency were calculated 78.04 in ?? and 21.96 per cent in ??. The distribution of gene frequency of Hb?? was 89.64 per cent in Corriedale but 56.08 per cent in Polworth. 3. Only one hemoglobin type was found in the goats and the type was similar to the HbAA type which was showed in cattle and sheep.

        This study is intended to propose a reliability based approach to safety assessment and berth-capacity rating of aged wharf structures based on measured data acquired from an extensive dynamic field load testing against berth impact of real ships. The study comprises the essential part of a project for assessing actual berth-capacity of deteriorated and damaged dolphin structures at the Onsan oil refinery wharf currently operated for the berth of oil refinery ships of 20,000 DWT.

        This study is an educational program chiefly designed for teaching all the students in Kwang-ju Health College English and internet at the same time, which was applied for the fourth field of a specializing program required by the Ministry of Education. The program is a knowledge enhancement one aimed at training men and women who will become the leaders with advanced knowledge for the 21st century. The International Education Cooperation Center established in the College will manage and supervise all the procedures, especially in developing curriculums and in training the students. There are three kinds of detailed courses in this program; the basic, the applied, and the one for qualifications. 1. The basic course, a grounding one for cultivating the men and women with advanced knowledge, consists of the education for practical use of a computer, internet English, and netiquette. This is a required course for the applied one, and the president in the college gives certification to the students who complete this course satisfactorily. 2. In the applied courses, there is the E-mail penpal--one that offers each student the opportunity to communicate with a native speaker, and the subject discussion course in which the students are able to exchange their ideas or thoughts at a time with multi-people with the same or similar interests or majors. The former is a required one for the latter. The students who complete this course satisfactorily the certified by the president at the college. 3. This course for the diversification of the student employment after graduation is classified into the six classes for the qualifications; the 1st and the 2nd grade data referer(or processor) throuhg internet, the specialized intelligence processor, the tourist guide, the 3rd grade English translater, and the simultaneous English interpretor. This course must be taken by the students who complete or are in the E-mail penpal or subject discussion course. To gain this, the programs offer various learning motivations; English speech, TOEIC, and English data referring contests, international exchange program, and so on. This program is expected to improve all the education at the college, especially curriculums and teaching methods, and have a mulitplier effect on various fields for other colleges, communities, and industries.

      • 태권도 선수들의 운동 만족이 정신건강 및 생활 만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to determine how a Taekwondo player's athletic satisfaction affects his/her psychological health and overall personal happiness. A questionnaire survey was carried out on a sample group of 200 students attending colleges located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Then, 23 questionaries deemed not trustworthy were eliminated, leaving 178 questionaries for analysis. The questionnaire, which contained total 128 questions, showed the confidence level falling between .5241 and .8945 (Cronbach's alpha). The study, which relied on frequency analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe test, produced the following results. First, athletic satisfaction showed a statistically significant difference (5% range) depending on sex, school year or athletic experience. Second, psychological health resulted in a statistically significant difference (5% range) depending on sex or athletic experience while no difference was noticed regarding school year. Third, happiness in life showed a statistically significant difference (5% range) depending on sex or school year while no difference was noticed with regard to athletic experience.

        벼에 대한 돈분뇨 혐기성 소화액비의 사용적량 구명

        가축분뇨를 혐기성소화하여 메탄가스를 생산하고 난 다음 혐기성 소화액비를 비료자원으로 활용하기 위하여 농가포장에서 액비의 시용적량을 구명하였다. 벼 생육상황은 액비 100%+화학비료구가 전 시기를 통해 가장 양호하였으며, 그 다음으로 표준시비구가 분얼기에만 양호하였으나 그 이후에는 표준시비구·액비 100%구 및 액비 150%구 간에는 서로 차이가 없었다. 시기별 식물체중 전질소함량은 분얼기 및 출수기에는 추비의 영향으로 표준시비구가, 유수형성기에는 액비 100%+화학비료구가 높았다. 벼 수량은 액비 100% 및 150%구들이 표준시비구와 비슷하거나 약간 증수되었으며, 액비 100%+화학비료구는 고중의 증가 및 도복으로 인하여 표준 시비구보다 수량이 오히려 약간 낮았다. 수확기 질소흡수량은 표준시비구가 가장 높았고 ,시비질소 효율은 액비 100%구에서, 시비질소 이용율은 액비 100%+화학비료구에서 높았다. 시기별 토양중 NH₄-N 및 NO₃-N함량 변화는 액비 100%+화학 비료구가 타 처리구보다 높았다. 시기별 관개수 중 NH₄-N 및 NO₃-N함량 변화는 분얼비의 영향으로 급격히 증가하였다가 급격히 감소하였는데, 증가한 시기에는 표준시비구 및 액비 100%+화학비료구가 가장 높았다. 시기별 침투수 중 NH₄-N함량 변화는 액비 150%구들에서 많이 용탈되었구 NO₃-N 함량은 액비에 화학비료를 추비한 구들에서 많이 용탈되었다. 혐기성 소화액비는 액비 중의 질소성분을 분석하여서 표준시비량의 질소성분에 맞추어 시용하여야 한다. This study was carried out to evaluate the proper application amount of anaerobic digestion waste water and the environmental influence on rice. The waste water collected after methane fermentation process of pig manure was used as a liquid manure. Liquid manure 100%+chemical fertilizer 30%(LM 100%+CF 30%) treatment was the most favorable at all growth stages of rice. The LM 100%+CF 30% treatment was applied to 100% amount of liquid manure which was correspond to the same amount of nitrogen for the standard application amount on rice, with adding 30% amount of chemical fertilizer(urea) at tillering stage. The yields of rice in the treatments of 100%(LM 100%) and 150% amount(LM 150%) of liquid manure were similar or a little higher than NPK treatment, but LM 100%+CF 30% treatment was less than the NPK treatment due to the increase of straw weight and plant lodging. In periodic changes of the NH_4-N and NO_3-N contents, the LM 70%+CF 30% treatment in paddy soil was the highest in all treatments. The NPK and the LM 100% treatments in irrigation water quality were higher than other treatments. In infiltration water quality, M44-N content was leached out much in the LM 150% treatment and NO_3-N content was in the LM 100%+CF 30% treatment. The proper application amount of anaerobic digestion waste water as a liquid manure must be to analyse the nitrogen content of the waste water and to apply the same amount of nitrogen for the standard application amount on rice.

      • 돌연변이성에 의한 수중유기 오염물질의 독성평가

        한강수계 팔당댐 유입 하천수를 대상으로, 다환방향족 탄화수소를 선택적으로 유리하게 흡착하는 blue-rayon을 이용하는 현수법 및 column법으로 유기물을 흡착 추출하여, Salmonella typhimurium TA 98 및 TA 100에서의 돌연변이원성을 검색한 결과 다음과 같았다. 1. 흡착 유기물량은 8월이 11월에 비하여 약 1.7배 높았고, 현수법과 column법에서의 차는 없었다. 2. TA 100 균주에서 돌연변이원성은 나타나지 않았다. 3. TA 98균주에서의 돌연변이원성은, S-9mix 첨가의 계가 S-9mix비첨가의 계보다 높았고, 11월이 8월보다 높게 나타났다. Column법이 현수법에 비하여 돌연변이원성은 예민하게 검출되었다. In order to evaluate the toxic effect of organic pollutants in aquatic environments, organic substances extracted from blue-rayon adsorbates in Kyimgan River with the hanging and column methods were assayed by the Ames Salmonella mutagenicity test. Amounts of organic extracts adsorbed with the blue-rayon hanging method and the blue-rayon column method were similar. The mutagenicity toward TA 100 strain was not shown. The mutagenicity toward TA 98 with S-9mix was higher than that without S-9mix. For the quantitative concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water, it was shown that the blue-rayon column method was more efficient than the blue-rayon hanging method.
