This study is an inspection of press forming product and mould using reverse engineering system. The inspection process on production field involves a lot of errors because of the hand-work so we focussed on improving the measured precision through performing the effective inspection using 3D non-contact scanner. By so doing that. we improved the precision of press forming product by analyzing the cause following the inspection result. Through the inspection, we applied it to the reverse engineering and we could improve the inspection process.

Micropenis is defined as a normally formed penis with a size greater than 2 standard deviations below the mean. Twenty three patients with micropenis were managed at Soonchunhyang University Hospital from January 1988 to December 1995 We interviewed and examined them with micropenis to investigate the cause of micropenis, concomitant diseases, the efficacy of treatment and their sexual activity in postpubertal men. The patients were divided into 2 groups: 16 prepubertal and 7 postpubertal men. 9 patients had cryptorchidism, 3 of them were bilateral and 5 patients had hypospadias. Etiology was determined by hormonal assay including HCG stimulation test ; 8 as hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism, 4 as primary testicular dysfunction and 5 as idiopathic. However etiology was undetermined in 6 patients. All patients had endocrine therapy using HCG or depot testosterone. All except 4 cases responded satisfactorily. All postpubertal patients(group 2) were below the 10th percentile. Puberty was delayed in 3 patients in the older group. All patients were heterosexual and they have had erections and orgasms. Five patients have had ejaculations, 3 of them were sexually active and they have experienced vaginal penetration, Nevertheless, their sexual partners have had complaints and the patients themselves have felt ashamed and dissatisfied. Fortunately, they were mentally healthy. None of these patients were married or had a child.

The purpose of a paper is to know the first invest cost, a payback period, and an environmental result on EXCO when we apply a photovoltaic system to it Today, the need for alternative energy has increased due to the global environmental problems and energy depletion Buildings built nowadays have a tendency of getting innovative facilities and play important roles themselves as education and ads After Daegu City has tried to be selected as a Solar City, it makes alternative energy necessary for many public buildings Following this trend, Daegu City has a plan of putting a photovoltaic system on large buildings For instance, EXCO, exhibition and convention building in Daegu, is on the process of having a photovoltaic system. When assuming this project, the first thing we should have is an amount of hourly energy consumption for EXCO The hourly data for the electric energy were gathered by field survey for EXCO. Then, three places on EXCO were regarded of a photovoltaic system Every energy on each place was calculated respectively Considering the first invest cost, the payback period needs about 15 years in an environmental evaluation, the deduction of carbon 야oxide was also obtained with a certain chemistry equation. Evaluating the first invest cost, a payback period, and an environmental result, this paper Will give some information of choosing where to place the photovoltaic system on EXCO

If we are looking for something that can be found anywhere in public places, homes, and and even toilets, we will be able to choose a mirror that can easily reflect us. To satisfy the convenience needs of people, we can automatically introduce various useful information on mirrors that are often used by anyone, or add functions such as measuring human body temperature in line with the recent trend of public health due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The system presented in this paper aims to improve the convenience of users who frequently look in the mirror by displaying visual information on a translucent mirror as well as being able to reflect the image as explained above.

<P>The integration of metal oxides and carbon materials provides a great potential for enhancing the high energy and power densities of supercapacitors, but the rational design and scalable fabrication of such composite materials still remain a challenge. Herein, we report a fast, scalable, and one-pot hydrodynamic synthesis for preparing ion conductive and defect-free graphene from graphite and MnO<SUB>2</SUB>/graphene nanocomposites. The use of this hydrodynamic method using Taylor-Couette flow allows us to efficiently fast shear-exfoliate graphite into large quantities of high-quality graphene sheets. Deposition of MnO<SUB>2</SUB> on graphene is subsequently performed in a fluidic reactor within 10 min. The prepared MnO<SUB>2</SUB>/graphene nanocomposite shows outstanding electrochemical performances, such as a high specific capacitance of 679 F/g at 25 mV/s, a high rate capability of 74.7% retention at an extremely high rate of 1000 mV/s, and an excellent cycling characteristic (∼94.7% retention over 20 000 cycles). An asymmetric supercapacitor device is fabricated by assembling an anode of graphene and a cathode of MnO<SUB>2</SUB>/graphene, which resulted in high energy (35.2 W h/kg) and power (7.4 kW/kg) densities (accounting for the mass of both electrodes and the electrolyte) with a high rate capability and long cycle life.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
Doping-less Tunnel Field-effect Transistor with a Gate Insulator Stack to Adjust Tunnel Barrier

This paper suggests a doping-less TFET that shows high performance in low power circumstances and its electrical characteristics are analyzed. The doping-less TFET’s gate insulator consists of ONO (SiO2-Si3N4-SiO2) triple dielectric. When programmed, the tunnel barrier is formed by electron charge traps of nitride region. Then, the tunnel barrier is adjusted by trapped electrons in silicon nitride region. Therefore, it is possible to control the electrical characteristics of the device by controlling the number of electrons trapped in the nitride region by adjusting the program time. However, since the device is made of doping-less, the depletion area has increased as the substrate thickness due to the loss of control of the gate. So, the thinner the substrate thickness of the device, the better the efficiency. In the case of thin substrate thickness, TCAD simulation was per-formed by applying a 5 nm of substrate thickness because the thinner the substrate thickness of the device, the more efficient it is. As a result, the proposed device shows low subthreshold swing (SS) of 29.01 mV/decade at 0.5 V of VDS in the transfer curves. Then, the proposed TFET can control the electrical characteristics with program time and can be driven with low power due to having a low SS.
