하저를 통과하는 철도 쉴드 터널 설계시 고려사항에 대한 연구

최근 국가기간 철도망의 도심지 통과시 민원 및 환경, 기존 노선과의 접속 등의 이유로 구조물 근접, 하저, 퇴적층~경암의 복합지반 등 점점 더 가혹한 현장조건에서도 터널공법의 적용이 요구되어 지고 있으며, 이들 조건에서도 안전하게 시공이 가능한 쉴드(Shield) TBM에 대한 적용이 증가하고 있다. 본 고에서는 대곡~소사 복선전철 민간투자시설사업 구간 중 한강 하저를 횡단하는 철도 쉴드(Shield) TBM 터널 설계시 주요 고려사항에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 특히, 하저구간 통과시의 고수압 조건과 한강 하류지역의 지질학적 특성으로 인한 풍화대 심도가 불규칙한 복합지반, 다수의 단층파쇄대, 퇴적층 등의 불량한 지반조건을 통과하기 위한 쉴드 TBM의 검토사항과 터널안정성 확보를 위한 주요 설계 방안을 중점적으로 다루고자 한다. Recently, despite of the harsh conditions such as adjacent structures, underwater tunnel, and complex grounds, tunnel construction has been performed inevitably in underground metropolitan area because of civil complaint, environment and connection with existing railway. Thus, it has been increasingly demanded to be constructed by Shield TBM excavation method that can be a safe way under these adverse conditions. In this paper, we would like to introduce the major considerations about the shield tunnel design for passing through under the Han-River among the BTL Project of double-track electrification in the Deagok~Sosa section. Interpreting Reproductive Health Right from International Human Rights Treaties: Application to Abortion Policies in Korea

The recent trend in international politics seems to project that right to procure abortion is universally recognized under the 'right to reproductive health'. However, such contention is ungrounded from the perspective of international human rights law, since human rights documents remain silent about the issue of abortion. It agrees upon holistic universal principles to protect the dignity of life and personhood which includes both the unborn and women. The task of policy-making on specific issues is delegated to the legislation of respective nations, who must carefully analyse the socio-legal dimension to devise laws that are effective. This essay refutes the said claim that abortion is a universally recognized right, by scrutinizing the international treaties ratified by Korea. It suggests that the principles of the treaties should be best interpreted to in respect to the personhood of both women and the unborn. Then, it scrutinizes the issue of abortion in Korea, both from social and legal perspective. The essay concludes by claiming that Korea should maintain its criminal ban on abortion, while taking steps to meet the international standard of procuring 'Right to Reproductive Health' in the Korean context.

사용자 중심의 웹사이트 구축을 위한 주요 평가요인에 관한 실증 연구 : 과학관련 사이트를 중심으로

7차 교육과정이후 ICT는 중고등학교 수업에서 교육효과 제고를 위한 중요한 도구로 등장하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 중고등학교 학생들의 과학학습에 도움을 줄 수 있는 웹사이트에 대한 평가요소를 분석해 보고자 한다. 여러 과학관련 웹사이트를 방문하고 이를 평가한 학생들의 설문 결과를 토대로 하여 공분산구조모형을 구축하고, 모형을 토대로 하여 어떤 요인들이 학습자의 만족에 영향을 미치는지를 확인해 보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 과학학습의 경우 학습자의 웹 사이트의 사용자 만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 신뢰성과 이해성/흥미유발과 관련된 요인으로 나타났으며, 제시방식이나 화면구성, 학습내용은 이들의 선행요인으로 고려되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 접속성이나 학습내용 자체는 만족도에 대한 직접 영향요인으로 작용하지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. Since the 7th National Curriculum was established, ICT has emerged as an indispensable tool for teaching a variety of subjects in K-12 education systems. This paper develops the model for explaining the factors affecting students' satisfaction level in using web contents for science class. Based on data collected from a questionnaire survey from the students who evaluated the web sites providing the information related to the science subject, the structural equation model is presented. From this model, a following conclusion is provided : credibility and understandability/motivation are the most important factors affecting the level of satisfaction, but the presentation method, the screen design as well as contents itself has indirect impact on user satisfaction through understandability/motivation. Other interesting results are also provided. This result might provide the useful guidelines for designing the web-contents for science class in high school.

pH에 따른 아크릴 폐수 전처리 공정의 성능변화

This research was done with the object of acrylic wastewater pretreatment experiment that was used for more efficient membrane separation processes. With the result of using pretrement processes constituted with CaO coagulant, treated water was not appropriate for the direct utilization to membrane processes because of pH 12 above, that is, strong base. Neutralization process was necessary for the purpose of lowering allowable discharge value because pH is within the range of 9∼12 by CaO coagulant.

교사들의 학교홈페이지 활용요인에 관한 실증연구

학교홈페이지 운영은 학교와 가정의 정보교환을 위한 창구이자 학교교육활동의 한 부분으로 인식되어야 한다. 학교홈페이지의 활성화에 있어 교사의 역할은 어떤 교육주체의 역할보다 중요하다. 초등학교학생들은 아직 가치판단력이 미숙하여 교사의 방향성제시에 따라 많은 영향을 받을 수 있으므로 학교홈페이지 활성화는 교사들의 활용의지에 따라 많이 좌우된다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 학교홈페이지 활용유무에 따라 교사들이 느끼는 학교홈페이지의 교육활동기여도 차이에 대해 알아보고, 그것에 영향을 미치는 요인의 분석을 통해 학교홈페이지 운영활성화를 위한 시사점을 발견하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 학교홈페이지를 신기술로 가정하고 기술수용모형이라는 신기술확산에 관한 이론을 적용하여 초등학교홈페이지의 수용 및 확산요인에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 학교홈페이지의 사용경험에 따른 교육성과에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 이용과정에서의 놀이성, 주관적 규범, 직무관련성, 자기효능감, 운영경험 등을 설정하여 희귀분석을 실시하고 주요 분석결과를 제시하였다. School homepage has emerged as an indispensable communication channel connecting teachers, school administration, students and parents. To increase the usage level of homepage for educational purposes, teachers need to be active proponents and users, specially in elementary schools. This paper develops the model for explaining the factors affecting the use of homepages from the perspective of teachers. The model, a modified version of technology acceptance model(TAM), includes perceived usefulness, ease of use, playfulness, job-relatedness, subjective norms, self-efficacy, etc. Based on a questionnaire survey from elementary school teachers, a statistical result as well as useful guidelines for promoting school homepages are provided.

In the switching node or the ATM multiplexer of the ATM network, a good bandwith utilization can be achieved by the priority control using the 1-bit CLP(Cell Loss Priority) in ATM cell header. In this paper, the hybrid priority control scheme is proposed to make up for shortcomings of existing space priority cell in a long term. its performance is ananlyzed by the cell loss probability. We estimate CLP of medel 1,2,3, and 4 to perform of the hybrid priority control scheme which we propose. Also, to estimate CLP of each priority control scheme, we perform the simulation using the simulation package, SIMSCRIPT Ⅱ.5.

초등학생을 위한 사이버 커뮤니티의 교육적 활용 방안에 관한 탐색적 연구

많은 수의 초등학생들이 인터넷을 다양한 방법으로 활용하고 있으며 그 중 커뮤니케이션을 위한 수단으로도 활용하고 있다. 특히 면대면의 학교 상황에서 여러 요인으로 인해 원활하지 못한 상호작용을 촉진시키기 위한 사이버 학급커뮤니티의 활용사례도 급증하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 초등학교 사이버 커뮤니터의 관찰과 분석을 통해 사이버 커뮤니티의 교육적 활용 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 주요 결과로서는 커뮤니티를 효율적으로 활용하기 위해서는 교사가 커뮤니티의 활용 방향성에 대한 목표를 설정하고, 채널 특성에 대한 사전 탐색이 필요하다는 것과, 학생 자율권과 교사 권한을 적절하게 조화시켜 운영해야 한다는 점을 들 수 있다. 또한 사이버 공간에서의 상호작용으로만 그치지 않고 온라인과 오프라인이 상호 유기적으로 운영되어야 하며, 누적물은 학생들의 포트폴리오로서 학기말에 학생들에게 제공될 때 효과적일 것이라는 결론도 도출되었다. Cyber school community appears to have essentially emerged from the needs for interactive communication, which would not be easy in normal school environments. Message board, chatting rooms and e-mails allow students to connect with each others, share news, find ways to help study, or post personal stories. The purpose of this paper is to give a set of guidelines, based upon the direct observations and questionnaire analysis, for utilizing the cyber school community of elementary school children. The following conclusions are provided; the appropriate goal needs to be set before the cyber school community is to be developed: the balance between the off-line and on-line interaction needs to be maintained; actions for motivating students to participate in the cyber community need to be taken by teachers.
