골프연습장 이용객의 프로파일에 따른 서비스만족과 몰입경험 : 라이프스타일과 인구사회학적 특성을 토대로

This study was conducted in order to create profiles of indoor golf users based on their lifestyle and socio-demographic characteristics and to verify the difference between service satisfaction and experience of flow according to users’ profile. The study used the survey data from 288 indoor golf users for analysis. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 18.0 and, according to the purpose of the study, applied various analysis including factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, cluster analysis, cross-analysis, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). When significant differences are found between groups after ANOVA, Tukey’s HSD post-hoc test was conducted. First, four profiles were created based on lifestyle and socio-demographic characteristics; they are achievement and tradition, achievement and trend, tradition oriented, achievement oriented. Second, according to service satisfaction based on the profiles, significant difference was found between facility service and cost. Third, in terms of differences in experience of flow, significant difference was found among four sub-factors. These results are meaningful in that they provide strategies for marketing usage through creating profiles of indoor golf users.

This study was to investigate the level of serious leisure as a state. For this purpose, the literature on serious leisure state and levels was extensively reviewed to define the level of serious leisure state. For the study, 471 participants in amateur tournaments such as baseball, tennis, basketball, squash, soccer and golf were analyzed. Statistical analysis utilizes SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0, and the following results were obtained: First, serious leisure means status and a low score of serious leisure does not mean casual leisure. Therefore, when using a serious leisure measure, the survey should be conducted on serious leisure participants. Second, the serious state of leisure participation can be divided into core devotee, moderate devotee and participant, which means that serious leisure is low, medium and high. This state can be measured by a serious leisure measure. Third, the characteristics of sub factories vary depending on the state of serious leisure. In particular, participants felt that they were making more personal efforts than key and appropriate devotees, while those who were committed felt that there were more durable benefits through serious leisure participation.

배드민턴 동호인의 진지한 여가 수준에 따른 재미요인과 운동지속수행 분석

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of each level of serious leisure for badminton club members. and also to identify the differences between competition participation and techniques level, and fun factor and exercise adherence according to the level of serious leisure. Methods: Using the AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 22.0 Statistics Program, the frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, hierarchical cluster analysis, k-means cluster analysis, cross-tabulation analysis, and one-way ANOVA were conducted. The significance level was .05. Result: In the results of this study, first, the badminton club members could be divided into ‘core devote’, ‘moderate devote’, and ‘participant’ in accordance with the level of serious leisure. Second, the competition experience had significant effects on the level of serious leisure, and The level of techniques was not significant. Third, the fun factor and exercise adherence showed significant differences in every subfactor in accordance with the level of serious leisure. Conclusion: In case of badminton participants with the low level of serious leisure, it would be necessary to help them overcome the situation of endurance for improving the level of serious leisure, and also to help them have various competition experiences. And when the level of serious leisure was higher, such various funs obtained from participation were highly perceived, and the exercise adherence intention was high. 연구목적: 본 연구는 첫째, 배드민턴 동호인을 대상으로 진지한 여가수준별 특성을 살펴보고, 진지한 여가 수준에 따라 대회참여와 기술수준에 나타나는 차이를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 둘째, 배드민턴 참여자의 진지한 여가 수준에 따라 운동참여의 중요 동기인 재미요인과 운동지속경향의 차이를 규명하는데 두 번째 연구목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 AMOS 22.0과 SPSS 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 배드민턴 참가자의 진지한 여가 수준을 분류하기 위해 위계적 군집분석(hierarchical cluster analysis) 및 k-평균 군집분석(k-means cluster analysis)을 활용하여 수준별로 그룹화 하였다. 진지한 여가에 따른 대회참여 유무와 배드민턴 기술수준을 확인하기 위해 교차분석(cross tabulation analysis)을 실시하였으며, 진지한 여가에 따른 스포츠재미요인과 운동지속경향의 차이를 검증하기 위해 일원변량분석(1-way ANOVA)으로 분석하고 유의한 차이가 있을 경우 Tukey의 HSD 방법으로 사후검정을 수행하였다. 유의수준은 .05로 하였다. 결과: 연구결과 첫째, 배드민턴 동호인은 진지한 여가 수준에 따라 ‘핵심 헌신자’, ‘적절한 헌신자’, ‘참여자’로 진지한 여가 수준을 구분할 수 있었다, ‘핵심 헌신자’ 그룹과 ‘적절한 헌신자’ 그룹은 ‘독특한기풍’에서 가장 높은 점수가 나타났다. ‘참여자’ 그룹은 모든 하위요인에서 낮은 점수가 나타났으며, ‘인내’와 ‘독특한 기풍’의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 진지한 여가 수준에 대회경험은 유의미하게 영향을 미치며, 기술수준은 유의미하지 않고 다른 요인들이 더 중요하게 작용할 수 있다. 셋째, 진지한 여가 수준에 따라 재미요인과 운동지속수행은 모든 하위요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 결론: 진지한 여가 수준이 낮은 배드민턴 참여자는 보다 높은 여가 수준으로 향상시키기 위해 인내해야 하는 상황을 잘 극복할 수 있도록 도와야하며, 다양한 대회경험을 갖도록 해줄 필요가 있다. 그리고 진지한 여가 수준이 높을수록 참여를 통해 얻는 다양한 재미를 높은 수준으로 인지하고 운동지속수행을 할 의사가 높았다. 따라서 배드민턴 참여자들은 진지한 여가 수준으로 높이기 위한 다양한 노력을 기울여야 한다.

No matter how a great value the classwork through Internet may be, the value of Internet can be of negative value if teachers do not intend to make good use of it. Based on this assumption, this research is to show how to draw up a plan for utilizing a effective course of the classwork in high school through Internet, which is now being given attention to an educational environment as a innovative way supporting various educational possibilities compared with a traditional system of education. In addition, this study focuses on the investigation on the classwork through Internet by on-the-spot teachers as a part of all possible efforts for spreading the classwork with network.
