태양광 산업에 있어서 PV추적 발전장치의 개발은 고정식 발전장치에 비하여 효율적이다. 추적식 발전장치는 단위면적당 태양의 일사량을 유지하고, 태양 전지의 효율을 최대화 한다. 따라서 정확하면서 저렴한 태양 위치 추적 장치의 경제성을 개선하는 것과 투자 가격을 내리는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 태양위치를 감지하는데 센서를 사용하 지 않고 천문학과 수학을 이용하여 1분(0.016°)이내의 태양의 위치 알고리즘에 관한 것이다. 이 논문에 제안된 알고리 즘은 장치의 비용을 내리고 발전효율도 높여준다. 지금까지 알고리즘을 적용한 결과를 고려하면, 최대오차는 30초 (0.008°)를 보인다. 그리고 이 알고리즘으로 적용한 태양광 발전시스템은 고정식 대비 평균 23W(약18%)의 이득을 보 였다. In solar industry the development of tracking PV power generation devices progresses favorably because of its efficiency, comparing with fixed PV power generation devices. Tracking PV power generation device are not only preserving the amount of solar radiation per unit area but also maximizing the efficiency of solar battery. Therefore accurate and low-priced solar position tracking devices are very important to improve the economical efficiency and lower invest price. This research is concerned with solar position algorithm with uncertainties equal to 1 minute(0.016°) using the mathmatics and astronomg. Proposed algorithm in this paper, lowers the implementation price and improves power generation efficiency. In view of the result so far achieved, maximum error has 30 secend(0.008°). And the solar cell generating system applied by this algorithm showed the gain of the fixed type contrast average 23W(about 18%).

이동 에이전트 시스템(Mobile Agent System)의 상호운용성을 위한 표준화 작업의 결과로 OMG(Object Management Group)로부터 MAF(Mobile Agent Facility) 명세가 제안되었다. MAF 명세는 이동 에이전트 시스템간의 상호운용성은 지원하지만, 시스템의 견고성을 위하여 필요한 에이전트 시스템의 영속성과 에이전트 실행 시 발생하는 예외 상황에 대하여는 규정하지 않고 있다. SMART 에이전트 시스템은 MAF 명세의 표준 인터페이스를 구현하여 개발된 이동 에이전트 시스템으로서, 본 논문에서는 SMART 시스템의 영속성과 예외 처리 지원에 대하여 기술한다. SMART 시스템은 연속성을 위하여 시스템의 정보(실행중인 플레이스, 에이전트 등)를 저장하고 복원하며, 예외 상황을 자원 접근 등급에 따라 처리하였다. 시스템의 영속성과 예외 처리는 객체의 영속성을 체계적으로 지원하는 JavaSpace 기술을 이용하여 구현되었다.

SoC 프로그램은 타겟 시스템의 자원과 타이밍에 민감하여 실제 타겟 시스템과 동일한 환경에서 디버깅해야 하므로 호스트 시스템과 타겟 시스템간의 원격 접속을 위한 Adapter가 필수적으로 요구된다. 그러나 기존의 디버깅 도구에 사용되는 고가의 Adapter들은 도구에 제한적이기 때문에 다른 도구와의 연동이 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 산업표준인 JTAG을 기반으로하는 SoC를 원격으로 제어하기 위한 고속의 USB-JTAG Adapter를 개발하여 GDB 기반의 경제적 원격 디버깅 도구를 개발할 수 있음을 보인다.

임베디드 소프트웨어는 타겟 시스템의 자원과 타이밍에 민감하므로 실제 타겟 시스템과 동일한 환경에서 디버깅해야 한다. 이를 위하여 호스트 시스템과 타겟 시스템간의 원격 접속이 필수적이므로, 인터페이싱을 위한 부가적인 어텝터가 요구된다. 기존의 상용적인 ICE 장비들은 복잡한 시스템 제어를 위한 도구로서 대부분이 고가이다. 본 논문에서는 산업 표준화된 JTAG을 기반으로 원격 시스템에 접근하여 임베디드소프트웨어를 디버깅할 수 있는 USB-JTAG 어텝터를 제안한다. 따라서 본 논문은 원격 시스템내의 소프트웨어를 디버깅할 수 있는 저가의 경제적인 인터페이싱 환경을 제공한다.

In present, KTX"s wheel is worn inevitably according to the interaction with rail in service. It was analyzed by wearing type, damage type and wheel reprofiling cycle on the running surface. As a result, damage on the running surface is main cause to reprofile the wheel. Wearing type of wheel is normal and it hasn"t reprofiled according to normal wheel wear. As a follow-up result of the wheel defects on the running surface, if the defects size IS well managed by periodical inspection, it would be efficient to increase the wheel life.
$CS_2$ / KOH Catalysis에 의한 ${\varepsilon}$-Caprolactam의 음이온 중합 (제3보)

$CS_2$/KOH catalysis를 이용해서 ${\varepsilon}$-caprolactam의 음이온중합을 시키고 percent conversion과 점도를 측정하였다. $80^{\circ}C,\;105^{\circ}C$의 비교적 낮은 온도에서는 $CS_2$/KOH mole ratio가 0.5일때 percent conversion이 가장 높았으며 또 KOH의 당량에 비례하여 percent conversion도 증가하였다. 그러나 $130^{\circ}C,\;155^{\circ}C$로 중합온도를 상승함에 따라 $CS_2$/KOH mole ratio와 KOH양에는 크게 관계없이 높은 percent conversion을 얻을 수 있었다. 그리고 30分 정도의 짧은 중합시간으로도 $80{\%}$ 이상의 높은 percent conversion을 얻을 수 있었다. The anionic polymerization of ${\varepsilon}$-caprolactam via $CS_2$/KOH catalysis was carried out under various conditions. The inherent viscosity of the polymers and percent conversion of the polymers were determined. It was observed that the percent conversion was increased as an increasing concentration of catalyst and initiator. The percent conversion was relatively low at low temperature and the highest percent conversion was obtained at temperature between $130^{\circ}C,\;to\;155^{\circ}C$ with any $CS_2$/KOH mole ratio.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Anti-corrosion metal protection of the 2D structured graphene oxide (GO) was investigated in this study using its intrinsic impermeability against reactive molecules stemming from the small geometric pore size and π-orbital repelling fields of graphene. The electrophoretic deposition (EPD) of GO sheets on metals is an attractive coating method but the negatively-charged GO only allows the anodic EPD process, which makes it difficult to achieve high-quality coating layers due to gas bubbling and electrochemical oxidation of metals. Thus, we imposed the positive charge to GO sheets using <I>p</I>-phenylenediamine (PPD) and successfully carried out the cathodic EPD in the ethanol aqueous solution. The cathodic EPD of GO on cupper provided a linear growth rate with both deposition time and voltage providing the thickness over 6.0 μm in a void-free and robust feature, which could hardly be achieved by other coating methods. Converting the GO coating to the reduced GO (RGO) by thermal reduction, we successfully increased the RGO adhesion strength up to the highest adhesion grade of 5B in the cross-cut adhesion test. An excellent anti-corrosion protection capability of the developed RGO coating was demonstrated by a decreased corrosion current density and increased corrosion potential in potentiodynamic polarization analysis.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

Background: Splenic artery pseudoaneurysm is rare and challenging, so that we reported our recent 10-year experience with the clinical features and management of this aneurysm. Methods: A total of 28 patients were diagnosed with splenic artery pseudoaneurysm from January 2004 to December 2013 at a tertiary referral center in South Korea. The electronic medical records and CT images were reviewed retrospectively. Results: Median age was 54 years (IQR, 45.25-67.25). Men were predominant (78.6%). Common causes were acute pancreatitis (7 patients, 25%) and chronic pancreatitis (7 patients, 25%), followed by surgery (5 patients, 17.9%). Nine patients (32.1%) did not have obvious causes. The most common symptom was abdominal pain (14 patients, 50%), followed by bleeding (4 patients, 14.3%) and syncope (3 patients, 10.7%). Eight patients (28.6%) were asymptomatic. Median diameter was 1.3 cm (IQR, 0.7-2.6). Majority of patients (27 patients, 96.4%) had one pseudoaneurysm. Distal-third of pancreas was the predominant location (20 patients, 71.6%). Sixteen patients (57.1%) had hemorrhage from pseudoaneurysm. Symptoms (p<.001), smoking (p=.019), alcohol (p=.031), recent surgery (p=.033), and age under 50 years (p=.049) were signifi cantly related with hemorrhage. Calcifi cation (6 patients, 21.4%) reduced the hemorrhagic risk (p=.01). A total of 22 patients were treated with endovascular intervention (16 patients, 57.1%) and surgery (6 patients, 21.45%). In three patients with post-op psuedoaneurysm, despite endovascular intervention, the hemorrhage was not controlled. Two of them had surgery, and the other died. Pseuoaneurysm was spontaneously regressed in one patient. The remaining 5 patients (17.9%) did not experiencehemorrhage after conservative management. Conclusions: Splenic artery pseudoaneursym is uncommon, and hemorrhage from it is fatal. In case of suspicious bleeding with symptoms, alcohol, smoking, recent surgery, or age under 50 years, treatment must be done. Incidentally found pseudoansurysm with calcifi cation, however, may yield good results with conservative management.
Hepatocyte-specific Prominin-1 protects against liver injury-induced fibrosis by stabilizing SMAD7

Prominin-1 (PROM1), also known as CD133, is expressed in hepatic progenitor cells (HPCs) and cholangiocytes of the fibrotic liver. In this study, we show that PROM1 is upregulated in the plasma membrane of fibrotic hepatocytes. Hepatocellular expression of PROM1 was also demonstrated in mice (Prom1CreER; R26TdTom) in which cells expressed TdTom under control of the Prom1 promoter. To understand the role of hepatocellular PROM1 in liver fibrosis, global and liver-specific Prom1-deficient mice were analyzed after bile duct ligation (BDL). BDL-induced liver fibrosis was aggravated with increased phosphorylation of SMAD2/3 and decreased levels of SMAD7 by global or liver-specific Prom1 deficiency but not by cholangiocyte-specific Prom1 deficiency. Indeed, PROM1 prevented SMURF2-induced SMAD7 ubiquitination and degradation by interfering with the molecular association of SMAD7 with SMURF2. We also demonstrated that hepatocyte-specific overexpression of SMAD7 ameliorated BDL-induced liver fibrosis in liver-specific Prom1-deficient mice. Thus, we conclude that PROM1 is necessary for the negative regulation of TGFβ signaling during liver fibrosis.
