문화원형을 중심으로 한 문화콘텐츠 기술개발에 관한 연구

As people get to have economic abundance and spare time, they get to have more desire on mental and emotional things. So the importance of cultural contents is getting more and more important. In order to activate cultural contents, cultural archetype-related technologies are essential, and through this technical guidance, the current situation of cultural archetype-related technologies is examined, and it is predicted how such technologies need to be developed. Currently, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of contents in the world markets, each country is making efforts to create contents that can be accepted in the whole world. In this situation, it is possible to develop competitive contents in the world when various contents, which utilize our own unique cultural inheritances, are generated. So we can say that cultural archetype-related technologies, which make it possible to find and apply digitized cultural archetypes, are essential technologies to preoccupy the world contents markets.

There are many experimental devices for pure shear test such as off-axis tension test pure shear test for Iosipescu conceptions. Arcan circular disk for Arcan conceptions and the general pure shear test and Hawong Iosipescu shear test(H.I.S.T.) etc.. Hawong Iosipescu shear test(H.I.S.T.) device is analyzed through caustics. It is assured that H.I.S.T. device is more effective than Iosipescu shear test(I.S.T.) device for the measurement of stress intensity factor from causic. It is known that H.I.S.T. device without notch is most effective as pure shear test device, between H.I.S.T. device and I.S.T. device for caustics, but H.I.S.T .device and I.S.T. devices are can be used ad pure shear test device

本草綱目 수재藥材의 식물분류학적 고찰 : Entries in the Part of Fruit 果部編

The plant entries in the part of fruits in Ben Cao Gang Mu <Bon-cho-kang-mok(本草綱目)> was classified according to the protocols of Engler. Total numbers of plant written in chinese names were 126. Among them only 104 entries were able to be identified by elucidation of several references. They were classified as 2 divisions, 5 classes, 26 orders, 38 families, 66 genera, 92 species with 6 varieties. Other 22 entries were unable to be classified because of their ambiguities in name.

Hypopharyngo-esophageal cancer is usually found at late stage. Its main treatment is surgical intervention and it often requires radical resection. Reconstruction of the hypopharyngo-esophageal defect after the resection of carcinomas of the hypopharynx and the cervical esophagus has traditionally been carried out with deltopectoral or musculocutaneous flap. Another approach is to reconstruct the defect with the colon or stomach. Recent advances in microvascular surgical techniques have resulted in one stage reconstruction with free flap. Both jejunal free flap and radial forearm free flap is a good alternative for the reconstruction of hypopharyngo-esophageal defect. Six cases of the radial forearm flap and nine cases of the jejunal flap were used to reconstructed the hypopharyngo-esophageal defect in 15 patients. In jejunal free flap, upper margin was reconstructed with end to side anastomosis and lower margin with end to end anastomosis. In radial forearm free flap, we used trapezoid shaped flap and tubed by complete or partial tubing according to the condition of the defects. Stricture and fistula are troublesome complications. The complications were peritonitis(n=1) and fistula(n=1). We concluded that both forearm and jejunal free flap is a useful alternative in reconstruction of hypopharynx and cervical esophagus.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the individual and health-related characteristics of eating habits in community dwelling elders in Korea. Method: A cross-sectional survey was done using a sample of 366 elders, over 65 years of age. from three metropolitan areas, three middle urban areas and one rural area. Based on a literature review, the Eating Behavior Scale (EBS) was developed, consisting of 11 yes/no responses (yes=1, no=0). EBS scores were calculated as the sum of responses. Demographic and health-related data were also obtained, Independent t-test and ANOVAs were used for data analysis. Results: Variables in education, spouse, religion, and living arrangement were found to significantly affect eating habits (p<.05) as were health perception, exercise, and smoking. (p<.05) Elders with higher education, practicing religion, and still living with their spouse had better eating habits, and elders with good perception of health, who exercised regularly, and who did not smoke also had better eating habits, Conclusions: These findings provide an understanding of eating habits of community dwelling elders, and will aid in the development of specific strategies for health promotion for those elders who have no spouse, live alone, have a low perception of health, and do not exercise, but smoke.

The purpose of this study is to prepare and present a method for managing and manipulating skyline in Suwon city, from the view point of historical landscape preservation. In this study, the historical landscape is defined as the urban landscape which has the elements of historical spaces, and the high-rise building is defined as a building of eight or more stories. Sixteen key view points, through the field survey, are selected from sixty five candidate view points. Based on field survey and key views, sensitivity map has been drawn. The key view points, key views, and sensitivity map are the devices for the management of urban skyline. Because the view to the historical landscapes is a very important component of urban landscape management, it is necessary to provide systematic and effective ways of controlling urban skyline. Further more, landscape impact evaluation system needs to be adopted as a part of high-rise building permission process.

The original plants based on in Vegetable(菜部) of Dicoction Part(湯液編) in Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑) are classified and systematized as follows by botanical taxonomy. 1) In Vegetable which consists of 124 articles, 69 kinds of original plants are identified. 2) 69 kinds of original plants recorded in Vegetable are classified into 6 divisions, 31 families, and 53 genera. 3) According to our comparing each divisions, Angeospermae is the largest division because it has has 41 genera 57 kinds(82.61%), Phaeophyta and Fungi has 4 kinds(5.89%) each, Pteridophyta has 2 kinds(2.90%), Chlorophyta has 1 kind(1.45%) of Codium fragile (SUR.) HAR.(청각), and Lichenes has 1 kind(1.45%) of Umblicaria esculenta (MIYOSHI) MINKS(石耳). 4) The original plants of Baeggae(白芥),Gogeo(苦거), Chumho(甛瓠), Goho(苦瓠), Und-ae(芸大), Baegchae(白菜), Haedae(海帶), Gonpo(昆布) are as follows. The linewidth is affected by various mechanisms. Here we will compare the isolated operator method and the single operator method.
