디스플레이 산업단지 폐수처리장 온배수로부터 발생하는 안개 저감 연구

The hot waste water from the display industrial complex affects the traffic and the surrounding environment due to fog generation in the surrounding area in winter. A simulator was built to predict the occurrence of fog due to temperature changes. Humidity change was measured after setting the temperature and ambient temperature of the hot water. The evaporation rate was compared at the reservoir discharging the hot water. When the temperature was 28oC and the atmospheric temperature was -5oC, the evaporation rate rapidly saturated to 0.9 cm/day or more. It was found that the temperature difference between the water and the atmosphere in winter exceeded the fog generation criterion of 8oC, and the evaporation amount easily changed to fog. The calculated results from the relative humidity using the simulator were in good agreement with the evaporation rate. When the temperature of the hot water is cooled from 28oC to 21oC, it is confirmed that the amount of evaporation can be reduced by 33% that result in decrease of fog generation. 디스플레이 산업단지에서 배출된 온배수가 동절기에 주변지역에 안개발생으로 교통 및 환경에 영향을 미치므로 대기기온의 변화에 따른 안개 발생을 예측하기 위해 시뮬레이터를 제작하여 온배수의 온도변화와 주변환경 온도범위를 설정한 후 습도변화를 측정하였다. 또한 온배수가 배출되는 저수지와 하천에서의 안개 발생환경에서 증발속도와 증발량을 비교 하였다. 동절기에 온배수가 28oC로 배출되고 대기온도가 -5oC인 경우 증발속도는 0.9 cm/day 이상으로 빠르게 포화되고, 동절기 수온과 대기의 온도차가 안개발생 기준인 8oC를 훨씬 초과하고 있어 증발량이 안개로 쉽게 전환됨을 알 수 있다. 시뮬레이터를 이용한 상대습도로 부터 계산된 결과와 증발속도는 잘 일치하였으며, 온배수의 배출온도를 28oC에서21oC로 냉각할 경우 약 33%의 증발량을 감소시켜 안개발생을 저감 할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
TFT-DXD 방식의 디지털 X-ray Detector를 이용한 고효율 의료 영상처리시스템

기존의 필름 X-Ray 및 CCD(Charge Coupled Device) 방식은 공간적인 제약과 진단 시간이 많이 걸리는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 방식들의 단점을 보완할 수 있는 TFT-DXD 방식의 digital X-ray detector (DR1000C)를 이용한 고효율 의료 영상처리시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 DR1000C를 이용한 의료용 영상처리시스템은 기존의 X-Ray 방식에 비해 공간 효율성이 높고 진단 시간이 짧아진다는 장점이 있다. 영상처리시스템에서 획득한 영상을 고화질로 만들기 위해 1900*1200의 해상도를 가지는 LCD 컨트롤 드라이버를 개발하였고, 영상의 성능향상을 위해 enhancement unsharp masking 기법을 제안하여, 기존의 방식과 비교하였다. The Film X-ray and the CCD method of current medical image system have the disadvantages such as required large place and diagnosis time. In this paper, we implement an effective medical image system using TXT-DXD method's digital X-ray detector(DR1000C). The implemented medical image system has advantages of placing efficiency and short diagnosis time. In order to make the image out of the system more effective, we develop an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) control driver, having the resolution of 1900*1200. And we propose an enhancement unsharp masking method to update image enhancement of DR1000C medical image system, and compare it with the current methods.

Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is a major cause of chronic liver disease in western country. About 70% to 85% of infected patients develop into chronic hepatitis. Although advanced diagnosis and treatment of Chronic Hepatitis C (CHC) has been developed, the treatment outcome has not been satisfactory. However, after introduction of peg-interferon and ribavirin, the overall sustained viral response rate(SVR) of CHC increased to 50% to 60%. Moreover, with the genotype 2 patient SVR raised to 80%. This paper will review the treatment outcome of special patient groups, such as the patient with persistent normal ALT, liver cirrhosis, chronic kidney disease, older adult, and coinfection of CHB and CHC.

There are three kinds of loading conditions applied to the O-ring, The first loading condition is the case in which uniform squeeze rates are applied to the upper side and the lower side of the O-ring (the strain condition). The second loading condition is the case in which uniform squeeze rates are applied to the upper side and the lower side of the Oring and other squeeze rates are applied to the front side of the O-ring. The third loading condition is the case in which uniform squeeze rates are applied to the upper side and the lower side of the O-ring, other squeeze rates are applied to the front side of the O-ring, and internal pressures are applied to another front side of the O-ring(loading condition is the combination of stress condition and the strain condition). In this research, a new photoelastic experimental hybrid method under the third loading condition was developed and it was verified. The stresses of the O-ring under the third loading condition were analyzed by the new photoelastic experimental hybrid method developed in this research. The internal pressures applied to the O-ring were 0.98 MPa, 1.96 MPa, 2.94 MPa and 3.92 MPa.
등방성/직교이방성 이종재료의 진전 계면균열에 대한 동적 광탄성 실험 하이브리드 법 개발

When the interfacial crack of isotropic/orthotropic bi-materials is propagated with constant velocity along the interface, stress and displacement components are derived in this research. The dynamic photoelastic experimental hybrid method for the bimaterial is introduced. It is assured that stress components and dynamic photoelastic hybrid developed in this research are valid. Separating method of stress components is introduced from only dynamic photoelastic fringe patterns. Crack propagating velocity of interfacial crack is 69∼71% of Rayleigh wave velocity of epoxy resin. The near-field stress components of bonded interface of bimaterial are similar with those of pure isotopic material and two dissimilar isotropic bimaterials under static or dynamic loading, but very near-field stress components of bonded interface of bimaterial are different from those.

Mechanical and physical properties in the dynamic state on any materials are different from them in static state. Thefore, in this paper, the calibrating device and method are simplified and developed. Mechanical Properties of materials obtained in this paper are shown on the Table 1.

SPATE(Stress Pattern Analysis by Thermal Emission) can be effectively used to analyze the stress distribution of the orthotropic structure under the repeated load by non-contact. In this research, the measuring conception and method of stress intensity factor of orthotropic material using SPATE are suggested. The relationships between the maximum values of SPATE signal and $1/\sqrt{X'}$ (or $1/\sqrt{y'}$) are theoretically established in the vicinity of crack tip of the orthotropic material. It is certified through SPATE experiment that their linear quality is very excellent.
