        In this paper, we propose a program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high resolution 360° camera of 12M. The proposed program consists of three steps: Match with plane image, parking area detection algorithm, and discrimination of parking using learning method. Tests on a model car to evaluate the program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high-resolution 360° camera of 12M showed 100% accuracy for both parking and double parking. Therefore, the effectiveness of a program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high-resolution 360° camera of 12M proposed in this paper has been proved.

        Chlorpromazine이 백서 해마에서 전기경련 충격에 의한 MAPK 타이로신 인산화에 미치는 영향

        Object : In order to examine the interaction mechanisms of electroconvulsive shock(ECS) and antipsychotic drug at the level of molecular biology, we observed the effect of chlorpromazine pre-treatment on the activation of mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK) induced by electroconvulsive shock(ECS) in rat hippocampus Method : Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 2 groups. To the experimental group chlorpromazine(20㎎/㎏) was given intraperitoneally, and to the control distilled water was given instead. Thirty minutes later, ECS was given and the hippocampus was dissected out 2 minutes thereafter. Immunoblotting with antiphosphotyrosine antibody was carried out, and the signal intensity at 42kDa band was quantitized using densitometer. The obtained result was compared by student t-test between the experimental and the control group. The absolute amount of MAPK was measured by immunoblotting with anti-MAPK antibody. Result : The tyrosine phosphorylation of MAPK reached peak at 2 minutes after ECS. However, in the chlorpromazine pre-treated group, the peak level of MAPK tyrosine phosphorylation was significantly attenuated(t=-3.12, df=14, p=0.008) compared to the control. In contrast to this, the absolute amount of MAPK did not differ between the pretreated and the control group. Conclusion : Chlorpromazine attenuated the tyrosine phosphorylation of MAPK by ECS. This finding seems to be related to the fact that chlorpromazine pre-treatment changed the cfos expression by ECS in rat brain. Antipsychotic drug and ECS might interact at the level of MAPK signal transduction system, and this might explained the observed synergistic effect of two treatment modality.

        공초점레이저주사현미경을 이용한 심미수복재와 상아질의 접착계면에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate on the interfacial morphology between dentin and restorative materials. In this in vitro study. the cavity wall reiterated with 3 different kinds of tooth colored restorative materials [resin-modified Glass monomer cement (Fuji Ⅱ LC) , composite resin (Z-100) , composer (Dyract)] . The thirty extracted human molar teeth without caries and/or restorations are used. The experimental teeth were randomly divided into three groups of ten teeth each. In each group, Wedge shaped cavities (width: 3mm. length: 2mm, depth: 1.5mm) were prepared at the cementoenamel junction on buccal and lingual surfaces. The adhesive of composite resin were mixed with rhodamine B. Primer of composite resin, Prime & Bond 2.1 of Dyract and liquid of Fuji Ⅱ LC were mixed with fluorescein. In group 1, the cavity wall was treatment with dentin conditioner, and then reiterated with Fuji Ⅱ LC. In group 2, the cavity wall was treatment with Prime & Bond 2.1 and then reiterated with Dyract. In group 3, the cavity wall was etching with 10% maleic acid, applied with primer and bonding agent and then reiterated with Z-100. The interface between dentin and restorative materials was observed by fluoresence imaging with a confocal laser scanning microscope. The results were as follows : 1.In Glass ionomer group, adaptation of resin modified Glass-ionomer restoration against cavity wall is tight, but the crack formed inside of restoration were observed. 2.In Dyract group, the penetration of resin tag is shorter and the width of hybrid layer is narrower than composite resin group. 3.In Z-100 group, primer penetrated deeply through dentinal tubule, Also bonding agent was penetrated along the primer, but the penetration length is shoater than primer part, and in 3-D image. the resin tag is conical shape and lateral branch is observed.

        This study investigated mental practice and program of shooting athlete on the basis of shooting drill. The results are as follows: 1. The mental practice can help marksmen to keep self-confidence, positive thought, assurance, and successful shooting ability. 2. The mental practice can help marksmen improve profitable and before-acquired technique in the case of proper practice course and contents. 3. The program of mental practice will have an effect while executing it in consideration of object, person in charge, and time, period and quantity of execution. 4. The program of mental practice will have an effect while including understanding on practice, basic practice, soft but strong prepared stress control, positive thought, prepared mind, mental image drill, concentration of attentiveness, and preparatory plan about competition of attentiveness, and preparatory plan about competition in the practice contents.

        This study was carried out to examine the relation between social athletic physical activities and life satisfaction of the old from the 450 old men and 550 old women over 65 years of age who have lived in Daegu metropolitan city through questionnaires. The results are as follows. First, a participation of the elder into social athletic activities contributes to improve the satisfaction on their spare time rather than that of achievement or belonging. Second, a participation of the elder into social athletic activities contributes to clear up their solitary feeling in comparison with the belonging and achievement. Third, a participation of the elder into social athletic activities make a contribution to improve the level of life satisfaction in comparison with the individual characteristic achievement and belonging characteristics.

        간헐적 교정력 적용 후 백서 치주인대에서 UNC-50 유전자의 발현

        기계적 응력은 정상적인 발달과정 동안 조직의 항상성에 있어 중요한 역할을 한다. 기계적 응력은 치아 이동과 저작과 같은 상황을 포함한다. 치아 이동과 저작 중에 치주인대 섬유모세포는 기계적 자극을 감지하고 주위의 세포밖 물질과 생체분자 대사의 변동에 의해 반응을 보인다. 그러나 아직까지 기계적 응력 하에서 치주인대 세포에서 발현된 유전자에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 최근 기계적 응력이 초파리에 존재하는 UNC-50 유전자에 영향을 줄 수 있다고 보고되었다. 또한 UNC-50은 치은 섬유모세포와 비교해 치주인대 섬유모세포에서만 발현된다고 보고되었다. 본 연구에서는 간헐적 교정력 적용 시에 백서의 치아에서 일어나는 치근 및 치주 조직의 조직학적 변화와, UNC-50의 발현 양상을 면역조직학적 염색으로 조사하여 치주인대에서 기계적 응력과 UNC-50의 관련성을 알아보고자 하였다. Sprague-Dawely계 수컷 백서 12마리를 4마리씩 세 군으로 나누어 상악 우측 구치부에 NiTi closed coil spring을 사용하여 40 g 정도의 견인력이 발생하도록 하여 하루에 1시간씩 간헐적인 교정력을 적용한 후 1, 3, 5일 후 치주인대의 조직학적 변화를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 조직학적 소견에서 상악 제1대구치 근심구개치근의 치근부 1/3에서 압박측은 안장측보다 더 좁은 치주인대공간을 보였고 교정력을 적용시킨 후 3일 후부터 인장측에서 백악모세포 활성으로 인한 백악질 침착이 관찰되었다. UNC-50은 인장측의 분화 중인 백악모세포에서 강한 발현을 보였다. Osteocalcin은 인장측에서 압박측에 비해 신생 백악질에 존재하는 분화 중인 백악모세포를 따라 강한 발현을 보였다. 이상의 연구결과는 UNC-50이 간헐적 교정력 즉 기계적 응력의 변화에 따른 백악모세포의 분화과정에 중요한 역할을 함을 나타낸다. 그러나 이를 명확히 하기 위해서는 교정력 적용 후 UNC-50의 세포내 신호전달과정에 대한 보완연구가 필요할 것이다. Objective: Periodontal ligament fibroblasts have an ectomesenchymal origin and are thought to play a crucial role for not only homeostasis of periodontal tissues but also bone remodeling, wound healing and regeneration of tissues. Recently, it has been reported that UNC-50 is not expressed in gingival fibroblasts but in PDL fibroblasts. The purpose of this study was to examine the expression of UNC-50 and osteocalcin in the periodontium after application of intermittent force. Methods: Twelve rats had 40 grams of mesially-directed force applied at the upper molar for 1 hour/day. Four rats were sacrificed at 1, 3 and 5 days. Immunohistochemical localization of UNC-50 and osteocalcin antibody was carried out. The results showed apposition of new cellular cementum and a slight increase in periodontal space at the tension side. Results: Strong UNC-50 expression was observed in the differentiating cementoblasts close to PDL fibroblasts in the tension side whereas it was barely expressed at the compression side. Expression was strong at day 3, and decreased at day 5. Osteocalcin immunoreactivity expression was strong in differentiating cementoblasts at the tension side. Conclusion: It can be suggested that UNC-50 is related to the differentiation of cementoblasts, and may be responsible for the molecular event in PDL cells under mechanical stress.
