This paper proposes shape recognition and precise positioning method for multi-food printing. A small camera module mounted on a food printer recognizes the shape of the object through image processing and measure its center point. The top-view image is obtained through the perspective transformation from the image taken in real time. The circular and line hough transformations are used to recognize circular or square shapes respectively. In addition, the center of gravity coordinates of each figure are accurately detected in units of pixels. The test results shows a object recognition rate of 87.50%~98.75% and a positioning error rate of less than 1.27% under a lighting environment of 50~120 lux. These values sufficiently meet the requirements of the consumer.

In this paper, the RF characteristics of multi-finger MOSFETs were improved by decreasing the parasitic capacitance in spite of increased gate resistance in a 90-nm CMOS technology. Two types of device structures were designed to compare the parasitic capacitance in the gate-to-source (Cgs) and gate-to-drain (Cgd) configurations. The radio frequency (RF) performance of multi-finger MOSFETs, such as cut-off frequency (fT) and maximum-oscillation frequency (fmax) improved by approximately 10% by reducing the parasitic capacitance about 8.2% while maintaining the DC performance.

<P>We investigated 590 nm light-emitting diodes appropriate for full-color display applications in terms of their electrical and optical behaviors during operation according to their Mg doping profile in the p-cladding layer. As the hole concentration in the 'b' zone of the p-cladding layer is increased from 3 .4x10(17) to 6.7x10(17), the light output power increases by 41% due to the enhancement of the hole injection into the active region and also due to the minimization of the carrier overflow problem. However, at an oversaturation of Mg doping with excess [Cp2Mg]/[III] in the 'b' zone, the internal quantum efficiency degrades because of the decrease in hole concentration because of the oversaturated material problem.</P>

This article has been investigated the use of FIT for adhesive joints analysis between metal sheets. The method is based on the measurement of the reflection wave at the metal/adhesive interface. After describing briefly the physical aspects of the phenomenon, an index is defined to detect defective zone of the joint(both for the lack of adhesive and for insufficient adhesion); the influence of the experimental variables(variable stress..,) on the measurement is discussed. By means of a control experiment it is shown that stress variation in adhesive joints are separate to be distinguished. In this paper, Nondestructive evaluation in adhesive joints are evaluated together with ultrasonic testing and finite element analysis.

자궁 경부의 상피내암, 침윤이 있는 상피내암과 침윤성 편평상피암에서 p53, Ki-67 및 HER-2/neu의 표출 양상

To observe the expression of p53, Ki-67 and HER-2/neu in uterine cervical lesions, such as 10 cases of carcinoma in situ(CIS), 7 cases of carcinoma in situ with stromal invasion and 8 cases of invasive squamous cell carcinoma without carcinoma in situ, and to evaluate the corrleationship between results, the author has been carried out immunohistochemical staining with monoclonal antibodies to p53, Ki-67 and HER-2/neu. So, following results are obtained. 1. The p53 show negative reaction in all cases of CIS, and similar patterns in CIS with stromal invasion and invasive squamous cell carcinoma. 2. Ki-67 show high proliferation pattern in all cases and the basal cell show proliferating activity. 3. HER-2/neu show higher score in area of CIS than invasive area in stroma. 4. The stain pattern of HE-2/neu and p53 appeared to be inverse proportion to each other
Propylene Glycol Alginate 製造에 관한 硏究

감태 (Eckonia cava)에서 抽出된 알긴酸을 原料로 하여 PGA를 合成하는 最適條件, 原料 알긴酸 및 P.O.(propylene oxide)濃度, 觸媒量 變化 등이 PGA의 遊離 알긴酸 및 에스테르化度에 미치는 영향과 알긴酸 抽出用 原藻의 種類 따른 PGA 合成 適性을 比較 檢討하였다. 原料 알긴酸의 前處理 pH가 상승함에 따라 PGA 내의 遊離 알긴酸 含量은 감소하고 알긴酸나트륨 含量은 증가하며, 에스테르化度는 감소하였다. 最適 前處理 條件은 pH 1.8~2.0, 침지 시간은 6시간이 적당하였다. P.O.濃度가 높을수록 PGA내의 遊離 알긴酸含量이 급격히 감소하였으며, 3.5㏖濃度이상 및 反應 時間 4時間으로 에스테르化度는 80%이상이 얻어졌다. 原料 알긴酸의 濃度는 6~8㏖에 적당하였고, 反應器 容量에 대한 全 反應液의 중량비는 1:10~1:15(W/V)정도가 좋은 것으로 나타냈다. 觸媒量은 PGA 에스테르化度에 큰 영향을 주지 않았으며, 감태가 다른 原藻에 비해 反應性이 높아서 P.O.저농도에서 높은 에스테르化度(80% 이상)를 얻을 수 있었다
