This research and development analysis provides numerical analysis techniques that can be used conveniently to determining the safety of the current state and to predict the stability in the future. It also seeks to present algorithms of back analysis to develop unified management system for control, prediction, coordination, and information modeling that can reasonably handle appropriate responses to structural behavior at project sites and design changes.

In this study, we proposed the algorithm of the fast automatic face segmentation using mu1ti1evel thresholding and statistical projection analysis. The automatic searching algorithm of thresho1ding value extracted the thresholding value of brightness that is formed background region, face region and hair region from input image of bust without illumination, background region, face region and hair region from input image of bust without illumination, background and face size. The statistical projection analysis decide the brightness of multilevel thresho1ding image to horizontal and vertical direction. And this algorithm extracted elliptical type block of face from face region in order to reduce the background region and hair region efficiently. In this result of experiment, this proposed algorithm was peformed with real time and automation without environment variance of input image nearly. And this proposed algorithm is excellent to extract only the face region.

본 연구는 영양표시에서 1회분량 및 영양소함량표시의 기준으로 사용되는 "식픔창고량"에 관한 연구를 수행하므로써 합리적이고 일관성있는 영양표시기준 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용코자 하였다. 이를 위하여 미국 및 캐나다를 중심으로 제외국의 현황 및 식품참고량 설정방법을 조사 ·연구 하으며 제도도입 및 개선 방안을 강구하였파. 또한, 시판 제품의 영양료시현황 및 음료류 둥의 포장단위 등을 피악하여 식품참고량설정을 위한 기초자료로 활용코자 하였다. 앞으로 국민건강 ·영양조사자료의 체계적인 통계분석, 가공식품의 섭취량조사 등을 통하여 우리나라 국민의 1인 1회 섭취량자료의 축적이 선행되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this ?roject is to study on the reference amounts customarily consumed per eating occasion to improve the nutrition labelling standards. We Performed to study on the methodology to establish the reference amounts on the basis of the review on the advanced counITy's status. And we investigated the packaged unit ofprocessed foods. Further study is needed to establlsh the customarily consumed amount per eating occasionthrough the statistical analysis of nationwide food consumption data. Our results will be helpful information to improve nutrition labelling system in Korea.
나노사이즈-산화물 분산강화 Fe-17% Cr 페라이트계 합금의 고온인장 성질에 미치는 미세조직의 영향

In the past few years, oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS) alloys produced by mechanical alloying(MA) techniques have become increasingly interesting for structure applications in nuclear fission and fusion power plant. The mechanical properties of ferritic 17% Cr ODS alloys with and without the addition of Ti and Mp and 17% Cr ODS were investigated and comparison with those MA-956 alloys in the temperature range of 973K to 1573K. Nano-sized oxide dispersoids in the 17Cr-3Mo-1Ti-0.25Y_(2)O_3) alloys suppressed the grain growth during annealing at high temperature and resulted in a remarkable improvement of the high temperature strength. The oxides containing Ti was the finest and showed the most uniform dispersion.

Users are able to use the information and service more free than previous wire network due to development of wireless network and device. For this reason, various studies on ubiquitous networks have been conducted. Various contexts brought in this ubiquitous environment, have recognized user's action through sensors. This results in the provision of better services. Because services exist in various places in ubiquitous networks, the application has the time of services searching. In addition, user's context is very dynamic, so a method needs to be found to recommend services to user by context. Therefore, techniques for reducing the time of service and increasing accuracy of recommendation are being studied. But it is difficult to quickly and appropriately provide large numbers of services, because only basic context information is stored. For this reason, we suggest DUPS(Dimension User Profile System), which stores location, time, and frequency information of often used services. Because previous technique used to simple information for recommending service without predicting services which is going to use on future, we can provide better service, and improve accuracy over previous techniques.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of soybean peptide on muscle damage index and hormone (testosterone and cortisol) concentration. Subjects of this study were 23 high school male taekwondo players who had participated in regular exercise. They were randomly divided into two groups, one group took soybean peptide (S-peptide, n=13) 4 g a day for 4 weeks and the other took placebo (placebo, n=10) for the same time. We obtained blood samples before and after experiment and analyzed for CPK (Creatine phosphokinase), LDH (Lactate dehydrogenase), ALD (Aldolase), myoglobin, testosterone and cortisol. As for body composition, there was no significant difference in weight, body fat rate and LBM (lean body mass) between the S-peptide and the S-peptide group and placebo group. In CPK, LDH, ALD and myoglobin, S-peptide group was significantly lower than the placebo group and showed significant decrease before and after intaking soybean peptide (P<0.05~0.01). In the concentration of plasma testosterone, S-peptide group was increased from two weeks but not significant difference. The concentration of plasma cortisol showed significantly decrease in the S-peptide (P<0.01). These results indicate that the intake of soybean peptide have positive effect on index of muscle damage and changes of hormone concentration.

무선 인터넷의 발전과 무선 단말기의 성능이 발달함에 따라 무선 인터넷 환경에서의 전자상거래(M-Commerce)가 활성화되고 있다. 이러한 전자상거래에서는 사용자 인증 기술과 데이터 보안이 중요한 기술로 인식되고 있으며, 무선 인터넷에서의 WPKI나 유선 인터넷 환경에서의 XML 전자서명 같은 인증 기술이 연구되고 있다. XML 전자서명은 XML 문서를 이용하는 전자상거래분야에 사용되어 전자서명 시스템간의 상호 연동성을 높일 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷 환경에서도 기존의 유선 인터넷 환경에서 사용되고 있는 XML 전자서명 기법을 적용하여 XML 문서 및 전자서명 시스템들간에 상호 연동 가능할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였고, 실제로 자바 카드를 이용하여 XML 전자서명이 가능한 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문을 통해 무선 인터넷 환경에서도 XML 전자서명을 제공할 수 있다.

As wireless network was developed and Capability of Wireless Phone was increased, M-Commerce was activated in Wireless network environment. User Authentication and Security in E-Commerce Environment is very important, so Authentication Technology, such as WPKI and Hemes System, XML. Digital Signature in Wire Network is studying. But if authentication system was implemented authentication WPKI is difficult to implement the system, it's not interoperate with authentication system on wire internet, not support XML digital Signature. Hemes system also not interoperate with XML digital signature system. So our paper designed System that can interoperate among digital signature systems and XML document to apply XML digital signature technology on wire network to wireless network, and then implemented system that can XML digital signature to use Java Card.
