      • 무선네트워크 제어 시스템의 최신 연구동향

        본 논문은 무선 네트워크 제어 시스템(Wireless Networked Control System)의 최신 연구동향을 제시한다. 일반적으로 유선 네트워크 제어 시스템(Networked Control System)에서 극복하지 못한 다양한 문제점들을 간단하게 해결할 수 있어, 무선 네트워크 기반의 제어 시스템을 선호하는 추세이며 이러한 많은 장점들이 있지만 개선해야할 문제점도 많다. 본 논문에서는 보완해야 할 다양한 문제점을 극복하기 위해 관련된 연구가 이루어지고 있는 동향을 제시한다.

        농산물 소독과정에서 브롬화메틸에 노출된 근로자에게 발생한 신경병 2례

        목적 : 농산물 소독과정에서 브롬화메틸에 노출된 근로자에게 발생한 신경병 2례 보고. 방법 : 피로감, 전신무력감, 어지럼증, 보행장애 등의 증상을 주소로 내원한 브롬화메틸을 사용하여 방역작업에 종사하는 건강한 20세와 18세의 근로자를 대상으로 혈액검사, 신경정도 및 근전도검사, 뇌자기공명영상 등의 임상검사와 작업력조사를 시행하였다. 결과 : 1례에서 뇌자기공명영상에서 연수와 소뇌의 양측 측충부의 고신호강도가 관찰되었고 11일 후의 추적조사에서 동일 부위의 고신호강토가 감소된 소견이 관찰되었으며 뇌병증으로 최종 진단되었다. 다른 1례는 신경전도검사에서 다발성 신경병 소견과 뇌유발전위검사에서 우측 하부 뇌간부위 병소가 관찰되었고 뇌병증 및 말초신경 병으로 최종 진단되었다. 결론 : 근로자들의 증상은 소독과정에서 브롬화메틸 노출로 인한 신경 병으로 판단되며 훈증소독과방역작업에 종사하는 근로자들의 실태조사와 안전에 대한 대책이 시급하다고 하겠다. Objectives : To report two cases of neuropathy due to methyl bromide intoxication. Methods : Workers, engaged in the fumigating process, complained fatigue, general weakness, ataxia, and hypersomnia. We evaluated them with blood tests, neurophysiologic studies and MRI and investigated their occupational history. Results : Increased signal intensities were found in the medulla oblongata and paraver mian of cerebellum in MRI and after 11 days, high signal intensities were reduced in the following MRI. In the other case, polyneuropathy and rlght lower brainstem lesion were observed In the NCV and BAEP studies. Conclusions : We confirmed that worker's symptoms were related to methyl bromide exposure in the fumigation. It is necessary that we should evaluate present condition of fumigating process and prepare appropriate methods to protect workers engaged in the fumigation.

      • 전자상거래에서 고객의 신뢰와 구매력의 관계에 대한 연구

        B2C(Business to Customer) is one of the electronic commercial transaction. Recently, Internet Shopping mall that is the typical type of it has been on the sharp rise But of all the internet users, those who purchases actually online is few. With typical business, both parties(buyer and seller) came face to face so that they can check the quality of product and pay it to get directly. For e-commerce, however, these things are done in the virtual area of Internet. Therefore it is not possible for customers trust anything about online shopping as others easily, and it causes buying online not to be facilitated inevitably. For example, trying to buy online, customers worry about if the quality of products displayed in the internet mall is acceptable, delivery is to be done correctly and someone can steal our credit card number provided for paying Ironically while buying online increases steadily, reliability for shopping mall is no improved much better. As a result, to facilitate business to customer(B2C), it is required to analyze the factors to make online shopping reliable and the factors that are chief in improving reliability. This document reviews the major factors in trust, and relationship between customers trust and purchasing power, based on the recognition that reliability in business to customer(B2C) is important. With doing research in existing studies and classifying them, theoretic model is provided. For verification and discussion about this model, surveys targets 20∼30 years ole men and women have been made. First, the reputation of Internet Shopping mall do not influence customer trust. Second, two factors of safetyness and trust in e-channel do not influence customer trust, significantly. This point is shown that individual propensity than environmental influence is more important. Third, trust was found o have a strong positive effect on power of purchase. Implications of the findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

      • PEG 분해균주의 분리와 PEG film의 상용성에 관한 연구

        PEG를 sole carbon과 energy source로서 이용하는 미생물을 자연계에서 분리하였고, PEG의 분자량이 높아질수록 그 분해 미생물의 수가 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, liquid culture로서 PEG농도를 감소시키는 미생물을 선별하였고, 분해율은 PEG 8000이 약 18.8%였으며 PEG 10000은 약 25.4%인 것으로 조사되었다. PEG film의 제조를 위해 EMAA 및 EAA와의 상용성을 적외선 분광(IR) 스펙트럼을 사용하여 조사한 결과, EMAA와 EAA의 카르보닐기와 PEG의 에테르기와의 강한 수소결합이 형성으로 blend film제조시 상용성이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. Several strains capable of degrading PEGs(Polyethylene Glycols)were isolated and investigated for their biodgradation ability of PEGs. Microorganisms screened for the biodegradation studies were those grown on the PEG used as a sole carbon and energy source. It was known that the number of microorganisms decreased when grown on the high molecular weight of PEG(e.g. 20,000). A liquid culture was carried out with such microorgaisms and resulted in the decrease in PEG concentration meaning that PEG was degraded in the reactor. The biodegradability was found to be about 18.8% for PEG-8000 and 25.4% for PEG-10000, respectively. For the manufacture of biodegradable PEG film, EMAA/PEG and EAA/PEG blending ability was investigated with IR spectrum and showed that it was possible to produce blending film.

      • 안티몬 제거를 위한 킬레이트 막의 합성 및 흡착특성

        Chelating forming groups were introduced into the polymer chains grafted onto a porous hollow-fiber membrane for Sb ion remove in waters by radiation-induced graft polymerization and subsequent functionalization of a monomer containing an epoxy group. Moreover adsorption characteristic and different pH of Sb ion by n-MG membrane were researched. The breakthrough curves overlapped independent of the permeation pressure, residence time. This indicates a negligible diffusional nass-transfer resistance of Sb ion to the chelating forming groups. Moreover the adsorption capacity of each n-MG membrane appeared the highest around pH 7.

        국내 살모넬라 분리주에서 spvR 유전자 분포와 단일 뉴클레오티드 다형 연구

        목적 : 지금까지 병원성 살모넬라를 확인하기 위해 분자량이 큰 플라스미드의 존재 유무를 확인하여 왔으나 살모넬라 혈청형 및 검출 방법에 따라 양성율에 큰 차이를 보이고 있고, 일부 병원성 살모넬라 분리주에서 병원성 플라스미드가 관찰되지 않아 spv 유전자들의 유무에 대한 아른 확인방법이 필요하다. 본 실험은 국내 동물 유래 주요 살모넬라 혈청형에서 spvR 유전자의 분포를 알아보고, 병원성 살모넬라 분자진단을 위한 분자표지로써의 가치를 평가하기 위해 실행하였다. 재료 및 방법 : 국내 가축 유래 S. lyphimurium (ST, 26주), S. enteritidis (SE, 10주), S. pullorum (SP, 40주), S. gallinarum (SG, 53주)에 대해 GenBank에 등록된 ST, SE, SP의 spvR 유전자를 비교하여 ST와 SE 간에 차이를 보이는 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP, 625번 뉴클레오티드)을 포함하도록 시발자를 합성하여 집락-PCR을 수행하였다. 증폭 산물(194bp)은 자동 염기서열장치를 이용하여 염기서열을 결정하였고, 제한효소인 MseI을 사용하여 PCR-RFLP를 실시하였다. 결과 : 집락-중합효소연쇄반응 결과 SP, SG, SE의 모든 (100%) 분리주에서 특이 증폭산물이 검출되었으나 ST의 경우 19주(73%)에서만 증폭되었다. 특히 병원성 관련 플라스미드가 관찰되지 않았던 SP 4주에서 특이적인 증폭산물이 검출되었다. 염기서열 분석결과 SE, SG, SP는 625번 뉴클레오티드에 아데닌을, ST는 구아닌을 가지고 있어 PCR-RFLP를 이용하여 쉽게 구분할 수 있었다. 결 론 : spvR에 대한 집락-중합효소연쇄 반응법은 병원성 플라스미드 검출법보다 SE, SP, SG 병원성 주를 신속하게 검출하는데 유용하고, 625번 뉴클레오티드의 SNP는 ST와 SE, SG, SP를 구분하는 분자표지로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, ST에 비해 SE는 진화적으로 SG와 SP에 가까운 것으로 생각되었다. Background : The Salmonella virulence plasmid (spv) genes (spvR, A, B, C and D) on the large virulence plasmids of pathogenic Salmonella serotypes can replace the virulence of the whole plasmid. Recently, virulence plasmid-negative pathogenic Salmonella isolates were isolated. However, positive rates of spv genes among Korean Salmonella serotypes have been obscure. spv genes are conserved in compared to other virulence genes but there are single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) conserved in only certain serotype. Such SNPs are useful for differentiation and understanding evolution of certain serotypes. Materials and Methods : Salmonella serotypes isolated from live stocks [Salmonella typhimurium (ST, 26), S. enteritidis (SE, 10), S. gallinarum (SG, 40) and S. pullorum (SP, 53)] were used for colony-PCR. A primer set covering single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) at 625th nucleotide of spvR was designed. The nucleotide sequences of amplicons were determined by cyclic sequencing method and RFLP was performed by using MseI. Results : All isolates of SE, SG and SP, including four plasmid-negative isolates, showed specific amplicons but not all of ST (19/26, 73%) were positive to spvR. Based on the nucleotide sequence of 625th nucleotide and PCR-RFLP, SE, SG and SP [A(625)] and ST [G(625)] could be differentiated. Conclusion : spvR can be used as a molecular marker to detect virulent SE, SG, SP and the SNP may be useful for differentiation of SE, SG, SP and ST. According to the SNP study SE may be evolutionarily closer to SG and SP than ST.

      • 강릉시의 쓰레기 종량제의 실행실태 분석과 주민의식에 관한 고찰

        본 연구는 강릉시에서 95년초부터 실시되고 있는 쓰레기 종량제의 실태를 몇 군데의 실예를 들어서 살펴보고, 문제점과 개선점을 주민의식의 설문조사와 그 분석으로부터 도출해보고자 한다. From the beginning of 1995, the specific-duty-system-on-trash(SDOST)has been executed on a national scale. We investigate a actual condition of SDOST through several actual examples. Analyzing those results, we draw out the issuing points on practicing the SDOST and present several improved suggestions.

      • Bainite 球狀黑鉛鑄鐵의 磨滅特性에 미치는 殘留Mg의 影響

        Bainite spheroidal graphite cast iron specimens of 0∼0.054wt % residual Mg were casted into a green sand mold, 25 mm thickness Y-block. The microstuctures of the castings were studied for mechanical properties and abrasion characteristics. The results obtained from this study are summerized as follows: 1) Under the present expermental conditions, the relation between the abrasion speed and the abraded amount are; 0.5m/sec for 1^st abrasive wear and 2.38m/sec for 2^nd abrasive wear. 2) Increasing the residual Mg, the first abrasion speed for 2nd abrasive wear moved to the low abrasion speed. 3) The maximum amount of abraded material during 2^nd abrasive wear decreases with the increasing residual Mg content, and moves to the high abrasion speed as the residual Mg is increased over 0.042 wt %. 4) The amount of abraded materials increases with the decreasing residual Mg at abrasion speed 2.38 m/sec and with the increasing residual Mg at abrasion speed 0.62∼1.14 m/sec. 5) Increasing the abrasion speed, abrasion mechanisms are as follows; ⓐ 1^st abrasive wear ⓑ 1^st corrosive wear ⓒ 2^nd abrasive wear ⓓ 2^nd corrosive wear. But, Under the present expermental condition the adhesive wear mechanism didn't appear.

        금인레이의 치은변연적합도에 관한 주사전자 현미경적 연구

        SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC STUDY OF THE JUNCTION BETWEEN GOLD INLAYS AND GINGIVAL CAVOSURFACE MARGINS Joon-II Park, D.D.S., M.S.D., Hyuk-Choon Kown, D.D.S., Ph.D. Department of Conservative Dentistry, College of Dentistry, Seoul National University Present-day inlay casting procedures have been developed for more than 100 years and experimentation has focused on the perfect adaptation to the cavity preparation. Marginal adaptation is considered to be an important indicator of the acceptability of the cast restotration, especially on the gingival margin. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a dissecting microscope and burnishing on vertical discrepancies, horizontal discrepancies, and cement thicknesson master die. Extracted premolars were prepared for class Ⅱ gold inlays and master dies were made with conventional techniques. The experiments consisted of 4 groups. Group 1 : unaided eye, no burnishing on master die. Group 2 : unaided eye, burnishing on master die. Group 3 : microscope, no burnishing on master die. Group 4 : microscope, burnishing on master die. Cemented inlays were embedded in the hard resin and sectioned with microcutter through the gingival margins. The sectioned surfaces were polished with emery paper and finally with aluminum oxide powders. The results of the experiments were measured for vertical discrepancies, horizontal discrepancied and cement thickness under the scanning electron microscpe at the beveled gingival margin. The results of the study were summarized as follows. 1. Group 1 showed the vertical discrepancies of 81.6 ㎛ (±48.6㎛), horizontal discrepancies of 60.1㎛(±41.1㎛), and cement thickness of 59.6㎛(±24.6㎛). 2. Group 2 showed the vertical discrepancies of 78.6 ㎛ (±30.9㎛), horizontal discrepancies of 36.9㎛(±20.7㎛), and cement thickness of 54.0㎛(±21.6㎛). 3. Group 3 showed the vertical discrepancies of 57.5 ㎛ (±26.4㎛), horizontal discrepancies of 28.4㎛(±17.5㎛), and cement thickness of 37.2㎛(±17.4㎛). 4. Group 4 showed the vertical discrepancies of 56.7 ㎛ (±35.0㎛), horizontal discrepancies of 31.8㎛(±24.2㎛), and cement thickness of 45.6㎛(±19.8㎛). 5. Vertical discrepancies were not significantly different at any groups(p>.050). 6. Microscope groups(Group 3,4) showed significantly improved horizontal marginal adaptation (p<.050). 7. Although cement thickness showed the subset of Group 3, 4, 2 and Group 4, 2, 1, Group 3 showed significantly smaller thickness than Group 1 (p<.050). 8. finishing and polishing by means of a microscope produced significantly smaller discrepancies than doing so with the unaided eye (p<.050).
