Hybrid-Filler가 충진된 고분자수복재의 기계적 물성 향상에 관한 연구

The preparation of hybrid-filled polymeric dental restorative composites was carried out using hybrid-filler consisted of fumed silica microfiller and barium glass macrofiller for the improvement of mechanical and aesthetic properties of composites. In order to enhance the miscibility of hybrid-filler with resin matrix and to conduct the homogeneity of filler, its surface was treated with γ-methacryloxypropyltri-methoxysilane and freezedrying method was adopted to remove the solvents. Diametral tensile strength, flexural strength, Knoop hardness, surface properties, weatherbilities, and other mechanical properties were investigated comparing with that of commercial products. These restorative composites showed excellent mechanical properties as well as superior surface characteristics. It was also discovered that polymeric restorative dental composites using hybrid-filler resulted in better aesthetic properties.
유기항균제가 첨가된 치과용 고분자수복재의 항균특성 및 기계적 물성에 관한 연구

The preparation of antibiotic polymeric dental restorative composites was carried out using various organic antibiotic agents. To improve the mechanical properties of composites, surface of silica filler was treated with γ-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. Diametral tensile strength, flexual strength, and Knoop hardness of composites were measured and the antibiotic effect was also investigated. Addition of antibiotics to 2,2′-Bis-4-(3-methacryloxy-2-hydroxypropoxy)phenylpropane/Triethyleneglycoldimethacrylate matrix resin enhanced antibiotic properties of polymeric dental restorative materials and organic antibiotics with higher chain length between functional groups reduced mechanical properties of restorative materials. And it was discovered that optimum chain length between ether (or amino) and ammonium groups was 2∼3 carbons. The optimum concentration of organic antibiotics was ∼3 wt% of matrix resin.

Effect of tertiary amine photo-accelerator on the esthetic properties of visible light-activated polymeric dental restorative composites (PDRC) was investigated. The surface of barium silicate (avg. diameter : 1㎛) was hydrophobically treated with γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane to improve the interfacial behavior with the resin matrix composed of 2,2'-bis-[4-(3-methacryloxy-2-hydroxypropoxy)phenyl]-propane (70 wt%) triethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (30 wt%) in PDRC. A half wt% of camphorquinone was adopted as a photo-initiator and various amine reagents which contents were varied from 0.2 to 3.0 wt% based on the resin matrix were used as a photo-accelerator. In the present study, effect of photo-accelerator on the esthetic properties of PDRC was characterized by measuring the Hunter L, a, and b values using a colorimeter. Also, scanning electron microscopy was utilized to investigate the surface characteristics of PDRC prepared herein.

High efficiency deep blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PHOLEDs) were fabricated using a tetraphenylsilane based phosphine oxide derivative, bis(4-(diphenylphosphoryl)phenyl)diphenylsilane (BDDS), as the electron transport type host material. The BDDS was effective as the host material for deep blue PHOLED and a mixed host of the BDDS with hole transport type host material further improved the quantum efficiency of deep blue PHOLEDs. A maximum quantum efficiency of 18.1% and a quantum efficiency of 12.2% at 1000 cd/m2 with a color coordinate of (0.137, 0.191) were achieved.

1. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report one case of the Taeumin Hangwol Syndrome diagnosed as Upper Respiratory Infection with unknown cause. 2. Methods: The patient had the symptoms including chilling sensation, general weakness and fatigue. We diagnosed him as Taeeumin Hangwol Syndrome. So we treated him by Handayeolso-tang(寒多熱少湯), and acupuncture. The serial changes of his symptoms were evaluated in hospital. 3. Results and Conclusions: After treated by Handayeolso-tang(寒多熱少湯), his symptoms were improved.
