It is well known that double integration of measured acceleration records is one of the most difficult signal processing, particularly in the case of measurements on civil engineering structures. The measured accelerations on civil structures usually contain non-gaussian and low-frequency noises as well as acceleration records are non-stationary. For this type of signals, wavelet transform can be useful because of its inherent processing abilities for non-stationary signals. In this paper, the de-noising algorithm using the wavelet transform are slightly extended to process non-gaussian and low frequency noises, using median filter concepts. The example studies show that the intergration can be improved using proposed method.

When the dyeing complex wastewater was treated with simultant process using the 8.0% aluminum sulphate solution and MMA(goods on trial sale), the optimum dose of 8.0% aluminum sulphate solution and MMA, the fluction of MLSS concentration, COD removal rate and SS removal rate were analyzed. The following conclusions were obtained from the experimental results ; 1) In case the MMA of 400, 600mg/l was injected, effluent COD and MLSS were respectively 38mg/l and 894, 1,235mg/l. This case showed excellent results as compared with the case that the same concentration of 8.0% aluminum sulphate solution was injected. 2) Incase the 8% aluminum sulphate solution of 400, 600mg/l was injected, effluent COD and MLSS were 53.48mg/l and 502, 540mg/l, respectively. 3) In case the 8% aluminum sulphate solution and MMA were not injected into aeration tank, the MLVSS in aeration tank was about 400-500mg/l and COD, SS of effluent were 68mg/l and 74mg/l, respectively.

[논문]지진격리교량의 내진설계를 위한 표준 인공지진파 생성

본 연구에서는 지진격리교량의 내진설계에 사용할 수 있는 인공지진파의 생성기법을 제시하였다. 또한,생성한 지진파가 적절한지 조사하였으며,지진격리교량의 내진설계기준(안)을 토대로 인공지진파 작성을 수행하였다. 설계지반응답스펙트럼을 만족시키기 위하여 22개의 가속도시간이력을 작성하였다. 얻어진 인공지진파는 (1) 통제진동수에서 인공지진파의 평균응답스펙트럼 평가, (2) EPGA(유효최대지반가속도) 평가,(3) 인공지반가속도 사이의 상관계수 평가, 동으로 적합성을 평가하였다. 최종적으로 생성된 인공지진파를 이용하여 4쌍의 지진파를 사용한 최대응답과 7쌍의 지진파를 사용한 평균 응답을 계산하여 제안된 인공지진파 시간이력의 타당성을 제시하였다.

In today's highly competitive hospital marketplace, a hospital must build a successful customer management system. Hospital database can drive strategies that will lengthen a hospital's relationship with its customers and increase the sales and term profitability of its business. The purpose of this paper is to explores what is the definition of database marketing and finds how to develope the database marketing strategies in hospital. Database marketing aims at increasing customer loyalty, retention, referrals, sales and profits. Database marketing consists of building a marketing database of customers and prospects. The database contains their names, addresses, demographics, purchases, web activity and promotion history. It is used to analyse customers, and to direct the company's customers and prospect communications programmers. There is a1so a need for clear marketing strategies that can be applied to hospital. This is to support customer retention, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to improve direct/continuous marketing campaigns, and to put the hospital on the road to marketing one to one.

라면 유지의 안정성에 대한 당과 아미노산의 영향

The effects of various sugars and amino acids of the stability of the plam oil in Ramyon, was studied. Stability of the palm oil in Ramyon was determined from acid, peroxide, anisidine values and color development. The effects of sugars added on the stability of the palm oil in Ramyon was in order of arabinose, xylose, glucose, fructose, lactose, sucrose, raffinose. In addition of amino acids and glucose, the stability of the palm oil in Ramyon showed a significant increase in order of β-alanine, glycine, valine, lysine, but threonine and glutamic acid showed less stability. The effects of glycine concentration on the stability was increased to 0.5%. After deep-fried, color developments of Ramy on surface increased in darkness to 0.5% glycine concentration and decreased during the storage period.

The objective is to develope a long term care medel in Young-Ju City. I analyzed annual report of Young-Ju City in 2001. Currently many countries are widely perceived the rising percentage of older people in the population. Many older people suffer from combinations of different diseases and treatment of each condition is complicated by the presence of others. Many diseases that affect older people cannot be solved by acute but require chronic care extending over months and years. For all but the most sick people this care can be delivered in a domestic environment, and most older people wish to remain in their homes as long as possible. So far so good, but by the time that these older people have reached home or been placed in a care home. Followings are the results of the analysis. 1. Centering around with health center, public and private resources in the community must be integrated and closed linked. Health center must play a role in case manager and direct service provider to effectively drive long term care program. 2. Through the integration of health center and department of social welfare in a city office, related resources must be used efficiently, mutual intervention and business linkage must be performed smoothly. 3. First of all, decision-makers must perceive need and importance of long term care. 4. To provide continuously, long term care program needs a clear, consistent national policy to guide the partnership between public and private provision.

Glycol Oleates의 합성과 절삭유제로서의 물성

Glycololeates for the application of cutting fluid were synthesized from oleic acid and glycols such as ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol and triethylene glycol. The ratio of glycol-monooleate and dioleate in product according to the reaction condition was analyzed by TLC, CC and HPLC. Properties of glycololeates as cutting fluid were examined by various testing methods such as profile test, pH test, anti-foaming test friction coefficient test and emulsion stability test to compare those of base oil and cutting fluid trading in the market. Non-catalytic reaction of glycololeates synthesis was showed too low conversion rate, but too fast conversion rate and deep color deterioration of products was obtained with acid-catalyses reaction. Using the SnCl2 catalyst, conversion rate was medium range and products which suitable for the application of cutting fluid with mild colored and with desirable mono- and di-oleate composition was obtained. Cutting fluidal properties of glycololeates with SnCl2 catalyst were better than those of base oil, and were similar level to those of cutting fluid containing various additives.
