        Condensing the global environmental problems such as CFCs, energy losses in heat recovery systems as well as summer peak time power demands, the development of high efficiency absorption refrigeration systems is one of the most promising method in this problems. In this study, simulation models of both series and parallel type, both using double-effect absorption cycle refrigeration systems. The results summarized as follows : ⑴ In the parallel type, the solution maximum temperature and the pressure of high temperature generator were adjusted by varing the distribution ratio of the solution, and the optimum value was found to be about 0.4. ⑵ The efficiency of the cooling cycle in both parallel and series systems were increased by decreasing the solution circulation ratio in the absorbers, while the solution maximum temperature and high temperature generator pressure were slightly increased.

        This paper is written as a specific part of a thesis, that is, A Study on the Architectual Planning for the Effective Preservation Program of the Historically Cultural Environment. In this paper, we deal with the preservation and development of the cultural assets, and preservation of the historically cultural environment, that is the most important problem in the modern society. First, we deal with the preservation of the cultural assets, and the related legal basis of the cultural assets. second, we deal with the problems of nomination of the cultural assets. Third, we review the laws related to the preservation of the cultural assets. Finally, we propose some suggestions for the complement of the related law.

      • Charge Coupled Device를 이용한 화상 분석 시스템에 대한 연구

        It is very important to use the Charge Coupled Devices(CCDs) in spectrometric Analysis because we can study the molecular structures, molecular energy level, Intermolecular reaction, absorption or emission, photochemistry, weakly bound Molecular Energy, Fluorescence and Photo dynamic Therapy(PDT). CCD is very essential to study the molecular structures and medical engineering combining laser spectroscopy in the modem physical and chemistry. Thus, this study has manufactured and designed the electromagnetic spectrometric with CCD and then analyzed the phenomenon of foot. A video imaging system was studied for direct observation of the separated parts of bores during photons aborted and scattered. Data aquisition in addition with the possibility of further image processing, made it possible to clear and real image of the separated part of medical engineering. In the yesterday, CCD was thought to be used in only broadcasting system. But nowadays. it is thought to be used the industrial demand in observations, instrumentations and robotics as the industry develops.

      • 수평 2중관 열교환기내에서 R-22와 그 대체냉매의 응축 열전달 특성

        Compared experimental results for forced convection condensation of R-22 and its alternative refrigerants inside a horizontal smooth tube are presented. The pure refrigerant, azeotropic refrigerant mixtures and binary and ternary non-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures are used as the test fluids and a double pipe heat exchanger is used. The refrigerant mass flow rate and temperatures were measured. Using the data, the heat flux, quality and local and mean heat transfer coefficients for the condensation have been obtained. Local heat transfer coefficients for R-22 and its alternative refrigerants were measured at top, side and bottom of the test tube. The results indicated that the heat transfer coefficient of pure and azeotropic refrigerant mixtures was higher than at top of the tube. Non-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures, however, were higher than side and top of the tube. Mean heat transfer coefficients for non-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures increased with refrigerant mass velocity and quality, but were considerably lower that of pure refrigerant and azeotropic refrigerant mixtures.

        The excess volumes of mixing of benzyl alcohol, ethyl, alcohol, halothane, and procainein vesicle and in suspensions of several lipids have been etermined at 25℃ using a excess volume dilatometer. the potency of general aneathetics has long been known to correlate with lipid solubility Halobacteriun Halobium, were studied by absorption changes at280nm and fiuorescence ehanges at 330nm. The excess volumes of mixing in egg lecithin were all found to enegative, whereas they were positive in procaine and halothane. This result was confirmed as Miller's supposition.

      • 충북지역 도시방재계획의 도시계획적 진단과 발전방향 : 도시계획서 분석 및 전문가 의견조사를 중심으로

        본 연구는 도시방재계획의 현황을 도시계획적 차원에서 진단하고 그 발전방향을 도출하고자 하는 목적하에, 충청북도의 조례와 지침중 도시방재 관련 사항을 정리하며, 충청북도 지방도시계획위원회 회의록 및 관련자료를 검토하여 방계계획의 취급 수준을 파악하였다. 실제 도시계획 상황에 대한 진단은 도시계획 보고서를 대상으로 도시방재계획의 위상을 분석하고 평가하였다. 또한 도시방재계획의 위상과 관련 전문가의 인식수준을 평가하고 이를 바탕으로 향후 바람직한 도시방재계획의 위상을 설정하기 위해 필요한 사항을 분석하고자, 도시방재에 관한 일반의식 수준, 도시재해에 관한 대처방안, 도시방재계획의 평가방향 등을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 충북지역의 방재계획에 대한 도시계획적 진단을 바탕으로 도시방재계획 관리체계의 방향 도출과 도시방재계획의 향후방향 제안을 시도하였다. This paper examines the status quo of the existing urban disaster prevention plans in Chungbuk Province and suggests alternative orientations for the future application. Its methodological themes center around the systematic compilation and accountability of disaster-related ordinances, mostly hinged on evaluation of major disaster items documented in various urban master or revision plans. In addition, it recommends the concrete guidelines and contents in disaster prevention plans, both of which are based on the aggregated results of expert opinion survey in and around Chungbuk Province. In order to tackle with diverse and unpredictable disasters which are well observed in modern urban society, this paper urges that the relatively weak legal and planning standards of the existing disaster prevention plans have to be immediately revised. For instance, the paper vividly shows that the present dimension of disaster prevention plans within the existing master plans and perception of specialist are not satisfactory mainly because of the internal limitation of the existing plans. Secondly, it seems imperative for planners to pay attention to systematic operation and management, even starting from the early development stage of urban disasters. Lastly, it proposes the alternative checklists given to measure the suitability of the disaster plans.

        The use of statististical methodologies is steadily increasing for decades in almost every scientific fields. However, many researchers apply statistical methods improperly, and thus it calls for serious attention from the statistical society. This study aims at following three points. First, the general problem related with the use of statistical methodologies is investigated. Second, a check list is developed for systematic review of statistical aspects of academic research papers. Finally, this check list is tested by being applied to two Korean scientic journals ; The Journal of Educational Research and The Korean Journal of Nutrition.

        Cloning and Phylogenetic Characterization of Coat Protein Genes of Two Isolates of Apple mosaic virus from ¡?Fuji¡? Apple

        Apple mosaic virus (ApMV), a member of the genus Ilarvirus, was detected and isolated from diseased 'Fuji' apple (Malus domestica) in Korea. The coat protein (CP) genes of two ApMV strains, denoted as ApMV-Kl and ApMV-K2, were amplified by using the reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and were analyzed thereafter. The objectives were to define the molecular variability of genomic information of ApMV found in Korea and to develop virus-derived resistant gene source for making virus-resistant trans-genic apple. RT-PCR amplicons for the APMVS were cloned and their nucleotide sequences were determined. The CPs of ApMV-Kl and ApMV-K2 consisted of 222 and 232 amino acid residues, respectively. The identities of the CPs of the two Korean APMVS were 93.1% and 85.6% at the nucleotide and amino acid sequences, respectively. The CP of ApMV-Kl showed 46.1-100% and 43.2-100% identities to eight different ApMV strains at the nucleotide and amino acid levels, respectively. When ApMV-PV32 strain was not included in the analysis, ApMV strains shared over 83.0% and 78.6% homologies at the nucleotide and amino acid levels, respectively. ApMV strains showed heterogeneity in CP size and sequence variability. Most of the amino acid residue differences were located at the N-termini of the strains of ApMV, whereas, the middle regions and C-termini were remarkably conserved. The APMVS were 17.(1-54.5% identical with three other species of the genus Ilarviyus. ApMV strains can be classified into three subgroups (subgroups I, II, and III) based on the phylogenetic analysis of CP gene in both nucleotide and amino acid levels. Interestingly, all the strains of subgroup I were isolated from apple plants, while the strains of subgroups II and III were originated from peach, hop, or pear, The results suggest that ApMV strains co-evolved with their host plants, which may have resulted in the CP heterogeneity.

      • Effects of Mutagenesis for Glycosylation Sites of Recombinant Human EPO During Production from Cultured CHO Cell

        Human eryhropoietin (EPO) is acidic glycoprotein hormone that plays key role in hematopoiesis by facilitating differentiation of erythrocyte and formation of hemoglobin (Hb) and is used for the treatment of anemia. Human EPO is consist of 166 amino acids which is modified by three N-glycosylations (24, 38, 83) and single O-glycosylation (126). N-glycosylation is reported to be related to the cellular secretion and activity of EPO. In this study, we examined effects of mutagenesis in glycosylation site of recombinat hEPO for the cellular secretion during production from cultured CHO cell. We produced rhEpo which was cloned by PCR from human liver cDNA (TaKaRa) in cultured CHO cell. Using supernatant of the culture, ELISA assay and western analysis were performed. To estimate biological activity, 20IU of rhuEpo was subcutaneously injected into four ICR mice. After 8 days, HCT level was increased average 13 per cent, RBC was increased ca. 2106//. In disease model Rat (anemia c-kit, WSRC-WS/WS), HCT was increased ca. 12%, RBC was increased ca. 1.6106//. These results suggests that rhEpo we produced has biological activity. To remove glycosylation site by substituting 24, 38, 83, and 126th asparagine (or serine) with glutamic acid, overlapping -extension site-directed mutagenesis was performed. To add novel glycosylation sites, 69, 105th leucine was mutated to asparagine. Mutant EPO construct was transfected into CHO cell. Supernatant of the cell culture was analyzed using ELISA assay with monoclonal anti-EPO antibody (Medac, Germany). Since, several reports for mutagenesis of glycosylation sites showed case-by-case results, we examined both transient expression and stable expression. Addition of novel glycosylation sites resulted no secretion while deletion mutants had little effect except some double deletion mutants (24/83 and 38/83) and triple mutant. We suggest that not single but combination of glycosyl group affect secretion of EPO.

        A Study on Hacking E-Mail Detection using Indicators of Compromise

        최근 해킹 및 악성코드는 점검 기법이 매우 정교하고 복잡하게 발전하고 있으며, 다양한 분야에서 침해사고가 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 그 중 정보유출, 시스템 파괴 등에 활용되는 침해사고의 가장 큰 이용 경로는 이메일 을 이용한 것으로 확인되고 있다. 특히, 제로데이 취약점과 사회공학적 해킹 기법을 이용한 이메일 APT공격은 과거의 시그니처, 동적분석 탐지만으로는 식별이 매우 어려운 상황이다. 이에 대한 원인을 식별하고 해당 내용을 공유하여 유사한 침해사고에 대해 빠르게 대응하기 위한 침해지표(IOC, Indicators Of Compromise)의 필요성은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 클라이언트단의 침해사고를 수집하기위해 활용되었던 디지털 포렌식 탐지 지표 방식을 활용하여 보안사고의 가장 큰 피해를 유발하는 해킹 메일의 탐지 및 조사 분석 시 필 요한 다양한 아티팩트 정보를 효과적으로 추출할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. In recent years, hacking and malware techniques have evolved and become sophisticated and complex, and numerous c yber-attacks are constantly occurring in various fields. Among them, the most widely used route for compromise incident s such as information leakage and system destruction was found to be E-Mails. In particular, it is still difficult to detect and identify E-Mail APT attacks that employ zero-day vulnerabilities and social engineering hacking techniques by detec ting signatures and conducting dynamic analysis only. Thus, there has been an increased demand for indicators of compr omise (IOC) to identify the causes of malicious activities and quickly respond to similar compromise incidents by sharing the information. In this study, we propose a method of extracting various forensic artifacts required for detecting and inv estigating Hacking E-Mails, which account for large portion of damages in security incidents. To achieve this, we employ ed a digital forensic indicator method that was previously utilized to collect information of client-side incidents.
