        팜유를 첨가한 천연 바디 폼의 제품개발에 관한 연구

        The natural body foam product which palm oil is added to this product, differs from products for clothes and Kitchen detergent, industrial and domestic detergent, and It has a various characteristics as a soft detergent for bath and hair product. Up to now, vidual sassoon product which imports form overseas and sells in our country, increases every year in consumption quantity. The development of this product tested to consider the quality of product in the effect of import transfer. First of all, the experiment of this product tested the fundamental items of pH, foam formation force, the moisture effect of product, the biodegradation degree of product. In case of palm oil, when it was added to this product in 0.25wt%, we could get experiment results that pH appeared in 6.2, foam formation force in product 1wt% solution appeared in 104㎖ per 30sec, the skin moisture effect of product appeared in incleasing from 82 a.u to 90 a.u within one hour since we have used the product, the biodegradation degree of surfactant appeared in 96.7%. According to the experiment result of product, we could know the fact that it has a high quality in comparison with other products.

        천연 복분자 추출물의 약리, 화학적 특성 및 분석

        천연 복분자는 나무딸기 또는 산딸기로부터 얻어진 한방재료로 사용되어 지고 있다. 천연 복분자 나무딸기 또는 산딸기는 천연의 향기와 맛, 천연의 색상, 그리고 약리, 화학적 특성을 가지고 있다. 천연 복분자 추출물을 사용하여, 특성실험으로 미생물에 대한 항균실험과 섬유에 대한 염색실험을 하였다. 본 특성실험에서 다음과 같은 결론들이 얻어졌다. 항균실험 결과 ATCC-001(staphylococcus aureus)의 경우는 배양시험 후 72hrs 부터 미생물이 거의 나타나지 않았으나 ATCC-002(aspergillus niger)의 경우 배양시험 후 시간경과에 따라 계속 증식이 나타났다. 역시, 염색실험 결과 복분자 추출물이 천연염료로 매염제(Al2(SO4)3·13-14H2O)를 사용하여 섬유인 면과 견에서 연한 베이지 색의 방향으로 염색이 나타났다. 기기분석 결과 1CP/OES로 측정한 복분자 성분에서는 K(221.100ppm), Mg(17.920ppm), Ca(5.129ppm), Na(2.940ppm), Si(0.638ppm)등의 무기성분들이 확인되었고, GC/MSD로 측정한 복분자 성분에서는 Boric acic(1.711), Silane(2.142), Propyl isothiocyanate(2.565), Pyrazole(3.481), Furfurole(11.521)등의 유기성분들이 확인되었다. Natural Bokbunja is used as a material of oriental medicine which it obtains from Rubus or Raspberry. Natural Bokbunja Rubus has natural odor and taste, natural color, and pharmaceutical & chemical characteristics. This experiment tested antimicrobial experiment against microbe and dye experiment against fiber using natural Bokbunja extract. Some conclusions from this characteristics experiment were obtained as follow. The result of antimicrobial experiment could know that ATCC-001(staphylococcus aureus) does not show nearly from 72hrs after cultivation test and ATCC-002(aspergillus niger) shows to propagate continuously according to passage of time. Also, the result of dye experiment could know that cotton and silk using alum mordant(Al2(SO4)3·13-14H2O) against fiber shows in direction of light beige color. The result of instrument analysis ascertained inorganic components of K(221.100ppm), Mg(17.920ppm), Ca(5.129ppm), Na(2.940ppm), Si(0.638ppm) etc from Bokbunja with ICP/OES, and ascertained organic components of boric acic(1.711), silane(2.142), pyrazole(3.481), propyl isothiocyanate(2.565), furfurole(11.521) etc from Bokbunja with GC/MSD.

        화장품에서 알코올성 화장수의 안정도에 관한 연구

        It is the problem point of stability for this study to produce cosmetics and to occur in the circulation process, and specially in a case of alcoholic toilet water the precipitation materials to float on content materials has study on the solubility of perfume, and it has practiced in order to examine the problem point whether the raw materials of plastic vessel is or not harmful in content materials. In testing result, A study on stability of alcoholic toilet water is above all the precipitation materials which floats in content materials, and It is appeared by combination ratio to the raw materials of perfume, ethanol, solubilizer and refining water etcs, and in second the alkali degree which has gushed out of glass vessel can understand the thing that the change of PH is largely increased following to the passage of time, and in third the harmful component of content materials out of raw material in plastics vessel must certainly consider a stability and a safety in quality control of products.

      • 점적층 반응기에서 유체의 흐름 및 압력강하에 관한 연구

        This experiment was investigated in the reacter of trickle bed with spherical particles. Flow of fluid and pressure drop were measured and analyzed in the air-water system. The results showed that liquid velocity at trickle-pulse transition increased with increasing packing size, and It decreased with decreasing gas velocity, and that theoretical model proposed was well applicable to predicted flow transition boundary. In the same operation conditions, Flow of fluid was changed with operation mode because of liquid closslinking. Therefore, As the maximum gas velocity increased, Pressure drop increased. Also pressure drop increased with increasing fluid velocity, and It increased with decreasing packing size, and the effect of gas velocity on the pressure drop for higher liquid velocity was less than that for lower liquid velocity in this conditions, Correlations in the flow of fluid and pressure drop can show in terms of Reynolds Number of gas and liquid phase.

      • 갈릭 추출물의 특성에 관한 연구

        The contents of charateristics in this experiment have tested for the antimicrobial force of garlic extract. In case of this product adding garlic extract, we could abtain the characteristics as following to it. In case to increase the concentration of garlic extract , we could know that the antibiosis and preservation effect appears between 3.0∼4.0 wt% and the sterilization efficacy appears more than 5.0 wt%. According to the result of this experiment, we could recognize the characteristics concerning to quality of this product.

      • 액상 세정 제품의 효능 및 효과에 관한 연구

        The liquid detergent product which added Sunfom-S and propylene glycol, differs for clothes and kitchen detergent, industrial and domestic detergent, and it could abtain various characteristics as a soft detergent. The contents of efficacy & effect in this experiment have tested for the foam formation force and the moisture force. In case of this product adding Sunfom-S, we could know the two characteristics. In first case to increase the concentration of Sunfom-S, we could know that the foam formation force increases following to it. In second case to increase the concentration of propylene glycol, we could know that the moisture force increases following to it. According to the result of this experiment, we could recognize efficacy & effect to quality of this product.

      • 마늘 추출물의 특성에 관한 연구

        Garlic extract using super-critical carbon dioxide is influenced by temperature and pressure, and The optimum condition must make under super-critical state. We can know the defects in process of super-critical extration, It can indicate the drop of product rate, energy loss, equipment expense etcs. According to the result of this experiment, we can know that the microbe of S. aureus and E. coli has disappeared in the incubation time more than 12 hours and in concentration more than 800ppm.
