본 논문에서는 외형손상으로 인한 비대칭 주익을 갖는 항공기의 비행역학 특성을 연구하였다. 항공기의 우측 날개 일부 파손을 가정하였으며, 파손시의 항공기 상태를 가정한 6자유도 방정식을 유도하였다. 공력데이터와 개선된 6자유도 방정식을 통하여 비선형 모델 및 특정 트림조건의 선형 모델을 구축하였다. 그리고 트림 조건에서 주익손상 정도에 따른 비선형 시뮬레이션을 통하여 각 조종면이 항공기의 반응에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 전익형 형상의 비행체 모델에 대한 풍동실험을 통하여 공력데이터를 구성하였으며, CATIA 모델을 사용하여 날개 파손시의 무게변화, C.G.변화, MOI변화를 계산하였다. 본 수치 시뮬레이션을 통하여 파손 전후의 동적 반응을 분석 하였다. In this study, effect of asymmetric wing damage on the flight dynamic characteristics was investigated. Partial right wing loss was considered for aircraft damage. To construct a 6-DOF model for the damaged asymmetric aircraft, a flying-wing type UAV was designed and wind tunnel test for each damage configuration was performed to identify the aerodynamic coefficient change. The mass, C.G. and MOI were also calculated for each damage configuration with CATIA. A couple of numerical simulation were performed to investigate the changed flight dynamics.

Chondroid syringoma, also called cutaneous mixed tumor, is a solitary, well-demarcated, firm intradermal or subcutaneous nodule which mainly occurs on the head and neck. Histopathologically, the tumor is composed of pleomorphic components of both epithelial and mesenchymal elements. Chondroid syringoma has been argued about, with differentiation toward eccrine or apocrine units. We report a case of chondroid syringoma in a 51-years-old male patient who has a solitary, 1.0 × 0.7㎝ in sized, firm, erythematous nodule on his nose.
Turbid 물질에서 산란된 형광 세기의 측정에 관한 연구

The propagation of light radiation within tissues is an important problem that confronts dosimetry of therapeutic laser delivery and the development of diagnostic spectroscopy. In the clinical application of photodynamic therapy(PDT) and in other research applications in photobiology, the photon deposition within a tissue determines the spatial distrbution of photochemical reactions. It is very difficult measure to spectra of molecules in cells and in tissues precisely because of light scattering by the particles of their components; also particles are very heterogeneous. Often a slight difference in delivered energy separates a useless, efficacious, or disastrous treatment. Scattered light is measured as a function of the position(distance r, depth z) between the axis of the incident beam and the detection spot. Consequently, knowledge of the scattering function that characterizes a phantom is important. Laser light does not scatter isotropically in bulk materials but is scattered primarily in the forward direction and slowly becomes diffuse with increasing position. The turbid sample yields a very forward-directed scattering pattern at short range of position from source to detector, whereas the thicker samples greatly attenuated the on-axis intensity at long range of position. The deposion of energy is not only a function of laser irradiation parameters, such as power, exposure time, and image size, but it also depends upon the absorption and scattering properties of the phantom. Photon deposition due to light absorption is most often based on exponential attenuation of the laser light.
기니픽(guinea-pig) 기관평활근에 대한 Propofol 과 Ketamine 의 이완효과

Background : Propofol inhibits postoperative bronchospasm. Ketamine prevents bronchospasm in asthmatic patients. The present study was designed to evaluate the effects and mechanisms of propofol and ketamine on tracheal smooth muscles. Methods : After isolating guinea-pig tracheal preparations, the maximal tracheal tones were induced by smooth muscle constrictors(2 10 7 M carbachol, 10 5 M histamine, 30 mM K+ Krebs solution, 124 mM K+ Krebs solution). When tracheal tones stabilized, propofol or ketamine was added cumulatively to obtain the concentration-relaxation curves, and calculated the ED50 and ED95. Results : Propofol and ketamine decreased maximal tracheal tones in the concentration-dependent manners. The ED50 and ED95 of propofol were lowest in the histamine group, highest in the 30 mM K+ Krebs solution group. The ED50 and ED95 of ketamine were lowest in the 124 mM K+ Krebs solution group, highest in the histamine group. Conclusions : The relaxant effects of propofol and ketamine involve with all receptors in nonspecific way. However, propofol may inhibit more strongly the histamine mediated mechanism of tracheal contraction and ketamine may involve more strongly with Ca++ channel. (Korean J Anesthesiol 1997; 32: 185∼191)
