      • 人工衛星 데이터를 이용한 솔잎혹파리와 산성우의 상관관계 분석

        솔잎혹파리에 의한 송림피해는 그 대상지역이 매우 넓고 지속적으로 증가하면서 위치를 옮겨가고 있다. 또한 송림피해는 약 7년이 경과하면 회복되는 것으로 보고되고 있으나 일부지역에서는 그대로 고사하고회생하지 못하고 있는데 이것은 산성우와 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 추측된다. 따라서 이 연구에서는1990년대에 들어서 강원도 지역 중에서도 송림고사 피해가 가장 심하게 발생 하고 있는 평창권을 대상으로 하여, 1984년과 1993년의 인공위성자료로부터 식물의 활 In this study, an attempt was done to analyze the damaged areas by pine gall midge in PYONGCHANG county by using the LANDSAT/TM data observed on Nov.12, 1984 and Oct.20. 1993. This county has suffered most serious damage in the forest areas caused by pine gall midge in KANGWON prefecture, KOREA. The method of Normalized Difference Vegetation Index is used to detect the damage situation for the passed 10 years. A normal recovery of the damaged areas was observed 7 years after the first damage has occurred. But, there was a lot of pines died and never resurrect again in some areas. The reason of this phenomenon may due mainly to the acid rain in that areas. Therefore the relationship between the damaged areas and the acid rain is considered in this study. As a result of this study the damage state and the distribution pattern of the damaged areas in PYONGCHANG county are clearly understood. The acid rain (pH less than 5.6)is observed on the whole KANGWON prefecture in the 1990's and also the Rainfall intensity of pH less than 5.0 is increased by 10 times in 1995 compared with rainfall intensity of the same pH observed in 1991

      • Landsat TM data로부터 수질인자 추출을 위한 상대적 대기 보정 방법

        Recently there are a lot of studies to use a satelite image data in order to investigate a simultaneous change of a wide range area as a lake . However, many cases of a water quality research occur as problem when we try to extracty the water quality factros from the stelite image data, because of the atmosphere scattering exert as bad influence on a result of analysis. In this study, and attempt was made to select the relative atmospheric correction method for the water quality factors extraction from the satelite image data. And also, the time -series analysis of the water quality factors extraction from the satelite image data. And also, the time-series analysis of the water quality factors was performed by using the multi-temporal image data.

      • 초음파 어레이를 이용한 이동 로봇의 장애물 회피에 관한 연구

        For mobile robot, the navigation effectiveness can be improved by providing autonomy, but this autonomy requires the mobile robot to detect unknown obstacles and avoid collisions while moving it toward the target. This paper presents an effective method for autonomous navigation of the mobile robot in structured environments. This method uses ultrasonic sensor array to detect obstacles and utilizes force relationship between the obstacles and target for avoiding collisions. Accuracy of sensory data produced by ultrasonic sensors is improved by employing error eliminating rapid ultrasonic firing (EERUF) technique. Navigation algorithm controlling both the velocity and steering simultaneously is developed, implemented to the mobile robot and tested on the floor filled with the cluttered obstacles. It is verified that from the results of the field tests the mobile robot can move at a maximum speed of 0.66 m/sec without any collisions.

      • Paraquat의 殘留毒性에 미치는 완충액의 種類 및 光照射의 影響

        완충액의 種類 및 光照射가 paraquat의 毒性低下에 미치는 影響을 검토한 結果 使用한 3種(sodium citrate, sodium phosphate, tris-HCl)의 완충액 中 sodium phosphate buffer에 paraquat를 용해하였을 때가 가장 큰 幅으로 毒性이 低下되었다. 經時的으로는 1日만에 約 60%의 細菌이 生育하였고 4日째 내는 95% 以上의 細菌이 生育함으로써 sodium phosphate buffer 中에서는 約 4日만에 paraquate의 毒性이 거의 消滅되었다. 한편, 暗所에 保有한 paraquate에 比하여 自然光구에서 1.3倍 紫外線 照射구에서 約 2倍의 生有율이 檢出되므로 光照射에 의하여 paraquat의 毒性이 보다 빨리 消滅되는 것으로 判斷되었다. Experiment was carried out to understand the effect or buffer solution and light irradiation on toxicity of paraquat against microorgnism. Paraquat most rapidly lost its toxicity in the sodium buffer solution among three kinds of tested solutions. (sodium citrate, sodium phosphate and tris-HCI) By previous incubation of paraquat in the solution for 24 hours, the organism showed about 60 percent of survival rate. The paraquat lost almost of its toxicity as showing at least 95 per cent of survival by continuous incubation for 4 days. The organism showed a survival rate of 1.3 times higher by natural light irradiation and 2.0 times higher by ultraviolet ray irradiation than control.

      • Langmuir-Blodgett분자막을 이용한 Poly-p(methyl)Phenylmethacrylate의 분자량 측정

        Langmuir-Blodgett 분자막을 이용하여 전자선 레지스트로써 가능성이 높은 (PMMA)의 유도체의 분자량을 측정하고자 하였다. polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA)에 phenyl기를 도입하여 그의 유도체 poly-p(methyl)phenylmethacrylate (PMMA)를 합성하여 그의 평균분자량 및 열안정성을 측정하였다. 합성한 고분자를 균일한 Langmuir분자막 상태로 만들어 측정한 표면압-면적 등온선 (Ⅱ-?? isotherm)에서 Ⅱ??값을 유도하여 고분자의 평균분자량을 구했으며, 이 값은 압축속도에 비례하며, 분자량이 작은 단분자막일수록 GPC로 측정한 분자량에 가까운 값을 보여주었다. We measured average molecular weight ?? of PMMA derivatives which can be used as electron beam resists for microlithography. Poly-p(methyl)phenylmethacrylate(PMPMA) was synthesized to increase thermal stability and physical property compared to polymethylmethacrylate and their weight average molecular weight ?? was determined by using both GPC and Langmuir film measurements. We calculate ?? of PMPMaA monolayer at air-water interface. On the basis of calculation, it is suggested that the ?? is proportional to the compression rate, and those values are very close to ?? values measured by GPC

      • 동북아시아 지역의 국가적 월경환경오염 분석과 대처방안에 관한 연구

        Recently, social agreement on the environment pollution has gradually increased in the national and global scope. Also in the last one decades fast industrialism in China has caused to the nations concerns and anxiety on the environmental problems of the North-East Asia including Japan. Korea located mostly close to China has been effected directly on the pollutant products produced from China and many environmental co-work problems of both nations has become to delayed objects anymore. The purpose of this study is to investigate cases and problems of the national overflowing environment pollution and describe answerings.

      • 태권도 수련 프로그램 적용에 따른 정신력 효과

        This study had a purpose to define an effect of mental strength according to the application of Taekwondo Training Programs. In order to achieve this study objective, the Delphi Technique Analysis and the Quantitative Research were carried out. For this purpose, firstly, experts' opinions about the programs which were practiced in the Taekwondo gym was analyzed. Secondly, the background variable and training level, the training programs, and the difference of Taekwondo mental strength were analyzed. And thirdly, the relations between the Taekwondo training level, the training program, and the Taekwondo mental strength, etc. were analyzed. The analysis of Taekwondo training programs by the DeIphi Technique was performed by means of the 3rd analysis with 30 experts. And as for the Quantitative Research, the study subjects were targeted for the total 265 pupils composed of 224 boys and 41 girls who were selected by the Group Random Sampling. This study took the primary school students in 4-6 years as the population who were training Taekwondo in the gym which was located in Gwangju. The measurement instrument for research survey consisted of five (5) question items for background variables, three (3) question items for training level, three (3) question items for training programs, and twenty-five (25) question items for Taekwondo mental strength, that is, which totaled thirty-six (36) question items in all. As for the relationship model settings between the related variables, gender, school year, income level, academic records, training motive variables were established. As for the independent variables, the medium variables for Taekwondo training level were set up by the training programs. And, the Taekwondo mental strength variables were established for the dependent variables. The data which were collected by using questionnaires were dealt with according to the research objectives. As for the statistical techniques for analysing the treated data, skill statistics, unitary variance analysis, multiple regression analysis were employed. As for the relation of mental strength according to the application of Taekwondo training programs based on the method and procedure of this study, the following results were obtained in accordance with the basis of the Delphi Technique Analysis and result of the Quantitative Research. First, in the program analysis through the Delphi Technique, it was investigated that the following factors were achieved. In the body-centered programs, factors such as curiosity, creative power, interest, etc. were achieved. In the mind-centered programs, factors such as social nature, character, etiquette. sense of cooperation, creative power, and interest etc. were achieved. In the play-centered programs, factors such as meditation, personal relations, creative power, self-esteem, and reliance etc. were achieved. Second, in the differences of Taekwondo programs on the basis of the background variables, school year and income level showed the statistically significant differences in the body-centered and the mind-centered programs among the types of Taekwondo training programs. And the statistically significant difference was shown about the income level in the play-centered programs. This result showed the fact that, in training Taekwondo, pupils showed differences for adapting themselves to the contents of body-, mind-, and play-centered programs according to the contents of programs based on school year and income level which were parts of the background variables. Third, in the relations between the Taekwondo training level and the programs, for the great influence which they had on the body-centered programs about the period, frequency, and the intensity. pupils could adapt themselves well to the training as the period became longer in the body-centered programs. They could also adapt themselves well to the high-intensity training when they were not absent and trained more frequently. As for the period, about the thing which it influenced the mind-centered programs, as they were trained longer in the mind-centered programs, the training period became longer. Also, as for the period and frequency. it was considered that what influenced the play-centered programs was the fact that, as pupils were trained longer, the training period became longer in the play-centered programs. And they seemed to feel more pleasure and interest as the training period became longer and when they were not absent, and when they were trained more frequently. Fourth in the relation between the Taekwondo training level and the mental strength, for the period and the frequency which belongs to the training level, the thing which had significant impact on the sub-factors of the mental strength such as patience, courage, and etiquette was the fact that patience, courage and etiquette which were the sub-factors of mental strength were improved as the Taekwondo training period was longer, and they were trained more frequently. Fifth, in the relation between the type of Taekwondo program and the mental strength, patience, courage, and etiquette was highly improved in the body-centered programs. And courage was highly improved in the mind-centered programs. Also, what had significant impact on patience, courage and etiquette was the body of the Taekwondo program type in the play-centered programs. Likewise, for the mind- and play-centered programs, the mental strength such as patience, courage and etiquette was highly improved as they were trained more frequently.

      • ITS를 위한 무선 통신 시스템에 관한 연구

        Highway congestion, traffic-related pollution, and difficulty locating travel destinations are some of the mounting problems facing most Korean drivers on a regular basis. ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) is an integrated system aiming to improve the transportation efficiency of existing road infrastructure, enhance the safety of driving, and save the transportation cost in terms of mitigating the traffic congestion by using advanced information, telecommunication, sensing, and control technologies. In this study, we are intended to assess the properties and application method of wireless communications either existing commercial systems or none existing dedicated wireless systems (e.g., Paging, Wireless Data, Cellular Radio Communication, Personal Communication Systems, and FPLMTS) and provide solutions to select a possible communication method to realize the Intelligent Transportation Systems.

      • 형질전환 제초제저항성 벼 밀양 204호의 농업적 특성

        This study was conducted to investigated the major characteristics of genetically modified rice of "Milyang 204" originated from Dongjinbyeo compared to a non-transgenic rice varieties Dongjinbyeo and Junambyeo. Basta resistant transgenic rice lines carrying bar gene produced by the Yeongnam Agricultural Research Institute were evaluated for their agronomic characters. The transgenic Japonica rice of "Milyang 204" showed inferior phenotypic traits compared to a non-transgenic rice variety Dongjinbyeo and Junambyeo. On the basis of UPOV (Union Internationale Pour la Protaection des Obtentions Vegetables) and NSMO(National Seed Management Office) the transgenic "Milyang 204" showed difference in some traits out of some agronomic traits, such as leaf color, angle of flag leaf, number of spikelets, culm length, white core and white belly compared to the nontransgenic varieties rice.

      • 대전 3ㆍ4 산업단지 주변의 하천수 및 지하수오염 실태조사

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the quality of surface water and groundwater near the Daejeon 3.4 industrial complex. In the case of surface water quality as considered by BOD, the water quality of the Hyun-do Bridge in Kum river was suitable to the class II (less than 3mg/L) of environmental standard for the river. The water quality of Bool-lo Dong in Kum river after joins Kab stream was class III (less than 6mg/L) and the water quality of Kab-chun Bridge was over class V as over about 8mg/L(less than 10mg/L). In the result for the groundwater at Wit-mal, the NO3-N concentration was average 14.6mg/L and maximum 23.4mg/L that was about twice more than the drinking water quality standard regulations(10mg/L). In other points, the groundwater quality was inadequate to the standard for a few items.
