The research which has conducted over coaches, trainers, and parents to advance Taekwondo education through learning the management of training institution is concluded like this: First, the great percentage of people interested in Taekwondo training is younger generations(70.93% of elementary, 15,93% of middle school students, and 13.12% of high school students). Second, the reasons to train Taekwondo are self protection(28.75%) and changing personality(16.5%) many trainers have learned Taekwondo to protect themselves from crimes. Third, in research to detect the concern of Taekwondo coaches, 50% of coaches possess more than 3 references of Taekwondo education, but 16.5% do not have any. 33.33% think that there is no education for coaches, but 8.33% believe so. As a result, the lack of Taekwondo training. Fourth, only 14.88% of training institutions are absolutely equipped by Taekwondo facility, but 2.61% are not. Thus, the facility and equipment for Taekwondo training are needed in most places. After understanding the problems of Taekwondo training, one which may help. First, the city and state government must operate classes for Taekwondo coaches such as course for elementary physical education, old age, respiration of dan-qaid, qi-gong, and Taekwondo gymnastics. Second, By creating influential training methods such as, humanity and leadership training and courses designed to educate Taekwondo martial arts, each institution must be conducting morning Taekwondo classes in public places, operating the benefits of Taekwondo training. Fourth, Each institution must provide better services to trainers by correcting the crucial problems.

한일 무도 역사성을 통한 사상적 고찰

Martial art has been developed to a unique oriental marital art with artistry, religiousness and sporting property through mutual exchange of Korea and Japan historically. However, Korean martial art has deepened a conflict due to the confusion of identity of its history. It also raises the following questions : is Korean martial art the culture of Japan ? or Is it Korean culture ? Is the ideas of martial arts between Korea and Japan different ? or is it the same ? Therefore, this study is to examine the ideas of contemporary martial art through the history of martial arts in Korea and Japan. First, it is performed as the perfection of man through mental and physical training. Also it was settled as the philosophy of life. Therefore, martial art could be developed as the unique culture of Korea. Second, Samurai spirit for the maser of martial art in the ancient Japan was developed to martial spirit since the medieval period. Third, on the modern ideas of martial arts in Korea and Japan, Korean people trained themselves with mental and physical training under the influence of Confucianism, Buddhism and Zen. Accordingly, it should be recognized that the ideas of marital arts in Korea and Japan were exchanged not to dispute its historical identity and it was combined with unique cultures of each country and developed independently, but it has been developed with common goal for health-centered self-realization in modern times.

The questionnaire are used for this research which has sex, school grade, health, father's scholarshiP, mother's scholarship, and a month pocket-money as a background variables, highschool students participating in the leisure activities as independent variable, the degree and satisfaction of leisure activities as parameter, and life satisfaction as dependent variable. The following results can be obtained from the analysis. First the result to analyze the mean difference of life satisfaction according to the demographic-social characteristics is that health, mother's scholarship and a month pocket-money has the meaningful difference, but there is no significant difference in the sex, school grade and father's scholarship. Second, the result to analyze the correlative relation among life satisfaction and six leisure participation satisfaction is that all the leisure participation satisfaction including psychological satisfaction, social satisfaction, relaxation satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, education satisfaction, and physiological satisfaction have significant positive correlative relation. In summary, it can be inferred that demographic-and-social variables and leisure participation satisfaction give much attribution to life satisfaction from the study.

The biggest problem point of Taekwondo popularizion czue to only single group demand (male children) without various group, and therefore Taekwondo organization need mass program and political event or enterprise of Taekwondo exercie perform according to each program and fitness of all group (male, female, children, adult). 2. The urgent management crisis variance of Taekwondo drill hall are the whole crisis of IMF through innovation of economical, social environment as well as scarcity of leader quality and lack of facility and good program. 3. The practical method for Taekwondo popularization are powerful leadership of new vision presention and council establishment of 21 century Taekwondo development and Taekwondo study insitution establishment. 4. The future development plan of 21 century Taekwondo are following. First: the supplement of theoretical and systematic Taekwondo play rule. Second: the play technic development of interesting of spectators. 5. Except for basic facility of Taekwondo drill hall, idea facility development induce to participation of general adult and female and therefor the Taekwondo staff must be culture knowledge power developing of various program according to sex and age. 6. Because T.V. drama and cartoon and animation series of Taekwondo related to public relation strategy influenced of Taekwondo popularization, Taekwondo staff should have much interesting about Taekwondo drama through continuous human relations with drama writer and cartoon writer and P.D.

This study is designed to identify what effect the Taekwondo practice of elementary school students has on development of their personality. For the purpose of this study, elementary school students who now live in province were selected from six elementary schools and 18 Taekwondo places at random. Targets were 30 non- trainers from the six elementary schools and 360 trainers by selecting 10 trainers per Taekwondo place. Questionnaires were given to 327 students among selected 360 students. The responses of 300 students were used for an actual analysis Any questionnaires that were not completed or the response of which it was judged was not sincere were excluded from the analysis. To identify what effect the Taekwondo training of elementary school students has on development of personality, general nature of elementary school students, background of training, their attitudes at school, their social, emotional, and living aspects were studied and the results are as follows : First, the Taekwondo training of elementary school students has an effect on development in their attischool. Second, the Taekwondo training of elementary school students has an effect on development in their emotional aspect. This Study has examined the influences of the images of the pro sports teams on the images of the businesses by the method of covariance structure analysis. For this purpose, the general people seeing the baseball games in the baseball grounds have been the population, and 300 sampling objects have been selected out of them by simple random sampling. The findings concerning the structural models obtained on the basis of the methods of the study and the analysis of the data are as follows: First, the analysis of the images of the pro sports teams on the images of businesses shows that the factor of credibility influences the vividness and wildness. the factor of interestingness influences intellect, inhumanity and solidity, the factor of certainty influences intellect, vividness, inhumanity and wildness, the factor of advancedness influences intellect, vividness and inhumanity, and the factor of activity influences intellect, vividness, inhumanity. wildness and solidity, in a significant way Second, the analysis of the influences of the images of businesses on the purchase intention. shows that intellect, vividness and inhumanity the purchase intention significantly. Putting these together, the factors of the images of pro sports teams influence the images of businesses partially, and the images of businesses are found to influence the purchase intention significantly.
