        The purpose of this study was to reform practically a Korean Judo's Doechigi-Bon(Forms of Counterattack, judo's Gaeshi no Kata, Judo's Uradori no Kata, Judo's Gonosen no Kata) that was established in 1955 Korea, according to changing of techniques by Judo's modernization, in order to have Judo's carefulness and systematic diffusion. Reform procedure of Judo's Doechigi-Bon was 1st stage, Questionnaire survey 303 judokas, 2nd stage, Technical seminar by judo experts(12 judo professor) 4 times, 3rd stage, wording report for reform, 4rd stage, Discussion and judgement of Teaching and Judgement commission of Korean judo Association(KJA), 5th stage, Public hearing for reform in KJA, 6th stage, Report and decision of board of directors in KJA, 7th stage, public publication of Judo News(No.53) in KJA.       • 2000년 제27회 시드니 올림픽 유도경기 대비: 세계 여자 우수선수들의 개인별 국제경기 기술 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the competition techniques traits and of international contest levels each category individual scoring - losing techniques of world elite judokas who. were awarded in the international judo tournaments (I,J.T.) (part 1: ∼O.G'%, part 2 :from O.G'% to July ,2000), and who are expected to participate in the 27th Olympic Games(O.G.) Sydney 2000 to prepare the 27th O.G, which will be held from 16. to 22 September, 2000 at Exhibition Center, Darling Harbour, in Sydney, Australia. The records of the results and contents of competition were obtained out of 97 for women I.J,T., world elite judokas. To decide individual contest levels, groups were devided into 3(A,B,C)groups and points were graded by 3 ways. The I.J.T. that were devided into 3 groups are shown in the table 1.

      • 볼트장력으로 보강된 철근 콘크리트 기둥의 실험적 연구

        As time goes up, structural capacity of members decreases in reinforced concrete structures. The deterioration of the capacity is mainly due to the corrosion of materials, poor construction and environmental pollution, etc. This deterioration is unavoidable, thus it is necessary to develop the method for repair and retrofit of structures in order to ensure structural safety of members. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the load-deflection, ultimate strength, failure mode, and energy absorption effect. For the test, the specimen size of column is 20cm×20cm×90cm reinforced with 4 number of main bars of 13mm diameter, tied bars of 6mm diameter. The test results show that the increasement of bolt and bolt tension's quantity improve the ultimate strength and energy absorption capacity.

      • 알루미늄 합금과 고장력 강판 접합을 위한 헬리컬 SPR의 단조공정 설계

        A self-piercing rivet(SPR) is a mechanical component for joining dissimilar materials. It is used for joining dissimilar material sheets such as aluminum alloy and steel. The self-piercing rivet directly pierces into sheets without drilling sheets beforehand unlike conventional rivets. However, the self-piercing rivet occurs buckling when piercing high strength steel. Therefore, a helical SPR which can pierce high strength steel sheet was designed. In this study, forging process was designed for manufacturing the helical SPR and simulated by using commercial FEM code DEFORM-3D. In the simulation of forging process for manufacturing rivet, process sequence, formability, forging load were investigated. The suitable forging process could be designed by comparisons of simulated results. Experimental trials have been carried out for same conditions as simulated ones. The simulated results agreed with the experimental ones. So, the analytic approach in this thesis is useful to save cost and time in the forging industry

      • 수중기지국 기반 수중통신망 구축 및 성능 시험

        본 논문에서는 수중음향통신을 활용하여 CTD센서와 DO센서를 통해 수중환경데이터를 측정하고, 측정된 값을 육상에서 확인할 수 있도록 하는 실험을 진행하였다. 본 실험은 남해 실해역에서 20년 12월 12일부터 20일까지 진행되었으며, 구조물은 해수면에 해상부이 1대, 해저면에 수중기지국 2대, 센서노드 10대를 설치하였다. 모든 구조물에는 송신을 위한 트랜스듀서와 수신을 위한 하이드로폰이 장착된다. 해상부이는 해저면에 설치된 수중기지국과 센서노드에서 수중환경데이터를 수신한 후 육상 서버와 통신하여 패킷을 전송한다. 데이터는 1시간 단위로 전송되도록 설정하였으며 실험결과, 패킷 성공률은 약91.20%인 것을 확인하였다.

        Composite action can be achieved by providing shear connectors between steel top flange and concrete topping. Composite sections have larger stiffness than the summation of the individual stiffness of slab and beam, therefore, can carry larger load or similar loads with appreciably smaller deflection and are less prone to transient vibration. T-type Steel Composite beam(TSC-beam) is developed and tested. To make the part of steel beam, we used the way of welding two steel plates as well as the way of folding one steel plate.

        장애인 태권도 선수의 여가활동에 대한 실태 분석

        The purpose of this research is to provide basic data suggesting the direction of disabled taekwondo player's healthy leisure activity through the analysis on actual status of disabled taekwondo players' leisure activity. The subject was 41 maleㆍfemale players participating in the 32th national athlete meet for the disabled. Data of this research was analyzed by SPSS WIN 18.0 program. For the concrete statistical method, frequency analysis and cross analysis were done so as to examine general characteristics of research subject and differences of awareness on leisure activity. To examine interests in leisure activity and differences of satisfaction, t-test and one-way Anova were conducted. And, a positive analysis was verified in significance standard p<.05, p<.01, p<.001. As a result of Scheffe method as a post-hoc test, following conclusions were obtained. First, interests in leisure activity were higher as the time of participation in contest was higher and they learned taekwondo because they want to do. For the motives of participation in leisure activity, main factors were pleasure of life, relief of stress and emotional stability. Satisfaction for leisure activity was generally more than medium level, 3 scores. What are the most necessary for leisure activity were leisure of time, money(costs), friends to enjoy together and facility/location. Obstacles of leisure activity were insufficient money(costs), insufficient time, insufficient location/facility, so they had an awareness similar to the necessary of leisure activity. Therefore, players who have lots of times to participate in taekwondo contest and learned taekwondo because they wanted to do can be the group with active tendency. And, active group showed high demands of interests and satisfaction in leisure activity. Second, costs of monthly leisure activity were increased as current grade was higher and the number of participation in contest was more. Daily taekwondo training time was longer as they were women and the number of participation in contest was more. Daily leisure time of weekdays was longer as the number of participation in contest was more. Leisure time of weekends and holidays was less than 4 hours in more than half players. For the location of leisure activity, male players preferred leisure sports center and internet cafe and female players preferred leisure sports center and shopping/department store. Especially, group with lot of times of participation in contest showed long training time, much leisure activity time and high activity costs. It means disabled taekwondo players participating in many times showed long activity time of taekwondo, but participated in various leisure activities. Third, for the form of leisure activity, they mainly preferred rest/sleeping and leisure sports. For the favorite sports as leisure activities, male players preferred soccer, basketball and swimming and female players preferred soccer, inline skating and balling. For the people they enjoy leisure activity together, there were friends, colleagues and alone in may cases. Therefore, there were various activities preferred by gender. Fourth, for the activation measures of leisure activity, there were leisure of time, facility/location and cultivation of professional instructor in order. Therefore, leisure of time was insufficient as a factor which is the most necessary for leisure activity and hinders leisure activity. So, activity program which can be approached easily around us on weekdays and holidays should be developed.

      • 食用油脂類에 對한 免疫生物學的 硏究

        食用油脂는 健康維持에 必須的인 營養素이다. 그러나 食用油脂는 脂肪을 構成하는 脂肪酸의 種類와 攝取하는 量에 따라 健康을 保衛하는 必須的인 食品의 成分이 되기도 하고 有害한 影響을 끼칠 수도 있어서 脂質代謝와 關連된 疾病 뿐만아니라 老化를 促進하고, 乳房癌, 大腸癌等의 癌發生과도 關連된 것으로 밝혀져 있다. 本 硏究는 우리生活環境에서 食用으로 接할 수 있는 10種의 油脂에 對한 免疫生物學的인 活性에서 究明한 結果 對照群인 참기름食餌群에 比해 올리브유食用群은 全般的으로 體液性 및 細胞性免疫을 有意性있게 增加시켰으나, 大食細胞의 活性과 末梢循環白血球數는 有意性없는 減少를 보였고, 動物性 油脂인 牛脂食餌群과 植物性 油脂인 옥수수기름食餌群, 들기름食餌群, 米糠油食餌群, 大豆油食餌群, 菜種油食餌群 및 고추씨기름食餌群에서는 全般的으로 體液性 및 細胞性免疫, 大食細胞의 活性 및 末梢循環白血球數를 有意性있게 減少시켰다. This study was performed to investigate the effects of edible oils and fats on the immunobiological responses in ICR male mice. Ten groups of experimental diets, such as sesame oil diet, beef tallow diet, lard oil diet, olive oil diet, corn oil diet, perilla oil diet, rice polishing oil diet, soybeen oil diet, rape seed oil diet, and red pepper seed oil diet were fed adlibitum to the ICR male mice for 27 days. The results of this study were summarized as followings. 1. Both humoral and cellular immune responses, phagocyte activity, and number of leukocytes in sesame oil group were increased. However, the increasing rate of body weight and the weight retios of spleen and thymus to body were generally decreased. 2. Hemagglutination titer(HA) and rosette forming cell(RFC) of the beef tallow group and the lard group were significantly lower than the sesame oil group(P<0.01), but the lard group significantly increased Arthus reaction and delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH)(P<0.01). 3. Arthus reaction, DTH, and RFC of the olive oil group were significantly higher than the sesame oil group(P<0.01). 4. DTH of the corn oil group was significantly higher than the sesame oil group(P<0.01) whereas phagochyte activity was significantly lower(P<0.01). But no statistically significant differences were found between the two groups in the humoral immune response. 5. HA, PFC, DTH, RFC, phagocyte activity, and number of leukocytes of the perilla oil group and the rice polishing oil group were significantly lower than the sesame oil group(P<0.01). 6. Both humoral and cellular immune responses, phagocyte activity, and number of leukocytes of the soybeen oil group, the rape seed oil group, and the red pepper oil group were significantly lower than the sesame oil group(P<0.01).

        미국 전자증거개시절차상 변호사의 기술역량구비의무에 관한 소고

        지난 20여 년 동안 사회에서 일반적으로 사용되는 의사소통수단에 큰 변화가 있었고, 사용 및 저장되는 각종의 자료 역시 전자화된 형태로 바뀌었다. 이 같은 흐름은 다양하고 연쇄적인 변화를 불러일으키고 있고, 법조영역에도 변화를 요구하고 있다. 즉 법조인이 분쟁을 해결함에 있어 사회에서 일반적으로 사용되는 기술에 관한 기본적인 지식을 구비하는 한편 이를 제대로 이해할 수 있는 능력이 필요하게 된 것이다. 미국의 경우 지난 10여 년간 기술역량구비의무에 관한 인식의 변화가 법조윤리 분야에서 가장 두드러진 흐름 중 하나로 평가받고 있다. 특히 기술의 발전 및 변화에 따라 재판상 발생할 수 있는 문제를 해결하기 위한 하나의 수단으로 변호사의 기술역량구비와 관련하여 주목할 만한 변화가 나타나고 있다. 구체적으로 지난 2012년 미국변호사협회가 법조윤리모델규칙의 개정을 통해 변호사에게 기술역량구비의무를 부과하는 내용을 추가한 이후, 2015년 12월 현재 21개 주에서 이를 관련 법조윤리규범에 채택한 바 있다. 특히 변호사의 기술역량은 전자증거개시절차에서 그 필요성이 지속적으로 제기되어 왔는데, 최근 캘리포니아 주 변호사협회(The State Bar of California)가 캘리포니아 주 법조윤리규칙과 관련하여 전자증거개시절차상 변호사에게 요구되는 구체적인 윤리적 역량구비의무가 무엇인지에 대한 공식의견을 제시하여 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 이러한 미국의 변화는 변호사가 기술에 대한 전문가가 될 필요까지는 없다하더라도 더 이상 기술을 무시할 수는 없게 된 현실이 반영되고 있는 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 우리의 경우 이에 관한 논의를 찾아보기 어렵지만, 사회가 지속적으로 변화하고 발전해 가고 있다는 점, 변호사의 전문성 확보를 위한 좀 더 적극적인 독려가 필요하다는 점 등을 감안할 때, 장기적인 관점에서 역량구비의무의 구체화를 고려해 볼 필요가 있고, 특히 기술역량에 대해서는 더욱 적극적인 검토가 필요하다. 따라서 이에 관한 미국의 논의와 변화에 대한 검토는 향후 우리 제도의 개선을 위한 토대가 될 수 있다는 점에서 연구의 가치가 있다. 이에 본고는 미국에서의 변호사의 역량구비의무에 관한 규범, 전자증거개시절차상 변호사의 기술역량구비의무에 대해 정리 및 검토하고, 이에 대한 평가와 우리 제도의 지향점에 대해 검토하였다. There was a big change in the means of communication commonly used in the community for the past 20 years, it has also been computerized data used in society. These changes require a change in the legal field. The legal profession has become necessary basic technological competence to resolve the dispute. In the United States over the past 10 years, changes in the perception of the technological competence is regarded as one of the most prominent issues in the field of legal ethics. Specifically, in 2012, the American Bar Association amended Model Rules of Professional Conduct to include the technological competence of lawyers and it was adopted in 21 states by 2015. Especially, technological competence of lawyers have been consistently raised its necessity in the E-discovery. Recently, the State Bar of California proposed a formal opinion on specific skills required of lawyers on the E-discovery in the California legal ethics rules and its contents received lots of attention. While lawyers need not becomes masters in technology, we can no longer ignore it. We need to review the introduction of the duty of technological competence of lawyers considering the fact that society is going to continue to change and evolve and it is necessary to encourage a more proactive to ensure specialty of a lawyer. Therefore, review of the discussion and the change in the U.S. is worthy of study in that it can be the foundation for the improvement of our system in the future. This article reviewed rules of the duty of competence of lawyers in the U.S., the duty of technological competence of lawyers in the U.S. E-discovery, and the implications of our system.
