오늘날 사회는 더욱 고도화 · 다양화되어 불의의 재난으로 인하여 시민의 생명과 재산이 위협받는 경우가 빈번히 발생하게 되었다. 복잡하고 다양화된 재난에 신속히 대응하고 구조 · 구급 등 소방 관련업무 수요에 능동적으로 대처하여 시민에게 양질의 봉사행정 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 국내 실정에 맞는 지리정보시스템을 활용한 소방응급지령시스템이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리의 생활과 밀접한 지역정보, 도시정보 및 각종 기반 시설물 정보를 공간정보 데이터베이스로 구축하여 이를 이용한 소방응급지령시스템을 개발하였다. 소방행정 및 지령업무 전산화를 통한 고도 정보산업사회의 재난관리 기능을 강화함으로써 국민생활 안정과 복지향상을 도모하고, 아울러 본 소방응급지령시스템을 기본 모델로 제시하여 향수 국내 모든 지역의 소방업무에 이 시스템을 확산하는데 그 목적이 있다.

In this study we investigated effects of supplementation with ethyl acetate extracts of the brown alga Eisenia bicyclis on innate immune cells to evaluate the possibilities as an immunomoulator in exercise stress. Twenty male SD rats were divided into four groups and the treatments were as follows: A, no Eisenia bicyclis extract (EBE) (200 mg/kg) intake and maintained at rest ; B, no EBE intake and undergoing exercise ; C, EBE intake and undergoing exercise ; D, EBE intake and maintained at rest. After 5 weeks of oral supplementation, rats were undergoing intensive swimming exercises for 2 h and sacrificed to assess the effects on peritoneal macrophages, spleen cells and natural killer (NK) cells. We showed increasing effects on nitric oxide-inducible nitric oxide synthase (NO-iNOS) production by macrophages and no effects of NK tumoricidal activity and suppressive effects on spleen cell proliferation in exercise group. However, EBE supplementation suppressed NO-iNOS production by macrophages and increased NK tumoricidal activity and spleen cell proliferative response to mitogen in exercise group. Overall, these results that EBE supplementation has differential effects on innate immune response and could be useful as sports nutrition.
공최(LU6)를 활용한 치질치료의 근거에 대한 문헌고찰

Objectives : Acupoint LU6 (Gongchoe) is known as an acupoint for the treatment of pain and bleeding caused by hemorrhoids. The purpose of this study was to critically review acupoint LU6 for treating hemorrhoids. Methods : We searched both ancient and modern literature of acupuncture and moxibustion using keywords “Gongchoe” and “hemorrhoids”. We further performed an online ancient literature search for crosscheck. The searched literature was stratified by country (Korea, China, and Japan), and data were organized chronologically. Concerning literature related to hemorrhoids, data based on acupuncture treatment were compiled. Results : The bone proportional measurement of the forearm had been 12.5 cun until the Qing Dynasty but was recorded as 10 cun in “Shinkyushinzui,” and the majority of modern Japanese and Korean literature indicated it as 10 cun. Gongchoe for treating hemorrhoids has been reported in the literature, including “Shinkyushinzui” (Japan, 1941), “Shiyoungzongguo-zhenjiujingxuexue” (Taiwan, 1963), “Gyeonghyeolhak” (Korea, 1971), and “Jinzhenmeihuashichao” (China, late Qing dynasty), but except “Jinzhenmeihuashichao”, the location is different from the World Health Organization (WHO) standard acupoint location as it is 7 cun from the wrist out of 10 cun of the forearm bone proportional measurement. In addition, classical guides published until the Qing Dynasty did not report acupoint LU6 for the treatment of hemorrhoids. Conclusions : It is necessary to distinguish between Gongchoe in “Shinkyushinzui” and LU6 in WHO standard acupuncture point locations. Gongchoe (LU6)’s primary treatment for hemorrhoids has not been described in the classical literature, and further clinical evidence is needed to support it. When using Gongchoe for hemorrhoids, we should consider that the location of Gongchoe is closer to the LU5 than the standard acupuncture point locations and it is meaningful not only for treatment but also for diagnosis.

The purpose of this study was to test the significance of differences between heart rate, blood pressure and skin tempe-rature to wall-pulley arm exercise. These three physiological responses were increased progressively. The limitation of this study was not the test of whole body but both arm, The outcome of this study are as follows: 1. The increasing ratio of the heart rate and blood pressure was decreased at level 4. 2. The change of skin temperature was not valuable in exercise response. 3. Wall-pulley work was not the heavy exercise because the Value of physiological factors that measured were not recorded the highest value in exercise, But according to the patient's condition, we should take notice of the increasing ratio at level 3 &4.

This study was carried out to investigate the evapotranspiration and variations of soil moisture contents for soybeans. The relationship between actual evapotranspiration obtained by the water balance equation and estimated evapotranspiration obtained by the soil moisture model was analyzed. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; 1. The total amount of actual evapotranspiration of soybeans during growing season was 405.7 mm. The total amount of reference crop evapotranspiration of soybeans that was estimated by Pan evaporation and Hargreaves method were 547.8mm and 586.8mm, respectively. Crop coefficient during growing season were shown on Table 1. 2. Measured actual evapotranspiration of soybean during growing season was 405.7 mm and estimated actual evapotranspiration by Pan evaporation and Hargreaves method were 424.7 mm, and 426.1mm, r3 respectively. 3. The variations of soil moisture content for soybeans were high at 10cm layer, as compared with those at 30 cm and 50cm layers. Because discrepancy between the variations of soil moisture content predicted by model and observed by soil moisture meter was still great, it is required to study the consumptive types of soil moisture at each root depth.

Up-hill transport used polymeric membrane was studied on the nonequilibrium thermodynamics. The Up-hill transport energy which drives the ion transport in membrane system as the chemical reaction was described in form of the dissipation function. The membrane system was confirmed to the electro chemical system. The equation in membrane system used was estimated and the correlation between the diffusion ionic conductances and ion concentration within the polymeric membrane was discussed.
