The reactions of [(Mo(No)₂Cl₂)₂] with unidentate ligands in CH₂Cl₂ solvent afforded monomeric complexes [Mo(No)₂L₂Cl₂]. [Mo(No)₂L₄](CIO₄)₂ Was obtained by reaction of unidentate with [Mo(No)₂L₂Cl₂] in acetone solvent. 2.2'-bipyridine(bipy), 1.10-phenanthroline(phen), ρ-phentadine(ρ-phe), ο-toludine (ο-tol) were used as coordinating ligands. These dinitrosylmolybdenum complexes are prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, ¹H-NMR, Infrared, and UV-Visible spectroscopy. The infrared spectra indicate that the NO groups occupy cis-positions of the octahedral.
수용액상에서 Infrared Spectra를 이용한 HPDDA, MBDDA, BUDDPA의 특성에 관한 연구

Infrared Spectra of aqueous solution of HPDDA(Heptyldithiodiacetic acid), MBDDA(4-Methoxybenzmethyldithiodiacetic acid), and BUDDPA(Butyldithiodipropionic acid) are reported at various PH values. On the basis of the antisymmetric stretching bands of the ionized and un-ionized carboxyl group, the structures of the free-ligands are inferred. A approach to the study of these structures are compared with the results of potentiometric titration curve and IR Spectra studies.

<P>Although ARS-interacting multifunctional protein 2 (AIMP2, also named as MSC p38) was first found as a component for a macromolecular tRNA synthetase complex, it was recently discovered to dissociate from the complex and work as a potent tumor suppressor. Upon DNA damage, AIMP2 promotes apoptosis through the protective interaction with p53. However, it was not demonstrated whether AIMP2 was indeed pathologically linked to human cancer. In this work, we found that a splicing variant of AIMP2 lacking exon 2 (AIMP2-DX2) is highly expressed by alternative splicing in human lung cancer cells and patient's tissues. AIMP2-DX2 compromised pro-apoptotic activity of normal AIMP2 through the competitive binding to p53. The cells with higher level of AIMP2-DX2 showed higher propensity to form anchorage-independent colonies and increased resistance to cell death. Mice constitutively expressing this variant showed increased susceptibility to carcinogen-induced lung tumorigenesis. The expression ratio of AIMP2-DX2 to normal AIMP2 was increased according to lung cancer stage and showed a positive correlation with the survival of patients. Thus, this work identified an oncogenic splicing variant of a tumor suppressor, AIMP2/p38, and suggests its potential for anti-cancer target.</P><P><B>Author Summary</B></P> <P>Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers and a leading cause of death resulting from cancer. Despite intensive investigation, effective therapeutic targets and reliable biomarkers are still limited. Here we found that a tumor suppressor, AIMP2 (MSC p38), produces a variant lacking a part of its structure in cancer tissues. We designated it AIMP2-DX2. This smaller version of AIMP2 compromises the normal tumor suppressive activity of AIMP2 and induces tumor formation. We also found that the expression of AIMP2-DX2 was increased according to cancer progression. In addition, the patients with higher expression of AIMP2-DX2 showed lower survival than those with lower levels of this variant. Suppression of AIMP2-DX2 slowed tumor growth, suggesting it as a new therapeutic target. In summary, this work newly identified a tumor-inducing factor, AIMP2-DX2, that can be used as a therapeutic target and biomarker associated with lung cancer.</P>

Purpose: This study purpose to comparison the effects of passive scapular alignment exercise and hold & relaxation technique on craniovertebral angle (C1~C7) with forward head posture due to using variety bag and using computer in healthy subjects. Design: Randomized Controlled Trial. Methods: 22 subjects were divide into two groups: PSAEx group and H/R group two groups. After exercise, the CVA were measured using C7 and tragus. Collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.2 Results: There were significant differences pre and post the exercise. Conclusion: PSAEx and H/R technique was effective to correct a abnormal CVA posture. The result of this study may helpful as basic data for orthopedic physical therapy.
In vivo Skin Deposition and Photoprotection Effect of Genistein in Liposomal Gel Formulations

To enhance the skin delivery of genistein (GT), a soybean isoflavone having anti oxidative activity, comparative formulation studies including liposomes were carried out. GT-loaded conventional and elastic liposomal gel showed the enhanced skin deposition and photoprotection effect as well, in comparison to GT suspension. Elastic liposomes composed of soybean phosphatidylcholine and sodium deoxycholate (85:15, w/w%) were superior to conventional liposomes and were of characteristics as follows: about 130 nm in size; 85% encapsulation efficiency of GT; 5.8% skin deposition of applied dose; 40% inhibition effect on UVB-induced $H_2O_2$ production. Photoprotection effect was closely related to skin deposition of GT. In conclusion, it is possible to suggest that elastic liposomes could be a promising nanocarrier system for efficient skin delivery.
류마티스 관절염 환자에서 Bucillamine과 연관된 사구체신염 1예

Bucillamine is a new disease modifying antirheumatic drug developed in Japan with a chemical structure similar to that of d-penicillamine. The side effects of bucillamine include nausea, rashes, leukopenia and nephropathies in patients with RA, which are similar to those of d-penicillamine. Membranous glomerulonephritis occurs rarely as a complication of bucillamine treatment. If a patient with rheumatoid arthritis has proteinuria or edema during treatment, bucillamine-induced membranous glomeru lonephritis should be suspected as the cause of proteinuria. In those cases, renal biopsy should be taken for diagnosis and proper treatment. We report a case of bucillamine-induced membranous glomeruronephritis in rheumatoid arthritis confirmed by renal biopsy, which improved by conservative treatment.

현재 바이오디젤(Bio diesel)은 유지와 메탄올을 염기촉매를 넣고 전이에스테르화(Trans-esterification)반응하여 생산한다. 생산된 1세대 바이오 디젤은 분자 내 산소가 다량 함유되어 여러 가지 단점을 가지기 때문에 전이에스테르화 반응을 대체한 탈산소(Deoxygenation)반응이 주목 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유리지방산(Free fatty acid, FFA)인 올레익 산(Oleic acid)의 탈산소반응을 수행하였다. 하이드로탈사이트(Hydrotalcites) 구조인 MgO-Al₂O₃(MgO=70 wt%)를 6시간 동안 500?C에서 예비소성(Pre-calcination)하여 담체로 사용하였다. 제조된 MgO-Al₂O₃ 담체에 함침법(Incipient wetness method)으로 20 wt% Ni을 담지 시켰다. 제조된 Ni/MgO-Al₂O₃촉매는 소성온도를 변화시켜 반응 실험을 수행하였다. TPR 분석을 통해 산화-환원특성을 분석하였고 생성물의 원소분석을 통해 생성물의 산소함량을 측정하였다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the power consumption reduction by surface temperature control by comparing and evaluating the power consumption of electric mats with controlled electricity consumption through surface temperature control using smart plugs. As a result, the power consumption of the electric mat heated by the conventional operation method(CASE 2) is 0.131 ㎾h, and when the surface temperature is controlled by the smart plug(CASE 1), the power consumption of the electric mat is 0.116 ㎾h, which is about 11.2% less than CASE 2.
