        두부외상 환자의 신경정신의학적 평가(I) : 외상후 기질성정신장애 환자에서 뇌의 구조적 및 기능적 검사소견의 비교

        The Evaluation of patients complaining of psychiatric symptoms following head injury is much affected by the results of various tests. The objecive of this paper is to investigate the effectiveness of each lest by comparing the structual and fuctional brain studies. The subjects were 93 organic menial disorder in and out patients at the Dept. of Neuropsychiatry of the Kyung Hee University Hospital. After carrying out MRI, CT, SPECT, EEG, the results of each were analysed for the sesitivity and ability to detect focal lesion. The degree of inter-test correlations of lest results were also investigated. Furthermore, the characteristic features of psychological tests were studied and the relationship between each of above mentioned tests and psychological test was examined. As for the test sensitivity to diagnosis, the SPECT was the most superior followed by MRI, CT, EEG in thai order. In the case of abnormality, SPECT ranked 1st in detection of focal lesion, followed by MRI, CT in that order. In the inter-test result correlation, the correlation of SPECT-MRI was statistically significant. When mare than moderate abnormality EEG finding was reported, it correlated significantly with that of MRI findings. In the MMPI, the average scores on F, Hs, D, Hy, Pa, Pt, Sc subscales were above 60. Abnormal SPECT group scored significantly high on the F, Pd, Pa, Sc, Ma scales and therefore in comparison ot the SPECT normal group, displayed more psychotic features. In K-WAIS, the mean full scale IQ was down to 77. 23(Verbal IQ : 78.76, Performance IQ : 77.44) but there was no characterogic significant relationship between the lowered to and abnormal SPECT, MRI, CT and EEG results. In conclusion, 1) The SPECT was mast superior in sensitivity and detection of focal lesions. In comparision with other tests, the results of SPECT correlated well with MRI had thus is thought to be very usefull testing method in the evaluation of organic mental disorder patients. 2) The MRI had relatively high sensitivity, ability to detect focal lesion and superior correlation with other test. 3) Although EEG fared less an sensitivity in comparison to other tests, the results of above moderate abnormal grade group and that of MRI correlated significantly. 4) In the MMPI highly scored in F, Hs, D, Hy, Pa, Pt, Sc subscales and abnormal SPECT patients were shown to display more sever psychotic features. There was no significant character relationship between the lowered IQ(in K-WAIS) and abnormal findings on MRI, CT, SPECT, EEG.

        무인표적기용 저가형 자동비행시스템 개발

        본 논문은 군에서 운용중인 대공포 사격 훈련용으로 개발한 무인 표적기용 자동비행시스템 개발에 관한 논문이다. 조종사에 의해 수동으로 운용중인 표적기를 자동화함으로써 조종사 측면에서는 비행업무를 경감시키고, 군 측면에서는 사격훈련 예산절감이라는 장점을 가지게 된다. 현재까지 개발된 대부분의 UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)는 항공기 자세를 측정하기 위해 AHRS(Attitude & Heading Reference System)와 IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit)등의 고가의 센서를 장착하고 있지만 이를 장착하고 무인기를 사격훈련용으로 사용하기에는 예산절감이라는 목적에 적합하지 않다. 이에 본 논문은 저가의 센서를 장착하고 자동비행이 가능하도록 저가형 자동비행시스템을 개발하였으며, 자동비행 컴퓨터를 포함한 센서, 전원모듈, 스위칭 모듈, 모니터링 모듈, RC 수신기를 하나의 모듈로 단일화하여 통합형 자동비행시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 비행시험을 통하여 자동비행시스템 성능을 입증하였다. This paper deals with the automatic flight control system for an unmanned target drone which is operated by an army as an anti-air gun shooting training. By automation of unmanned target drone that is manually operated by external pilot, pilot can reduce workload and an army can reduce the budget. Most UAVs which are developed until today use high-cost sensors as AHRS and IMU to measure the attitude, but those are contradictory for the reduction of budget. This paper says the development of low-cost automatic flight control system which makes possible of automatic flight with low-cost sensors. We have developed the integrated automatic flight control system by integrating electricity module, switching module, monitoring module and RC receiver as an one module. We also prove the performance of automatic flight control system by flight test.

        테프론 코팅 전열관 표면으로의 열 및 물질 전달 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        The heat and mass transfer on two kinds of tube surfaces (bare stainless steel tube and Teflon coated tube) in steam-air mixture flow are experimentally studied to obtain design data for the heat exchanger of the latent heat recovery from flue gas. In the test section, 3-tubes are horizontally installed, and steam-air mixture is vertically flowed from the top to the bottom. The pitch between tubes is 67mm, the out-diameter of tube is 25.4mm, and the thickness is 1.2mm ; blockage factor (cross sectional tube area over the cross sectional area of the test section) is about 0.38. All of sensors and measurement systems (RTD, pressure sensor, flow-meter, relative humidity sensor, etc.) are calibrated with certificated standard sensors and the uncertainty for the heat transfer measurement is surveyed to have the uncertainty within 7%. As experimental results, overall heat transfer coefficient of the Teflon (FEP) coated tube is degraded about 20% compared to bare stainless tube. The degradation of overall heat transfer coefficient of Teflon coated tube comes from the additional heat transfer resistance due to Teflon coating. Its magnitude of heat transfer resistance is comparable to the in-tube heat transfer resistance. Nusselt and Sherwood numbers on Teflon (FEP) coated surface and bare stainless steel surface are discussed in detail with the contact angles of the condensate.

        임상검체에서 분리된 병원성 사상균의 분자생물학적 분석

        임상 검체에서 분리된 65개의 사상형 진균을 대상으로 연구하였다. 이 균주들은 형태학적으로 동정이 불가능한 진균, 형태학적으로 유사하여 동정이 까다로운 균주, 종(species) 수준의 동정이 요구되는 균종들이다. PCR과 염기서열분석은 ITS. DiD2, 그리고 β-tubulin 유전자를 표적 부위로 하였고, 증폭된 염기서열은 상동성 분석을 위하여 GenBank 데이터베이스의 알고리즘을 이용하여 분석하였다. 형태학적으로 속 수준의 동정이 가능한 진균은 61.5%이었고, 65주의 염기서열분석으로 62 균주는 속과 종의 동정이 가능하였다. 형태학적 검사와 염기서열분석의 결과, 속과 종이 불일치한 경우 14주(21.5%)이었고, 형태학적으로 동정이 불가능하였던 사례는 11 균주이었다. B. dermatitidis, T. marneffei, 그리고 G. argillacea 등은 염기서열분석으로 국내에서 처음으로 확인하였다. Aspergillus와 같이 흔히 분리되고 성장이 빠른 진균들의 경우에는 형태학적인 검사가 보고시간과 비용 면에서는 매우 유용한 방법이다. 분자유전학적인 검사 방법은 비용과 임상적 중요성 등을 고려하여야 하지만 분자유전학적 검사를 병행하여 신속하고 정확한 결과를 제공할 수 있다. Sixty-five molds isolated from clinical specimens were included in this study. All the isolates were molds that could be identified morphologically, strains that are difficult to identify because of morphological similarities, and strains that require species-level identification. PCR and direct sequencing were performed to target the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region, the D1/D2 region, and the β-tubulin gene. Comparative sequence analysis using the GenBank database was performed using the basic local alignment search tool (BLAST) algorithm. The fungi identified morphologically to the genus level were 67%. Sequencing analysis was performed on 62 genera and species level of the 65 strains. Discrepancies were 14 (21.5%) of the 65 strains between the results of phenotypic and molecular identification. B. dermatitidis, T. marneffei, and G. argillacea were identified for the first time in Korea using the DNA sequencing method. Morphological identification is a very useful method in terms of the reporting time and costs in cases of frequently isolated and rapid growth, such as Aspergillus. When molecular methods are employed, the cost and clinical significance should be considered. On the other hand, the molecular identification of molds can provide fast and accurate results.

        퍼지로직을 이용한 항공기 고장 검출 및 분리

        Fault detection and isolation(FDI) and reconfigurable flight control system provide better survivability even though actuator faults occur. In this study, a new fault detection and isolation algorithm is proposed using fuzzy logic. When the FDI system detects the actuator fault, the fuzzy logic investigates the state variables to find which actuator has fault. Proposed fuzzy detection algorithm detect not only a single fault but also multiple faults. After detecting the fault, the reconfigurable flight control system begins operating for compensating the effects of the fault. A numerical simulation using six degree-of-freedom nonlinear aircraft model is performed to verity the performance of the proposed fault detection and isolation scheme.

        그리드 기반의 토목공학 원격실험 시스템

        최근 공학 분야에서 실험시설에서 진행된 실험에 대한 실험 결과를, 지리적으로 떨어진 곳에 있는 연구자들이 직접 해닝 실험 시설을 방문하지 않고서도 효과적으로 공유할 필요가 늘어나고 있다. 특히 토목 공학의 경우, 연구자들이 원격지의 실험 시설에서 진행 되는 실험에 참여할 필요성이 점점 증가하고 있다. 게다가 구축 비용이 매우 높은 실험 시설의 경우 보다 많은 연구자들에 의해 원격으로 사용되는 것을 가능하게 함으로써 이용률을 높일 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그리드 기술을 이용하여 분산된 주요 토목 공학 실험 시설들을 연결하여, 지리적으로 떨어져 있는 연구자들에게 원격 실험에 참여할 수 있게 하고, 실험 시설들에서 이루어진 실험들의 결과들이 자동적으로 원격지의 연구자들에게 공유될 수 있게 하는 KOCED(Korea Construction Engineering Development)라고 불리는 프로젝트에서 개발 중인, 토목 공학 분야의 원격 실험 환경을 제안하였다. 그리고, 이를 기반으로 하여, 지리적으로 떨어져 있는 2개의 물리적 실험 장비 사이트와 1개의 수치해석 시뮬레이션 사이트를 연동시키는 하이브리드 실험시설에 대한 설계를 하고 그 프로토타입의 구현 및 테스트를 통하여 그리드 기반의 토목 공학 실험의 가능성을 보여주었다 Recently, in the engineering area, there is an increasing need for researchers at a distance to share the result of the experiment, without having to visit the experiment facilities. Especially in the civil engineering, researchers feel the need for participating in a experiment conducted at a distant location. In addition, it is suggested that high-cost facilities should be used by remote researchers thereby increasing the utilization rate. This paper proposes a remote experiment environment in civil engineering that are being developed in a project called Korea Construction Engineering Development(KOCED), which connects major civil engineering experiment facilities using grid technology, allows researchers to participate in a remote experiment, and has the experiment results shared by remote researchers automatically. Then, based on the suggested environment, we designed a hybrid test facility that involves two physical experiment facility sites and one numerical simulation site that are geographically apart. Then, we implemented its prototype and ran some tests, which showed a possibility of grid-based civil engineering experiment.
