의도적 연습, 마음가짐(Mindset) 및 분투(Grit)의 관계: 자아탄력성의 조절된 매개효과 검증

Purpose: The aims of this study were to analyse the relationship between deliberate practice and grit, and verify how mindset(growth mindset, fixed mindset) university martial arts players a role of mediator and whether ego-Resilience can control the mediation relationships. For the study, the participants were 224 of university's martial arts players(Taekwondo, Judo and Kumdo) and deliberate practice, mindset and ego-resilience were measured. Method: The mediating effect, moderating effect and moderated mediating effect were verified on the complied data by using SPSS18.0 SPSS Process Macro Program. As a result, the following results were drawn. Results: First, the fixed mindset which is the subfactor of mindset partly plays a role of mediator between deliberate practice and grit. Second, the influence of the deliberate practice on mindset(growth mindset, fixed mindset) can be different according to the regulation of ego-resilience. Third, the mediating effect of deliberate practice on grit through the mindset(growth mindset, fixed mindset) is moderated by ego-resilience. Conclusion: That is, the pleasure or negative feeling which doesn't get from training itself increase the effect of mindset according to flexible and ego-resilient adaptation level on impulsive ego. 본 연구의 목적은 대학 무도선수들의 의도적 연습과 분투(Grit)의 관계를 분석하고 마음가짐(성장마음, 고정마음)이 어떠한 매개역할을 하는지, 그리고 자아탄력성은 이러한 매개관계를 조절할 수 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 대학 무도선수(태권도, 유도, 검도) 224명을 모집단으로 하여, 의도적 연습, 마음가짐, 분투그리고 자아탄력성을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS18.0, SPSS Process Macro 프로그램을 이용하여 매개효과, 조절효과 및 조절된 매개효과를 검증한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 마음가짐의 하위요인인 고정마음가짐이 의도적 연습과 분투의 관계에서 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의도적 연습이 마음가짐(성장마음, 고정마음)에 미치는 영향력은 자아탄력성의 조절작용에 따라서 달라질 수 있는 것으로나타났다. 셋째, 의도적 연습이 마음가짐(성장마음, 고정마음)을 통하여 분투에 미치는 매개효과는 자아탄력성에 의해 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 훈련 자체에서 느끼지 못하는 즐거움이나 부정적 감정 등은 충동적 자아에 대한 유연하고 자아탄력적인 적응 수준에 따라 마음가짐의 효과가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다

Six commercial rootstock varieties were tested for resistance to bacterial wilt (Ralstonia solanacearum) by dipping the roots of seedlings in the bacterial suspension at seedling stage. 'Shincheonggang' and 'B-Blocking' ranked top and second in resistance to bacterial wilt, respectively. For disease index of the grafted plants, 'Dotaerang' grafted onto 'Shincheonggang' was the least, followed by 'Ultra', 'Fighting', 'B-Blocking', 'Special', and 'Connection' grafts. Thus, disease development on the grafted plants was correlated with resistance of rootstocks. The effect of rootstocks on horticultural characteristics including days to flower of scion was minimum or negligible. In correlation between horticultural characteristics of rootstocks and scions grafted thereon, statistically significant negative correlation was observed in days to flower and fruit height but no significant correlation was observed in yield per plant, fruit diameter and soluble solid content in the fruits. Thus, selection of resistant rootstock varieties that support the growth and yield of scion well is necessary for effective control of the disease and yield increase. 시중에 판매되는 대목품종 6종에 대하여 유묘의 뿌리를 병원세균 현탁액에 침지하는 방법으로 접종하여 풋마름병에 대한 저항성을 검정한 결과 저항성에서 '신청강'이 최고이고 'B-블로킹'이 다음이었다. 이들 6종 대목 품종에 '도태랑'을 접목한 묘를 대목에서와 같은 방법으로 풋마름병균을 접종하여 비닐하우스와 노지 포장에 재배하여 풋마름병 발생을 조사하였다. 결과 대목 검정에서와 같이 접목 식물에서도 '신청강' 접목 식물에서 풋마름병 발생이 가장 적었으며, '울트라', '파이팅', 'B블로킹', '스페셜', '커넥션' 접목묘의 순으로 낮은 발병도를 보였다. 접목묘의 발병도는 대목의 발병도, 즉 저항성과 대체로 일치하였다. 무접종 접목묘를 정상적 조건에서 재배하여 대목별 수량 반응을 조사한 결과 접수 토마토의 개화일수와 수량, 그리고 과실의 크기와 당도에 미치는 대목의 영향은 미미하거나 차이가 없었다. 접목묘와 함께 대목품종을 재배하여 대목의 개화일수 등 원예적 형질과 접수 식물의 당해 원예적 형질간의 상관을 분석한 결과 개화일수와 과고에서만 유의의한 부의 상관이 관찰되어 대목의 원예적 형질이 접수의 원예적 형질에 직접적으로 영향을 주지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 토마토 풋마름병의 효과적 방제와 수량증대를 위해서는 높은 수준의 저항성과 접수의 생육과 수량을 지원하는 능력이 우수한 품종의 선발 보급이 필요하다.

표현주의 시의 현실 수용에 대한 비교 고찰 - 메시아주의적 표현주의와 트라클을 중심으로 -

Im Zentrum dieser Arbeit steht die Analyse der unterschiedlichen Realitätsrezeption bei den sogenannten messianischen Expressionisten und dem Dichter Georg Trakl. In der Ästhetik der messianischen Expressionisten findet die Erfahrung der Negativität in einer leidvollen Welt zusammen mit der Erwartung eines “neuen Menschen”, der idealischer und ethischer und daher eine bessere Welt herbeiführen könne, gesteigerten Ausdruck. Sie intendierten dabei eine Transformation der traditionellen Metaphysik, die die Funktion einer Ersatzreligion übernehmen sollte - mit der Mobilisierung der inneren Kräfte verband sich die Hoffnung auf Erlösung in der Welt. Im Gegensatz dazu findet man in den Gedichten Trakls ein ödes Zeitbild, die Verinnerlichung seiner Leiden und die Hoffnungslosigkeit auf Erlösung. Bei Trakel spiegelt sich sein Wille im Motiv des Wanderers, das mit seiner Identität eng verknüpft ist. Er empfindet nicht nur die Negativität der leidvollen Welt und die Grenzen ihrer Überwindung, sondern er versucht durch die Verinnerlichung des Leidens als reifere Gestalt ins Leben zurückzukehren. Das Leben nach dem er strebt, ist eines, in dem das wahre Wesen der Welt und der Menschen wiederhergestellt ist. Dieses Motiv findet sich in Trakls Gedichten als ‘wesentliche Heimat’ bezeichnet, auf die er als eine Art Utopie mehrfach verweist. Er sucht sein Dasein und den noch so schwachen Schimmer auf Erlösung nicht in dieser verzweifelten und leidvollen Welt, sondern in Vorstellung dieser ‘wesentlichen Heimat’.
