        한국 무조신화와 네팔 설화의 상관성 연구 - 바리공주 이본의 비교연구를 중심으로 -

        남방 실크로드 상에 위치한 네팔에서 바리공주 관련 자료를 발견하여 이를 검토하였다. 그 결과 소위 네팔의 바리공주 이본은 한국의 기본형에 충실히 일치하고 있으며 나아가 동해안—경상도의 이본군과 더욱 구체적으로 일치하는 모습을 보여주고 있다. 이미 2년 전에 이정재가 연구한 우즈베키탄 자료와의 비교에서 바리공주의 국제성을 보여주었는데, 이번 네팔 자료의 발견은 이를 보강하는 의미있는 자료라 하겠다. 자료의 비교를 위해 기존의 이본 연구방법을 취하였으며 그 검토과정에서 드러난 몇 가지 문제점을 지적하였다. 특히 한국 바리공주의 무조신화적 성격은 한국의 특수한 상황에서 비롯된 것으로 아직 변이의 과정에 있음을 지적하였다. 기존의 연구에서 동해안경상도 이본군을 한국바리공주의 한 변이형으로 간주하고 있는데 이에 대한 재검토가 요구되었다. 이 둘의 비교에서 특히 모티브 ‘남장하기’와 ‘남장 시험하기’가 완전하게 일치하는 양상을 보였다. 이 모티브는 실크로드 상에 위치한 설화군의 한 특징으로 설정할 수 있었다. 그동안 방치해왔던 바리공주 원형 논의에 새로운 계기를 마련할 수 있을 가능성을 기대할 수 있게 되었다. I found a variant of shaman song Pari pricess in Nepal. I would like to research it comparing with a korean shaman song. Pari princess is very important folklore-material not only for the study of korean shamanism but also comparative research of oral literature. Pari princess shaman myth is usually regarded as an origin of korean shaman. But it is only a special phenomenon in Korea. I think it is a proccess of making of myth in shamanism. In korea this shaman song have a lot of variety. The variants is needed to analyse for the shamanistic and literal understanding. A method of research those variants is to set up standard form and compare with that each other. But this way show a limitation of analyse. A Problem was to make a original form of Pari princes in shaman myth. To establish an origin myth was not easy, because it is too complex to find it in a lots of materials. It is needed to find a varant in foreign country. I have found it on the road of silkroad two years ago. A international variant of Pari princes shaman song is recorded in folklore of usbekistan. I have found a new variant in Nepal. Result of this compared research between korea, usbekistan and Nepal is that the three variants have a same type, and especially have similar structure with variants of Donghae-kyungsan province. So in two ways of silkroad, namely North- and South silkload, are founded variants of pari princess myth related with koreans. It is enough to give a opportunity of discuss about origin form of pari-prince shaman song in the world.

        원본 이론과 트랜스 이론-원본사고와 삼중체계 및 초월을 중심으로-

        Kim Taekon’s Arche-Pattern theory was compared to the Archtype theory of Eliade and Jung, however, it contains key differences. Arche-Pattern theory posturates that the return to Chaos occurs in the early stages of construction and then attemps to solve the problem of cosmos. Meanwhile, Lee Joungjae’s triple structure attempted to overcome a differential technology without distinguishing between human psychological phenomena and how cultural instruments worked. The principles of operation of the two were structured separately, yet the mechanism of operation was identical. Trance theory is an extension of this debate. It posits that humans should use their first pure consciousness to solve the problem of existence. Based in the basic attributes given to humans. This essential characteristic is also projected into human-made culture, so the three-dimensional structure can be identified in all cultural institutions of the past and present. Moreover, cultural institutions have such a transcendental transformation. In other words, transcendental devices are embodied culturally, and community cultures play a role in teaching and motivating members on a regular basis and creating transcendental motivations. Culture is not only about transcendental transformation but also about transcendence. Transcendental variability means a departure from reality. This departure relates to the cultural phenomenon created by humans, and results in the following precepts: 1. Human beings are composed of spirit(soul), body, and energy(it named to korean Young, ki, jil) and are compatible. 2. The soul is a superconscious, top-level consciousness, and to human beings. 3. Superconsciousness is defined as the ultimate point of reach and the absolute balance of (space) correlation. 4. The above process is projected and synchronized. 5. Human beings and cultures are given a structure that develops into a circular triple structure called ‘conceptual reality-real reality’. 6 heory is establish the development of the above contents. 김태곤의 원본이론은 엘리아데와 융의 원형론과 비교되지만 차이점이 있었음을 살펴봤다. 그것은 그가 언급한 카오스로의 회귀가 시공초월의 단계에 있다는 것이고, 무속은 그 영역의 의미를 가져와 코스모스에 적용을 하여 문제를 해결하고자 한 데 있다고 했다. 그가 한 인간의 심리현상과 문화기제의 작동방식을 구분하지 않고 한 미분적 기술을 이정재의 삼중구조는 극복하려 하였다. 둘에 작동되는 원리를 구분하여 구조화하였으며, 그 작동 메카니즘은 동일하다고 했다. 트랜스이론은 이런 논의의 연장선에서 이루어진 것이다. 트랜스는 인간이 존재의 문제를 해결하기 위해서 초월의식을 활용해야한다고 했다. 인간에게 주어진 원초적 속성에 근거한다고 했고 관련된 논거를 요약적으로 제시하였다. 이런 본질적 속성은 인간이 만든 문화에도 투사되어 과거와 현재의 모든 문화기제에서 삼중구조의 양상이 확인된다고 했다. 나아가 문화기제는 그런 초월적 변환을 계시한다고 하였다. 즉 초월적 장치를 문화적으로 내재화하며, 나아가 공동체의 문화는 구성원에게 규칙적으로 가르치고 동기를 부여하고 초월 동기를 유발시키는 역할을 한다고 했다. 문화는 초월적 변환 자체이면서 초월을 가리키는 것이다. 트랜스의 초월변성은 현실에서의 이탈을 의미한다. 이는 떠남과 일탈의 속성을 가지는데 인간이 만들어낸 제 문화현상이 상관된다고 했다. 앞선 논의를 근거로 다음과 같은 정리를 할 수 있다. 1. 인간은 영․기․질 즉 정신, 육체, 영(혹은 리기(理氣))으로 구성되며 상호호환적이다. 2. 영은 인간에게 초월의식이며 최상위 의식이고, 근원이자 원본이다. 3. 초월의식은 궁극의 도달점이자 (우주적)상호관계의 절대적 균형추로 규정․작동된다. 4. 인간의 제 문화는 위의 과정이 투사된 동기화 과정이다. 5. 인간과 문화는 ‘전(前) 현실-초현실(초월의식)-현실’이란 순환적 삼중구조로 전개된다. 6. 위의 내용이 포함되어 전개된 것을 규명하는 작업이 트랜스이론이다.

        쯔쯔가무시 감염에서 발생한 양안성 시신경염 1예

        Purpose: To report a case of bilateral optic neuritis in a child after tsutsugamushi infection. Case summary: An eight-year-old boy diagnosed with tsutsugamushi infection was referred to the ophthalmology clinic at our institution. A typical eschar was detected on his right clavicle. The patient complained of severely decreased visual acuity. The initial best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) in his right eye was 0.08, and in his left eye was negative light perception. Fundus exam showed bilateral optic disc swelling and hyperemia. Optic neuritis was diagnosed after tsutsugamushi infection, and high-dose intravenous steroid therapy was initiated according to the ONTT study protocol. Twelve months after treatment, the right eye BCVA improved to 1.0, but the left eye BCVA was only 0.06. Conclusions: The authors of the present study experienced a case of bilateral optic neuritis after tsutsugamushi infection with a relatively positive response to the steroid therapy.         In this paper, we consider the packet radio network of a continuous time Markov chain model, and the direct sequence binary phase shift keying CDMA radio channel with hard decision Viterbi decoding and bit-by-bit changing spreading code. For the unlotted distributed multi-hop packet radio network, we assume that the packet error due to a symbol error of radio channel has Poisson process, and the time period of an error occurrence is exponentially distributed. Using the auxiliary Markov transient matrix with a failure state and a success state, we study the effects of symbol error for the network state(X, R) consisted of the number of transmitting PRU X and receiving PRU R.

      • 大蛤, Meretrix Lusoria의 相對成長에 관하여

        The samples used in this studies concerning the relative growth of the clams, Meretrix lusoria, were randomly collected from the western sea coast of Kun-san to Bu-an area. The following is a summary of the results: 1. The percent range in the shell height per shell length of the clam is 82~88.1% respectively, but it makes a great difference in the group of the shell length from 5mm to 20mm of the clam. In the shell breadth per shell length of the clam is 47.7%~49% approximately, and then the high rate appears in the 20~24mm group of the shell length. 2. The relative growth of the clam, Meretrix lusoria, is indicated as follows: ① The relationship between the shell length(X) and the shell height(Y) is: Y=0.82X+0.51 ② The relationship between the shell length(X) and the shell breadth is: Y=0.48X+0.09 ③ The relationship between the shell length(X) and the meat weight is: Y=0.2646X??·10?? ④ The relationship between the shell length(X) and the shell weight is: Y=0.6763X??·10?? ⑤ The relationship between the shell length(X) and the gross weight is: Y=0.1266X??·10??

When we confronted on the huge subject and unlimited ideology, human being used to fell the anxious, fright, anxiety, restlessness, but same time in the abyss, we used to experience the wondrous emotion about that subject. A natural phenomenon, art works, these aesthetical experience in everyday affairs, that is nothing but it should be a sublime beauty. After Pythagoras who understood the beauty as an objective character of the subject, long continued an objectivism has been changed the beauty as a subjectivism what accepted in a subjective mental phenomenon of the human being by the British aesthetician who were baptized of the empiricism philosophy. These inside of the conversion, the influence of Romanticism arts what appeared and greatly fashioned in that time. In the 17th-18th centuries of Europe, it had been used again that the contradictory emotion what is conjoined pleasure and pain, delight and anger, enhanced emotion and melancholy. The interesting matter of arts in the 18th-19th centuries with the appearanced sublime should be testified the true what is being the non-definite or non-decision.

      • 소라 Turbo (Batilus) cornutus에 奇生하는 吸蟲類와 奇生率에 關하여

        1985年 8月부터 1986年 7月까지 濟州島에서 소라 Turbo(Batilus) cornutus에 奇生하는 吸蟲類, 奇生率, 吸蟲이 賢臟에 미치는 組織病理에 關하여 硏究하였다. 소라의 賢腔에 奇生하는 吸蟲類는 Proctoeces ichiharai이였고, 消化腺, 生殖巢 및 腸에서 1種의 未同定 Cercaria를 발견하였다. P.ichiharai는 濟州市 塔洞沿岸産 소라에만 奇生하였으며 奇生率은 25∼80%(평균 56.3%)로 높았다. 宿主當 奇生 吸蟲數는 最高 24個體였고 平均은 3.23個體였다. 소라의 殼高別 奇生하는 吸蟲의 體長間에는 相關關係가 없었으며, 모든 크기의 吸蟲이 奇生하고 있었다. 이것은 季節과 關係없이 吸蟲이 宿主에 계속하여 奇生함을 의미한다. 口吸盤과 腹吸盤의 平均比는 1:1.5로 腹吸盤이 크며, 卵巢의 形態는 三葉型과 여러모양의 楕圓型으로 각각 66.7%와 33.3%였고, 精巢는 前精巢와 後精巢로 構成되며 後精巢가 다소 컸다. 腸은 腹吸盤의 上部에서 分技되어 後端 가까이 이르며, 排泄管은 後精巢 부근에서 分技되어 腹吸盤 兩側을 지나 食道 附近에 이른다. 成熟卵의 크기별 組成頻度에서 長徑 77.5∼82.5㎛이 가장 높고 未成熟卵은 體長 3mm 以下의 個體에서 發生할 수 있었다. P.ichiharai가 奇生하는 賢腔 後部의 上皮層은 脫落되고 化生과 增生現象이 뚜렷하고 賢組織의 變色과 部分的인 組織파괴도 나타났다. The infection of parasitic trematodes, infection rates and the histopathlogical effects of the adult trematode on the renal coelom and tissue of the top shell, Turbo(Batilus) cornutus (Gastropoda, Turbinidae) collected in Cheje Island were examined from August 1985 to July 1986. Proctoeces ichiharai reported by Shimura and Egusa in 1979 found in the renal coelom of top shell being taken in Cheju Island and also found an unidentified cercaria from the gonad, digestive gland and intestine. T.cornutus collected in five localities of Cheju Island coast were examined, and the adult P.ichiharai found only at near coast of Cheju city. It's monthly infection rates are the range of 25-80%(mean ; 56.3%). The highest number of parasite in one host top shell was 24 individuals (mean ; 3.23). It seems that the areas in which top shell infected with P.ichiharai dwell are very limited. The relationships between top shell size and P.ichiharai body length was not found. This means no seasonality in the intensity of infection and in size-frequency distribution. The mean ratio of oral and ventral sucker was 1:1.50, and the ventral sucker was more larger than the oral sucker. The ovarian shapes are trilobate and variable globular shapes. The rates of trilobate and globular types were 66.7% and 33.3% respectively. Testes are composed with two testes of the anterior and posterior testes. The intestine are separated into two branches at the upper part of the ventral sucker extends to anterior and the ventral sucker, and runs to the dorsal side. It's ends to the posterial part of the body as the intestinal caecum. Excretory tube being shaped seperated into two arms at the level of the posterior testes extends to anterior to ventral sucker and runs to the dorsal side of the oesophagus. In the size-frequency distributions of the mature eggs, the dominant egg size was 82.5 ㎛ in longest diameter. The immature eggs were found in those of body length under 3mm P.ichiharai. The histopatholagical effects of the adult P.ichiharai on the renal coelom of T.cornutus showed a metaplasia and hyperplasia in the epithelium. The color of the kidney was discoloration and the tissue of renal parenchyma was examined a partial destruction.

        唐宋代 目連救母 說話의 비교 분석―〈大目乾連冥間救母變文〉과 《佛說大目連經》(《佛說目連救母經》)의 비교를 중심으로

        I examined the characteristics and historical meaning of the story of Mulian Rescues his Mother(MRM) through a comparative analysis on several major texts: Transformation Text on Mahāmaudgalyāyana Rescuing His Mother from the Underworld(大目乾連冥間救母變文, hearafter TTM) and Sūtra of Great Mulian, Expounded by the Buddha(佛說大目連經, hearafter SGM) and Sūtra of Mulian Rescuing His Mother Expounded by the Buddha(佛說目連救母經, hearafter SM). In TTM, while the thought of Buddhist belief and Filial piety was preserved, much more details with and various spacious settings were added, and karmic values that Mulian’s mother can free herself from sin only through much more efforts. So the main change of the story in TTM is becoming more narrative, more popular and longer. In SGM and SM, story contents were more cleared and arranged, strengthened its nature as a reading book, story contents were increased and concrete in the story development, and emphasize to obey Buddhist teachings. So the main changes of SGM and SM are more literary, more narrative, and more religious. In this respect, SGM and SM basically inherited the changes of TTM, and at the same time they opened some new prospect that meet the change of the times and society. 본고는 당대와 송대 目連救母 說話의 주요 텍스트인 〈大目乾連冥間救母變文〉(이하 〈變文〉)과 《佛說大目連經》(《佛說目連救母經》)(이하 《經》)의 설화적 특징과 그것이 변천사에서 갖는 의미를 분석했다. 먼저 〈變文〉에서는 佛道와 孝의 병립이라는 〈佛說盂蘭盆經〉의 취지가 계승되어 있으면서도 여러 세부 사건들이 다양한 공간적 배경의 설정과 함께 대폭 길어졌고, 더욱 많은 노력을 통해 비로소 모친이 죄업을 벗어날 수 있다는 인과응보적 가치관이 강화되고 있다는 점에서 서사화, 통속화, 장편화의 경향이 뚜렷해짐을 재확인하였다. 이에 비해 《經》은 읽는 책으로서의 성격이 강화되고 설화 내용이 정돈되는 ‘문학화’의 방향과, 설화 내용이 정돈되는 동시에 더욱 확충되고 전개가 치밀해짐으로써 설화적 구조가 강화되는 ‘서사화’의 방향, 그리고 불교의 중요 규범을 따르도록 강조하는 ‘종교화’의 방향이 뚜렷하게 나타남을 확인하였다. 이러한 면에서 《經》은 〈變文〉의 서사화, 통속화, 장편화의 방향을 기본적으로 계승하면서도 시대와 사회의 변화에 부응하는 새로운 성격을 드러내고 있다고 할 수 있다.

        Choline Acetyltransferase 유전자 다형성이 경도인지손상 발현에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The potential association between choline acetyltransferase(CHAT) polymorphism and the risk of mild cognitive impairment(MCI) has not been investigated in Korea. We examined the main effect of CHAT polymorphism and its interaction with apolipoprotein E(APOE) polymorphism in the development of MCI in elderly Korean sample. Methods : We analyzed CHAT 2384G > A polymorphism and APOE polymorphism among 149 MCI subjects with MCI and 298 normal controls. We tested the association between MCI and CHAT A allele status using a logistic regression model. In addition, we employed generalized multifactor dimensionality reduction(GMDR) to investigate the interaction between CHAT and APOE with regard to the risk of MCI. Results : The CHAT A allele was associated with AD risk(OR = 1.59, 95% CI = 1.02-2.48, p = 0.042). No significant gene-gene interaction between CHAT and APOE was found in GMDR method(testing balanced accuracy = 0.540, p = 0.055). Conclusion : The CHAT A allele was associated with MCI risk in the Korean elderly. Its interaction with the APOE ${\varepsilon}4$ allele was not significant with regard to the development of MCI.
