One of display trends today is development of high pixel density. To get high PPI, a small size of pixel must be developed. RGB pixel is arranged by evaporation process which determines pixel size. Normally, a fine metal mask (FMM; Invar alloy) has been used for evaporation process and it has advantages such as good strength, and low thermal expansion coefficient at low temperature. A FMM has been manufactured by chemical etching which has limitation to controlling the pattern shape and size. One of alternative method for patterning FMM is laser micromachining. Femtosecond laser is normally considered to improve those disadvantages for laser micromachining process due to such short pulse duration. In this paper, a femtosecond laser drilling for thickness of 16 ㎛ FMM is examined. Additionally, we introduce experimental results for controlling taper angle of hole by vibration module adapted in laser system. We used Ti:Sapphire based femtosecond laser with attenuating optics, co-axial illumination, vision system, 3-axis linear stage and vibration module. By controlling vibration amplitude, entrance and exit diameters are controllable. Using vibrating objective lens, we can control taper angle when femtosecond laser hole drilling by moving focusing point. The larger amplitude of vibration we control, the smaller taper angle will be carried out.

We have successfully formed filament inside of a transparent soda-lime glass using a Ti:sapphire based femtosecond laser. To make filament form, keeping the laser intensity higher than critical intensity is essential. Also each of the machining parameters plays an important role for the formation of filament. In this paper, we study what parameter can possibly influence for formation of filament, and we introduce an application using filamentation by femtosecond laser for transparent material.

Purpose: To evaluate the surgical results and complications arising from scleral graft and free conjunctival autograft using tissue adhesive and temporary amniotic membrane transplantation as the surgical treatment for scleromalacia. Methods: Scleral graft and free conjunctival autograft using tissue adhesive and temporary amniotic membrane transplantation was performed in 20 eyes of 20 patients with scleromalacia caused by pterygium excision. The surgical results and complications arising from the procedure were monitored and analyzed through follow-up. Results: During the follow-up period of 17.6 ± 5.9 months, the wound injection and edema at the free conjunctival autograft and operation site healed in all the cases except 1 at postoperative 1 month. The stability of the ocular surface for graft transplantation was maintained at postoperative 3 months. Although a partial absorption of the conjunctival autograft induced by careless treatment occurred 2 weeks postoperative in 1 case, the ocular surface stabilized due to suitable treatment after 6 months. Although the edges of the scleral graft in 3 patients were partially absorbed 6 months postoperatively, the ocular surface stability was maintained by covering the conjunctival autografts. Conclusions: For scleromalacia patients, scleral graft and free conjunctival autograft using tissue adhesive and temporary amniotic membrane transplantation rapidly stabilized the ocular surface and presented excellent aesthetic results. Objectives: To evaluate the policies on 2009 influenza pandemic in Korea at the end of first wave. Methods: The main policies and the estimation of these were described according to the progress of 2009 influenza pandemic. Results: The public health measures for containment were estimated to be successful in the early stage. The preparedness of antiviral agents and vaccines before the pandemic, risk-communication on pandemic influenza and policies of government including vaccines, and the education of health care worker and support of health care institutions was not enough to respond to the pandemic. Conclusions: The additional evaluation should be performed at the end of the pandemic in various aspects including health and socioeconomic effects.

In this paper, we describe experiment results using a vibration assisted hybrid femtosecond laser (${\lambda}$:795 nm) ultra-precision machining system. The hybrid system we have developed is possible that optical focal point of the femtosecond laser constantly and frequently within the range of PZT(piezoactuator) vibrator working distance. Using the hybrid system, We have experimented on brass and studied about differences of result of hole aspect ratio compare to general experiment setup of femtosecond laser system. Aspect ratio of a micro hole on brass is increased as 54% with 100 Hz vibration frequency and surface roughness of the side wall also improved compare to non-vibration.
지리산과 한라산 명산문화 요소의 역사지리적 특징 비교 고찰

이 글은 지리산과 한라산의 명산문화를 이루는 요소를, 산천제, 명산·진산, 삼신산, 여신설화, 풍수문화와 백두산래맥설의 주제를 들어 역사지리적으로 비교하여 특색과 정체성을 도출한 것이다. 지리산은 신라 때부터 남악으로서 국가적 제의 대상이었고 고려를 거쳐 조선시대에도 지속되었다. 반면에 한라산 제의는 17세기 후반에 본격화되 고 18세기 초에나 祀典에 등재되어, 지리산에 비해 시기도 늦었을뿐더러 格도 고을 제의로서 낮았다. 지리산은 조선초·중기에 도(전라·경상)의 명산이자 고을(구례)의 진산으로, 지정된 바 있었다. 상대적으로 한라산은 줄곧 고을의 명산이자 진산이었다. 한라산은 제주목의 진산에서부터 주변 고을의 진산으로까지 확대되었다. 조 선후기 지식인들에게 지리산과 한라산은 공히 동국의 명산으로 인식되었다. 특히 조선후기에 와서 한라산이 나라의 명산으로 격상된 것은 국가·사회적 으로 고양된 영토·영역 의식, 중앙정부의 통치지배력 강화, 그리고 삼신산으 로의 위상 변화 등과 관련이 있다. 삼신산으로서 지리산과 한라산도 시기와 대상에서 차이가 났다. 방장산은 조선초기부터 거의 단일하게 지리산으로 지칭되었으나, 영주산은 조선초기 에는 변산으로 지칭되다가 17세기 초반 무렵부터 한라산으로 굳어졌다. 한 라산이 삼신산의 하나로 알려지면서 명산으로서 위상은 크게 제고되었다. 지리산의 성모천왕과 노구, 한라산의 설문대할망은 모성의 상징이미지를 지니지만, 각각 어머니신과 할머니신으로 상징적 의미에 차이가 났다. 이는 지리산과 한라산에 대한 지형경관 및 생활터전의 특성이 반영된 결과라고도 해석될 수 있다. 지리산권역에서 풍수의 영향력은 깊고 컸지만, 한라산권역에서는 조선중 기까지 미약하였다. 지리산권역의 마을에는 풍수형국론이 문화생태적인 영 향을 크게 미쳤지만, 한라산권역에는 두드러지지 않았다. 조선후기에 지리 산과 한라산의 白頭山來脈說은 조선후기적 명산문화의 한 특징으로 꼽을 수 있다.

Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma (adenoma malignum) is a variant of adenocarcinoma and is expressed from uterine endocervix. As a result of ever reported cases in the world, it is rare enough to occur in 1 to 2% of invasive cervical adenocarcinoma. Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma is well-differentiated form of adenocarcinoma in which the cytoplasmic mucin is rich and the glandular pattern simulates that of normal endocervical glands. Because of this, the tumor may not be recognized as malignant in small specimens, thereby causing delay in diagnosis. But recent studies have found a favorable prognosis if the disease is detected early. We experienced a case of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma, rare disease in the world, so we report with a brief review of literature.

In this paper, a simple power control scheme of Class-D inverter, which is varied duty cycle of fixed frequency to desired output power. It is more suitable and acceptable for high-frequency induction heating (IH) jar applications. The proposed control scheme has the advantages of not only wide power regulation range but also ease to control output power. Also it can achieve the stable and efficient Zero-Voltage-Switching (ZVS) in whole load range. The control principles of proposed method are described in detail and its validity is verified trough simulations results on 38.5㎑ IGBT for induction heating rated on 1.6㎾ with constant frequency variable power.
