The purpose of this study is to develop an assessment index for the selection of promising start-ups, which will enhance the efficiency of program that support start-ups. In order to develop assessment models for selecting start-ups, three major research steps were conducted. First, this study attempted to theoretically redefine the assessment index from the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) through a literature review. Second, major assessment index were derived using Delphi technique for experts in start-up areas. Third, weights were derived by applying AHP technique to calculate the importance of each index. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, this study attempted to apply the assessment model for selecting start-ups from the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) view through the previous study review. Second, the final major questions were derived with sufficient opinions collected and structured survey of leading start-up experts in areas related to research subjects and elicited the most representative questions. Third, the results of applying the weights of the main selected assessment index, commercialization viewpoint is the most priority, followed by market view, technology development viewpoint, and organizational capability viewpoint. In the middle section, th ability to make products in the commercialization viewpoint, market competitiveness in the market, product discrimination capacity in the technology development perspective, and the ability of the entrepreneur in the organizational capacity perspective were important. Overall important items were found to be in the order of the capabilities of entrepreneurs, market competitiveness, product fire capability, and product discrimination. The importance of small items was highest priority for comparative excellence of competing products, and the degree of marketability, capacity of entrepreneurship, ability to raise capital, desire for entrepreneurship, and passion were shown. The results of this study presented a conceptual alternative to the preceding study on the development of existing selection assessment indexes. And it provides meaningful and important implications as an attempt to develop more sophisticated indicators by overcoming the limitations of empirical research on only some of the evaluation metrics. 본 연구는 정부 창업지원정책의 효율성 제고를 위한 성공가능성이 높은 창업기업 선별을 위한 선정평가지표 개발을 목적으로 진행하였다.창업기업 선정평가지표 개발을 위해 첫째, 관련 문헌고찰을 통해 평가지표에 대한 이론적 재정립을 하였다. 둘째, 창업생태계의 각 분야 전문가 대상 델파이 기법을 활용하여 주요 평가항목을 도출하였다. 셋째, 항목별 중요도 산정을 위하여 AHP 기법을 적용하여 가중치를 도출하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 균형성과표(BSC) 관점에서 창업자 선정평가지표의 적용을 시도하였다. 둘째, 선행연구 고찰을 통한 창업자 역량평가 요인 및 관련 분야의 창업 전문가를 대상으로 의견 수렴과 구조화된 설문의 최종 주요 문항을 도출하였다. 셋째, 도출된 주요 선정평가지표의 가중치 적용결과, 관점별, 대항목인 사업화 관점 〉시장관점 〉기술개발관점 〉조직역량관점 순으로 나타났다. 중항목의 사업화 관점에서는 제품화 역량, 시장관점에서는 시장경쟁력, 기술개발관점에서는 제품 차별성 역량, 조직역량관점에서는 창업자의 역량이 중요하게 인지되었으며, 전반적으로 주요 중항목은 창업자 역량 〉시장경쟁력 〉제품화 역량 〉제품 차별성 순으로 나타났다. 소항목 간의 중요도는 경쟁제품의 비교 우수성이 가장 우선순위가 높았으며, 시장 진입 가능성 〉창업자의 보유역량 〉자본조달능력 〉창업자의 추진 의지 및 열정 순으로 나타났으며 파트너의 보유역량, 구성원의 명확한 역할과 기능적 구성 정도, 협력 관계 정도, 연구개발투자 등이 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 기존 선정평가지표 개발에 관한 선행연구의 개념적 대안 제시 및 향후 정교한 지표개발을 위한 의미 있는 시사점을 제시하였다.

Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) arises from germline mutations of the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) gene. FAP is characterized by the occurrence of hundreds to thousands of adenomas throughout the colorectum, and there is nearly a 100% risk of colorectal cancer. In addition to polyposis coli, patients with FAP can develop a variety of extracolonic manifestations. Recent advances in screening and surgery have reduced the colon cancer occurrence and death in FAP patients, leaving desmoid tumors as a leading cause of their morbidity and mortality. Treatment of desmoid tumors is generally considered to be challenging for both the doctor and the patient. We report here on an 18 year old man with resectable intra-abdominal desmoid tumor that developed after total colectomy due to FAP and we include a review of the relevant literature. (Korean J Gastrointest Endosc 2006;33:50-53) 가족성 선종성 용종증의 치료로 전대장 절제술이 시행되지만 절제술 이후에도 여러 가지 장외 병변이 나타난다. 이러한 것으로는 문합부의 대장암 발생이나 췌장, 십이지장의 암 발생 같은 악성 종양의 발생이나 장간막, 후복막 등에 유건종의 발생 등이 있다. 이 중 유건종의 발생은 전대장 절제술을 시행한 가족성 선종성 용종증 환자의 예후를 결정하는 중요한 인자가 된다. 국내에서 가족성 선종성 용종증으로 전대장 절제술을 시행 후 복강 내 유건종의 발생에 대한 보고는 있었으나, 모두 완전 절제가 불가능하였던 예였다. 저자 등은 완전 절제가 가능하였던 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

High speed machining is the core technology that influences the performance of machine tools, and the high speed motor spindle is widely used for the high speed machine tools recently. The important problem in this spindle is to reduce and minimize the thermal effect by motor and bearing. This paper presents the thermal characteristic analysis of cooling existence of rear part. An analysis on the thermal characteristics of spindle is performed according to the cooling oil flow and rpm by using finite element method and experiment. This result can be applied to the design and manufacture of a high speed motor spindle.

Allergic disorders, including atopic dermatitis (AD), are closely linked to the activation of type 2 helper T (Th2) cells. The aim of this study was to investigate the possibility of using Rosae multiflorae fructus extract (RMFE) for AD treatment in the AD-like mouse model induced by treatment with trimellitic anhydride (TMA). Oral treatment of RMFE reduced the increase in ear thickness and suppressed inflammatory cytokine expression (interleukin [IL]-1β and tumor necrosis factor [TNF]-α) and Th2-associated immune responses (immunoglobulin [Ig] E and IL-4) in mouse ears. Furthermore, messenger RNA (mRNA) expression levels such as IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13, in draining lymph nodes were decreased by RMFE. Furthermore, we found that RMFE increased the level of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) through ERK and p38 pathways, reducing IL-2 production and CD4+ T cell proliferation, and inhibited STAT6 phosphorylation. Therefore, this study suggested that RMFE could be an effective treatment of AD induced by Th2-mediated immune responses by suppressing proliferation of CD4+ T cells via increased HO-1.
