        放射線照射에 依한 柑橘 貯藏에 關한 硏究

        柑橘의 貯藏性 向上을 위한 (60)^Co-γ線 照射가 濟州産溫州柑橘에 미치는 影響을 調査하였다. 溫州柑橘 4個 系統을 10.000Ci, (60)^Co-γ線源을 利用 0, 50, 100, 150Krad 水準으로 照射하여 22日間 半地下地 貯藏庫에 貯藏 調査한 結果를 要約하면 아래와 같다.<br/> 1. 貯藏終了時까지의 柑橘ㆍ累積腐敗率은 中生系인 米澤(T₂)74.32%, 早生溫州(T₁)69.67%, 中晩生系林溫州(T₃)61.79%와 晩生系 靑島(T₄)가 64.33%였다. 反面 서울 地域의 腐敗率은 貯藏72日에서 T₁:28%, T₃;25% T₄;24%로 濟州地域에 比해 越等히 낮았다. 柑橘이 腐敗는 貯藏初期에 徐徐히 增加하나 照射後 59日 부터는 急激히 上昇하기 시작하였다. 腐敗率과 柑橘系統 사이에는 高度의 상관관계가 있었으며 貯藏性은 T₃와 T₄가 가장 우수하였다. (T₂:ŷ=0.78x-15.30, T₄;ŷ=0.79x-12.29, T₁;ŷ=0.93x-9.01, T₂;ŷ=0.79x-13.49)<br/> 放射線 高照射水準(100, 150krad)은 貯藏中期까지 柑橘貯藏에 效果가 있었으나 照射 79日 以後에는 對照區와 差가 없었다.<br/> 2. 放射線 照射는 貯藏期間中 柑橘의 酸度를 減少시켰으며 平均酸度는 T₁;1.01%, T₃;1.01%, T₄;0.84% 및 T₂;0.77%로 柑橘系統 및 照射線量 間에는 높은 (p<0.01) 有意差가 認定되었다.<br/> 3. 모든 處理區에서 還元糖과 全糖含量은 增加하고 있었으나 統計的 有意性은 없었고 50krad 調査區에서만은 對照區에 比해 有意的(p<0.01)으로 減少하고 있었다.糖度는 T₁, T₄가 T₂, T₃에 比해 높았으며 高線量水準(100, 150krad)에서 對照에 比해 有意的인 減少가 있었다(p<1.01) ascorbic acid의 含量은 모든 處理區에서 貯藏時期가 經過됨에 따라 減少하였으며 高照射線量 水準에서 對照區에 比해 有意的인 減少가 있었다(p<0.01) A study was conducted to evaluate the effect of (60)^Co-γ irradiation on the preservation on Satauma mandarin in Cheju Island. Four varieties (S. m. early, S. m. Komezawa, S. m. Hayashi and S. m. Aoshima) were irradiated using 10, 000Ci, (60)^Co-γ ray with dosages of 0, 50, 100 and 150Krad. During 92days of storage the effects of irradiation on mandarin porperties were as follows:<br/> At the end of storage period the accumulated fruit rotting percentage were S. m. Komezawa(T₂) ; 74.32%, S. m. early(T₂) ; 69.67%., S. m. Aoshima(T₄) ; 64.33% and S. m. Hayashi (T₃) ; 61.79%. The rottings steadily increased from the early stage of storage and rapid spoilage continued after 59 days of irradiation. A high corelation existed between fruit rotting and varieties (T₃; Y=0, 78x-15.30, T₄; Y=0.79x-12.29, T₁;Y=0.93x-9.01 and T₂;Y=0.79x-13.49)<br/> High dosages(100 and 150 Krad)improved fruit preservation during the mid storage stage. However 76 days after high dose irradiation there was no significant difference a rotting between irradiated fruit and the control.<br/> Irradiation decreased acidity of fruit during storage (p<0.01). The mean acidities of examined varieties were T₁;1.01%, T₃;1.01%. T₄;0.84% and T₂;0.77%. A significant differences were observed in acidity between varieties and dosages(p<0.01)<br/> With one exception in all treatments. the increase in free and total sugar content was not statestically significant. The exception was the 50 Krad treatment where the total sugar content decreased. T₁ and T₄ showed slightly higher value of than Brix T₂ and T₃, and were significantly(p<0.0l) decreased by higher dosage. The ascorbic acid content in all treatments decreased with length of storage and also decreased significantly with a higher dosage.

        IKUTON" 발효(醱酵) 고구마 전분박(澱粉粕)의 양돈사료(養豚飼料) 대체(代替)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        IKUTON 발효(醱酵) 고구마 전분박(澱粉粕)의 농후사료대축수준(濃厚飼料代蓄水準) 調査하기 위하여 Large Yorkshire, Landrace, Duroc Jersey 삼품종(三品種) 교잡종(交雜種) 25두(頭)를 공시(供試)하여 농후사료(濃厚飼料)를 급여(給與)한 대조구(對照區)와 IKUTON 발효(醱酵) 고구마 전분박(澱粉粕) 10%, 20%, 30% 및 40%를 대치한 5개처리구(個處理區)를 완전임의배치(完全任意配置)하여 시험(試驗)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 사료섭취량(飼料攝取量)은 40% 구(區)를 제외(除外)한 기타(其他)의 각처리구(各處理區)에서는 대조구(對照區)에 비(比)하여 유의적(有意的) (P<0.05)인 차이(差異)를 인정(認定)할 수 없었으며 40% 이상(以上)의 대체수준(代替水準)에서 사료섭취량(飼料攝取量)이 감소(減少)되고 있었다. 사료효율(飼料效率)은 20% 구(區); 3.43, 30% 구(區); 3.80, 10% 구(區) 3.97, 40% 구(區); 4.20, 0% 구(區0; 4.53의 순(順)으로 대조구(對照區)에 비(比)하여 높은 사료효율(飼料效率)을 나타내고 있었다. 증체량과 80kg 도달주수(到達週數)는 10% 구(區); 12주(週), 0%구(區); 13주(週), 20% 및 30%구(區)가 14주(週)였고 40%구(區)는 15주(週)까지도 80kg에 도달(到達)치 못하고 있었으며 대조구(對照區)에 비(比)하여 64%의 증체밖에 되지 않었다. 시험사료(試驗飼料)의 소화율(消化率)은 75.2~87.5%였으며 급수율(給水率)은 사료섭취(飼料攝取) 1kg당(當) $1.95-2.01{\ell}$로 되고 있어 사료급여회수(飼料給與回數)는 소화율(消化率)과 급수율(給水率)에 아무런 영향을 주지 않었다. The weeks required to gain 80 kg of live weight were 12 weeks for 10%, 13 weeks for control. 14 weeks for 20%, and 30%, but in 40% level of substitution, no 80kg live weight was found up to the end of experiment (15 weeks). Pigs in 40% level were gained live weight only 64% of control animals. The digestibility of experimental diets was 75.2-78.5%, and water intake per kg dry matter intake was $1.95-2.01{\ell}$. No significant effects of feed offer interval to the digestibility and water consumption.

        도입 청예맥류 Triticale 의 제주지역 적응성에 관한 연구

        This experiment was carried out to evaluate the triticale as a green forage at the National University Livestock Research Farm, JEJU, during the period of October, 1976-September, 1977. The forage crops referred to are triticale, barley, wheat and Italian ryegrass. The results obtained are as follows: 1. In all cases, at maxium growth, forage crops mixed with hairy vetch gave better results than these grown separately. plant heights in order of merit, Italian ryegrass (140.5㎝), wheat(106.4㎝), triticale(102.9㎝) and barley(82.9㎝). 2. In the case of mixed treatments the botanical composition was changed from grass domination in early stages of growth to hairy vetch domination at advances growth and cutting times. 3. Total yield of freshly cut green forage material per 10a, Italian ryegrass(1.314㎏), wheat(530㎏), barley(433㎏), and triticale(423㎏). A high statistical significance was obtained in dry matter yield of the mixed treatments compared with the pure one (p$lt;0.01). There eras highly a significant difference between Italian ryegrass and the other species(p$lt;0.01). But no significant differences were found when the other species were compared with each other. 4. The nutritive value of forages was highest in the early stage of growth, and became progressively lower as the plants advanced in maturity. Forages which included vetch appeared to be higher in digestibility than these some sown singly, Italian ryegrass among the fewer species showed the highest digestibility coefficient.

        전 제왕절개 부위 두께의 경질초음파 평가

        목적: 전 제왕절개 산모에서 임신 36주 이후 경질초음파로 잰 자궁 앞쪽 하절부 두께와 제왕절개 시 직접 잰 두께 차이를 평가하려고 하였다. 연구 방법: 160예의 산모에서 임신 36주 이후 경질초음파로 자궁 앞쪽 하절부 근육층 두께를 재고(초음파 두께) 진통을 하지 않은 상태로 반복 제왕절개 시 제왕절개부위 자궁 근육층 두께를 두께 측정 기구로 재서(수술 두께) 비교하였다. 경질초음파로 잘 보이는 자궁하절부 부분이 자궁경부 위로부터 4cm 이상인 군(1군)과 4cm 미만인 군(2군)으로 구별하여 비교하였다. 결과: 초음파로 잰 자궁 앞쪽 하절부의 평균 두께는 1.7 0.8 mm, 반복제왕절개 시 잰 자궁의 평균 두께는 1.9 0.8 mm였다. 초음파 두께와 수술 두께의 차이(두께 차이)는 전체적으로 0.5 0.5 mm였는데 31.3%는 차이가 없었으며 0.1-0.5 mm가 39.4%, 0.6-1.0 mm가 21.9%, 1.1-1.9 mm가 4.4%, 2.0-2.5 mm가 3.1%였다. 평균 두께 차이를 보면 초음파 두께 2.0 mm 이상일 때가 0.4 0.5 mm로 초음파 두께 1.0 mm 이하일 때인 0.6 0.6 mm보다 적었고 1군은 0.4 0.4 mm로 2군 0.9 0.6 mm보다 적었다. 결론: 두께 차이는 0.5 0.5 mm였으며 초음파로 두께가 2mm 이상일 때는 1.0 mm 이하일 때보다, 자궁 하절부가 자궁 경부로부터 4cm 이상 잘 보이면 그렇지 않을 때보다 작았다. Objectives: Estimation of the anterior lower uterine segment (LUS) thickness difference who underwent prior cesarean delivery measured with transvaginal sonography at or after 36 gestational weeks (sonographic thickness) and a ruler during elective cesarean section (operation thickness) Methods: One hundred sixty women who underwent prior cesarean delivery had the thickness of their LUS measured with transvaginal sonography at or after 36 gestational weeks. The LUS thickness was measured with a ruler during elective cesarean section. We compared group I whose LUS was fairly well visualized 4 cm or more from the uterine cervix to group II which had less than 4 cm. Results: The mean sonographic thickness of LUS was 1.7 0.8 mm and that of operation thickness was 1.9 0.5 mm. The mean difference of the two (thickness difference) was 0.5 0.5 mm. In 31.3% the sonographic thickness was same as the operation thickness and in 70.7% of the total with 0.5 mm or less difference, the sonographic thickness could be regarded as accurate. The thickness difference with the sonographic thickness with 2 mm or more was smaller than those with 1 mm or less (0.4 0.5; 0.6 0.6) and that of group I was smaller than that of group II (0.4 0.4; 0.9 0.6) (P < .05). Conclusion: The thickness difference was 0.5 0.5 mm and it was smaller when the LUS thickness is 2 mm or over, clearly visible 4 cm or over from the cervix.

        In order to clarify the genetic composition and to find possible genetic markers of Cheju native Horses, the genetic variations of the nine proteins (Al, Pi, Es, Hp, Hb, PGD, PGM, MDH, ME) were investigated by the gel electrophoretic techniques. Al: there were two alleles, AlA and AlB. The alleles frequencies of AlA and AlB were 0.398 and 0.602, respectively(X²=0.02, d.f.=2, P>0.9). Pi: Seven Pi alleles(PiF, PiG, PiI, PiL, PiN, PiS and PiU) were detected. The gene frequencies of Pi were PiG 0.136, PiL 0.496, PiN 0.260, and other(PiF, PiI, PiU, PiS) 0.108, respectively(X²= 62.48, d.f.=12, P<0.005). Es: There were three alleles, EsF, EsI and EsS. The frequencies of Es were EsF 0.266, EsI 0.712, and EsS 0.022, respectively(X²= 21.28, d.f.=3, P<0.005). Hb: Three alleles (HbA, HbBI, and HbBII) were found. The gene frequencies of Hb were HbA 0.120, HbBI 0.620 and HbBII 0.260, respectively(X²=2.63, d.f.=3, P>0.25). PGM: There were two alleles, PgmF and PgmS The gene frequencies of PGM were PgmF 0.434 and PgmS 0.566, respectively(X²=0.22, d.f.=2, P>0.75). PGD: There were two alleles, PgmF and PgmS. The gene frequencies of PGD were PgmF 0.823 and PgmS 0.177 respectively(X²=7.53, d.f.=2, P<0.05). Three proteins (Hp, MDH, ME) showed the monomorphic traits in this population. The mean heterozygosity of nine protein loci were calculated as 0.329±0.012.
