골수흡인 및 생검은 혈액 질환의 진단, 병기 설정 등을 위해 널리 사용되고 있다. 비교적 안전하고 간단한 시술로 알려져 있으며 시술 후에 국소 출혈, 천자 부위 통증 등의 합병증이 비교적 흔하게 발생한다. 지금까지의 문헌들을 살펴보면 매우 드물게 후복막출혈 등의 대량 출혈이 발생하였으며 응고장애 질환, 골수증식 질환, 항혈소판제제 복용, 항응고제 복용 등이 출혈의 위험 요소로 보고되었다. 저자들은 본태혈소판증가증 환자에서 골수흡인 및 생검 후 발생한 후복막출혈을 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Bone marrow examination is useful in the diagnosis and staging of hematologic disease. This procedure is generally considered safe; however, there are several adverse events associated with bone marrow biopsy. The most frequent and serious adverse event is hemorrhage. Risk factors include coagulopathy, myeloproliferative disorders, and anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications. Most hemorrhage is local hematoma; however, infrequently retroperitoneal hemorrhage occurs. In the case of massive hemorrhage, operation or angiographic embolization may be required. We report on a case of retroperitoneal hemorrhage after bone marrow aspiration and biopsy in an essential thrombocythemia patient. (Korean J Med 2015;88:598-601)

Ovarian cancer is generally primary cancer and less frequently originates from metastasis from non-gynecological cancer. Ovarian metastasis from lung cancer represents only 2~4% of all ovarian metastatic cancers. We report a case of ovarian metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer with epidermal growth factor receptor mutation. The patient underwent cytoreductive surgery for the ovarian mass and erlotinib therapy for the metastatic lung cancer. Erlotinib therapy markedly decreased the size of lung mass.

3-Methyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroguinoxaline(10), obtained by condensation of o-pheny-lenediamine with methyl pyruvate, was used as a starting material for the synthesis of Schiff bases containing the quinoxaline ring. the oxidation of compound 10 with substituted anilines provided 3-(substituted phenyl)iminomethyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxalines(12).

3-Methyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxaline(15), obtained by condensation of o-phenylenediamine with methyl pyruvate, was used as a starting material for the synthesis of hydrazones containing the quinoxaline ring. The oxidation of compound I5 with selenium oxide gave 3-formyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinonaline(16),whose reactions with hydrazines provided 2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxaline-3-carbaldehyde hydrazones(17).
Benzothiazolinylquinoxaline과 Iminomethylquinoxaline류의 합성

3-Methyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxaline(9), obtained by condensation of o-phenylenediamine with methyl pyruvate, was used as a starting material for the synthesis of Schiff bases containing the quinoxaline ring. The oxidation of compound 9 with selenium oxide gave 3-formyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxaline(10), whose reaction with 2-aminothiophenol gave 3- (2-benzothiazolinyl)-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxaline(11). The reactions of compound 10 with acetic hydrazide or thiourea afforded 3-(methyl-carbamoyl )iminomethyl -2-oxo -1,2-dihydroquinoxaline (12) or 3- (aminothiocarbonyl )imino -methyl -2- oxo -1,2- dihydroquinoxaline, respectively .
2-Hydroxy-7(or 8)-nitrophenazine-5,10-dioxide의 合成과 抗菌性

2-Hydroxy-7(or 8)-nitrophenazine-5,10-dioxide(14) was synthesized by the reaction of hydroquinone with 5(or 6)-nitrobenzofuroxan(13) which had been obtained from 4-nitroaniline. And 2-hydroxyphenazine-5,10-dioxide(16) was prepared by the reaction of hydroquinone with benzofuroxan(15). The antibacterial activities of these phenazine dioxides were investigated in terms of minimum in-hibitory concentration by the common twofold dilution technique. It was observed that the antibacterial activity of phenazine dioxide bearing electron releasing substituent was stronger that of bearing electron withdrawing substituent.

The reaction of 2,6-djchloroquinoxaline(9) with m-chloroperbenzoic acid gave 2,6-dichloroquinoxaline 4-oxide(10), whose reaction with hydrazine hydrate provided 6-chloro-2-hydrazinoquinoxaline 4-oxide(11). Condensation of 6-chloro-2-hydrazinoquinoxaline 4-onide with substituted benzaldehydes or ketones to yieldsubstituted benzaldehyde quinoxalin-2-ylhydrazones(12a~c) or ketone quinoxalin-2-ylhydrazones(12d~f)was investigated. The structures of the synthesized com-pounds were confirmed on the basis of ir, 1H-nmr and mass spectral data,

2-Hydroxy-7(or 8)-methoxyphenazine-5,10-dioxide(13) was synthesizedby the reaction of hydroquinone with 5(or 6)-methoxybenzofuroxan(12) which had been obtained from p-anisidine. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed on the basis of ir, 1H-nmr and elemental analysis. A possible mechan-ism for the formation of phenazine ring is discussed.
