인공자궁태반시대, 하나님의 숨(루아흐)이 함께 하는 상호적 길러냄으로서의 임신으로의 재개념화를 위한 기독교교육 방안 모색

인공자궁태반기술의 상용화가 십년 뒤로 다가왔다. 이는 재생산 과정에서 모체를 거의 완전히 삭제할 수 있는 기술이며, 다양한 논의를 불러 일으키고 있다. 연구자는 이 기술 안에 들어 있는 인간과 임신에 대한 시선이 여성과 나아가 인간 모두의 도구화라는 점을 비판하였다. 이를 위해 임신 및 출산에 대한 역사적 관점과 여성주의의 접근을 살펴보았다. 또한 이러한 관점은 사회 및 국가의 출산율 강조와 일부 기독교계에서 기독교인의 출산을 기독교 공동체의 영역을 확장시키는 도구로 사용하고자 하는 것과 다르지 않다는 것을 재고하고자 하였다. 그리고 임신을 단지 도구로서의 인간을 생산하기 위한 과정이 아니라 하나님의 숨인 루아흐가 모체와 태아의 상호소통 과정에서 모든 것을 주관하시고 돕는 과정으로 다시 보자고 요청하였다. 마지막으로 여성주의 기독교교육의 관점에서 이를 위한 교육 방안을 엘리자베스 무어의 이론을 토대로 1) 비판하기: 기존의 재생산에 대한 교회 역사적 전통 및 현재의 사회와 국가의 일반적 이해에 대한 비판 2) 재구성하기: 임신 과정은 하나님의 숨인 루아흐가 함께 하는 존귀한 상호 길러냄의 과정이며 모든 인간은 하나님의 숨인 루아흐가 살아있도록 돕는 존재로, 기독교 공동체는 하나님의 루아흐가 살아 숨쉬는 공동체가 될 수 있도록 3) 하나님과 세계에 대한 재신화화: 세계와 인간 모두를 숨쉬게 하시는 하나님의 루아흐에 감사하며 그 안에 존재하는 모든 피조물들의 화해와 평화를 꿈꾸어보기의 세 가지로 제안하였다. The commercialization of artificial uterus/placenta technology is ten years away. This is a technology that can almost completely delete the parent body in the process of reproduction, and it is causing various discussions. The researcher criticized that the perspective on humans and pregnancy contained in this technology is the instrumentalization of women and even humans. To this end, the historical perspective and feminist approach to pregnancy and childbirth were examined. It was also intended to reconsider that this perspective is not different from the emphasis on the birth rate of society and the state and that some Christian circles want to use Christian childbirth as a tool to expand the scope of the Christian community. And asked to see pregnancy again as not just a process for producing humans as a tool, but a process in which Ruach, the breath of God, supervises, controls and helps everything in the process of mutual communication between the mother and the fetus. Finally, from the perspective of feminist Christian education, based on Elizabeth Moore's theory, the education plan for this is 1) Criticized: Criticism of the church's historical tradition of reproduction and the general understanding of the current society and state 2) Reconstructing: The process of conception is a process of noble mutual growth with Ruach, the breath of God, and all human beings help Ruach, the breath of God, to be alive, and the Christian community can become a community where Ruach, the breath of God, lives and breathes. 3) Re-mythologization of God and the world: Thanks to God's Ruach, which breathes both the world and human beings, three suggestions were made to dream of reconciliation and peace among all creatures that exist in it.
Effects of fibrin-binding oligopeptide on osteopromotion in rabbit calvarial defects

Purpose: Fibronectin (FN) has been shown to stimulate bone regeneration in animal models. The aim of this study was to evaluate the capacity of bovine bone mineral coated with synthetic oligopeptides to enhance bone regeneration in rabbit calvarial defects. Methods: Oligopeptides including fibrin-binding sequences of FN repeats were synthesized on the basis of primary and tertiary human plasma FN structures. Peptide coated and uncoated bone minerals were implanted into 10 mm calvarial defects in New Zealand white rabbits, and the animals were sacrificed at 4 or 8 weeks after surgery. After specimens were prepared,histologic examination and histomorphometric analysis were performed. Results: At 4 weeks after surgery, the uncoated groups showed a limited amount of osteoid formation at the periphery of the defect and the oligopeptide coated groups showed more osteoid formation and new bone formation in the center of the defect as well as at the periphery. At 8 weeks, both sites showed increased new bone formation. However, the difference between the two sites had reduced. Conclusions: Fibrin-binding synthetic oligopeptide derived from FN on deproteinized bovine bone enhanced new bone formation in rabbit calvarial defects at the early healing stage. This result suggests that these oligopeptides can be beneficial in reconstructing oral and maxillofacial deformities or in regenerating osseous bone defects
가스안전 작업자들의 IoT 기반 앱 개발을 위한 작업유형 분류 및 인터랙션 기능설계

본 연구는 가스 안전 작업 관리 모바일 앱의 개발을 위하여 다음과 같은 사항을 연구하였다. 기 연구된 초기 연구에 의해 모바일 앱의 시나리오 설계 및 1, 2차 이미지 도출이 완료된 후 후속 연구로 이루어 진 본 연구에 서는 1) 가스 작업의 유형별 분류를 형태별 분류와 위험도 별 분류로 나누어 제안 2) 투핸드 작업의 많은 산업현장 에서 모바일 앱과 작업자의 효과적인 연동을 위한 인터랙션 방안의 연구 및 제안이 이루어졌다. 특히 가스 작업 뿐 아니라 각 산업현장 영역에서 이를 관리하는 메인 시스템과 상호작용하는 모바일 앱의 개발은 국내 최초의 시도 라 할 수 있으며, 다양한 인터랙션 방안을 통해 작업자가 자유롭고 안전하게 작업할 수 있도록 도왔다. In this paper, we investigated the following items for the development of gas safety work mobile app. In this study, which is a follow-up study after the completion of the scenario design and the first, second image extraction of the mobile app based on the initial research that has been studied, 1) Suggested classification of gas works by type classification and risk classification 2) The research and proposal of interaction method for effective interworking of mobile app and worker in many industrial fields of two-hand work have been made. In particular, the development of a mobile app that interacts with the main system that manages not only the gas work but also the field of each industrial field is the first attempt in Korea and has helped the worker to work freely and safely through various interaction methods.

Background : Currently, the absence of a unified terminology and proper translation about Traditional Korean Medicine is a problem that should be solved. Although Traditional Korean Medicine has undergone steady growth in popularity during the past years, the Westerner's poor access to information has been drawback to its reception in the West. Objective : This research is aimed to seek system for standardization of stroke terminology and proper translation into English. Conclusion : We proposed the method of making unified terminology and translation about stroke in Traditional Korean Medicine.
피브린 결합능을 가진 합성 펩타이드의 치주인대 세포에 대한 생물학적 영향

Purpose: Fibronectin(FN), one of the major components of ECM, mediates wide variety of cellular interactions including cell adhesion, migration, proliferation and differentiation. In this study, we used synthetic peptides based on fibrin binding sites of amino-terminal of FN and evaluated their biologic effects on periodontal ligament(PDL) cells. Materials and methods: PDL cells were cultured on synthetic oligopeptides coated dishes and examined for cell adhesion, proliferation via confocal microscope. For detection of ERK1/2, cells were plated and Western blot analysis was performed. Results: PDL cells on synthetic oligopeptide coated dishes showed enhanced cell adhesion and proliferation. Western blot analysis revealed increased level of ERK1/2 phosphorylation in cells plated on FN fragment containing fibrin-binding domain(FF1 and FF5) coated dishes. Conclusion: These results reveals that FN fragment containing fibrin-binding domain possess an enhanced biologic effect of PDL ligament cells.
