공공 건설공사에서 공사 단계별 합리적인 공사비를 산정하는 것은 국가 예산의 효율적 확보 및 집행 등에 있어 매우 중요한 요소이다. 일반적으로 공사예정가격은 대상 구조물의 설계 종료시점에서 산출된다. 그러므로 대상 구조물의 구체적인 상세 단면이 주어지지 않은 기획단계 및 설계초기단계에서 교량 구조물에 대한 단순 정보만을 가지고 개략공사비를 추정하는 것은 상당히 어려운 문제일 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서의 61개의 강박스거더교 공사비 분석에 의해 효율적이고 적절한 기획단계 및 설계초기단계의의 개략공사비 산정 모델의 제시 및 타당성을 검증하고자 한다. 연구결과, 본 연구에서 제시된 공사비 산정 모델에 의해 얻어진 추정공사비는 기존에 사용된 방법과 비교할 때 매우 높은 신뢰도를 갖는 것을 알 수 있었다. To effectively secure and execute the national budget, it is very important to estimate the reasonable construction cost of each process in the construction of public facilities and works. The construction cost is generally estimated at the time when the design of the targeted structures has been completed. Without detailed sectional drawings and with only simple information on bridge structures in the planning stage or in the early design stage. it would be very difficult to predict the approximate construction cost. In this study, a more efficient and appropriate approximate construction cost estimation model in the planning stage and in the early design stage is presented and verified as reliable by analyzing the construction cost data of 61 existing steel box girder bridges from previous studies. The results of this study show that when the construction cost that was predicted using the construction cost estimation model in the design stage was compared with the cost from the conventional standards, the suggested model in this study produced results with a very high confidence level.

정부는 국내 미세먼지의 주요 원인 중 하나인 대형화물차의 연료를 경유에서 액화천연가스(LNG) 등의 친환경 연료로 전환하는 정책을 추진하고 있다. 부족한 충전 인프라의 문제점을 해결하고, LNG 연료의 초기 보급을 원활하게 하기 위해 규제자유특구를 통한 이동식충전소 개발과 실증이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실증용 이동식충전소의 개발에 앞서 안전한 설계를 위해 정량적 위험성평가 프로그램을 활용하여 주요설비(저장, 충전)에 대한 피해영향범위를 산출하였으며, 가상 시나리오에 대한 개인적/사회적 위험도를 예측하여 위험성 분석을 실시하였다. 위험도 분석 결과, 이동식충전소 실증시설의 위험성은 가용한 범위 내에 있는 것으로 나타났다. The government is converting the fuel for trucks, one of the causes of PM in Korea, form diesel to LNG. Mobile LNG station are being developed to solve the problems of insufficient charging infrastructure and facilitate the spread of LNG fuel. In this study, QRA was used th calculate the CA of the facility for a secure design prior to the development of the mobile LNG station and to predict the individual/societal risk the scenario. As a result, the danger of mobile LNG station was in ALARP.

Allopurinol (4-hydroxypyrazolo-[3,4-d]pyrimidine) is an effective and widely used xanthine oxidase inhibitor administered in the treatment of hyperuricemic states such as gout. Allopurinol-induced DRESS (Drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms) syndrome is characterized by hematologic abnormalities, especially eosinophilia and mononucleosis-like atypical lymphocytosis, skin rash, fever, lymph node enlargement and single or multiple organ involvement, which starts within 8 weeks after the initiation of therapy. We report three cases of allopurinol-induced DRESS syndrome who developed erythematous skin eruption six weeks, nine weeks and seven weeks, respectively, after allopurinol therapy. The clinical, laboratory and histologic findings of these patients were compatible with allopurinol-induced DRESS syndrome. (Korean J Dermatol 2007;45(7):714∼719)

Neutrophilic eccrine hidradenitis (NEH) is a rare, self-limited, neutrophilic dermatosis characterized histologically by a neutrophilic infiltration around the eccrine coils and necrosis of the eccrine glands. It occurs most commonly in patients undergoing chemotherapy for acute myelogenous leukemia and other malignant disease, but, other associations, such as infections, drugs or even in generally healthy individuals. We report a case of 45-year-old Korean woman with numerous erythematous papules on her trunk after treatment with intravenous administration of placental extracts. The hisopathological findings were compatible with neutrophilic eccrine hidradenitis. (Korean J Dermatol 2007;45(12):1307∼1310)
Bovine Placental Lactogen (bPL) 유전자의 한우품종에서의 변이성 연구

소의 태반 락토젠 (Bovine Placental Lactogen)은 유선의 발달, 유즙분비를 위한 유방세포의 분화의 기능, 임신 및 수유 중 모체 대사의 전신적 조정 등을 촉진시킴에 있어서 중요한 역할을 한다. 소 bPL (Bovine Placental Lactogen)유전자의 Exon 2번에 존재하는 NT7409C>T (Ala>Val)변이는 젖소 (Holstein)집단에서 유량에 밀접한 관련이 있으며 TT 유전자형을 가진 개체는 CT와 CC 유전자형을 가진 집단 개체보다 우유의 생산량이 매우 낮은 개체로 평가되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소 bPL 유전자내의 NT7409C>T(Ala>Val)변이를 한우 집단 (n=216) 내에서 HRM (High Resolution Melt) method 를 이용하여 유전자형을 분석하였고 그 결과는 한우에서는 TT 형을 가진 개체는 80두 (38%) 의 빈도, CT형을 가진 개체는 105두 (48%) 그리고 CC형을 가진 개체는 31두 (14%)로 관찰되었다. 한우집단에서의 산유능력이 떨어지는 TT 형의 개체는 젖소집단내의 출현빈도보다 높은 빈도로 발견되었다 (10 vs. 38%). 이는 한우의 암소의 경우 산유능력이 매우 불량해서 오래 전부터 한우개량에 문제점으로 지적되고 있는 유전적 자질을 반영할 수도 있을 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구의 결과가 한우의 산유능력을 우수하게 개량하기 위한 마커로 활용되기 위해서는, 한우의 bPL 유전자의 형질에 미치는 영향에 대한 추가적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. The protein structure of bovine placental lactogen (bPL) is similar to prolactin (PRL) and growth hormone (GH). Through a synergism with other steroid and thyroid hormones, the bPL has a crucial role in stimulating mammary gland development and mammary cell differentiation. The DNA polymorphism ofbPL was also reported to affect the milk yield traits in the Holstein breed, especially exon 2 NT7409C> T (Ala> Val) mutation. In this study, the Hanwoo bPL gene was sequenced and a DNA polymorphism was genotyped to analyze phenotypic association in the Hanwoo cattle. It was found that the previously reported NT7409C> T (Ala> Val) of the bovine bPL gene was segregating in the Hanwoo population, so the mutation was genotyped by the high resolution melt (HRM) in a total of 216 Hanwoo steers, which were for a national performance test program. The genotypic frequencies of the NT7409C> T (Ala> Val) genotypes were TT (37%), CT (48%) and CC (14%), respectively. The CC genotype was known to be associated with higher milk yield than other genotypes in the Holstein animals. Therefore it was suggested that the T allele (a major allele in the Hanwoo breed) might be partially responsible for lower milk production capacity in the Hanwoo Cattle. Although a further study is required whether selecting of the CC genotype dam can improve the milk production ability in the Hanwoo breed, our results indicate that the genetic cause of lower milk production capacity in the Hanwoo can be identified by utilizing genomic information available in other cattle breeds.

Most apparel products have national standards for sizing; however, for gloves, national sizing standards have not yet been established. This study aims to analyze children's hand dimensions and propose a size specification for children's gloves that shows children's hand-related size information. Among the 3D measurements of sixth Size Korea Project, the measurement data of 19 dimensions related to the hands of 1,057 boys and girls aged 7-13 years old were analyzed. The distribution and growth trend of hand measurements for boys and girls demonstrated considerable mean differences and distribution trends by gender and age as per hand dimensions, which leads to the conclusion that it is necessary to show these results in the children's glove design. Based on these results, the cross-distribution maps of children's hand length and hand circumference were drafted; furthermore, the distribution relationship with an adult hand size was identified. Based on the distribution of hand sizes, the distribution of adult hand sizes overlapped with children's hand sizes was verified, and children's glove size specifications were presented. The results can be used as useful data such as measures for setting the size range and sizing system for children's gloves.
