벤처기업의 위기관리 : An Empirical Study on Problems and Activities 문제와 활동 중심의 탐색적 연구

연구는 창업가가 불확실한 경영환경 아래서 벤처기업의 주요 동력원의 균형화를 이루어나가는 과정에 위기를 유발할 수 있는 문제 유형들과 이와 관련된 주요 활동 유형들을 파악하며, 벤처기업의 성장단계별로 주요 문제 유형들과 활동 유형들을 규명하고자 한다. 한국 벤처기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 벤처기업의 창업성장과정에서 위기를 유발할 수 있는 문제 유형으로는 자금의 문제, 판매 및 마케팅 문제, 생산 및 운영 문제, 인적관리 문제, 조직시스템 문제, 최고경영자 역할 문제, 그리고 기업의 외부적 문제 등 7가지의 유형으로 구분되어졌으며, 그리고 벤처기업의 창업성장과정에서 성공을 위한 핵심적 활동 유형으로는 인적 및 조직시스템 활동, 마케팅 활동, 회계 및 자금 활동, 생산 및 운영 활동, 전략적 평가 활동, 그리고 공급자 관계 활동 등 6가지 활동으로 구분되어졌다. 둘째, 벤처기업의 창업성장과정에서 문제 유형들과 활동 유형들의 상관관계는 음(-)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 벤처기업의 창업성장과정에서 성공을 위한 주요 활동들을 실천하지 않을 경우 벤처기업의 창업성장과정에서 위기를 유발할 수 있는 문제가 심화되어진다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 벤처기업의 창업성장과정에서 문제 유형들과 활동 유형들의 벤처기업의 성장단계별로 살펴본 결과 판매 및 마케팅 문제, 조직시스템 문제, 그리고 기업의 오부적 문제가 가장 크게 나타났으며, 쇠퇴기업에서는 판매 및 마케팅 문제가 가장 크게 나타났다. 그리고 벤처기업의 창업성장과정에서 활동 요인들에서는 인적 및 조직 시스템 활동과 마케팅 활동이 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 이러한 활동들에 대해서 성장기업에 가장 크게 나타났다 이러한 분석의 결과를 통해 벤처기업의 창업성장과정에서 문제와 활동들은 서로 연계되어져 있으며 또한 벤처기업의 성장단계 마다 서로 상이한 문제가 존재하며 이를 해결하기 위해서는 문제 유형에 적절한 활동이 수행되어져야 한다는 것을 보여주고 있다. The purpose of this study is to represent the relationship between problems, which cause to bring crisis, and dominant activities for success in venture business. Result of research are summarized as follows: First, the seven problems factors that can bring the crisis in venture business are categorized such as ;financial management problem, sales/marketing problem, production/operation management problem, human resource management problem, organization system problem, problem in role of CEO, and external organization problem. and It was found that six dominant activity factors for success in venture business human/organization activity, marketing activity, financial activity, production/operation activity, strategic estimation activity, and supplier relationship activity. Second, The negative correlation is shown between problem factors group and activity factors group. Finally, Within problem factors, The significant difference is shown in entrepreneurship process sucess, failure, and start-up, such as sales/marketing problem, organization system problem, and external organization problem. and Within activity factors, The significant difference is shown in entrepreneurship process; sucess, failure, and start-up, such as human/organization activity and marketing activity.

The trouble with landowners and tenant farmers about land possessions is a subject of possession and division, and trouble of the relationship of classes. The trouble is expressed several places in narrative. Yeom Sang Jin who has a leftist ideology thoroughly, Hah Dae Chi and a liberation army consist social system. that is after a nation confiscate a person’s land, a nation divide land to the people equally for the people and release of classes. The other side Jeong hyeon Dong and the right wing landowners who are very close Japanese imperialism consist a system that is a nation and the right wing landowners deal in land for keep there vested interests of economy from the feudal age and a government of the U.S. Army comply with their consist. From this point of view the trouble with landowners and tenant farmers is not personal feeling. It is immanent trouble about land possession from the root. After liberation it was not cleanse of remaining of colonial, korean government officials who are very close Japanese imperialism re-appointment and they keep their property under the government oh the U.S. Army. After liberation korea have a complex stratum trouble that are land possession, cleanse of remaining of colonial, a confrontation between socialism and democracy ideology. The post-colonial quality show aspect realization of characters by side of the text. but it show side of the strategic narrative structures. Characters are the people, conscientious intellectuals, cooperators in colonial. The people want be independence people use defensive violence, conscientious intellectuals want to be the real mail body use change of consciousness who throw a chance themselves as colonizer, expecially post colonial quality as colonial cooperators is cooperation by a existence strategy. that is not simply resistance and logical cooperation of the Japanese empire. They achieve reappearance themselves to use dependence and cooperation, and overcome dependence quality, they get similar to the main body. these points have post-colonial quality. and the other side Taebaek Mountains show the people quality of characters to use enlightenment structure to use master and disciple relationship, methods of character forms to use jeollado’s dialect and folk language. and demonstrate that the people quality of characters are post-colonial quality. this points have a significance. their positiveness prove competitional attitude of the people about irrationality, and their positive acts overcome Japanese empire and American new colonial. It is desire of the people who want recover loss of identity by colonialism. As a result Taebaek Mountains have meaning of post-colonial quality through solve the problem that is problem of race and people’s release.

DRFM 적용을 위한 고속 능동 대역선택 RF 수신기 설계

본 논문에서는 DRFM 적용을 위한 고속 능동 대역선택 RF 수신기의 설계방안 및 측정 결과에 대하여 기술하였다. 구현된 RF 수신기는 광대역 수신부, 협대역 수신부와 각 하부 모듈로 고속 능동 대역선택부로 구성된다. 광대역 수신부는 C-Ku 대역 수신 신호에 대해 하향변환 기능을 수행하며 협대역 수신부는 디지털부가 순시 처리 가능한 S-C 대역폭으로 신호를 변환하여 DRFM으로 신호를 전달하는 기능을 수행한다. 광대역, 협대역 검출부는 입력 펄스 신호의 채널 정보를 빠르게 획득하여 DRFM에 제공하며 동시에 수신대역 채널화 필터의 스위치를 제어한다. 제작된 고속 능동 대역선택 수신기의 측정을 통해 RF 입력 신호부터 디지털 부 전달까지 전파 지연시간은 최대 114 ㎱의 결과를 얻었다. 이는 매우 짧은 펄스폭의 레이다 신호가 운용주파수 내로 입력되더라도 펄스를 DRFM에 저장 할 수 있기 때문에 DRFM 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. In this paper, design method and measurement result of high speed active band selection RF receiver for DRFM application are described. The implemented RF receiver consists of a broadband receiver and a narrowband receiver and high-speed band selection module. The broadband receiver comprises an up-down conversion function and a high-speed active band detection function for the C-Ku band reception signal. and the narrowband receiver converts the signal to a bandwidth capable of instantaneous processing by the digital part and transmits the signal to the DRFM. The wideband and narrowband detection part quickly obtains the channel information of the input pulse signal and provides it to the DRFM while controlling the switch of the reception band channelization filter. The propagation delay time from the RF input signal to the digital subcarrier was measured to be 114 ㎱ maximum through the measurement of the constructed high speed active band select receiver. This confirms that DRFM can be applied because a pulse can be stored in the DRFM even if a radar signal with a very short ns pulse width is input into the operating frequency.

Taxonomic Position of Korean Isolates of Rhizoctonia solani Based on RAPD and ITS Sequencing of Ribosomal DNA

Taxonomic position of 46 Korean isolates of Rhizoctonia solani which were classified into nine intraspecific groups by anastomosis and cultural characteristics was analyzed by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD)and sequence analyses of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions of ribosomal DNA. All the isolates within each group showed highly similar band patterns in RAPD. The ITS regions of the isolates within the same groups showed a high level of sequence similarity above 96.0% whereas similarities among different groups were below 94.4%. When compared with several reference strains of R. solani from foreign countries, all the Korean isolates were clustered with the foreign isolates belonging to the same groups in the phylogenetic tree. All six Korean strains of AG-4 were identified as HG-1out of 3 subgroup of AG-4. We discussed taxonomic position of Korean isolates of R. solani and showed that sequence analysis with ITS regions could be a rapid and useful method for identification of intraspecific group of R. solani.
