연간 45억 통 이상의 우편물이 우체국 등에서 접수되고 있다. 우편 접수업무는 고객과의 접점에서 발생되는 것임에도 불구하고 정보화 및 자동화가 덜 이루어진 분야이다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 다량우편물을 중심으로 접수업무상의 문제점을 나열하고 현황 및 해외사례 분석과 관련 기술 분석을 통해 개선사항들을 도출하고자 한다. 정보 및 자동화 인프라와 이의 운용 측면으로 구분하여 방안을 제시하며, 시스템 및 기술의 단계적 구축·도입을 위한 방안도 제시한다. 연구의 결과는 향후 접수업무부문의 정책수립과 기술개발에서 참고 될 것이다.

언양지역(彦陽地域) 양산단층(梁山斷層) 부근(附近) 단열(斷裂)의 기하(幾何) 분석(分析)

Lineaments in the Kyungsang basin most intensely develop in the East coast domain including the Yangsan fault, which dominantly run in NNE direction. The geometry of small fault population near or along the Yangsan fault represents the dominant strikes of N35E, high angle dips and shallowly plunging rakes with dextral movement sense. Stereographic solution on the Yangsan fault geometry gives the dip of 88SE, the slip direction of 17,024 and the slip rake of 18, which were determined from the strike (N23E) of the fault measured on map, and the average attitude (N35E, 84SE) and fault striation (16, 037) of small fault population considered as Riedel shears. It is judged from the geometry of small fault population to the main Yangsan fault and dragging features of bedding attitude near the fault that the Yangsan fault was produced from dextrally strike-slip movement. The movement of the Yangsan and the adjacent parallel faults is thought to be taken place much later than the other fault sets in the Kyungsang basin. It might occur during the geologic age from Eocence to early Miocene according to the consideration of K-Ar ages of the igneous rocks near the fault. The estimated paleostress state indicates ENE shortening and NNW extension. The displacement of the Yangsan fault in the study area is not constant along the fault but decreases from the south to the north. Taking the northern end of the study area as a separating point the whole extension of the Yangsan fault may be divided into southern and northern segments.

우편물 통합처리 시스템 구축에 대한 예비타당성 분석 연구

Address recognition technology, which costs less money, is being introduced to make postal automation efficient. The fun-damental research is in progress to integrate and process information over whole life-cycle of letter mail. In this study, we de-signed several scenarios about construction of integrated mail processing system for postal automation after due consideration about information elements related with address recognition and coding. And we made a feasibility study of candidate sce-nario in accordance with economical, political and technical criteria. In addition, we used AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to unify both qualitative and quantitative criteria and to reach a conclusion. Utilizing the analyzed result of this study will help Korea Post make a decision about planning and execution of automation-related postal services. 우편업무 효율화를 위해 주소정보를 활용하는 저비용의 주소인식 처리 기술이 본격적으로 도입되기 시작했다. 일반통상의 우편물류 전반에 걸친 정보의 통합처리를 위한 계획이 수립되고 있으며, 이에 대한 기초연구가 진행중이다. 본 논문에서는 우편자동화를 위한 통합처리 시스템의 구축에 대한 타당성을 분석하여 사업추진에 필요한 의사결정에 도움을 주고자 한다. 인식 및 코딩과 관련한 요소들을 고려하여 통합처리 시나리오를 설계한 후, 후보안을 대상으로 경제적, 정책적, 기술적 요소별 타당성을 검토하였고 AHP(Analytic Hierar-chy Process)를 이용하여 다기준분석을 수행하였다.
