      • 한국교육상담학회의 활동 방향 탐색: 한국교육상담학회의 활동과 학교상담 관련 학술논문의 주제를 중심으로

        This study aims to explore the direction of the Korean Education and Counseling Association(KECA)'s activities as an academic organization for counseling in education. For this purpose, an analysis was conducted on the academic activities of the KECA from 2020 onwards, as well as an analysis of the topics of papers published in major academic journals on educational counseling from 2013 to May 2023. The research results revealed the following. Firstly, the KECA has been publishing academic journals and organizing academic conferences since 2020. They have also been developing the curriculum for subjects such as 'Guidance and Counseling' and 'Understanding School Violence.' Through these activities, the association has established itself as a professional group of experts which study counseling from an educational perspective, taking into consideration the school system. As a result of analyzing papers published in related journals over the past decades, the subjects and targets of school counseling, school counseling methods and effects, school counseling research trends, school counseling systems and legalization studies have been underway. It can be seen that school counseling in Korea has a strong tendency to apply the knowledge and skills of counseling to schools rather than studying counseling based on schools. In order to implement sufficiently working school counseling in the school system, it was found that research on the field of counseling operating in the school system needs to be conducted more actively. 이 연구에서는 교육 장면에서의 상담을 위한 학술단체인 한국교육상담학회의 활동 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2020년부터 이루어진 한국교육상담학회의 학술 활동을 분석하고, 교육상담 관련 주요학술지에 2013년부터 2023년 5월까지 약 10년간 게재된 논문들의 주제를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째,한국교육상담학회는 2020년부터 학술지를 발간하고 학술발표회를 개최함과 아울러 교직과목인 [생활지도 및 상담]과 [학교폭력의 이해]의 구상 등을 진행하였다. 이러한 활동들을 통해 한국교육상담학회는교육학적 관점으로 학교체계를 고려하여 상담을 연구하는 전문가 모임으로서의 위치를 다지고 있다.최근 10년간 관련분야 학술지에서 발표된 논문들을 분석한 결과 학교상담의 주체와 대상, 학교상담 방법 및 효과, 학교상담 연구동향, 학교상담 제도 및 법제화 연구 등이 진행되고 있었다. 이 과정에서 우리나라 학교상담은 학교에 기반을 두고 상담을 연구하기보다는 상담학의 지식과 기술을 학교에 적용하고자 하는 연구 경향이 강하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 학교체계에서 충분히 작동하는 학교상담을 구현하기 위해서는 한국교육상담학회를 중심으로 학교체계에서 작동되는 상담의 현장에 대한 연구들이 보다 활발하게 이루어질 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

        순창군 장류로부터 분리된 황국균의 동정 및 특성

        In this study, we attempted to isolate fungi from soybean fermented foods produced in Sunchang County and to identify Aspergillus oryzae from fungal isolates. Ten fungal isolates were identified with β-tubulin gene. According to the sequences of β-tubulin gene, ten fungal isolates were identified as A. oryzae/flavus complex. For further identification of the ten of fungal isolates, omtA gene, one gene of the aflatoxin biosynthesis gene cluster, was sequenced and the sequences were compared with those of A. oryzae and A. flavus strains from the GenBank database. In addition, identification of the ten fungal isolates was further confirmed using the PCR amplicon of norB and cypA intergenic region, in which a deletion was recognized relative to A. flavus and A. parasiticus. The amplicon size of the ten fungal isolate strains was smaller than those of A. flavus and A. parasiticus, but the same as that of the reference A. oryzae strain. These results indicated that the ten isolates should be identified as A. oryzae. The protease activity in rice koji made with 6, 13, 17, 27, 37 and 38 of strain, respectively was twice higher than that in control. The kojis made with nine of the A. oryzae isolates, respectively, did not produce aflatoxin, suggesting that the strains could possibly be used as starters for soybean products.

        문자채팅상담 성과의 요인 분석

        It`s imperative to evaluate the process and the outcome of chat-room counseling and to propose more effective techniques for it since the growth of Cyber Counseling becomes remarkable and this trend is expected to be more accelerated. This study, as a ground for evaluation of the outcome of individual chat-room counseling, aims at explorating the factors of chat-room counseling`s outcome. The seven expert cyber counselors constructed the items of Cyber Counseling`s outcome through examining Cyber Counseling cases and received mails from the clients about the outcomes of their counseling. We could gather the items of chat-room counseling`s outcome this process. And we choose optimal items by pretest and factor-analyses. Then we created the questionnaire of chat-room counseling`s outcome. A doctor of education and 5 chat-room counselors evaluated the content validity of the questionnaire. We created the on-line testing system. Chat-room counselors and clients can participate in performing the questionnaire right after their chat-room counseling using the system. We could gain 200 responses (100 from the counselors and 100 from the clients) and analyzed them. Through the analysis we concluded that the outcome of chatting counseling is constructed by the 4 factors of relationship formation, information getting, mood changing, self understanding. And the total sub-items of the 4 factors are 20. The 4 factors` split-half reliability coefficient and a coefficient (Cronbach`s a) was above .80 and distribution`s normality was verified through analysis of average, variance, skewness, kurtosis. The results of the individual analyses of 20 sub items also showed response distribution nearing normality except an item which showed ceiling effect and 2 items of which kurtosis was high.

        고강도 인터벌 운동이 난소절제 쥐의 혈중 지질과 레닌-안지오텐신 시스템(RAS) 관련 인자에 미치는 영향

        In this study, we investigated the effects of high-intensity interval exercise on blood lipids and renin-angiotensin system (RAS)-related factors in ovariectomized rats. The rats were categorized into a control group (CON, n=10), an ovariectomized group (OVA, n=10), and an ovariectomized+high-intensity exercise group (OVA+HIE, n=10). High-intensity interval exercise was performed on a treadmill for 30 min per session, once a day for 12 weeks. Data was analysed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Compared with the other groups, the total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were significantly reduced and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were significantly increased in the OVA+TE group after 12 weeks of high-intensity interval exercise. Additionally, ACE1 and AT1R mRNA expression were significantly reduced in the OVA+TE group. However, no significant intergroup difference was observed in SERCA2a mRNA expression. These results highlight that 12-week high-intensity interval exercise produced a positive effect on blood lipids and RAS-related factors in ovariectomized rats.

        매력있는 관광지 만들기

        세계화와 더불어 지역화가 가속화되면서 한국의 지방자치단체들은 지역진흥을 위해 다양한 정책 아이디어를 내놓고 있으며, 중앙정부에서도 국토의 균형적 발전을 위해 주민이 주체가 되는 지역만들기 사업의 지원에 많은 공을 들이고 있다. 지역만들기 사업은 중앙의 여러 부처에서 다각도로 진행되고 있는데, 사업 내용의 상당수가 관광콘텐츠를 활용한 지역만들기에 집중되어 있다. 이는 활발한 인적, 물적 교류를 유발하는 관광의 매력에 관심을 두었기 때문으로 해석된다. 본 논문에서는 일본의 관광지 만들기 사업의 사례연구를 통해 매력적인 관광지가 보유한 콘텐츠 특성을 분석함으로써 향후 한국의 관광지 만들기 사업에 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. Korean local governments attempt to propose various ideas for regional development, and Korean central government give support to balanced regional development. Construction tourist destination is the most important item in regional development policy of Korean central government. Because, tourism leads to human and material exchange. tourism contents is more concerned. The purpose of this paper will be to provide the suggestion for constructing tourist destination. To accomplish this, contents of attractive tourist destination was analysed through Japanese case study of constructing tourist destination.

      • 한국과 중국 대학생의 대인관계능력 차이

        본 연구에서는 한국과 중국 대학생들의 대인관계능력이 국적, 성별, 학년, 형제유무, 경제수준에 따라 차이가 있는지 분석하였다. 이를 위해 한국 전라남북도에 소재한 4개 대학과 중국 山東省 靑島市에 소재한 1개 대학의 580명 대학생을 연구대상으로 대인관계능력을 조사하고 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석 결과로는 첫째, 대인관계능력은 중국 대학생이 한국 대학생보다 유의하게 높지만, 권리주장은 한국 대학생이 중국 대학생보다 유의하게 높았다. 둘째, 대인관계능력은 여학생이 남학생보다 높았다. 정서적 지지는 한중 모두 여학생이 남학생보다 높았으며, 남학생의 경우 한국 대학생이 중국 대학생보다, 여학생의 경우 중국 대학생이 한국 대학생보다 유의하게 높았다. 셋째, 대인관계능력, 처음 관계 맺기, 자기노출, 정서적 지지, 대인갈등 다루기는 1, 2학년 때 중국 대학생들이 한국 대학생보다 높았지만, 3, 4학년 때는 한국 대학생이 중국 대학생보다 유의하게 높았다. 넷째, 형제유무와 국적의 상호작용에 따라 대인관계능력에 차이가 없었지만, 대인갈등 다루기는 중국의 경우 외동아가 형제아보다 높았고, 한국의 경우 형제아가 외동아보다 유의하게 높았다. 다섯째, 대인관계능력 및 그 하위영역에 대한 국적과 경제수준의 상호작용 효과는 발견되지 않았다. In this research, the interpersonal relationship ability of korean and chinese college students was analyzed according to the demographic characteristic including the nationality, sex, grade, brother existence and nonexistence, economic level, and etc. The interpersonal relationship ability of 580 college students in Jeolla Province and China 山東省 靑島市 were surveyed. The results were as follows : First, chinese students' total interpersonal relationship ability was higher than korean students. However, right assertion was higher in korean students than chinese students. Second, female students' interpersonal relationship ability was higher than male in both countries. Emotional supports were higher in female students than male in both countries. Korean male students have stronger emotional support ability than chinese. Chinese female students were stronger in emotional support than korean female students. Third, chinese students' interpersonal relationship ability of making relationship, self-disclosure, emotional support, dealing with interpersonal conflict were higher than korean students in their first and second grade. But this tendencies were reversed in their 3rd and 4th grade. Forth, there were no significant differences between the only children and the sibling children's total interpersonal relationship ability. But the sibling children's dealing with interpersonal conflict was higher than the only children. But this tendencies occurred reversely in Korean students. Lastly, there are not significant interaction effects of their nationality and economic level in interpersonal relationship ability.
