한국(韓國), 대만(臺灣), 일본(日本)에서 사육(飼育)하고 있는 꽃사슴(Cervus nippon) 129두(頭)와 물사슴(Cervus unicolor) 7두(頭)에서 hemoglobin, transferrin, albumin carbonic anhydrase, slow-${\alpha}_2$ 및 amylase형(型)을 전기영동(電氣泳動)에 의(依)하여 분석(分析)한 결과(結果) 다음과 같은 결론(結論)을 얻었다. 1. cellulose acetate에 의(依)한 전기영동(電氣泳動)이 starch gel에 의(依)한 전기영동(電氣泳動)보다 hemoglobin형(型) 분리(分離)에 있어서 더 간편하며 시간이 적게 걸리고, 선명(鮮明)할 뿐만 아니라 영구보존(永久保存)이 가능(可能)하다. 2. 꽃사슴의 hemoglobin형(型)은 $Hb^F$, $Hb^{FS}$, $Hb^S$형(型)으로 분리(分離)되었으나 물사슴에 있어서는 전부(全部) $Hb^F$형(型)으로 나타났다. 3. hemoglobin ${\beta}$ chain은 4가지형(型) 즉 ${\beta}$-1, ${\beta}$-2, ${\beta}$-3 및 ${\beta}$-4로 분리(分離)되었다. 4. hemoglobin ${\alpha}$ chain은 ${\alpha}_1$과 ${\alpha}_1{\alpha}_2$형(型)으로 분리(分離)되었다. 5. slow-${\alpha}_2$형(型)은 A형(型)과 AB형(型)으로 분리(分離)되었으며, 꽃사슴에 있어서는 AB형(型)이 12% 출현(出現)하였으나 물사슴에서는 전부(全部) A형(型)으로 AB형(型)은 없었다. 6. albumin형(型)에서는 F형(型)과 S형(型)으로 분리(分離)되었으며 꽃사슴은 전부(全部) F형(型)이였고, 물사슴은 전부(全部) S형(型)이였다. 7. transferrin형(型), carbonic anhydrase형(型) 및 amylase형(型)은 전부(全部) 각각(各各) 1종류(種類)의 형(型)이였다.

Blood typing of the horses participated in Seoul Olympic Games were analysed through the electroporesis. Blood samples had been collected from the total 234 horses of 32 countries and analyses included albumin, esterase, Xk protein and transferrin types.

Transferrin type of stallions and their foals in total of 56 was analysed. Phenotype showed 8 types(AA, AB, AC, AD, AE, BB, BC, BD), while gene frequencies A ; 0.410, B ; 0.455, C : 0.063, D ; 0.063, E ; 0.09 There were not negative factors in the result of idenification of real paternity but showed AC type that is abscent in their parents.
조직의 교육훈련이 교육훈련전이와 종사원의 역할행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 조직에서의 교육훈련이 교육훈련전이와 종사원의 역할행동에 미치는 영향과 교육훈 련전이의 매개 효과를 실증적으로 분석하고자 했다. 가설검증을 위하여 모든 종사원이 매년 교육 의무이수제를 도입·운영하고 있는 N공단의 본부와 전국 33개 단위 조직을 대상으로 수집한 539 명의 설문 데이터를 SPSS로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 훈련내용의 직무관련성과 교육훈련 참여자는 교육훈련전이에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤 으나, 훈련자의 능력은 유의한 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 교육훈련이 종사원의 역할행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 직무행동, 조직시민행동은 긍정적인 영향이 나타났고 반생산적행동에는 훈련자의 능력만이 유의한 수준을 보여 주었다. 교육훈련전이의 매개 효과도 직무행동과 조직시 민행동과의 관계에서 유의한 영향이 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과의 인적자원관리상의 함의와 시사 점, 본 연구의 문제점과 향후 과제들도 함께 제시되었다. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of training in organization on transfer of training and role behavior of the employees as well as mediating effect of transfer of training. In order to verify the hypothesis, the result of survey conducted on 539 people in the headquarters of N organization and 33 units nationwide where compulsory education system is introduced and operated annually to all employees are analyzed using SPSS. The result of analysis showed the job relation of training and trainees affected the transfer of training positively. However, no significant effect on the ability of the trainer was proven. Also, as a result of analyzing the effect of training on role behavior of the employees, positive effect was shown in job behavior and organizational citizenship behavior and only the ability of trainer showed a significant level in counterproductive work behaviors. The mediating effect of transfer of training also has a significant effect in job behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. Implications of this study in terms of human resource management as well as problems and directions for future studies are suggested in this paper.

This trial is concerned with practical application of a M. C. that was injected Into the horse's muscle in order to make a effective identification by computer compatible. Following results were obtained through the study of histopathologic changes, migration of M. C. and possible problems about practical application. 1. Muscle romboideus cervicalis(site 'A') was thought to be the best Injection site of M. C. in the horse. 2. There were no the exact interface between the M. C. and surrounding tissue. It seemed to be why the implanted transponder was located in the muscle fascia. 3. No evidence of migration in the tissues was found through the radiographs taken after implantation 4. There were no clinical disorder and interference with racing performance. 5. ID 100 from Trovan, Co. had some advantages comparing with TX 1400 L from Destron, Co. These are, for instance, the long readout distance and the easy application of computer in the field practive.
꽃사슴(Formosan deer)의 Hemoglobin형(型)에 관한 연구(硏究)

The hemoglobin phenotype and the gene frequencies of 44 Formosan deer(Cervus nippon) in Kyung-Gi area were examined by using cellulose acetate and starch gel electrophoresis. 1. The method of cellulose acetate electrophoresis was simplier, more clear and preserative than starch gel electrophoresis. 2. The hemoglobin phenotype was appeared 3 types as $Hb^F$ $Hb^{FS}$ and $Hb^S$. The frequencies of appearance were $Hb^F$ 47.7%, $Hb^{FS}$ 47.7% and $Hb^S$ 4.5%, respectively. 3. The genetic factors of hemoglobin were observed as $Hb^F$ and $Hb^S$ and the rates of gene frequencies were 71.6% and 28.4%, respectively.
꽃사슴의 혈액형(血液型)에 관한 연구(硏究) I. 면역반응(免疫反應)에 의한 꽃사슴의 혈액형분류(血液型分類)(제일보(第一報))

The present study was conducted to clarify the presence or absence of isohemagglutinin and isohemolysin and, if present, to classify blood types in the Formosan deer. It was found that, though the titers were relatively low, isohemagglutinin and isohemolysin were present in the deer sera. Results obtained before and after heat treatment of the deer sera at $56^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes were variable, some stable and some unstable to the treatment and still some showing the activities only after the heat treatment. Rabbits, when immunized with deer blood cells, responded with very high titers both in agglutination and hemolysis tests and the activities were not inactivated by the treatment of the immune sera at $56^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes. Using four rabbit immune sera to different deer blood cells following blood types were recognized among 30 heads of deer; 1. by hemagglutination test A : positive to all four immune sere (13 heads). B : positive to the immune sera of 7BS and 8BS but negative to those of 1BS and 3BS (8 heads). C : positive to the sera of 3BS, 7BS and 8BS but negative to that of 1BS (9 heads). 2. by hemolysis test A : positive to all four immune sera (24 heads). B : positive to the immune sera of 7BS and 8BS but negative to those of 1BS and 3BS (3 heads). C : positive to the sera of 3BS, 7BS and 8BS but negative to that of 1BS (3 heads).
마필(馬匹) 혈액형(血液型) 분류(分類)를 위(爲)한 표준항혈청생산(標準抗血淸生産)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

The present experiments were undertaken to produce the standard antiserum for equine blood typing. The following results were obtained through ISO and Hetero Immunizations of the horses whose blood typing was analysed in the Laboratory of Racing Chemistry of Japan. 1. Of the 21 combinations of ISO-immune, 17 horses were produced antibody (about 80%) 2. Antibody titers were increased from early 1 week to late 5 weeks and any antibody titers were not be obtained in spite of the using of adjuvant and 10 repeated injections in the other 4 horses. 3. High antibody titers were obtained within the earliest period in the Dd antigen but were not increased over 32 times in spite of 8~10 repeated injections in the antigen. 4. Antibody were easily produced in the Ca antigen of ISO-Immune but production of antisera were tailed due to abscence of absorbed blood cell. 5. Antibody titers of 1,024 times were obtained through 5 injections in the Ca of HeteroImmune 6. Of the produced 15 antisera (16 system), 13 antigen (5 system) were absorbed.
