        평양검무의 무용사적 가치

        Purpose of this study is to identify the transmission aspects, dance composition and type and characteristics in Pyongyang sword dance and clarify its historical dance values. Pyongyang sword dance is a sword dance which was played in Pyongyang area. It’s been a long time that Pyongyang sword dance disappeared in North Korea. Pyongyang sword dance whose transmission was disconnected also in North Korea was appointed as Pyeongannam-do, Intangible Cultural Asset No. 1 in 2001 through the enthusiasm and real worth of owner, Lee bong ae. Pyongyang sword dance shows martial and patriotic spirit, optimism and creative talents of Goguryeo people. Comparing with the sword dances in other areas, it has continental personality and therefore, its dancing step is dynamic with power and discipline. Dance composition with the main trend of Pyongan-do style pipe melody is diversified and regular. Even though Bang-seok-dol-i or Sook-im-sa-wi with elegant beauty are great, it shows cheerful dancing steps like Yeon-poong-dae, tiptoeing and lightening dancing step which cannot be seen from the sword dance in other areas. Especially, the motion to turn the sword outside with both hands and poke the stage floor is very unique in sword dancing step motions. There are various historical values in these Pyongyang sword dances like cultural uniqueness and historical value, conservation and transmission value, rituality and festivity value, modern values which could be extended with various contents, and future value in dancing exchange between South and North Korea. 이 연구는 이 연구는 평양검무가 지니고 있는 전승양상과 춤의 구성과 형식, 특성 등을 살펴보고 평양검무의 무용사적 가치를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 평양검무는 평양지역에서 연행되었던 검무이다. 평양검무는 북한에서 사라진지 오래이다. 북한에서도 전승이 단절된 평양검무는 이봉애 보유자의 열정과 진면으로 2001년 평안남도 무형문화재 제1호로 지정받게 된 것이다. 평양검무에는 고구려인들의 상무적 기풍과 낙천성 및 창조적 재능이 담겨져 있다. 다른 지역 검무와 비교하면 대륙적인 개성을 지니고 있어 춤사위가 동적이고 힘과 절도가 있다. 평안도식 피리가락을 주조로 한 춤의 구성방식이 다양하고 규칙적이다. 단아한 멋의 방석돌이나 숙임사위도 좋지만 연풍대, 까치걸음, 번개사위가 다른 지역의 검무에서 볼 수 없는 활달한 춤사위를 보여주고 있다. 특히 칼사위 중 양손에 든 칼을 밖으로 돌리다가 무대 바닥을 콕콕 찍는 동작이 매우 이색적이다. 이러한 평양검무의 무용사적 가치는 문화적 고유성과 역사성의 가치, 보존과 전승의 가치, 제의성과 축제성의 가치, 다양한 콘텐츠로 확장․가능한 현대적 가치, 남북 무용교류의 미래적 가치가 있다.

        Kefir에서 분리한 Streptococcus thermophilus LFG를 배양한 산양유 발효물에서 분리된 다당체의 특성

        This study was carried out to investigate the properties of crude exopolysaccaride (CEPS) produced by Streptococcus thermophilus LFG in goat milk. The yields of CEPS from yogurt cultured with Str. thermophilus LFG were greater at higher temperatures $(40-45^{\circ}C)$ than at lower temperatures $(30-35^{\circ}C)$. Goat milk yogurt had lower viscosity values than cow milk yogurt. However, the CEPS yield was higher in goat milk yogurt than in cow milk yogurt. The yields of CEPS from yogurt were also higher in cultured milk containing 3% glucose (14-21%), and 3% sucrose (4-16%) relative to the control yogurt. Antioxidant activities were higher in goat milk yogurt supernatant (21%) and its CEPS (28%) than cow milk yogurt supernatant (11%) and its CEPS (24%). The amino acid contents of CEPS were higher in yogurt using goat milk than that using cow milk. The CEPS extracted from goat milk yogurt produced by Str. thermophilus LFG consists of carbohydrate (37% w/w) and protein (63% w/w). The CEPS consisted of monosaccharides such as glucose 56.45% (w/w), galactose 42.35% (w/w), galactosamine 1.37% (w/w), glucosamine 1.09% (w/w) and fucose 0.27% (w/w).

        산양유 Kefir 발효물에서 분리한 유산균의 특성

        Two strains of pure lactic acid bacteria capable of forming both acid and slime were isolated from the kefir made of goat milk. The isolated strains observed by morphological and physiological properties, and their 16S rDNA partial sequence were identified as Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus(LFG-1) and Lactococcus lactis subsp. lacits(LFG-2) with over 99% homology. The optimum temperature of Str. salivarius subs. thermophilus LFG-1 for growth was $40-45^{\circ}C$, and its generation time was 40.6 minutes. The final pH of cultured broth by Str. salivarius subsp. thermophilus LFG-1 and the commercial strain Str. thermophilus Body-1 for 24hr at $37^{\circ}C$ were 4.30 and 4.55, respectively. The coagulative activity of Str. salivarius subsp. thermophilus LFG-1 was almost as strong as that of commercial strain Str. thermophilus Body-1. However, the LFG-2 strain showed lower coagulative activity than Str. thermophilus Body-1. The survival rate of lactic acid bacteria were between 22-29% in 0.3% bile extract. At pH 1.0 all of the bacteria were killed, and most of lactic acid bacteria died against pH 3.0. However, all lactic acid bacteria survived well at pH 4.5.

        전통 김치로부터 Probiotic 유산균의 분리 및 우유 발효 특성

        Lactic acid bacteria obtained from traditional Kimchi were selected on the basis of their caseinolytic activity and lactose usability and examined for availability as a starter in probiotic activity. Thirty-two strains were selected as lactic acid producing bacteria in BCP agar, and two strains (KC23 and KF26) with more than 90% resistance for both acid and bile salts were selected. The two strains were identified as L. plantarum (KC23) and L. paracasei (KF26) by API 50 CHL system and 16S rRNA sequence analysis. L. plantarum (KC23) was finally selected based on its biochemical characteristics for lactose and raffinose usability. Free tyrosine content increased rapidly in 10% skimmed milk medium, from 24.1 μg/mL after 8 h to 43.9 μg/mL after 16 h. Additionally, the caseinolytic clear zone of 12 mm of L. plantarum (KC23) was greater than the 9 mm zone of commercial L. acidophilus CSLA. The bacterium exhibited mesophilic growth and yielded 8.9×108 CFU/mL when incubated at 37°C for 12 h at pH 4.25. Moreover, L. plantarum KC23 exhibited antibacterial activity as it formed a clear zone of 8–13 mm for the 5 pathogens. Adherent activity was 2.23 fold higher than that of LGG. The acidity of 10% skimmed milk fermented for 12 h was 0.74%.

        A Phenomenological Study on the Infertility Experience of Women of Childbearing Age in South Korea: Caring for My Marginalized Identity

        Background: While the application of procedural methods to solve the infertility problem has increased, the decline in the quality of life of women who experience infertility has been disregarded. Methods: This qualitative study used phenomenological analysis of data collected from 13 women with infertility in South Korea to reveal the subjective meaning of physical experiences perceived by women over the course of treatment. Results: Upon analyses of the treatment experiences of women with infertility in South Korea via a phenomenological analysis method, 10 themes were extracted and integrated into four theme clusters (“Perceiving infertility,” “The body that gives birth,” “A process in an endless tunnel,” “Caring for my marginalized identity”). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that women with infertility in South Korea perceived their own bodies as givers of birth living in traditional and patriarchal societies. A contextual flow proceeded to the final stage of women caring for their marginalized identity, which had suffered throughout the course of their infertility journey.

        간호대학생의 임상실습 중 경험한 언어폭력과 진로정체감 : 자아존중감의 매개효과 검증

        The purpose of the study was to examine the extent to which nursing students were exposed to verbal abuse during clinical practice and how this experience was correlated with the levels of their career identity and self-esteem and to identify whether there was a mediating effect of self-esteem on the experience of past verbal abuse and career identity. Data from 155 fourth-year undergraduate students of nursing were collected by means of a structured self-report questionnaire and were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, hierarchical multiple regression, and the Sobel test using IBM SPSS Statistics. The most common verbal abuse experience by students was ‘talking down’. Such an experience was negatively correlated with career identity and self-esteem while there was a positive correlation between self-esteem and career identity. The experience of verbal abuse and self-esteem accounted for 24% of the variation in career identity and self-esteem showed a partial mediating effect on the experience of verbal abuse and career identity. Our results suggest that strategies that could prevent verbal abuse and enhance students’ self-esteem during clinical practice are necessary to encourage students to develop career identity. 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 언어폭력 경험, 진로정체감, 자아존중감의 수준을 확인하고 언어폭력 경험과 진로정체감의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 3개 간호대학에서 구조화된 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집이 진행되었으며, 4학년에 재학 중인 155명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0으로 기술통계, 독립표본 t-검정(independent t-test), 일원분산분석(one way ANOVA), 피어슨 상관계수(Pearson correlation coefficient), 다중회귀분석(hierarchical multiple regression), 소벨테스트(Sobel test)를 이용하였다. 지각된 언어폭력 경험은 언어폭력 경험 수준을 높이고 진로정체감과 자아존중감을 낮추는 영향을 미쳤으며, 언어폭력 유형에서 ‘반말을 한다'가 가장 높은 점수를 보였다. 언어폭력 경험은 진로정체감, 자아존중감과 음의 상관관계, 자아존중감과 진로정체감은 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 진로정체감에 대한 언어폭력 경험과 자아존중감의 설명력은 24%였으며, 자아존중감은 언어폭력 경험과 진로정체감의 관계에서 부분적 매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구의 결과에 근거하여 간호대학생의 진로정체감을 높이기 위해서는 언어폭력 예방에 대한 중재와 함께 자아존중감을 높이는 전략이 함께 구축될 필요가 있다.

        Levan으로부터 Levanheptaose를 생산하는 미생물의 분리 및 배양

        토양으로부터 levan을 분해하여 단일종의 fructooligosaccharide를 생산하는 새로운 미생물을 분리 선별하여 본 연구의 공시균주로 선택하였다. Levanase 생산을 위한 최적 배지조성은 0.5% levan, 0.3% yeast extract 0.3% $NaNO_3$, 0.1% $K_2HPO_4$, 0.05% NaCl(pH 8.0)이었으며, 500ml용 shaking flask에 배지 50ml를 넣어 $30^{\circ}C$에서 54시간 배양시켰을 때 목적효소의 생산이 최대에 도달하였다. Levanase에 의해 생성되는 생성물은 단일종의 oligo당임이 확인되었으며 측쇄가 많은 levan으로부터는 소량의 측쇄구조를 가진 oligosaccharide로 추정되는 미지의 물질이 부산물로 생성되었다. 생성 oligo당을 순수하게 정제하여 HPLC 및 ESI-MASS로 중합도를 조사한 결과 DP가 7인 levanheptaose임이 판명되었다. The microorganisms degrading levan were screened from soil. The isolated strain produced levanase releasing single oligosacchride from levan. The optimum cultural medium for levanase production (g/l) was composed of 0.5% levan, 0.1% $K_2HPO_4$, 0.05% NaCl, 0.3% $NaNO_3$, 0.3% yeast extract (pH 8.0). The cultivation for levanase production was carried out in 500 ml shaking flask containing 50 ml of the optimum medium at $30^{\circ}C$ on a reciprocal shaker, and the highest levanase production was observed after 54 hours of cultivation. The levanase hydrolyzed levan into single oligosaccharide. The product purified by chilled EtOH precipitation and gel filtration was detected as a single peak on HPLC analysis. The oligosaccharides formed by enzyme reaction was identified as levanheptaose (DP7) by HPLC and by ESI-MASS.
