        2차원 수치모형을 이용한 보 방류조건에 따른 하도 내 홍수도달시간 예측

        우리나라는 지형적인 특성과 강우 발생 특성에 따라 댐이나 다기능보 등 수리구조물의 수문 운영이 하천의 적절한 관리를 위해 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 홍수도달시간에 대한 이론을 정립하고, 금강하류부의 금강하굿둑~백제보 구간을 대상으로 1차원과 2차원의 연계해석이 가능한 HEC-RAS 모형을 활용하여 홍수도달시간을 홍수파도달시간과 수위상승도달시간으로 구분하고 보의 방류조건에 따라 홍수도달시간을 분석 예측하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 방류량이 증가하는 시점에 하도를 범람하여 하천 폭의 급격한 증가로 인해 도달시간이 증가하는 형태가 나타났으며, 홍수파 도달시간이 수위상승 도달시간보다 약 2배정도 빠르게 나타나 실제 도달하는 유수의 양보다 수파가 빨리 진행됨을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 활용한다면, 하천 관리에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. Gate operation of hydraulic structures is important for proper management in rivers. In this study, the characteristics of flood time were analyzed and predicted using the HEC-RAS model, which is capable of one-dimensional and two-dimensional connectivity analysis of the main points downstream of the Geum river. As a result, flood travel time was decreased once discharge increase and downstream water level rising. However, When the floodplain was overflowed, the arrival time increased due to the rapid increase of the river width. Also, the same condition, flood wave travel time at the major point was approximately twice as fast as water level rising travel time, indicating that waves progressed faster than actually water. Using the results of this study, it will be helpful in the river.

        임상연구 : Propofol 주입 시 기관내 삽관에 따른 심혈관 반응을 억제하는 성별 Remifentanil의 효과처 농도

        Background: Tracheal intubation induces clinically adverse hemodynamic changes. Various pharmacological strategies for controlling these reponses have been suggested with opioids being widely used. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect site concentration of remifentanil in blunting the cardiovascular responses to tracheal intubation according to gender. Methods: Eighty ASA physical status I or II patients, aged 20-40 years undergoing elective surgery, were classified into a male group (n = 40) and a female group (n = 40). Anesthesia was induced using a propofol target controlled infusion (TCI: Marsh model). A propofol target effect-site concentration of 4μg/ml was chosen. Rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg was administered after the patients lost consciousness. Remifentanil TCI (Minto model) was started 1 min after the propofol injection. Initially, an effect-site concentration of 3 ng/ml was chosen. The next concentration was chosen using the up-and-down method reported by Dixon. The non-invasive blood pressure and heart rate were recorded before induction (baseline), after the remifentanil injection, immediately after intubation as well as 1 and, 3 minutes after intubation. Results: Probit analysis revealed a remifentanil effect-site EC50 and EC95 in the male group to be 1.94 ng/ml (95% CI, 1.60-2.27 ng/ml ), 3.07 ng/ml (95% CI, 2.65-4.06 ng/ml), respectively. The EC50 and EC95 in the female group were 1.69 ng/ml (95% CI, 1.35-2.01 ng/ml), 2.81 ng/ml (95% CI, 2.39-3.81 ng/ml), respectively. There were no significant differences between the two groups. Conclusions: The effect-site concentration of remifentanil blunting the cardiovascular responses to tracheal intubation during propofol TCI anesthesia was between 2 and 3 ng/ml.       • 피부보습 효과의 측정 및 평가

        Skin moisturization is one of the most important functions in cosmetics and topical products. Therefore evaluation of skin moisturization products is an important part in clinical study. The importance of water for proper functioning of the stratum corneum is well-recognized. The reliable quantification of water in the stratum corneum and its interaction with topically applied products is, in fact, essential for understanding skin physiology and developing an efficient skin care formulation. Level of dry skin and skin moisturization was only evaluated by sensory and visual assessment in the past. From the development of skin bioengineering tools, methods to measure skin moisturization have been developed from the application of electrical properties of skin, and have become widely used in the field of dermatologic and cosmetic research. Also new methods measuring moisture directly in the skin have been developed. We discuss here not only recently development in methods to measure skin moisturization, but also standard guidelines for these methods.

        1인 미디어 시대 웹툰 교육

        만화는 신문, 잡지, 책등의 종이 매체를 시작으로 SNS(Social Networking Service)가 발달하면서 디지털로 매체를 옮기며 매체의 발달과 함께 전개되어왔다. 만화는 웹툰이라는 이름과 함께 빠르게 변화하는 시대에 주류 콘텐츠로 자리매김하기 위해 끊임없는 노력과 실험을 거듭해 왔다. 그리고 이러한 노력으로 웹툰 전성시대를 이끌고 있으며, 한류 콘텐츠로서의 가능성도 보여주고 있다. 하지만 인공지능(AI), 사물인터넷(IoT), 빅데이터로 대표되는 4차 산업혁명 시대 기술은 웹툰이 PC 혹은 스마트기기를 통해 디지털콘텐츠로서 향유되고 드라마, 영화 등의 2차 창작물로 소비되는 것을 넘어 디지털콘텐츠의 가치를 높이는 또 다른 변화를 요구하고 있다. 콘텐츠 제작 전문업체가 콘텐츠를 제작하고, 유통업체가 콘텐츠의 유통을 담당하는 전통적인 산업생태계는 이제 큰 의미를 지니지 못한다. 4차 산업혁명 시대 기술은 콘텐츠생산자가 곧 소비자가 되고, 소비자가 콘텐츠를 생산하는 새로운 생태계를 만들어냈으며, 그 중심에는 2020년에 들어 급성장하는 모습을 보여주는 1인 미디어 있다. 1인 미디어는 다양한 주제로 콘텐츠를 기획하고 제작하며 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 유통하는 것을 의미하는데 국외는 물론이고 국내에서도 빠르게 성장하는 추세이다. 콘텐츠의 수요와 공급이 증가하며 시장 접근성을 쉽게 하고 전문적인 콘텐츠 생산업체가 아니라 콘텐츠를 제작해 본 경험이 없는 일반인도 마음만 먹는다면 콘텐츠를 쉽게 생산하고 유통시킬 수 있는 환경이 된다는 것이다. 웹툰은 현재의 웹툰 전성시대, 한류 콘텐츠로서 자리에 안주하는 것이 아니라, 민감하게 시대변화를 살피고 주류 콘텐츠로서 지속적인 노력과 실험을 해야 하고, 4차 산업혁명시대 만화산업의 주역을 발굴하는 교육에 대한 역할과 노력이 더욱 중요해졌다. 본 연구에서는 가파르게 성장하고 있는 1인 미디어 시대를 준비하며 웹툰 교육의 현황에 대해 알아보고 웹툰 교육이 나아갈 방향을 연구하였다. Starting with paper media such as newspapers, magazines and books, cartoons have been developed with the advancement of SNS(social networking services), moving the media digitally. Cartoons, with the name Webtoon, have made constant efforts and experiments to establish themselves as mainstream content in a rapidly changing era. This effort has led to webtoon’s prime and also shows the possibility of Korean wave contents. However, technology in the 4th Industrial Revolution era, represented by AI(Aritifical Intelligence), IoT(Internet of Things), and Big data, is demanding for further change to enhance the value of digital contents beyond the fact that webtoons are enjoyed as digital contents through personal computers or smart devices and consumed as secondary creations such as dramas and movies. The traditional industrial ecosystem, in which contents production companies produce contents and distribution companies distribute contents, is no longer significant. The technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution era created a new ecosystem in which contents producers become consumers and also consumers produce contents. At the center of this technology, there is One-person media that shows rapid growth in 2020. One-person media means to plan, produce and distribute contents on a variety of subjects through online platforms, and it is growing rapidly not only overseas but also domestically. As the demand and supply of contents increase, access to the market is facilitated and even ordinary people who have no experience in producing contents can easily produce and distribute the contents. Webtoons should not be settled with their current status as Korean wave contents during the webtoon’s prime, but should be sensitive to the changing times and continuously strive and experiment as mainstream contents. In addition, the role and effort of education to discover driving force in the cartoon industry during the Fourth Industrial Revolution era have become more important. In preparation for the steeply growing One-person media era, this research explained the current state of webtoon education and studied the direction of webtoon education.

        대량의 쌀 시료 분석을 위한 DNA 추출법

        The study of molecular markers to improve crops largely depends on the availability of rapid and of efficient DNA extraction methods. Here we developed a cheap and convenient method to isolate genomic DNA from rice grains suitable for large-scale microsatellite analysis. We confirmed that the isolated rice DNA is suitable for PCR analysis with STS marker and SNP marker, as well as microsatellite marker. Further, we established high-throughput DNA extraction system in a 96-well plate format which make it possible high-throughput analysis of microsatellite markers with rice grains. This implies that the new method could be a useful tool for other types of marker analysis in large scale.

      • 은행엽 함유 한방화장품(韓方化粧品)과 경락마사지가 인체 피부 상태에 미치는 영향(影響)연구

        Objectives: We investigated the physical effects of the cosmetics containing Ginkgo biloba. with meridian massage on human skin by using non-invasive instruments. Methods: We made cosmetics containing the extract of Ginkgo biloba. and measured physiological effects such as skin moisturization, blood flow, skin color, sebum secretion, skin evenness of volunteers applied the cosmetic products with meridian massage for 2 weeks. Results: Topical applications of w/o cream that 1 % Ginkgo biloba. was emulsified, showed significant improvement of blood flow, water contents and $L{\ast}$ value of the face skin. And the skin evenness, sebum contents and skin surface smoothness were improved after 2 weeks. Conclusions: The combination of cosmetics containing the extract of Ginkgo biloba. with meridian massage improved the physical properties of human skin during a treatment. Especially the meridian massage played a role of enhancing the effect of the cosmetics containing Ginkgo biloba.
