HMR(가정식사 대용식) 선택속성에 관한 1인 가구 대학생의 주관적 인식 유형 분석: Q-방법론적 접근

This research examined the types of perceptions that single-person household university students have regarding HMR selection attributes by using Q-methodology. Twenty-seven Q-statements were generated and 31 single-person household university students were selected as the P-sample to conduct Q-classification. The results of the Q-factor analysis showed that the types of perceptions were divided into two types: “economic gourmets who focus on convenience” and “those who focus on hygiene and freshness.” The university students corresponding to the former type perceived taste, ease of consumption, and affordable price as important. The students corresponding to the latter type had the characteristic of considering hygienic food, fresh ingredients, and taste as important. The results of this research can be utilized as useful material by food service distribution companies for the development of food service products and for the establishment of effective sales strategies.
일반부인과학 : GG-28 ; IVF-ET 후 동시에 발생한 양측성 나팔관 임신 1예

양측성 난관 임신은 전체 임신에서는 10,000 임신 당 1례로 확인되며, 자궁외 임신에서는 0.06~0.14%로 발생한다고 알려져 있는 비교적드문 현상이다. 현재 한국의 불임여성이 증가하면서 이에 따른 보조생식기술(ART)이 발전하고 있으나 보조생식기술과 관련된 자궁외 임신 발생률은 2.4%~12.4%로 까지 확인되며 양측성 난관 임신과 같이 희귀한 자궁외 임신의 발생도 증가하고 있 다. 증례는 5개의 인공 수정된 배아를 이식하였으며 20일 후 양측 난관의 자궁외 임신으로 진단되 어 보존적 치료를 시도하였으나 실패하였고, 결국 복강경 수술을 통하여 양측 난관 절제술을 시행 하였다. 이에 저자들은 이식할 배아의 수 조절이 필요하며 보조 생식술 후 발생 가능한 이상임신과 합병증 발생에 대한 진단 및 치료, 추적 관찰이 중요하다는 것을 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
스텝 Perturbation의 영향에 따른 주기적 스텝 임피던스 링 공진기의 해석 및 이중 모드 대역 통과 필터의 적용

스텝 임피던스 비를 조정한 스텝 perturbation을 가지는 주기적 스텝 임피던스 링 공진기를 이용하여 이중 모드 대역 통과 필터를 설계하였다. 주기적 스텝 임피던스 링 공진기는 특성 임피던스의 비를 변경함으로써 크기 감소와 2차 하모닉 억압 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 이중 모드의 발생을 위한 perturbation 또한 특성 임피던스의 비로 쉽게 조정하였으며, 그 영향에 따른 이중 모드 공진 주파수 및 감쇄 극 주파수의 변화를 분석하였다. 입출력 결합은 칩 커패시터를 사용하였으며, 결합 커패시턴스와 스텝 perturbation의 영향에 따른 중심 주파수의 변화 또한 고려되었다. 그 결과로부터 $14{\times}14mm^2$ 크기 내에서 서로 다른 감쇄 극과 대역폭을 가지는 두 종류의 2 GHz 이중 모드 대역 통과 필터들을 제작하였다 제안된 대역 통과 필터들의 측정 결과는 계산된 예상과 매우 유사함을 보였으며 각각 2.52, 0.52 dB의 삽입 손실과 4.03, 15.02 %의 3 dB 대역폭을 가진다. Dual-mode bandpass filter was designed by using periodic stepped impedance ring resonator with step perturbation. The periodic stepped impedance ring resonator has the effects of size reduction and $2^{nd}$ harmonic suppression by changing characteristic impedance ratio. The perturbation for dual-mode generation was also easily controlled by characteristic impedance ratio, and the variation of dual-mode resonant frequencies and attenuation pole frequencies were analyzed by the effect of step perturbation. Chip capacitors were used for input/output coupling, and the variation of center frequency by the coupling capacitance and step perturbation was also considered. From the results, two types of 2 GHz dual-mode bandpass filter were fabricated in size of $14{\times}14mm^2$, those have different attenuation poles and bandwidths. The measured results of proposed bandpass filters showed a good agreement with the calculated estimations, and those have insertion loss of 2.52, 0.52 dB and 3 dB bandwidth of 4.03, 15.02 %, respectively.
Design and Implementation of the RF Systems for Bi-directional Wireless Capsule Endoscopes

This paper explains that the RF systems for bi-directional wireless capsule endoscopes were designed and implemented. The designed RF systems for a capsule endoscope can transmit the images of intestines from the inside to the outside of a body and the behavior of the capsules can be controlled by an external controller simultaneously. The bi-directional wireless capsule endoscope consists of a CMOS image sensor, FPGA, LED, battery, DC to DC Converter, transmitter, receiver, and antennas. The transmitter and receiver which were used in the bi-directional capsule endoscope, were designed and fabricated with 10mm(diameter)ⅹ3.2mm (thickness) dimensions taking into the MPE, power consumption, system size, signal to noise ratio and modulation method. The RF systems designed and implemented for the bi-directional wireless capsule endoscopes system were verified by in-vivo experiments. As a result, the RF systems for the bi-directional wireless capsule endoscopes satisfied the design specifications.

Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is the most common malignant neoplasm of the salivary gland, compring between 30 and 40%. Fine needle apsiration cytology was performed in five patients with mucoepidermoid carcinoma. The patients consisted of three males aged of 42, 48, and 60 years, and two females aged 36, and 56 years. The primary tumor sites were the parotid gland in four patients and the submandibular gland in the rest one. The histologic grades were low in one patient, intermediate in two patients and high in other two. In our experience, the common cytologic findings of low grade subtype were predominent mucous cells with some intermediate cells in an abundant mucinous background. The cytologic findings of intermediate grade subtype were predominant clusters of intermediate cells with or without mucous cells in an abundant mucinous background. And the cytologic findings of high grade subtype were predominant clusters of epidermoid cells with intermediate cells in a bloody background. Cytologic pleomorphism and atypia were more severe in high grade than low and intermediate grade, and nucleoli were more frequently noted in epidermoid cells. In low grade, it is very difficult to decide the benignancy or malignancy of the tumor. In fact, the presence of mucous cells in a mucinous background should rule out any other type of well differentiated carcinoma.

Convective heat loss from solar tower receiver is experimentally investigated in wind tunnel with tilt angles and operating conditions. In order to simulate the receiver, an electric heater, which is made of aluminum (width : 100 ㎜, height : 100㎜) is used and installed in the wind tunnel. The convective heat loss from the receiver is dependent on the direction and the velocity of the wind and the surface temperature of the receiver. The tilt angle and surface temperature of the receiver are varied from 0o(cavity facing straight down) and 90o(cavity aligned horizontally) and from 150℃ to 250℃, respectively. Also, the wind speed is changed from 0 to 4㎧. The convective heat loss is obtained by measuring consumed power to the heater to maintain the desired surface temperature. It is concluded that Nusselt number increases with increasing wind speed for all cases. Especially, it is showed that Nusselt number can be maximized when the tilt angle is 30o.
