The aim of the scholarship program is to strengthen academic cooperation. The following countries are participating: Albania, Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosova, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia. As for the network for Korean studies, the following universities are partners: University of Vienna (Austria), Sofia University (Bulgaria), Charles University Prague and Palacky University Olomouc (Czech Republic), Eötvös Loránd University Budapest (Hungary), University of Warsaw, Adam Mickiewicz University Poznan, Jagiellonian University Krakow, University of Wrocław (Poland), University of Bucharest and Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca (Romania), Comenius University (Slovak Republic), University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), University of Pula (Croatia), University of Novi Sad (Serbia). CEEPUS gives teachers the chance to teach at other universities, supporting these “mobilities” with scholarships that cover expenses. Students benefit from the different and new input provided by these courses taught by teachers from abroad. CEEPUS offers also scholarships for students, but the presentation focuses on the impact of the exchange of teachers.

Vol.0 No.37

This article was evaluated on its value as one of the manuscripts from the collection focused on the later period of Joseon from the section within Dongsan library holding older books. This section of the library alone, holds around 70,000 books, ranking 4-5th in Keimyung University in the volume of the books it holds on such content. Among this collection, around 30,000 are collections of works; and manuscripts account for 10-20%, therefore it can be estimated that there are at least 3,000 manuscripts are on the topic of the later period of Joseon, This article was supplied by the 'Ministry of Education, Scieoce and Technology' to 'Academia Koreana' at Keimyung University; and has been part of an initiative to reveal and explore the material and bibliographical notes of Sunbon as held in Dongsan library since June of 2007, which is the point of origin for this article. There were several findings reached after investigation and evaluation of the contents of the manuscripts of the later period of Joseon held in Dongsan library - one of which, being that many of the works were found to have newly revealed composers: 『Danngaeyugo』(Gwangwoo Kim), 『Bongsojib』(Hansa Jang), 『Sungoyugo』 (Sang-o Lee), 『Siamyugo』(Jungtyul Lee), 『Huhjoosango』(Gyungwoo um), 『Soyusan cho』(yongjung Kwon), 『WooHyunjib』(Unyu Jung), 『Q-hyungo』(Byeonghyee Lee) and so on. The values and features of Sunbon, as a manuscript work on the later period of Joseon held in Dongsan library, are as follows: Firstly, there exist many draft copies of the manuscript These became the original documents of the collections publication, and contain more detailed materials than the printed work, These include: 『Jabhwewonjib』 (Joonggyeong Lee), 『Gwagaesunsangyugo』(Jungmook Kim), 『Sukdamsunsan gyugo』 (Woonwoo Lee), 『Gyiammoonjib』 (woniung Lee), 『Soobakdanyugo』 (hwegeun Lee) and so on. Secondly, similarities of those who studied literature were found, especially in those who were part of the Southern Political party. yoonwoo Lee- Dojang Lee-Wonjung Lee- Josoo Lee, futher, 『Gajaesunsangmoonjib』(Myungwoo kwon), 『Gakhyunyugo』 (Joo Gang), 『Goo-ongjib』 (Saemoon Moon), 『GwanDamjib』(Gyoha Kim), 『Nackhajib』(Syukwoo Jung), 『Doonsanyugo』 (Soonguym Kim), 『Suwolhyunyugo』(Jib Lee), 『Sawolongyugo』(Gaepheel Lee), 『Sungjaejib』(Sereung Kim), 『Soamyugo』(Hayi Jo), 『Chungryuyugo』(rockin kwon), 『Asilyugo』(Yeong Hong) can be included. Thirdly, the manuscript is part of a collection of works by the main students of literature in Seoul and Gyeong-gi, excepting Yeongnam. Jong-eng(Noron), Byung hyi(Noron), Jaewoo Jo(Soron), Gyeongeng Um(Soron), Sang-o Lee(Soron), Sang gyo Nam(Soron), HakGyu Lee(Namin), Jehwa Jo(Namin). If there are down points to highlight of the manuscript works on the later Joseon period held in Dongsan library of Kemiyung University: one is that most of the manuscripts are one volume, or have many volumes missing; another being that the library holds most of these works in the GyeongSangDo province.
