        文山 李載毅의 삶과 交遊

        李鍾虎(Lee Jong-Ho) 한국인물사연구소 2010 한국인물사연구 Vol.13 No.-

        Moonsan is Lee Jae-ui(1772~1839)'s pen name. He is born the eldest grandson of the Jeonju Lee's Dukchun family line. Jeonju Lee's family is a prince of the blood in Chosun dynasty.. His noble birth make him a proud person. His birthplace was Seoul, but he have lived in Yongin, Kyunggi province. Especially he is a great-grandson of chief general, Lee Ju-guk who loved by king Jungjoe. Lee Jae-ui should carry out a duty of descendant offering sacrifice to his ancestors. That is a devout and unavoidable fate for him. Because he has a strong consciousness of offering sacrifice to his ancestors. He didn't go into government service at all. Instead of it, he made an effort to cultivate his morals and manage the family. Lee Jae-ui was taught chinese literature by Nam, you-do and the confucian scriptures by Ryu, Jung-mo in early years. During adult ages, he was a disciple of Park, yoon-won and Song, hwan-ki who are prominent scholars of confucianism. And then he promoted a friendship with lung, Jaw-meun Ann, ho Kim, young Sim, Ryu Song, Myung-hee lung, Yak-yong etc., they are his senior scholars. Whang, Gi-chun and Hong, Jik-pil, Lee, Man-jung and Sim, Du-young are Lee Jae-ui's best friends, First of all, he was known by lung, Yak-yong's argument parter of human nature. We hope that Lee Jae-ui's literature and thought is studied deeply sooner or later.

        가스터빈 연소기내 CARS 온도측정을 통한 연소해석

        Performance of a gas turbine combustor installed in a test facility has been studied by measuring spatially- and temporally-resolved temperature distributions using multiplex CARS technique. 500 CARS temperatures were determined at each measuring point to obtain a histogram of temperature distribution. Experiments were carried out in the aero-engine combustor sector rig burning standard kerosene fuel. The histograms were obtained around a triple-sector double annular rig running in ground idle conditions, showing features of flow mixing within the rig. The temperature histograms that prove the existence of high temperatures above 1900 K provide us valuable information to improve the design of the combustor structure suppressing NOx generation in turbulent combustion processes. The effects of swirl direction and pre-filmer on gas turbine combustion were investigated. When we installed radial swirls, a large recirculation zone was formed by the fuel module regardless of swirl directions and the pre-filmer installation. It is found that the swirl direction affects the shape of the reverse flow zone, however. Also, an attempt to estimate the flow field and flame structure is made using the histogram of temperature determined with the CARS technique.

        韓醫學으로 보는 文宗의 疑問死에 대하여

        The authors explained the hypothesis that Moonjong of Lee's Dynasty maybe died by the unexplaining treatment of the Medical Officer named JeonSoonEu. Moonjong had very slight desease called swelling, but Medical Officer gave him very poisonous Pinellia ternata in Pheasant meat, So he suddenly died in the three year of reign means very short period among the Lee's Dynasty. Generally Pheasant like to eat Pinellia ternata during the Summer, So If one want to eat the Pheasant meat must waite till the winter. Because during the winter Pheasant can't found the Pinellia ternata, so Pheasant meat not toxic. ... Who is the orderer, are not yet reaveled instead of JeonSoonEu. One cann't give the confidence as a prime mover of JeonSoonEu, because he is only one of the Medical Officier. So one thinks that probably SeJo, the younger brother, one of the most powerful king during the Lee's Dynasty is the main suspecter. Sejo killed the nephew Danjong, Son and succesor of MoonJong, and catch the reins of government by 'coup d'etat’. If Sejo connect with the Moonjong's died, maybe he is the only one suverean who killed the two kings overall the Korean history.

      • 파형 단면을 가진 유하식 집열기의 열적 성능에 대한 이론 및 실험 연구(I)

        The municipal government of Daejeon, Korea set up a plan to retrofit solar energy to the existing swimming pool. The pool was constructed in 1980, and meets the requirements of International standard. It will be used for the 1986 Asian Games and the 1988 Seoul Olymipics. The roof structure of the existing pool is to be modified to accomodate trickle solar collectors. In addition, various energy conserving ideas will be applied to the existing building structure. For the prevention of over heating of collectors on the roof, natural air convection scheme will be adopted within the collector system. Natural convection of passive type heating would be also adopted for the space heating of the pool when the system is idle. At present, the pool can be utilized only for two months a year without auxilairy heating. With oil heating, the energy cost would be too high for the normal operation. When this project completed in March 1984, it would be expected to be openable for seven months a year without a significan amount of auxiliary heating. In this project, two dimensional numerical analysis technic have been used to analyse the characterisitics of thermal performance of the swimming pool system. An experimental tat verification of the theoretical analysis have been also attempted.

        대학과 가족회사의 산학협력 실태 및 활성화 방안

        가족회사는 대학이 기업들과 다양한 형태의 산학협력을 활성화하기 위해 만들어진 한국 대학들만의 고유한 산학협력 관련 제도이다. 2000년대 초반부터 추진되어 온 산학협력 사업의 성과를 실질적으로 파악하기 위해서는 가족 회사에 대한 현황과 실태 파악이 매우 중요하지만, 그간의 연구들은 주로 대학의 입장에서만 접근하고 있어서 한계가 있다. 이에 반해, 본 연구는 전국의 가족회사를 대상으로 한 설문조사와 면담조사 결과를 바탕으로 가족회사 제도의 현황과 산학협력 실태를 파악하는 데 초점을 두고 있다. 2004년에 도입된 가족회사 제도는 산학협력 관련 대학재정지원 사업의 성과 지표 등으로 활용되면서 급속하게 확대되어, 2017년 현재 174,425개 기업이 가족회사로 등록되어 있다. 연구 결과, 복수의 대학들과 가족회사 관계를 맺고 있는 기업들이 증가하고 있으며, 기업들의 산학협력 수요와 만족도도 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났다. 가족회사들은 공용장비 이용이나 공동연구 측면에서는 만족도가 상대적으로 높은 반면, 인력양성 및 재교육 측면에서는 만족도가 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 기업들은 산학협력을 통해 제품 품질 향상 효과가 높다고 평가한 반면, 매출액 증대 효과 및 생산비 절감 효과는 낮게 평가하고 있다. 또한 산학협력의 실효성을 높이기 위해서는 기업 참여 활성화를 위한 인센티브 제도 확충 및 온라인 정보서비스의 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. Family companies are the unique industry-academic cooperation-related systems of Korean universities created by universities to promote various forms of industry-academic cooperation with companies. It is important to figure out the current status of family companies in order to understand the achievements of industrial-academic cooperation projects that have been actively pursued since the early 2000s. A lot of studies on industry-academic cooperation have focused mainly on the university's position. On the contrary, this study focuses on understanding the current status of the family company system and the status of industry-academic cooperation. Introduced in 2004, the Family Company System expanded rapidly as it was used as a performance indicator for college financial support projects related to industry-academic cooperation, with 174,425 companies registered as family companies as of 2017. A survey of family companies registered in universities carrying out the LINC+ project shows that companies registered in multiple universities are increasing, with relatively high demand and satisfaction for industry-academic cooperation among companies. Family companies were found to be relatively satisfied in terms of the use of R&D equipment or joint research, while they were relatively less satisfied in terms of workforce training and retraining. While companies have assessed product quality improvements through industry-academic cooperation, they have underestimated the effect of increasing sales and reducing production costs. Further, it was found that it was urgent to expand incentive systems and improve online information services to boost corporate participation in order to enhance the effectiveness of industry-academic cooperation.

        Ferric ion ( Fe3+ ) 에 의한 사람혈청 Acid Phopshatase 의 활성화

        The acid phosphatase (EC 3.1.3.2.) of human serum has shown to have a maximum activity with 0.1 M acetate buffer at pH 5.0 and had an appreciable activity at a low of 0℃ and also a stable character even with a little high temperature of 50℃. Among several heavy metal ions tested, Na^+, K^+, Ca^(2+), Hg^(2+) and Cd^(2+) did not affected significantly, but Cu^(2+) and Fe^(2+) inhibited enzyme activity seriously. On the other hand, addition of Fe^(3+) to incubation mixture, it stimulated the acid phsophatase more than 2.5 times. EDTA had no effect on the enzyme at all, and rather restored some extent of the inhibitory effect by Fe^(2+). From this result, affinity of Cu^(2+) to enzyme active site was stronger than that of Fe^(2+). In the case of Fe^(3+) stimulation, the enzyme activity was increased more than 3.5 times when Fe^(3+) was preincubated with EDTA for 1 min before addition of enzyme and substrate. And also preincubation of enzyme with Fe^(3+) before addition of EDTA and substrate, it showed a little reduced activity but still high stimulation when it compared with control group.

        무선 MEMS 센서를 이용한 초고층 건물 수평 상시진동 계측의 유효성 평가

        Recently, measuring instruments for SHM of structures had being developed. In general, the wireless transmission of sensor signals, compared to its wired counterpart, is preferable due to its absence of triboelectric noise and elimination of the requirement for cumbersome cable. However, the research on the tall buildings with relatively small vibration levels is insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we used the wireless MEMS sensor and iPad to compare and analyze the vibration measurements of three tall buildings and two towers.
