        텍스트 마이닝 분석을 통한 생태계서비스 수요-공급의 이슈 차이분석 - 시흥시 민원과 도시계획 자료를 활용하여 -

        The comparison of demand and supply is needed for efficient ecosystem services planning. However, the gap between them cannot be analyzed as existing studies mainly dealt with only the supply of ecosystem services. This study compares the demand and supply of ecosystem services in Shiheung using environmental complaints and urban planning by semantic network analysis. As a result, 'air' and 'water' quality are magnified in demand, 'energy' and 'water' are crucial in supply. This result presents that citizen ask for the improvement of air quality in regulation services, although local government has plans for energy support in provisioning services. Periodic ecosystem services demand and supply monitoring will be the base of effective ecosystem services planning, which reduce insufficiency and surplus.

        딥러닝 기반 등검은말벌 모니터링 시스템 개발

        4차 산업혁명 관련 기술들이 발전함에 따라, 농업 분야에도 이를 활용한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 특히, 이미지 활용 객체 인식 또는 분류에 인공지능 기술을 적용하여 농업 현장의 문제를 해결하고자 하고 있다. 최근 양봉산업에서 꿀벌 개체 수의 감소는 매우 중요한 문제 중 하나이다. 이에 대한 원인 중 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 말벌의 출현정보를 작업자에게 전달하기 위한 모니터링 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 대부분의 양봉장의 경우 전력공급에 제한이 있어, 저전력 기반의 태양광 충전시스템이 적용된 이미지 취득 시스템을 개발하였다. 아울러 개체 인식을 위해서 딥러닝(Yolo) 기술을 적용하여 꿀벌과 등검은말벌을 구분하여 인식할 수 있도록 하였다. 등검은말벌 인식을 위한 이미지 데이터 1,928개 중 1,350장(약 70%)는 기계학습에 사용하였으며, 나머지 578장(약 30%)로 검증을 하였다. 연구 결과 기계학습 프로세서는 약 98.2%의 정확도로 인식할 수 있었다. 추가로 현장에서 촬영된 추가 동영상 데이터를 활용하여 등검은말벌의 출현을 인지할 수 있었다. 등검은말벌 출현 알림 자동화 시스템을 통하여 말벌로부터 꿀벌의 개체수 감소를 억제할 것으로 판단되며, 향후 등검은말벌집 탐색을 위한 연구로 확대할 예정이다. As the 4th industrial revolution technologies develop, research conducted using these technologies is also increasing in several fields, including agriculture. In particular, these technologies solve problems in the agricultural sector by applying artificial intelligence technology to image-based object recognition or classification. The recent decline in the number of bees is one of the most important issues in the beekeeping industry. We intend to develop a monitoring system to inform the appearance of wasps, which is the most significant cause for the decline in the number of bees. Most apiaries have limited power supply, so we developed an image acquisition system with a low power-based solar charging system. In addition, we applied deep learning (Yolo) technology for individual recognition distinguishing the bees and Vespa velutina. We used 1,350 images (about 70%) of 1,928 image data to train the black wasp recognizing machine learning and verified the remaining 578 images (about 30%). At the end of the study, the machine learning processor was able to recognize black wasps with an accuracy of about 98.2%. In addition, we were able to recognize the appearance of the Vespa velutina by using additional video data recorded on site. It is judged that the decrease in the number of bees from wasps can be suppressed through the automated system of notifying the appearance of Vespa velutina. In the future, it is planned to expand the study to explore the nearby Vespa velutina nest.

        에이전시와 컨틴전시 -인과성 추론의 문제를 중심으로

        In this paper we discuss on the relative role of agency vs. contingency in social science accounts of causality. We first briefly review some cognitive vulnerability and errors about randomness phenomenon, and their evolutionary origin. We discuss how the basic human propensity to construct ``meaningful`` patterns out of partial clues lead us to make diverse errors in causality attribution. Errors related with ignorance of the size of sample, ``the survivorship bias`` in which we makes over-generalization from observing only the winners, and the fundamental time-asymmetry and the ``hindsight fallacy`` in which we neglect the ex ante alternatives will be introduced. We discuss how these fallacies are related with our understanding of the market, interpretation of historical events, and self-appreciation of individual identity. Lastly, following Rorty`s ironism, we briefly mention about the phiolosophical implication of the contigent aspect of man and history.

        평창 마하생태관광지의 주민 주도 운영 과정과 참여자의 태도에 관한 주관성 분석

        In analyzing the issues of ecotourism, collecting opinions of local residents and participants is an essential process because ecotourism needs to keep ecological sensitivity and respect local residents’ ecological lives. Thus, the objective of this study is to analyze the local participants’ attitude in resident-oriented ecotourism. Maha ecotourism site, as a study site, is located in Pyeongchang-gun, one of the twelve ecotourism sites designated by the Ministry of Environment. This site has drawn attention since the local government of Pyeongchang-gun transferred its management right on Maha ecotourism sit to the organization of local residents in 2013. This study uses Q methodology which is the most popular research method in analyzing people’s subjectivity, that is, viewpoint and attitude. This study have found that there are four features in the subjectivities of participants toward ecotourism site: first group is the people who want more autonomous management right of local residents on Maha ecotourism site. Second group is the people who only want to stand by the ecotourism management. Third group is the people who focus on the migration of talented persons into their neighborhood owing to the program. Lastly, fourth group is the people who focus on the quality of the ecotourism program. In case of the second group, though they have negative opinions of the program, they have much interest in successful cases in other countries managed similar programs with Maha ecotourism. It would be effective for the group to have opportunities to experience successful ecotourism cases in other countries. On top of it, having seminars regarding ecotourism or holding community councils frequently would be very helpful for encouraging the second group of people to join in the ecotourism program actively like other groups of people. Supplying more manpower and developing various programs are also necessary in order to support other three groups.

        유니버설 디자인 적용을 위한 주체별 자연휴양림 무장애성 분석

        웰빙, 로하스 등 복지에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 산림공간에도 복지시설에 대한 요청이 높아지고 있다. 이에 모든 사람이 이용하는데 불편과 장애가 없도록 하는 유니버설 디자인 개념을 산림복지공간에 적용하고자 하는 연구와 시도가 많이 나타나고 있다. 하지만 이들 연구들이 장애인만을 대상으로 하거나, 그것도 산림 전체적 공간에 대한 객관적 접근을 하지 못하였다는 한계점을 갖는다. 이에 본 연구는 대표적 산림복지공간인 자연휴양림에 대하여 유니버설 디자인의 주요 이용층인 일반인, 장애인을 중심으로, 필요에 따라 관리자까지 포함하여 공간이용에 대해 느끼는 무장애성을 비교분석하였다. 분석 결과, 전체적으로 유니버설 디자인에 대한 인식도 낮았고, 일반인은 산림복지공간을 장애인과 함께 이용하는데도 상당수 거부감을 가지고 있어서 유니버설 디자인에 대한 적극적 홍보와 교육이 필요하고 판단된다. 또한 이용주체별 무장애성에 대해 공간을 유형화한 결과, 장애인 이용도 어렵고 관리도 힘든 이동편리성 공간, 전체적으로 편리하게 느끼는 휴양편리성 공간, 장애인에게 불편한 서비스편리성 공간의 3개의 유형으로 나누어졌다. 세부공간에 대한 인식차이에서는 진입로, 주차장, 숙박시설에 대한 차이가 분명히 들어나 이들 공간에 대한 개선이 선행되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 해당 공간을 개선하여 유니버설 디자인의 개념에 맞게 모두가 함께 장애없이 사용할 수 있도록 산림복지공간을 조성해야 할 것으로 판단된다. As concerns toward welfare-related issues such as ‘well-being’ or ‘lohas’ are heightening, the need for introducing welfare facilities in forest areas are also increasing. In this context, there are increased attempts and researches to apply the ‘Universal Design’ concept which would cater to the diverse needs of those using such facilities in the forest area. However, previous studies have limitations in that they only focus on the disabled as the main user group, and in many cases fail to consider the forest area in a holistic manner. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the entire area of natural recreational forest by comparing the perceptions of the general public, people with disabilities, and the forest welfare facility managerial group regarding barrier-free elements. The results of the analysis showed that recognition of universal design remained low and the general public had negative opinions toward sharing the forest with people with disabilities. This result reveals that education and guides regarding universal design are desperately needed. Furthermore, another significant result of this study showed that the forest area could be differentiated into three different types of spaces. The first type is the area inconvenient for both people with disabilities and managers; second, the area convenient for all users and; third, areas which are inconvenient for people with disabilities only. Specifically, main access road, parking lot, and accommodation were elements that were perceived most differently depending on the user groups which suggests immediate improvements for these areas. Based on such findings, improved forest welfare is anticipated by further developing barrier-free elements and the use of universal design concepts for everyone.
