        알칼리 용해성 회합 증점제의 합성 및 유성학적 물성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 associative macromonomer로서 비이온성 vinyl surfactant ester(alkyloxy poly(ethyleneoxy)_n ethyl acrylate)[VSE]를 사용한 유화중합을 통하여 회합형 아크릴 증점제를 합성하고, 유성학적 물성을 고찰하였다. VSE의 소수성 말단기의 탄소수, ethoxylation 정도에 따라 회합형 증점제의 중점효과가 크게 영향을 받았다. VSE의 종류를 고정하고, 공단량체 조성을 달리하여 제조한 아크릴 회합형 증점제의 수용액 점도 변화를 고찰한 결과, VSE의 양이 늘어날수록 증점효과가 증가하였다. 이것은 VSE의 소수성 말단기의 상호작용에 의한 회합 증점 메카니즘에 의해 증점효과가 향상되었기 때문이다. 또한 사슬전이제에 의한 분자량이 감소할수록 hydrodynamic volume이 작아져 증점효과가 감소하였다. Associative acrylic thickeners were prepared by emulsion copolymerization using nonionic vinyl surfactant esters as an associative macromonomer and their rheological properties were investigated. The thickening efficiency was shown to depend on the chain length of terminal hydrophobe and degree of ethoxylation of VSE. For a given VSE, increasing the content of VSE enhanced the efficiency of the resulting polymers as a thickener. It was attributed to the intermolecular association of terminal hydrophobes of assoaative thickener in aqueous solution. The chain transfer agent caused to reduce the molecular weight of associative thickener, resulted in decrease of thickening efficiency.

        자가 보고형 질문지 측정 속성에 대한 평가

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate measurement properties of self-report questionnaires for studies published in Korean nursing journals. Methods: Of 424 Korean nursing articles initially identified, 168 articles met the inclusion criteria. The methodological quality of the measurements used in the studies and interpretability were assessed using the COnsensus-based Standards for the selection of health Measurement INstruments (COSMIN) checklist. It consists of items on internal consistency, reliability, measurement error, content validity, construct validity including structural validity, hypothesis testing, cross-cultural validity, and criterion validity, and responsiveness. For each item of the COSMIN checklist, measurement properties are rated on a four-point scale: excellent, good, fair, and poor. Each measurement property is scored with worst score counts. Results: All articles used the classical test theory for measurement properties. Internal consistency (72.6%), construct validity (56.5%), and content validity (38.2%) were most frequently reported properties being rated as ‘excellent’by COSMIN checklist, whereas other measurement properties were rarely reported. Conclusion: A systematic review of measurement properties including interpretability of most instruments warrants further research and nursing-focused checklists assessing measurement properties should be developed to facilitate intervention outcomes across Korean studies.

        에이즈 예방교육이 서울ㆍ경기지역 남자 고등학생의 에이즈 관련 지식과 태도에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an education program for AIDS prevention on knowledge about AIDS and attitudes towards AIDS/people with AIDS among male-high school students. Methods: A research design used in this study was a randomized and non-synchronized control group pre-and-post test. The participants were 560 male students from five high schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. In each school two classes were randomly assigned to each the experimental or control group. The contents of the education program for AIDS prevention consisted of six parts with a total of 50 minutes. The data were analyzed using t-test and chi-square test with SPSS WIN program version 13.0. Results: There were significant differences in knowledge and attitudes between experimental and control groups. The experimental group showed higher scores in knowledge and more positive attitudes than the control group. Conclusion: The education program was effective in increasing positive attitudes towards AIDS/people with AIDS among male high school students. Further application of the program with female students is needed before the results of the study can be generalized.

        고등학생 흡연과 스트레스 및 사회적 지지와의 관련성

        Objectives : The purpose of the present study was to explore a possible interaction effect of stress and social support on the smoking status and identify smoking related factors of high school students, Methods : A cross-sectional design was used for this study. A total of 1,251 high school students from Gyeonggi-do were selected using stratified-proportional random cluster sampling methods, The participants completed a set of questionnaires to measure their smoking status, stress, social support and sociodemographic information, The obtained data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, $x^2$-tests and hierarchical logistic regressions. Results : The interaction effect of stress and social support on smoking status was not supported. However, stress, sex, types of school, parent's smoking and friends' smoking were significantly predicted the smoking status of the high school students. Conclusions : In relation to the prevention of adolescents' smoking, it is recommended to decrease the stress levels of students, to make adolescents' parents cease smoking, and to educate adolescents on how to refuse the temptation to smoke or pressure from their smoking friend.

        귀금속?,보석디자인관련학과의 전공교육과정 편성 현황 분석 -국내 4년제 대학을 중심으로-

        본 연구의 목적은 귀금속·보석관련학과의 전공교육과정 편성에 대한 현황을 분석하고, 이를 기초로 하여 귀금속·보석관련학과 전공교육과정의 개선방안을 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 국내 10개 대학을 선정하여, 귀금속·보석관련학과 교육과정 편성의 구조, 전공교육과정의 체계성, 전공교육과정의 스코프 및 계열성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음으로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 교육과정 편성의 구조에 있어서 연구대상 학과들의 졸업 이수학점 수는 120학점에서 140학점의 분포로 나타났으며, 교양, 전공, 자유선택의 과정별 이수학점 수와 과목 편성에 있어서 학과들 간의 차이가 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 전공교육과정 편성의 체계성에 있어서 기초능력 측면의 교육목표는 거의 모든 대학들에서 언급하고 있는반면, 관련된 전공과목의 편성은 매우 적은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전공교육과정의 스코프에 있어서 전공분야 특수 영역과목이 가장 높으며, 다음 전공분야 기초 학문 과목, 전공분야 지적 기술 과목, 종합적 문제해결 과목의 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전공교육과정의 계열성에 있어서 적용 과목, 기초 개론 과목, 이론 과목, 임상 및 현장실습 과목, 종합 과목 순으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에 기초하여, 귀금속·보석관련 학과의 전공교육과정 개선을 위한 제언점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학과 교육목표는 학과의 졸업시 학습성과에 비추어 관련성을 높이도록 보완할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 전공교육과정의 편성은 학과 교육목표에 부합하도록 명확하게 명시하여 편성할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 종합적 문제해결 과목의 비중을 강화할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 스코프에 있어 임상 및 현장실습 과목의 비중을 강화할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this research is to suggest the improvement plan for the major curriculum of Precious Metals and Jewelry Design on the basis of analyzing the state of the curriculum of Precious Metals and Jewelry Design. By selecting 10 universities in the country, the structure, system, scope, and the sequence of the curriculum have been analyzed. The analytical results are as in the following. Firstly, the average credits for graduation of departments researched are ranged from 120 to 140 points, and the number of credits and the state of curriculum in cultural, major, and elective subjects are making some differences among departments. Secondly, even though almost all universities are setting up the educational goals for the improvement of basic ability in the points of systemicity of major curriculum, the related major subjects are very few. Thirdly, in the points of scope of major curriculum, the subjects of specific area have relatively been highest, followed by the studies of major content, subjects of major skills, and comprehensive problem solving. Fourthly, for the sequence of major curriculum, application courses are highest, followed by introduction/foundation courses, theory courses, co-op programs, and synthesis courses respectively. Hence, relying on the acquired results of this study, the following points are suggested to improve the major curriculum of Precious metals and Jewelry Design. Foremost, the goal of the curriculum must be complemented by the reflection of the learning outcomes at the time graduation. Secondly, the program of major curriculum must be set up to align to the educational goal of each department. Thirdly, the importance of comprehensive problem solving should be enhanced. And lastly, the importance of co-op subjects should be also stressed in the points of scope of the curriculum.

        For test-retest reliability, it is important to consider whether the attributes of the construct being measured is temporally stable or not. For responsiveness, it needs a longitudinal study design including a treatment/intervention known to induce a change on the construct to be measured.
