        10주간의 복합운동프로그램 참여가 산후비만여성들의 대사증후군 관련인자 및 아디포사이토카인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze how the ten-week complex exercise program for obese postpartum women affects their metabolic syndrome related risk factors (HDL-C, TG, Glucose, blood pressure, and waist circumference) and adipocytokines (Leptin and Adiponectin). The study subjects were 14 women who passed less than 40 months after their child birth, among whom seven were assigned to complex exercise group and seven to control group. The complex exercise program consists of rhythm dance aerobic exercise and resistance exercise. It has been performed twice a week for 10 weeks, and 80 minutes for each session. For data analysis, Mann Whitney U-test, Wilcoxon test, Spearman correlation analysis were conducted. As a result, the groups had no difference in all of the metabolic syndrome related risk factors before and after the program. Regarding intra-group difference, the complex exercise group significantly increased HDL-C, and significantly decreased TG, Glucose, and waist circumference, and the control group signfiicantly increased TG and Glucose. According to the analysis on adipocytokines, in terms of intra-group difference, the complex exercise group significantly increased Adiponectin after exercise. With regard to the correlations between metabolic syndrome related risk factors and adipocytokines, HDL-C and Glucose had a correlation with Adiponectin. 본 연구는 10주간의 복합운동프로그램 참여가 산후비만여성들의 대사증후군관련인자(HDL-C, TG, Glucose, 혈압, 허리둘레) 및 아디포사이토카인(Leptin, Adiponectin)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 연구대상자는 출산 후 40개월 이내 여성 총 14명으로 복합운동군 7명, 통제군 7명으로 배정하였다. 복합운동 프로그램은 리듬운동을 적용한 유산소운동과 근력운동을 실시하였으며 주 2회, 80분간, 10주간 실시하였다. 자료처리를 위해 Mann Whitney U-test, Wilcoxon test, Spearman 상관분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 대사증후군 관련인자에서 운동 실시 전, 후모든 항목에서 그룹 간 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그룹 내 차이에서는 복합운동군에서 HDL-C 유의한 증가를 보였으며 TG, Glucose, 허리둘레에서는 유의한 감소를 나타냈고 통제군에서는 TG, Glucose에서 유의한 증가를 나타냈다. 아디포사이토카인의 결과를 보면, 그룹 내 차이에서만 복합운동군이 Adiponectin에서 운동 후 유의한 증가를 나타나냈다. 대사증후군 관련인자와 아디포사이토카인과의 상관을 보면 HDL-C, Glucose가 Adiponectin과 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        저항성 운동이 제 2형 당뇨병 환자의 혈당조절에 미치는 영향

        Diabetes is a metabolic disease in which chronic high blood sugar persists due to insulin secretion and dysfunction. The number of type 2 diabetes patients(T2D) is gradually increasing incidence and prevalence. In addition, T2D is a risk factor for progression and prog- nosis high blood pressure, dyslipidemia, and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity is an effective lifestyle method to prevent and treat T2D, and various types of exercise (endurance, resistance, complex (endurance + resistance) has been reported to ameliorate hyper- glycemia by reducing weight, insulin resistance, and increasing insulin sensitivity. Recently, resistance exercise has been known to regu- late hyperglycemia by improving the metabolic function of T2D, but the mechanism underlying the resistance exercise-induced control hyperglycemia remain unclear. This review focus on the overall effect of resistance exercise and the potential mechanism for the treat- ment and prevention of T2D via skeletal muscle shift, lipid metabolism, and mitochondria.

        다차원 스포츠 리더십 척도의 타당도 검증

        The purpose of this study is to investigate item goodness-of-fit Sport Leadership Scale (LSS). Rasch rating scale model was applied to 40 items for 5 sub-factors of the Sport Leadership Scale in a sample of players (N=882). The data were verified by confirmatory factor anal- ysis and Rasch rating scale modeling. The results of this study were as follows: First, as a result of verifying the response categories and suitability of the multidimensional sports leadership scale components, the 3-point Likert scale was found to be appropriate for the re- sponse categories of the multidimensional sports leadership scale. and e.g. Of the 40 items of the scale presented by Chelladurai (1990), 32 items, excluding 8 items, appeared as components of the multidimensional sports leadership scale. Second, in the concept and factor structure of the multidimensional sports leadership scale, `training and support', `democratic behavior', `authoritative behavior', `social support', and `positive reward' appeared as 5 factors, and the factor structure was The factor structure of 32 items was found to be the most ideal.

        4차 산업혁명 시대의 중소기업 규제개혁: IoT, Cloud, Big Data을 중심으로

        As the growth of the new industry related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution accelerates, the deregulation of SMEs is becoming critical. Therefore, the Korean government proposed a transition to 'comprehensive negative regulation' to develop and nurture future new products and technologies. Comprehensive negative regulation is attempting to generate the effect of regulatory reform by introducing 'legislative flexibility' and 'regulatory sandbox system'. In this regard, this study focused on regulatory policy of SMEs and related regulatory issues, especially in the field of Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud, and Big data related to the 4th Industrial Revolution. First, we review the theoretical background of the 4th Industrial Revolution and SME Regulation Policy, and analyze the current state of the three sectors and the contents of appropriate regulatory reform. This study emphasizes that the structure of SME regulatory reform should be carried out in consideration of 'regulatory benefit' and 'regulatory cost'. In addition, we examined regulatory reform issues in relevant fields from the theoretical viewpoint on the appropriate regulatory reform section. Finally, in the conclusion section, this study suggested the establishment of regulatory reform ecosystem and its implications for the government's success in regulatory reform of SMEs. 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 신산업 분야의 성장이 가속화됨에 따라, 이에 따른 중소기업의 규제 완화가 긴요해지고 있다. 한국 정부는 미래 신제품·신기술 개발과 육성을 위해 ‘포괄적 네거티브 규제’로의 전환을 천명하였다. 포괄적 네거티브 규제는 ‘입법방식 유연화’와 ‘규제샌드박스 제도’를 도입하여 규제개혁의 성과 창출을 꾀하고 있다. 특허청은 4차 산업혁명과 밀접한 7개 분야의 기술특허 분류체계를 새롭게 정립하여, 국제적으로 통용될 수 있는 ‘규제의 표준화’를 추진하고, 이를 통해 신속한 지적재산권 확보 등을 지원하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ‘사물인터넷, 클라우드, 빅데이터’ 분야를 중심으로 중소기업의 규제 정책과 관련 규제 이슈에 초점을 두었다. 먼저, 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명과 중소기업 규제정책에 대한 이론적 배경을 살펴보고, 3개 분야의 관련 현황 및 적정 규제개혁에 대한 내용을 분석하였다. 요약하면, 중소기업 규제개혁의 기본적인 구조는 ‘규제편익’과 ‘규제비용’을 고려하여 수행되어야 한다. 또한, 적정한 규제개혁구간에 대한 이론적인 관점에서 해당 분야의 규제개혁 이슈도 연계하여 고찰하였다. 끝으로 결론 부문에서는 정부의 중소기업 규제개혁 성공을 위한 규제개혁 생태계의 구축과 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

        문항반응이론을 적용한 골프운동중독 척도의 문항적합성

        The purpose of this study was to investigate item goodness-of-fit of Golf Exercise Addiction Scale, Rasch rating scale model was applied to 5 dimensions 18 items of the Golf Exercise Addiction Scale(Ji, 2013). A survey was conducted on 300 people who participated in golf practice room in April till July 2014. WlNSTEPS 3.65 program is used to test the goodness-of-fit of items. The results of this study were: First, 3-point rating scale was appropriate for the Golf Exercise Addiction Scale. Second, 18 items of the Golf Exercise Addiction Scale were suitable in item fitness and item difficulty to subjects. Third, Golf Exercise Addiction Scale was suitable in item reliability of person separation but person reliability of item separation was not. Fourth, the person attribute score of the Golf Exercise Addiction Scalc was not distributed appropriately, also the difficulty level was not distributed suitably.

        항만배후단지의 투자유치전략에 관한 연구

        Recognizing that hinterland is a key source of economic revitalization, the leading ports in the world have put in a great deal of effort to create significant added value through exploiting their hinterlands and attracting inward foreign direct investment (IFDI). This study analyzed the extent to which the respective hinterland support facilities involve ‘investment desirability’ and ‘investment possibility’, and evaluated the priority order in the development through conjoint analysis. The three facilities supporting business and life, and conveniences that have the potential to form in the second-class port hinterland were selected in our empirical model. To examine the details, we further subdivided business-supporting facilities into general administrative facility, educational research facility and accommodation facility, life-support facilities into community facility, sales facility, welfare facility, and convenient facilities into recreational facility, fitness facility, cultural facility, tourist information facility. Results showed that there was a correlation between the necessity and the possibility of attracting IFDI. Among the facilities, convenient facilities had the highest level of preference, while accommodation facility, community facility and tourist information facility were superior to the others.

        12주 복합훈련 프로그램이 단거리 여자선수의 무산소성 파워와 혈중 피로물질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to assess the effects 12 weeks complex training on anaerobic power and blood fatigue material in women sprinter. Fourteen sprinters participated in this study and divided into interval+body pumping training group(n=7) and interval+weight training group(n=7). The complex training was conducted 3 times a week through 12 weeks. As supramaximal exercise test using bicycle ergometer, it is forced to completed when the subjects become state of 30 seconds. Measuring the fatigue materials were CPK, LDH, ammonia and lactate were analyzed when the blood were drawn at rest, all-out, after each of 5, 10 minutes recovery. Anaerobic power and fatigue material were analyzed before and after complex training. Anaerobic power test showed body pumping training group(peak power, mean power) significantly increased than weight training group. The interaction effect between groups and time showed significant difference in peak power, mean power and lactate. It is suggested that when we consider body pumping training programs for sprinter, there should be enough exercise dose for complex training.
