        여수광양항의 물동량 예측과 대응에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 항만운영의 주요 이슈를 반영하여 여수광양항의 물동량을 예측하였다. 연 구목적은 여수광양항의 물동량을 예측하여 향후 경영전략을 수립하는데 근거 자료를 제시하 는 데 있다. 여수광양항의 수출입 화물 처리현황을 분석하고 잠재적인 북극항로의 수요를 파악하기 위하여 기종점 분석을 실시하였고, 선행문헌을 참고하여 변수를 설정하고 인과지 도를 구성하여 시뮬레이션을 통하여 물동량을 예측하였다. 분석결과 여수광양항의 물동량 예측과 대응방안을 다음과 같이 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 중 장기적인 관점에서 여수광양항의 물동량은 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 둘째, 대형 화주들이 입주한 특성을 감안하여 화주와 선사의 요구사항을 적절히 반영해야 한다. 셋째, 여수광양항의 특색에 맞는 운영전략이 필요하다. 넷째, 중국 지역에 대한 고도화된 마케팅 전략이 요구된다. 다섯째, 북극항로 개발 이슈에 대한 적극적 대응이 필요하다. Purpose : The purpose of this paper is to present the results of cargo volume prediction to help in establishing the future business strategies for Yeosu Gwangyang port. Research design, data, methodology : In line with this purpose, O/D analysis was undertaken examining the port’s import and export cargo and the potential needs of the Northern Sea Route. A causal loop was made and the variables were set using the System Dynamics method. Data analysis simulation and scenario prediction were also deployed. Results and Conclusions : The research findings can be summarized as follows. Firstly, Yeosu Gwangyang port’s volume is expected to continue to increase. Secondly, Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority needs to work with their customers who are both shippers and shipping companies. Thirdly, the operational strategies selected should fit with the port’s traffic characteristics. Fourthly, sophisticated marketing strategies are required to access the Chinese market. Lastly, Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority needs to pro-actively provide a Northern Sea Route service.

      • 심인성 소양증환자와 만성 담마진환자의 스트레스지각과 통제소재 및 우울증상과의 관계

        For investigating a disease specific psychological mechanism in various dermatological disorders, we tried to explore the difference in correlation among stress perception, locus of control as a coping strategy, depressive symptoms and pruritic symptoms in the patients with psychological pruritis and chronic urticaria. The subjects were composed of 32 patients with psychol-ogical pruritis and 67 patients with chronic urticaria(subject group), and 25 patients with organic pruritis and 59 patient with major depression(control group). Global assesment of recent stress scale(GARS), I-E locus of control scale, Beck Depression Inventory(BDI) and medical college of wisconsin center pain follow up questionnaire were used for assesement. The results were as follows: 1) There were a significant positive correlation between stress perception and depressive symptom in patients with psychological pruritis, chronic urticaria, and major depression but not hi organic pruritis. 2) In relationship between locus of control and depressive symptom, patients with psychological pruritis, organic pruritis, and major depression except chronic ruticaria showed a significant negative correlation. 3) For intensity and pattern of pruritis, there were positive relations with depressive symptom and stress perception only in patients with chronic urticaria. Above results indicate that stress perception and locus of contorl may play a significant role in the formation of psychological and dermatological symptoms in psychological pruitis and chronic urticaria. But the mechanisms of these processes are different in either disorder.

        핵연료봉 프레팅마멸에서 마멸깊이와 접촉하중 감소사이의 관계

        Sliding wear tests have been performed to evaluate the effect of normal load decrease on the wear depth of nuclear fuel rods in room temperature air. The objectives of this study are to quantitatively evaluate the supporting ability of spacer grid springs, to estimate the wear depth by using the contacting force decrease and to compare the wear behavior with increasing test cycles (up to 10?) at each spring condition. The result showed that the contacting load decrease depends on the spring shape and the applied slip amplitude. The estimated wear depth is smaller when compared with measured wear depth. Based on the test results, the wear mechanism, the role of wear debris layer and the spring shape effect were discussed.

        대기압 플라즈마를 이용해 공기정화 System을 설계 및 제작 하였다. 본 연구에서는 평판형의 대기압플라즈마 발생장치를 만들어 공기가 통과하도록 설계하였으며, 공기가 플라즈마와 넓은 면적에서 반응할수 있도록 플라즈마가 발생하는 부분을 multi hole로 제작하였다. 공기는 플라즈마가 발생되는 hole을 통과하면서 반응이 일어나며 이를 알아보기 위하여 OES 측정을 하였다. 또한, MgO가 대기압 플라즈마발생에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 Panel에 MgO를 도포한 것과 도포하지 않은 것 2가지 경우의 Panel을 제작하여 OES로 측정 및 분석 하였다.

        PGSFR 초기노심에 적용할 U-Zr 핵연료집합체 제조장치에 대한 설계요건과 이를 바탕으로 개념설계를 수행하였다. 핵연료집합체 제조장치는 크게 조립장치와 검사장치로 구분하였으며, 조립장치는 연료봉 번들 조립 및 집합체 조립, 용접장치로 분류하였고 검사장치는 핵연료집합체 고정장치 및 치수 검사장치로 분류하여 설계하였다. 현재까지 수행된 핵연료집합체 설계에서 각 부품간 공차가 매우 작아 이를 극복하기 위한 장치의 구성은 향후 상세설계단계에서 수행되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 또한 본 장치가 설치될 시설과의 호환성을 고려하여 기계적 조립 및 동력 등 상세한 항목에 대한 설계요건이 추가되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. In this study, design criteria of fuel assembly manufacturing system for sodium-cooled fast reactor is reviewed focusing on the optimized manufacturing procedure, handling of hexagonal duct, maintaining rod bundle shapes, tight tolerance of each assembling part, application of welding method, etc. A time-consuming procedure was assembling of rod bundle because each fuel rod should be stacked one by one due to its outer wire spacer.       • 무전해 Ni-P 도금막의 형성과 Turn over에 따른 막의 특성비교

        Electroless Nickel(EN) plating method among the surface modification techniques is today one of the most fastly growing sectors in the material surface finishing industry. EN plating, in general, provides high precision functional coatings for industrial applications requiring; corrosion protection, high hardness, uniform thickness, less porosity, increased lubricity and wear resistance, etc. During EN plating, however, by-products of the chemical reaction, including orthophosphite, sodium sulfate, and ammonia, build up and decrease bath performance. As the concentrations of by-products increase, the nickel deposition rate decreases. In addition, the nickel plating becomes more porous and intrinsic-stressed, and its appearance becomes less lustrous. Physical properties such as magnetics and solderability may also be adversely affected. With the increase of metal turn over, the deposition rate, hardness and bath performance in the electro less plating are decreased, however, the corrosion behaviors of the electroless plated Ni-P films showed nearly low corrosion tendency. And the film morphology became from columnar to granular structure and the surface grain size decrease with the increase of metal turn over. On the other hand, the phosphorous content of electroless plated Ni-P films becomes increase, and the films tend to show more porous. Eventually, the properties comparison of the electroless plated Ni-P films can be explained by analyzing the content ratio of nickel and phosphorous, the grain size of surface, the morphology of cross section in the plated film in relation with metal turn over.

        싸이클로포린에 의한 흰쥐 신손상에서 아포토시스의 역할

        N/A Objectives: Apoptosis is a physiologic or programmed cell death in contrast with necrotic cell death. Recently it has been known that apoptosis are concerned in the effects of chemotherapeutic agents or radiation therapy on tumor cells. Cyclosporine a(CsA), a potent immunosuppressant, has been effectively used in organ transplantaion, but it also has a significant toxicity in the kidneys. However the exact mechanism of CsA nephrotoxicity has not been ellucidated yet. This study was performed to investigate whether apoptosis particiates in CsA nephrotoxicity or not. Methods: Twenty seven Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 5 groups. 1) Vehicle group(n=7) as a control: Cremopbor 50mg/kg/day/subcutaneously (sc) for 7 days, 2) CsA4 groupin=5): CsA 50mg/kg/ day/sc for 4 days, 3) CsA7 group(n=5): CsA 50mg/ kg/day/sc for 7 days, 4) R4 group(n=5): 4 days after CsA 50mg/kg/day/se for 7 days, and 5) R8 group (n=5): 8 days after CsA 50mg/kg/day/sc for 6 days, Biochemical parameters including blood pressure were measured in each group and the cell count of apoptosis in rat kidney was evaluated by in situ end labelling(ISEL) method. Results: 1) The increase of serum creatinine, blood pressure and decrease of creatinine clearance appeared in CsA4 and CsA7 groups. 2) The ce11 counts of apoptosis on tubular cells in CsA4 and CsA7 groups were significantly increased more than in control group(79.0±16.9, 98.4±11.4 vs 35.4±8.8, p<0.05), and the cell counts of apoptosis on tubular cells in R4 and R8 groups were not significantly different from that in control group(53.8±12.5, 65.2±7.1 vs 35.4±8.8, p>0.05), 3) The cell count of apoptosis on the interstitium in each group was not significantly different from that in control group(p>0.05). 4) The cell count of apaptosis on tubular cells was increased more than that on the interstitium in all groups. 5) The cell count of apoptosis on cortex only in CsA7 group was significantly increased more than that io control group(57.8±11.5 vs 21.8±2.6, p<0.05), 6) The cell count of apoptosis on medulla only in CsA4 group was significantly increased more than that in control group(636. ±17.9 vs 22.6±9.7, p<0.05). 7) Total cell counts of apoptosis only in CsA4 and CsA7 groups were significantly increased more than in contral group(96.0±21.1, 99.8±11.8 vs 46.6±11.4, p<0.05). Conclusion: CsA caused apoptosis mainly on tubular cells rather than the interstitial cells and apoptotic cells in CsA nephrotoxicity were not in- creased during the recovery phase. With the results apoptosis may play an important role in CsA nephrotoxicity.
