This experiment was conducted to investigate the variation of nitrogen use efficiency, nitrogen uptake efficiency, physiological utilization efficiency and their relationships with growth characteristics in the 28 Korean rice cultivars. Nitrogen use efficiency of 28 rice cultivars was 47.74, nitrogen uptake efficiency was 0.71, and physiological utilization efficiency was 68.76 in average. Nitrogen use efficiency of rice cultivars had low variation ranged from 44.09 to 51.91, but nitrogen uptake efficiency were relatively high variation from 0.51 to 0.90, and physiological utilization efficiency was from 51.71 to 94.26. The high efficient group in nitrogen uptake efficiency whose value was calculated above 0.80 included Daeanbyeo, Seojinbyeo, Ansungbyeo, Dongjinbyeo, and Hwaanbyeo, while the low efficient group with below 0.60 was Kwanganbyeo, Sampyongbyeo, Soorabyeo, and Hwasungbyeo. Hwasungbyeo, Sampyeongbyeo, Soorabyeo for physiological utilization efficiency were more efficient cultivars, while Daeanbyeo, Seojinbyeo, Ansungbyeo were less efficient cultivars. Nitrogen uptake efficiency had positive correlation coefficients between dry matter weight of plant (0.842**), leaf area index (0.761**), and leaf nitrogen content (0.599**), respectively. Therefore, the dry matter weight of rice plant and leaf area index was important characters to evaluate nitrogen uptake efficiency in rice cultivars. Also, more efficient cultivar in nitrogen uptake had higher chlorophyll meter value, which was appeared dark green color.

Objectives The aim of this case report is to suggest the effects of Bee-venom pharmacopuncture, acupoint of Pyung-Hyung acupuncture and MET treatment on improving the cervical pain and ROM restriction, Satisfaction of treatment in a 60-year-old male patient after whiplash injury. Methods Patient was treated with Complex Traditional Korean Medical Care of bee venom pharmacopuncture, Kyung-Tong(頸痛) acupoint of Pyung-Hyung Acupuncture(平衡鍼法) and MET treatment. Parmacopuncture was performed on pain site. MET treatment was performed on upper trapezius muscle, levator scapulae and sternocleidomastoid muscle. Patient’s symptom was evaluated by Range of motion(ROM), NRS(Numeric Rating Scale), Neck Disability Index(NDI) to check improvement in cervicalgia. Patient’s satisfaction was measured by five-point Likert scale. The treatment was executed once per everyday between March 7-13, 2022. Results After seven session of bee-venom pharmacopuncture, Pyung-Hyung acupuncture and MET method, patient’s ROM, NRS , NDI were improved. Conclusions The results show that Integrative Korean Medicine of pharmacopuncture, Pyung-Hyung Acupuncture and MET treatment can be an effective way to relieve cervicalgia with whiplash injury,
16M-Color LTPS TFT-LCD 디스플레이 응용을 위한 1:12 MUX 기반의 1280-RGB x 800-Dot 드라이버

본 논문에서는 ultra mobile PC (UMPC) 및 휴대용 기기 시스템 같이 고속으로 동작하며 고해상도, 저전력 및 소면적을 동시에 요구하는 16M-color low temperature poly silicon (LTPS) thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) 응용을 위한 1:12 MUX 기반의 1,280-RGB x 800-dot 70.78㎽ 0.13㎛ CMOS LCD driver IC (LDI) 를 제안한다. 제안하는 LDI는 저항 열 구조를 사용하여 고해상도에서 전력 소모 및 면적을 최적화하였으며 column driver는 LDI 전체 면적을 최소화하기 위해 하나의 column driver가 12개의 채널을 구동하는 1:12 MUX 구조로 설계하였다. 또한, 신호전압이 rail-to-rail로 동작하는 조건에서 높은 전압 이득과 낮은 소비전력을 얻기 위해 class-AB 증폭기 구조를 사용하였으며, 고화질을 구현하기 위해 오프셋과 출력편차의 영향을 최소화하였다. 한편, 최소한의 MOS 트랜지스터 소자로 구현된 온도 및 전원전압에 독립적인 기준 전류 발생기를 제안하였으며, 저전력 설계를 위하여 차세대 시제품 칩의 source driver에 적용 가능한 새로운 구조의 slew enhancement기법을 추가적으로 제안하였다. 제안하는 시제품 LDI는 0.13㎛ CMOS 공정으로 제작되었으며, 측정된 source driver 출력 정착 시간은 high에서 low 및 low에서 high 각각 1.016㎲, 1.072㎲의 수준을 보이며, source driver 출력 전압 편차는 최대 11㎷를 보인다. 시제품 LDI의 칩 면적은 12,203㎛ x 1,500㎛이며 전력 소모는 1.5V/5.5V 전원 전압에서 70.78㎽이다. This work proposes a 1,280-RGB x 800-dot 70.78㎽ 0.13㎛ CMOS LCD driver IC (LDI) for high-performance 16M-color low temperature poly silicon (LTPS) thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) systems such as ultra mobile PC (UMPC) and mobile applications simultaneously requiring high resolution, low power, and small size at high speed. The proposed LDI optimizes power consumption and chip area at high resolution based on a resistor-string based architecture. The single column driver employing a 1:12 MUX architecture drives 12 channels simultaneously to minimize chip area. The implemented class-AB amplifier achieves a rail-to-rail operation with high gain and low power while minimizing the effect of offset and output deviations for high definition. The supply- and temperature-insensitive current reference is implemented on chip with a small number of MOS transistors. A slew enhancement technique applicable to next-generation source drivers, not implemented on this prototype chip, is proposed to reduce power consumption further. The prototype LDI implemented in a 0.13㎛ CMOS technology demonstrates a measured settling time of source driver amplifiers within 1.016㎲ and 1.072㎲ during high-to-low and low-to-high transitions, respectively. The output voltage of source drivers shows a maximum deviation of 11㎷. The LDI with an active die area of 12,203㎛ x 1,500㎛ consumes 70.78㎽ at 1.5V/5.5V.

The endodermal sinus tumor (EST) is the second most common form of malignant germ cell tumor of the ovary. It accounts for 22% of germ cell lesions and the median age of the patients is 19 years. Three fourths of the patients are initially seen with a combination of abdominal pain and abdominal or pelvic mass. Acute pain is caused by torsion of the tumor and the symptoms are acute and may lead to the diagnosis of acute appendicitis or a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. The tumor is usually large with most tumors measuring between 10 and 30 ㎝ diameter. These neoplasms are highly malignant.^1 In the past, these tumors were once almost uniformly fetal within 2 years of diagnosis, but recent advances in treating the EST of the ovary with the combination chemotherapy result in improvement of the prognosis. Management of younger patients with early stage ovarian EST who desire to preserve fertility can be a challenging problem, and treatment strategies which can save ovarian function must be considered. We have experienced three cases of endodermal sinus tumor in three women (Ic, 18 years; Ⅱc, 20 years; Ic and right proximal femur metastasis, 21 years) and report them with eager review of literatures.
골다공증 한약제제 임상시험 참여자의 골다공증 한의치료에 대한 인식 : 질적 연구

Objective: This research aimed to understand patients' perceptions of Korean medicine treatment for osteoporosis in a clinical trial setting. Methods: Ten patients participating in a clinical trial of a herbal medicine drug for osteoporosis were invited to an interview. Data were collected by in-depth interviews and patient observations. This qualitative study adopted the case study research method, and within-case and cross-case analyses were conducted. Results: A model of the patients' osteoporosis management planning was derived from the study. The results showed that the patients' perceptions of osteoporosis were derived from their knowledge and experience during diagnosis and treatment of the condition. Two groups of patients were recognized: those who overlooked the importance of osteoporosis and those who recognized the importance of osteoporosis. Before making treatment decisions about osteoporosis, the patients evaluated the treatment options and weighed the advantages and disadvantages of each option. When evaluating their treatment, the patients combined their knowledge and experience of Korean and western medicine treatments. Their experience of participating in the clinical trial influenced the management planning of osteoporosis. Two major reasons for low compliance with osteoporosis treatment were ignorance of the disease and insufficient information provided by doctors. Conclusion: The results of this qualitative study pointed to four strategies that could be employed to improve accessibility to Korean medicine treatment for osteoporosis: the dissemination of comprehensive information on osteoporosis in the clinic and mass media, promotion of Korean medicine therapies for osteoporosis, management of clinical trial participants, and insurance coverage for Korean medicine.
