관절가동범위 제한과 통증을 호소하는 Whiplash Injury 환자에 대한 봉독약침요법과 MET 및 평형침법 복합치료 치험 1례

Objectives The aim of this case report is to suggest the effects of Bee-venom pharmacopuncture, acupoint of Pyung-Hyung acupuncture and MET treatment on improving the cervical pain and ROM restriction, Satisfaction of treatment in a 60-year-old male patient after whiplash injury. Methods Patient was treated with Complex Traditional Korean Medical Care of bee venom pharmacopuncture, Kyung-Tong(頸痛) acupoint of Pyung-Hyung Acupuncture(平衡鍼法) and MET treatment. Parmacopuncture was performed on pain site. MET treatment was performed on upper trapezius muscle, levator scapulae and sternocleidomastoid muscle. Patient’s symptom was evaluated by Range of motion(ROM), NRS(Numeric Rating Scale), Neck Disability Index(NDI) to check improvement in cervicalgia. Patient’s satisfaction was measured by five-point Likert scale. The treatment was executed once per everyday between March 7-13, 2022. Results After seven session of bee-venom pharmacopuncture, Pyung-Hyung acupuncture and MET method, patient’s ROM, NRS , NDI were improved. Conclusions The results show that Integrative Korean Medicine of pharmacopuncture, Pyung-Hyung Acupuncture and MET treatment can be an effective way to relieve cervicalgia with whiplash injury,

요추 전만이 소실된 요추 추간판 탈출증 환자에 대한 봉독 약침 및 화침치료 등의 한방복합치료 치험 1례

Objectives The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy of fire needling on herniated intervertebral disc (HIVD) patient with loss of lumbar lordosis. Methods Patients was treated with bee venom pharmacopuncture on affected lumbar site and fire needling on 陰陵泉 (SP9), 五樞(GB27). Patient's acute lumbar pain was assessed by Short Form McGill Pain Questionnair (SF-MPQ) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), restriction of activities of daily living by Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) and knee pain was assessed by measuring pressure pain using algometer and VAS scale. Sagittal imbalance was assessed by imaging findings and value of Pelvic Incidence minus Lumbar Lordosis (PI-LL). The treatment was executed once everyday from June, 27th to July, 2nd. Patient was observed from June, 26th to June, 4th. Results During the 6 sessions of bee vemon pharmacopuncture and fire needling, PI-LL value and pressure pain was improved considerably and VAS, SF-MPQ and ODI score was decreased through treatment period. Conclusions Bee vemon pharmacopuncture and fire needling might be efficient to loss of lumbar lordosis of patient. It can be used for treatment for severe Low back pain caused by HIVD.

본 연구는 중소벤처기업의 조직구성원들이 인식하고 있는 조직 내 다양한 혁신활동 유형이 핵심성과에 대한 영향요인을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 관계모형을 통해 이들 간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구목적을 위해 설정된 연구가설을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혁신활동 유형인 기술혁신에 대한 핵심성과는 경로 계수(β)=0.461, p<0.001 수준에서 유의 하므로 기술혁신은 핵심성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 혁신활동 유형인 제품혁신에 대한 핵심성과는 경로계수(β)=0.279, p<0.001 수준에서 유의 하므로 제품혁신은 핵심성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 혁신활동 유형인 프로세스 혁신에 대한 핵심성과는 경로계수(β)=0.441, p<0.001 수준에서 유의 하므로 프로세스 혁신은 핵심성과에 통게적으로 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 혁신활동 유형인 핵심역량에 대한 핵심성과는 경로계수(β)=0.233, p 값은 0.002 수준에서 유의 하므로 핵심역량은 핵심성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중소벤처기업이 지속가능경영 체계를 더욱 더 고도화를 위해서는 체계적이며 전략적인 혁신활동을 구현과 실행의 지속성이 요구되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between various types of innovation activities recognized by the members of small and medium venture firms through relationship model in order to effectively manage the factors that influence the core performance. The results of verifying the research hypotheses established for this study are as follows. First, since the core performance for technological innovation, a type of innovation activity, is significant at the level of path coefficient (β) = 0.461, p <0.001, technological innovation has a positive effect on core performance. Second, since the core performance of product innovation, a type of innovation activity, was significant at the level of path coefficient (β) = 0.279, p <0.001, product innovation had a positive effect on core performance. Third, the core performance for process innovation, a type of innovation activity, is significant at the level of path coefficient (β) = 0.441 and p <0.001. Therefore, process innovation has a positive effect on core performance. Fourth, since the core coefficient for core competency, a type of innovation activity, was significant at the path coefficient (β) = 0.223 and p value was 0.002, the core competency had a positive effect on core performance. Therefore, in order for SMEs to further upgrade their sustainability management system, continuous implementation and implementation of systematic and strategic innovation activities were required.
