In the early stages of mild cognitive impairment (MCI), there are no clear symptoms of cognitive decline, making it difficult to distinguish it from general aging. We aim to develop an algorithm that can detect mild cognitive impairment early through multivariate data from the normal group and the mild cognitive impairment group. To address this issue, predictors are extracted through a prediction model consisting of combination of relative risk indicators. Finally, the optimal anomaly interval of the predictor is extracted to develop an anomaly detection algorithm for mild cognitive impairment. The results are as follows; Total_BMD is the abnormality detection section with the highest risk, with 0.875 for a person with MCI in section Total_BMD≤0.688 based on the accuracy of 75.3%. For L14_BMD of the 1st to 4th lumbar vertebrae, the probability that the mild cognitive impairment group belongs to L14_BMD≤0.755 is 0.889 based on the accuracy of 71.0%. With the accuracy of 73.9% for satisfaction with QoL, the probability of a person with MCI belonging to GQOLD≤30 is 0.909. Under the accuracy 69.6% of the 15-point SGDS index, 100.0% of people in section 10≤SGDS≤15 were mild cognitively impaired.

Aqueous glucose solution was concentrated using ceramic membrane in this study, the effects of volumetric concentration factor(VCF) were investigated on the change of flux and the transmembrane pressure(TMP). VCF was increased with the increase in operating time. The permeate flux was reduced as VCF became higher. 여행 예능 TV 프로그램을 통한 관광지 노출이 방문 관광객 수에 미치는 영향 : tvN “꽃보다 시리즈”의 사례

This paper examines the impact of the exposure of tourist sites on a TV program (Korea’s reality series of "Over Flowers") on the number of visiting tourists. Unlike previous studies that employ subjective indicators such as sightseeing image, visitation intentions, this study estimates economic effects by employing the number of visiting tourists. Our difference-in-differences estimates suggest that the exposure of foreign tourist attractions through the series of "Over flowers" increases the average number of Korean visitors to the country by 52.7% (about 65,000 visitors). This implies that promotions of sightseeing sites on the screen can be economically effective. 본 논문은 국내 리얼리티 여행 프로그램 “꽃보다 시리즈” 사례를 활용해 TV 프로그램을 통한 관광지 노출이 방문 관광객 수에 미친 영향을 분석한다. 본 연구는 관광지 노출의 성과변수로서 관광지 이미지, 방문 의도 및 계획 등 주관적 지표가 아니라 방문 관광객 수라는 객관적 지표를 사용해 경제적 효과를 추정한다. 이중차분법을 적용한 추정결과에 의하면, “꽃보다 시리즈”를 통한 해외 관광지 노출은 해당 국가의 한국인 방문객 수를 평균 52.7%(약 6.5만 명) 정도 증가시킨다. 이는 스크린을 통한 관광지 홍보가 경제적인 효과성을 가질 수 있음을 시사한다.
Post–COVID-19 시대의 mHealth 기반 심리치료

With the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak, social distancing and constant vigilance against infection have become the “new norm”. Not surprisingly, multiple mental health problems arising during the pandemic are of increasing global concern. Telemedicine or mHealth is being more highlighted than ever during this major ongoing global health and economic crisis. This review aims to explore current mHealth approaches introduced in the scientific literature for mental illnesses including depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, bipolar and related disorders, schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, eating disorders, sleep-wake disorders, and substance-related disorders. Implications for the choice of use, evaluation, and further development of mHealth interventions are also discussed to harness mHealth as an alternative or augment to traditional mental health services.

데이터 마이닝은 대용량의 데이터베이스로부터 기존에 알려지지 않은, 즉 단순한 질의어로 추출할 수 없는 형태의 '유용한' 정보를 찾아내고 이를 바탕으로 데이터에 대한 통찰(insight)을 얻는 것으로 정의할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹에서 발생하거나 웹 사이트에 저장한 데이터를 대상으로 유용한 패턴을 찾아내기 위하여 인터넷을 이용하는 이용자의 특징을 분석하기 위해 시도되었다. 즉 인터넷 사용자에 대한 일반적인 통계 정보 데이터에 연관성 분석을 적용하여 인터넷 사용 시간에 영향을 미치는 인터넷 이용자의 특징을 분석하였다. 실험을 통하여 데이터로부터의 연관 규칙을 추출 해내었으며, 최적의 결과를 도출하기위한 데이터 전처리 및 알고리즘을 적용하여 웹 마이닝을 위한 인터넷 사용자의 특징을 분석한 결과 그 유용성을 확인할 수 있었다. Data mining that can not be extracted with a simple query in the form of "useful" means to find information in large databases from the existing and unknown knowledge. It is based on this insight about the data can be defined as a gain. In this paper, we use the Internet to find useful patterns on the Web or saved data to the target Web site, which is to analyze the characteristics of users. A general statistical information on Internet users to the data by applying a relevance analysis, Internet use affect the amount of time to analyze the characteristics of Internet users. Only through experiments extracting data from the association rules, producing optimal results apply for the data pre-processing and algorithm for mining the Web to Internet users. characteristics were analyzed.
