        감성적 빛 환경을 위한 공동주택 야간경관조명에 관한 연구

        Because of the development of night's leisure culture, modern city has developed lighting environment continuously for the good activity of night. But, indifferent establishment of lightings in road, park, apartment, etc, lighting pollution is cased and makes a bad effect on ecosystem and human. This study intends to draw the light environmental factor of living space, which becomes the foundation of human life the mostly, and grasp the actual situation of light environment. For the method of studying, light environmental factor will be drawn by analyzing local government's lighting guideline and precedent studies and apply them to the example of living complex. As the results, the application of functional aspect (freshness, safety, identity, aesthetics and information) was great and the application of emotional aspect (visual awareness, psychological characteristic and community character) was insignificant. Therefore, in conclusion, night environment which can draw emotional experience through the harmony between light and darkness, not just pursuing lightness at night, must be created and this study should be a cornerstone to create emotional light environment for emotional stability. 밤의 여가문화의 발달로 현대의 도시는 쾌적한 야간활동을 위해 조명환경이 계속해서 발전하고 있다. 하지만 도로, 공원, 아파트 등 조명의 무분별한 설치로 광공해를 야기 시키고 있으며, 이로 인해 생태계와 인간에게 악영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인간의 삶의 가장 근본이 되는 주거공간의 빛 환경요소를 도출하여 야간환경의 실태를 파악하고자 한다. 연구 방법은 각 도시의 지자체 조명가이드라인 분석과 선행연구 분석을 통해 빛 환경요소를 도출하여 주거단지 사례에 적용해본다. 연구결과 기능적 측면 (쾌적성, 안전성, 정체성, 심미성, 정보성)의 적용비중이 크다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 감성적 측면(시지각성, 심리성, 커뮤니성)의 적용비중은 미비함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 결론은 야간에 밝음만을 추구하는 환경이 아닌 빛과 어둠의 조율을 통해 감성적 체험을 이끌어낼 수 있는 야간환경이 조성되어야 하며 본 연구를 통해 정서적 안정을 위한 감성조명 환경을 만드는데 초석이 될 것으로 기대된다.

        간호사의 마케팅관련개념에 대한 인지도와 교육요구도

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine clinical nurses' perception and education needs for concepts related marketing. Methods: The subjects of this study were 340 nurses who were working in the 9 general hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggido. The data were collected using structured questionnaire(Cronbach'α=.98) from Sept. 1 to Oct. 31. of 2005. For data analysis, the SPSS/PC program Version 12.0 was used. Results: The highest mean score of nurses' perception for concepts related marketing was client satisfaction and the lowest mean score was marketing mix. The highest mean score of nurses' education needs was client satisfaction and the lowest mean score was marketing mix. The correlation between subject's general characteristics and nurse's perception was showed in nurses' age, education, hospital size, clinical career, position. The correlation between subject's general characteristics and nurses' education needs was viewed in age, clinical career, position. Conclusion: These results can be used to develop for clinical nurses' marketing education course and plan for marketing strategies of nursing organization.

        十二支 紋樣에 관한 硏究

        The twelve zodiacal signs are composed of a mouse, a cattle, a tiger, a rabbit, a dragon, a snake, a horse, a lamb, a monkey, a chicken, a dog and a pig. The shape of them, which has been closely related to our life, has been variously used such as a fresco of the tumulus, an excavation, a mud dragon, a mud cattle, a tiger stone of the tomb, a dress and its ornaments, a public painting and an objects of industrial art. It can be known as human's wealth and prosperity, long life, petition and happiness resulted from many ideal elements. Giving each animal symbolical meanings, people gave them meaning of the wish for good fortune or meaning of protecting from misfortune and ghosts according to animal's character and preference. Social position, power, government, wealth, long life in good health, prosperity of descendants expressed human's wish for good fortune. Also they can be seen in some expressions for example guardian role protecting from misfortune and ghosts. Based on Asian idea of the cosmic dual forces, it can be known that the twelve zodiacal signs have significant informations about human's hope by giving meanings to each animal.         피부관리실의 직무환경이 직업안정성에 미치는 영향

        This study was intended to present the direction for development of the skin beauty business by identifying the cause for dissatisfaction currently felt by skin beauticians on spot, lowering the dissatisfaction-induced turnover and resolving the manpower shortage of the skin beauty business. For this purpose, the questionnaire research was conducted for the skincare specialists working at the skincare beauty salons and hospitals located in Seoul, Kyonggido, Incheon and Cheongju. 760 questionnaires were distributed to them and 646 ones were returned. The return rate was 85%. 610 questionnaires except 36 ones including dishonest responses were finally analyzed. An investigation of the respondents’ characteristics showed that the female respondents accounted for 593 persons (97.2%). 249 of the respondents said that they worked for more than 8 hours to less than 10 hours. And 203 of them said that they worked for more than 10 to less than 12 hours. 356 of the respondents said that they worked for 6 days a week and 190 said that they worked for 5 days a week. 61.8% of the respondents showed the turnover intentions as to whether they had the intention to change their present workplace or quit it. And they responded that "They would quit their work after one to less than 2 years". An investigation into the cause for changing their workplace or quit it showed that 63.0% of the respondents pointed out dissatisfaction with the working hours, followed by dissatisfaction with (60.7%) and heavy workload (53.9%). An investigatin into the cause for turnover showed that the respondents pointed out long working hours. It is thought that the skincare beauty salon management need to study the scheme to resolve long working hours and heavy workload. Accordingly, it is necessary to coordinate skincare specialists’ commuting hours or adjust their workload.
